Analysis the Prospects of Hadith and Ulum Al-Hadith in Tracking the Authenticity of the Hadith on Digital Based

This research aims to determine the prospects of hadith and Ulum Al-Hadith so that their authenticity can be maintained to facilitate the interpretation of hadith. The system used to maintain the authenticity of the hadith is by using mu'jam so that the authenticity of the hadith can be maintained. As for finding takhrij sanad, and al-Jarh wa ta'dil scientific approach is needed so that the hadith transmitter can know his personality. One of the means used to find out Matan criticism is the need for syarah of hadith. In the context of modernization, the use of computers is very helpful in maintaining the integrity of the hadith. The various applications offered can be used to search for hadith, search for sanad, matan, and biographies of narrators. A computerized system is an alternative solution that makes it easier to track hadith that are considered authentic, sahih, hasan and dhaif. The hadith digitization system does not mean changing the substance of the hadith but only the process of transferring hadith from hadith books into digital software form. The aim of digitalization is to accelerate understanding, studying and analyzing for academic purposes.

THE ROLE OF KITAB LUBAB AL-HADIST IN ENHANCING OF DHIKR AMONG MAJELIS TA'LIM AL-WUSTHO CONGREGATION

Dhikr mentioning and remembering Allah is not only commanded by Allah and His Messenger, but will also bring direct benefits to everyone who is dhikr. Whoever the person is and under any conditions, dhikr will have a positive impact. Dhikr will give peace to the public just like what a kiyai and ustadz enjoy. Dhikr will soothe a hard man's heart just as it soothes a gentle woman's heart. When people dhikr, God will be close to them without limits and status. However, many ta'lim assembly worshippers are not motivated to dhikr. It is often found that there is a lack of understanding of the congregation for the concept of dhikr in depth. This causes the dhikr to be less meaningful and does not have a significant impact on their spiritual life.This research aims to determine the role of the Book of Lubab Al-Hadith in improving the understanding, motivation, and quality of dhikr of the Ta'lim Al-Wustho Assembly. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that the Book of Lubab Al-Hadith has an important role in increasing the understanding and motivation of the Ta'lim Al-Wustho Assembly congregation in dhikr. The congregation's understanding of dhikr has become deeper, their motivation to dhikr has increased, and the quality of their dhikr has improved. This has a positive impact on the spiritual life of the congregation, which can be seen from the increase in peace of mind, closeness to Allah SWT, and enthusiasm in worship. This research makes a significant contribution in understanding the role of the book of hadith in improving the practice of dhikr and spirituality of Muslims. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for ustadz, ta'lim council administrators, and researchers in developing a more effective dhikr coaching program.

IMPLEMENTASI HADIS TENTANG AMR MA’RŪF DAN NAHI MUNKAR DALAM KITAB HADIS ARBA’ĪN SEBAGAI METODE PENCEGAHAN KENAKALAN ANAK SANTRI DI PONPES SAIFULLAH AN-NAHDLIYAH DESA BATU GEMUK KEC. NAMORAMBE

Islamic boarding schools are the most important resource in terms of religious education in Indonesia so that they have the potential to develop society. However, the reality often shows a different reality, although within the scope of Islamic boarding schools, where activities are more directed towards positive things, it cannot be denied that students can also be involved in delinquent activities in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to implement the hadith nahi munkar in the book of hadith Arba'īn in an effort to prevent delinquency of students at the Saifullah An-Nahdliyah Islamic boarding school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method to explain and describe the object of study. The researcher used interview, observation, and documentation procedures to collect data in this study. The results of this study indicate that delinquency in the Saifullah An-Nahdliyah Islamic boarding school can be applied into three parts, namely mild delinquency; moderate delinquency; and severe delinquency. Furthermore, the hadith nahi munkar in the hadith book Arba'īn Nawawi when implemented in the Saifullah An-Nahdliyah Islamic boarding school environment in an effort to prevent students from getting acquainted with each other has a good impact on the boarding school. First, preventing by hand, the boarding school can make strict rules and policies through written rules. Second, preventing verbally, teachers and caregivers at the boarding school must provide a deep understanding to the students regarding the importance of avoiding evil. Third, preventing by heart, when the students see evil, they simply admit in their hearts that the act is an act that is prohibited in the boarding school environment. In these ways, students can maintain their faith and piety even though they cannot directly change the evil that exists around them.

Telaah Terhadap Kitab Al-Luma’ Fī Asbāb Al-Wurūd Al-Hadīth Karya Imam Jalaluddin Al-Suyuthi

This article wants to examine in depth and examine the book Al-Luma’ fī Asbāb al-Wurūd al-Hadīth by a famous scholar named Al-Hafidz Imam Jalaluddin al-Suyuthi. In this paper, the author uses library research methods by referring to the main work of Imam Jalaluddin al-Suyuthi, namely the book Al-Luma’ fī Asbāb al-Wurūd al-Hadīth which is one of the books in the study of asbabul wurud hadith which is very phenomenal and is often used as a reference for looking for asbabul wurud from a hadith. The results of this research show that the book Al-Luma’ fī Asbāb al-Wurūd al-Hadīth is a book of asbabul wurud hadith which has its own method and system in collecting and mentioning each hadith and its asbabul wurud. The book Al-Luma’ fī Asbāb al-Wurūd al-Hadīth also refers to 35 reference sources and contains a lot of additional information regarding asbabul wurud hadith which is not found in other books. This makes the existence of this book by Imam Jalaluddin al-Suyuthi greatly contribute to hadith scholarship, especially the study of asbabul wurud hadith.

Bahaya Syirik dan Dampak Negatif dalam Kehidupan Modern

In modern life, shirk has become one of the things that have a negative impact on individuals and society. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the threats of Allah SWT caused by the practice of shirk in everyday life. This article identifies the root causes of modern shirk, its relevance in social and spiritual contexts and constructive solutions to overcome it using analytical theory and empirical facts. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, by making the Qur'an, hadith books, books, magazines, articles and leading journals as the main reading sources to be analyzed and concluded into a writing. It is hoped that this method can increase understanding of the complexity of modern shirk and the importance of avoiding its negative impacts. The results of this analysis indicate that to overcome the act of shirk in modern life, appropriate actions and interventions are needed from individuals and society. It was found that the worst consequences of this act of shirk are two kinds of threats from Allah, the first is the threat in (QS. Al Maidah, 5: 72-73); (1) The perpetrator is an infidel, (2) the perpetrator is prohibited from entering heaven, (3) he is guaranteed to go to hell, (4) There will be no intercession in the afterlife. The two threats from Allah in (Q.S. Maryam, 19: 90) 1. The sky is broken, 2. The mountain is erupted, 3. The earth is split (earthquake).

Reflection on The Implementation of Differentiated Social Studies Learning to Support The Achievement of Islamic Personality Values in The Merdeka Curriculum

This study aims to determine the application of social studies learning carried out in a differentiated manner, the implementation process and its impact on students. The researcher will explore data on whether or not this differentiated learning model will be a solution in developing independent learning in implementing differentiated learning for students of MTs. Wachid Hasyim Surabaya with various student needs. The qualitative method was chosen to obtain in-depth data on the implementation of differentiated learning and its relevance to the merdeka curriculum. Meanwhile, the case study was chosen because it describes the phenomenon of differentiated learning innovation by referring to the school that is the focus of the research. From two sources of Islamic teachings related to muamalah matters. The verses about worship and the verses about social life are one in a hundred. For one verse of worship there are one hundred verses of muamalah. Likewise in the hadith books. Of the twenty volumes of Fath al-Bari: Syarah Sahih Bukhari, only four volumes deal with matters of worship. This shows the importance of the personality values of students taught in differentiated learning. Differentiated learning in social studies subjects applied at MTs. Wachid Hasyim Surabaya has had a positive impact on students and teachers. The application of differentiated learning carried out by social studies teachers uses three stages, namely 1) differentiation of content applied in mapping student interests, 2) differentiation of the process. The Development of Hadith Study in Islamic Boarding Schools and Islamic Higher Education in Indonesia

The study of hadith as a source of Islamic teachings after the Qur’an is an important part of Islamic studies in Indonesia, both in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and Islamic higher education. The study of hadith at these two Islamic educational institutions has a different style. Hadith studies in pesantren are more focused on understanding the content of text (matan) of hadith by studying the traditions contained in the books of Riyad al-Salihin, Sahih al-Bukhori, Sahih Muslim and other books. Meanwhile, the study of hadith in Islamic higher education has experienced rapid development by focusing on the study of methodological mastery, for example, sanad and matan research methodologies. The books that are used as references are also more varied, such as the book of the tarikh al-ruwat, al-jarh wa al-ta'dil, rijal al-hadith, and other contemporary hadith books. This study aims to comprehensively reveal the development of hadith studies in these two Islamic educational institutions. This type of research is field research (field research). The data were collected by conducting a direct search in the field through the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed and presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using a phenomenological approach. The research found that the study of hadith in Islamic boarding schools and Islamic higher education had different tendencies. These two tendencies need to be mapped so that they can be used as a model in comprehensively studying the Prophet's hadith.

The Influence of the <i>Muhaddisat's</i> Profession on the Matan Hadiths They Reported in <i>Kutub al-Tis'ah</i>

Muhaddisat are female hadith narrators who are rarely discussed, even though they also narrate many traditions. For example, Aisha RA is the fourth most narrated hadith with 2210 traditions. Many of the traditions narrated by muhaddisat relate to things that only women experience and are related to their daily activities. This article aims to determine the influence of the traditions narrated by the muhaddisat on her profession. The author uses a qualitative method by investigating the traditions narrated by the muhaddisat in the books of hadith by clarifying them based on their professions. The hadith data is then investigated in the kutub al-tis’ah which contains seven professions of muhaddisat using the keyword profession. The data that the author found that the muhaddisat had seven professions related to their narrations, namely, Saudah bint Zam'ah as an animal tanner has 3 traditions in which the text of the tradition discusses tanning animals, Asma' bint Abu Bakr as a farmer and gardener has 2 traditions in which the text of the narrated tradition discusses her profession, Asma' bint Yazid as a bridal dresser has 1 tradition in which the text of the tradition is about her profession as a bridal dresser, Shifa' bint 'Abd Allah ibn 'Abd Shamsy as a teacher and cupping expert has 1 hadith in which the text is about her profession, Salma as a medic and midwife has 1 hadith in which the text is about her profession, Umm Aiman and Umm 'Ayyasy as servants have 1 hadith in which the text is about her profession as a servant, and Lubabah as the caretaker of the Prophet's grandson who has 1 hadith in which the text is about how he took care of the grandson of the Prophet. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the profession of the muhaddisat has an influence on the hadith that they narrate so that the text discusses their profession.

The Role of KH. Fakhrurrazi in the Field of Hadith in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra

Ulama are people who play an important role in the lives of Muslims, starting from asking questions about things related to religion to solving social problems in society. There are quite a lot of scholars who have or possess very high levels of knowledge, but not many people recognize and know these scholars, as is the case with KH. Fakhrurrazi. This research aims to find out the role of KH. Fakhrurrazi in the field of hadith in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and field research, as well as data analysis using descriptive-analytical analysis. The research results show that the role of KH. Fakhrurrazi in the field of hadith is reflected in his pious and productive personality in writing ahkam hadith books. The writing of this book was specifically used as a means to make things easier for the students and the people of Seribandung village who studied with it. Apart from that, the ahkam hadith he wrote was also aimed at people who really needed explanations of hadiths that discussed the law at that time to provide new insights. Although KH. Fakhrurrazi only re-copied the books contained in Kutub al-Sittah, but the results of his work had a significant impact on society, namely changing the pattern of life of the community with regard to the practices of muamalah law. This is a major contribution by KH. Fakhrurrazi in his time studying hadith, considering the limitations and developments of the times, which were not like today.

Wakaf Abdan Dalam Pendidikan Islam

Management of productive waqf in Indonesia has received legal protection. Through Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning waqf, actually waqf management is directed at the productive sector. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, East Java is one of the relatively successful nazhirs. Since the beginning of its development, Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor has called itself a "waqf Islamic boarding school". This Islamic boarding school is a Trimurti waqf, which Trimurti officially handed over on October 12 1958 to the community represented by the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Waqf Board. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor is considered successful in utilizing its productive waqf proceeds to finance itself and therefore can be used as a model for the development of waqf-based educational institutions. This type of research is a literature study which aims to analyze several findings from the Al Quran, Hadith Books and journals. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design by analyzing, identifying and exploring the findings from previous research results. The objects of this research are the Koran, Hadith books and journals. The results of this research are that Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor accommodates self-waqf with the aim of ensuring the survival of the Pondok and views it as part of the service waqf, because basically the practice of such waqf has been carried out by the community.

The Holy Quran and Noble Hadith are not only the first and second primary sources of Islamic Legislation but also considered as the primary sources in grammar, eloquence and rhetoric. Arabic language has contributed a lot in the fields of literature and research. The Holy Quran; the miraculous word of Almighty Allah was revealed in the Arabic Language, a challenge for the Arabs in eloquence and rhetoric. Furthermore, the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him), was the most eloquent among the Arabs and Sunnah is the second primary source of Islamic Legislation. Sunnah has a great status among Muslims. I decided to study the deletions and appreciation in the sayings of the Prophet(Peace be upon him) choosing as a model for this study from the books of hadith, i.e Sahih al-Bukhari, the most authentic book after the Book of God Almighty. I made an inventory of the Ahadis in which the deletion occurred. Moreover, I decided to study the subject of the rhetoric of deletion in the sayings of the Prophet (Peace be upon him), choosing as a model for this study from the books of hadith, and I chose Sahih al-Bukhari as the most authentic book after the Book of God. I studied the term deletion linguistically and terminologically, then I mentioned the four types of deletion, and then the reasons for deletion and its purposes in the noble Prophet’s hadith.

Study of Hadith Takhrij in the 2013 Curriculum MI Al-Qur'an Hadith Book

The purpose of this study is to determine the existence and authentic source of the traditions contained in the 2013 curriculum MI Al-Qur'an Hadith book contained in the hadith master book along with its complete sanad and matan. This type of research is literature research using the descriptive-analytical method, which is to do takhrij hadith bil-lafzhi both at the beginning, middle, and end of the hadith text. The results of the takhrij study of the three traditions in the book are that the Hadith about honoring parents is not sourced from Bukhari, but sourced from At-Tirmidhi and the wording of the Hadith is also different, while the Hadith about cleanliness and the Hadith about good deeds are in accordance with the sources of transmission, but there are slight differences in wording

Art After Syariat: Sebuah Konsep Seni Rupa dalam Perspektif Syariat Agama Islam

The aim of this research is to describe the boundaries of fine art according to Islamic religious law which gives birth to artistic concepts according to Islamic religious guidelines. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach with data sources in the form of books, research journals, the Koran, hadith books and ulama fatwas. The data analysis technique uses interactive model analysis. The results of the study from several literary sources are a new concept in fine arts that is in accordance with the review of Islamic religious law, namely art after sharia, thus triggering the creativity of artists in creating fine arts in accordance with Islamic law.

Digitalization and the Challenges of Hadith Dissemination in the Modern Era

In this modern era, of course we cannot avoid technology. Increasingly advanced technology has an influence on the world of education, one of which is the science of hadith. Hadith that appear in online or offline digital media have been very easily accessed anywhere, without a clear filtering process to understand them. The digitization of hadith in this modern era certainly has good impacts and challenges that must be accepted by everyone, especially hadith scholars. This article aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities that arise in the use of hadith digitization in the modern era. Using the descriptive-qualitative method, the study analyzes the various media that have developed in hadith studies especially in the online and offline digital world. The results of this discussion show that the digitization of hadith has many challenges due to the easy access to hadith, one of the challenges is the easy spread of false hadith. However, among these challenges there are also opportunities and benefits of the digitization of hadith in the modern era, namely the ease of accessing hadith that used to be still in the hadith books, now changing to digital versions online or offline.

Fiqh Maxim of ‘al-Ghurm bi al-Ghunm’: A Critique on the Interpretation of the Maxim relating to Risk-Return Concept in Islamic Banking and Finance

Purpose – This paper aims to critically review the interpretation of fiqh maxim ‘al-ghurm bi al-ghunm’ which is widely adapted in the Islamic banking and finance while being associated with the risk-return concept. Tracing back the doctrinal sources of Shariah law, the review intends to examine the appropriate meaning of the Shariah texts based on their contexts and occurrences. Design/methodology/approach – This paper inclines to the doctrinal methodology specified to Shariah law whereby the observations, documents and records will be comparatively reviewed for establishing a critical evaluation. A number of doctrinal sources have been gathered to analyse the essence of the subject matter, in which the two types of materials referred to are mainly classical Arabic dictionaries and the books of Hadith. Findings – The review demonstrates a discrepancy on the adaptation of the maxim into Islamic banking and finance in relation to the risk-return concept. Though both principles have similarities in risk return precepts, nevertheless, they also possess differences in terms of interpretation and applications. The context of the Hadiths, which is the Shariah basis of the maxim or from where it is derived, describes specific scenario in relation to asset-based transaction, whereas the risk-return concept is quite generic for risk measurement system that is commonly used in financial management and investment. Research limitations/implications – Even though the general belief says Islamic alternatives to interest bearing financial services are risk-sharing based mode such as musharakah and mudarabah, the argument is hardly supported by and found in present-day academia Though the observations may limit the searching result, they however do not hamper the findings. Maktabah Hadits/Historiografi Hadits (Munculnya Kutub al-Sittah dan Sistematika Penyusunannya)

To save hadiths from corruptive and misleading "blemishes," scholars have worked extraordinarily hard in compiling hadiths, developing various knowledge, and creating principles and methods for hadith writing and research. The Kutubu Sittah refers to the six hadith books that have become references for subsequent scholars. The study related to the Kutubu Sittah is crucial, considering that many hadith enthusiasts only focus on the texts contained within these collections without delving into who the authors were and what their writing methodologies were. The research includes several primary reference books such as Kutubu Sittah, al-Hadith wal-Muhaddithun, Fii Rihab as-Sunnah al-Kutub as-Sihhah, Atlas Hadith an-Nabawiyyah, and others, utilizing a library research approach. The existence of these six hadith books in the hands of Muslims today is tangible evidence of how Allah has preserved the Sunnah and the scholars. Although these scholars are noble, they are not free from mistakes, and thus, in compiling these books, some errors were inevitable. However, even though some hadiths are considered weak by some scholars, their nobility will never diminish.

Integrasi Islam dan Sains: Telaah Terhadap Konsep Matematika dalam Hadits Keutamaan Membaca Shalawat

National education has the goal of shaping the morals of students who are truehearted and dedicated to God. As part of national education, Islamic-integrated mathematics learning becomes a bridge to achieve this goal. This study aims to explore the concept of mathematics in the hadith with the theme of the virtue of reciting shalawat. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods. Data were obtained from hadith books, hadith applications, articles, and relevant documents. The results showed that there are three mathematical concepts in the hadith related to the virtue of reciting shalawat. The mathematical concepts found include the concept of numbers (natural numbers, integers, positive integers, odd numbers, and even numbers), arithmetic operations (addition operations), and the concept of relations and functions (bijective functions). The results of this study can be used as a reference for learning resources related to Islamic integrated mathematics derived from hadith with the theme of the virtue of reading shalawat.

Diskriminasi Ras Dan Etnis Dalam Prespektif Hadits Dan Pasal 244 KUHP

Article 244 of the latest Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) prohibits racial and ethnic discrimination. However, its implementation is still subject to debate. This research aims to analyze the hadith perspective on Article 244 of the new Criminal Code regarding racial and ethnic discrimination. This research uses qualitative methods with a text analysis approach. Information is collected from hadith books and other related literature. Information is analyzed using deductive and inductive methods. The research results show that the hadith has a perspective that is in line with Article 244 of the new Criminal Code regarding racial and ethnic discrimination. These hadiths teach that all humans are equal before Allah SWT, and there should be no discrimination based on race or ethnicity. This research recommends that the new interpretation of Article 244 of the Criminal Code considers the hadith perspective. This is important to ensure that the application of this article does not violate the principles of justice and equality.

Ma'ani Al-Hadits Study On Beard Sharing For Men

Beards are something that is found under the chin of every human being, but in Islam maintaining this beard is a form of Islamic teaching delivered by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. But in the present era, maintaining the beard the scholars have differences in understanding it and also related to the law to shave it. This research uses a qualitative method with a ma'anil hadith study model related to the discussion of shaving beards for men. The primary data sources of this research are the books of hadith (kutubus tis'ah) and the books of hadith commentary. While the supporting sources in this study are all books, scientific articles from online journals, theses and others related to the theme of discussion. The data collection technique of this research is to trace all sources of hadith and filter the hadith according to the theme discussed. After the data is obtained, the author will present the data in the form of narratives, tables and graphs, making it easier for the author to draw a conclusion from this research. The findings of this study are that there is no single result that prohibits shaving the beard for Muslims. However, maintaining a beard is an order from the Prophet and a form of difference between Muslims and other people. While in the form of maintaining or shaving the beard is a form of a person in maintaining the appearance, so that it looks more presentable. Nowadays, there are so many innovations that can be done to shave the beard, including electronic razors, laser technology, automatic razors and quality beard care products.

Fithrah, Basic Human Potential and the Development of Moderate Character in Religion Thematic Analysis of Hadiths of Fithrah

This article is based on the idea that there are a tendency to understand hadith in a partial way and the demand for its relevance in answering contemporary problems. This is what happens with the concept of fitrah, where the hadiths containing this theme are very diverse, but the analysis of their understanding tends to be carried out separately. Also how this concept can be developed and useful in the Indonesian context, especially regarding religious moderation. To answer this problem, the author conducted library research to examine the meaning of fitrah in the Prophet's hadith by using hadith books, such as Sahih al-Bukhari as the primary data source. After the fitrah hadiths were obtained, they were then analyzed using a thematic-comprehensive method. The results of the research show that there are 2 (two) main meanings contained in the fitrah hadiths, namely: First, the nature of the religious potential of monotheism or the affirmation of God. This potential exists in every creature because it is a gift from God that was given along with the creation of humans. Second, purity. This second meaning is in principle a consequence of the religious potential that exists within humans, both physical and psychological (inner). Fitrah as basic human potential can grow into positive and/or negative characters. Therefore, the effort to maintain it is to carry out actions that support its existence, such as maintaining personal cleanliness, abstaining from disgraceful actions, worshiping according to guidance and praying. Regarding religious moderation, the potential of fitrah can be developed as a basis for forming moderate character in line with efforts to realize the element of 'purity' that accompanies fitrah. For this reason, there are 3 (three) things that must be optimized so that the ideal moderation character in children can be formed, namely: instilling values, presenting role models, and giving orders and prohibitions
