This research is a literature review conducted by searching, reading, analyzing, and synthesizing various written information sources such as books, journals, articles, and reports relevant to the research topic. This study focuses on philosophical perspectives that view human life on earth as being significantly influenced by both religion and science. While religion provides guidance and direction in life towards an ethical, moral, and civilized existence, science offers humans a wealth of knowledge. Moreover, advancements in science enable the world to discover more things that facilitate and ease human existence. The relationship between religion and science has been a subject of ongoing discussion among scholars. This relationship encompasses conflict, independence, dialogue, and integration. Religion and science are said to be in conflict due to their differing histories, methods, and fields of study, while independence suggests that they are separate entities with their own respective domains. In dialogue, religion and science offer a relationship between knowledge and faith with a more constructive interaction compared to the perspectives of conflict and independence. The integration approach, on the other hand, is understood as the process of combining and adjusting elements of both religion and science, resulting in a fusion of two distinct dimensions that ultimately achieve harmony.

POLEMIK WACANA KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) MENJADI TEMPAT PERNIKAHAN DAN PENCATATAN SEMUA AGAMA

The idea of making the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama, KUA) a marriage registry for all religions in Indonesia has sparked significant debate. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) is a government institution responsible for the development and guidance of religious life in the community. The role of the KUA as a marriage registry for all religions has been the subject of intense debate in recent years. The Ministry of Religious Affairs' initiative to make the Office of Religious Affairs an inclusive center for religious services has attracted much controversy. This study aims to analyze the social and cultural impact of the implementation of the discourse, taking into account the potential for increased interfaith tolerance as well as the risk of conflict that may arise and analyzing the social and cultural impact of the implementation of the KUA as a place of marriage registration for all religions. The results show that this discourse raises pros and cons from various figures. If the KUA successfully transforms into an institution that serves all religions, it may trigger a cultural paradigm shift in society. People may become more open to other religious practices and reduce the negative stigma against religious minorities. This could be the first step towards a more inclusive society. On the other hand, there is a risk that integrating these services could lead to a blurring of each religion's identity. Some groups may feel that their religious traditions and practices are no longer valued or fully recognized in the context of these shared services. This research uses a type of normative legal research, which conducts research on library legal materials or secondary data. Normative legal research examines positive legal norms in the form of laws and regulations, this research explores the views of the community and religious leaders regarding the change in the function of the KUA, as well as the steps needed to implement this policy effectively

The Religious Practices of Indonesian Students Studying in Turkey

The practice of religion for Indonesian students studying in Turkey deserves the attention of academics. This is because conditions, student backgrounds, distance and time differences between two countries can be factors in the fluctuations in the practice of religion for students. This research aims to prove whether Indonesian students in Turkey still consistently implement Islamic teachings. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to obtain in-depth data and information findings. The data collection technique used was interviews. The interview aspect is an important factor for student informants, to explore in detail and in depth about religious practices in Turkey. The research findings show that 1) Indonesian students still practice Islamic teachings while in Turkey, 2) Students use Islamic teachings and values as guidelines for carrying out daily activities and activities in Turkey, and 3) Students believe that religion is the basic motivation and guidance for life. strong and persistent in completing studies in Turkey.

Mengenal Para Mufassir pada Generasi Tabi’in Beserta Contoh Ayat Al-Quran Berdasarkan Corak Penafsiranya

Tafsir is the science of understanding the verses of the Al-Quran which functions as mubayyin (explanation) of the meaning and significance of the contents of the verses of the Al-Quran so that the meaning can be understood and comprehended by all groups and becomes a guide or guidance in life for Muslims. The development of Al-Quran interpretation began during the time of Rassulullah SAW and continued to develop from the time of the companions, tabi'in to the modern era. This research discusses the biographies of tabi'in and also includes several examples of interpretations of Al-Quran verses based on these interpretations. This research aims to get to know the mufasssir during the tabi'in period and find out traces of their biographies and find out examples of interpretations of Al-Quran verses based on interpretive styles. This research method uses qualitative methods and literature studies and examines tafsir books, hadith books, Islamic book references, language book references and portal media such as journals. The results of this research serve as a guide for Muslims to learn more about tabi'in biographies and upgrade the interpretation of verses by including examples of interpretations of verses based on their style.

The Sacred Language of Madurese in Serat Yusuf (Study of Oral Traditional Macapat Madura)

This research aims to find the sacred language of Madurese in serat Yusuf tembang macapat Madura. The theory used to dissect is Alan Dundes’ context theory. Therefore, this research aims to form good expressions based on the context of the tembang macapat Madura serat Yususf. This research uses qualitative ethnographic methods. The object is the oral tradition of macapat in Sumenep, known as mamaca. The Tembang/song that is read is Serat Nabbhi Yusuf. This song tells the story about the life of Prophet Yusuf and Zulaikha. The data collection techniques used were (a) observation of performance or song readings, b) recording, (c) interviews, and (d) making notes. Next, the researcher carried out data transcription and translated them into Indonesian language. The results of the research found three things that serve as a guidance of life for Madurese people as a sacred language. Those three things include (a) describes two things, namely honesty and compassion, (b) three things that must be hated; manggha’an, nespa, and ta’ andi’ panarema, and (c) three things that must be respected; respect the state (government) and religion. This research will contribute well to the growth and development of character education for the millennial generation in the current era and in the future. PERAN JAM’IYAH SHALAWAT DIBA’ KUBRA TERHADAP KERUKUNAN MASYARAKAT DESA SAWIJI KECAMATAN JOGOROTO KABUPATEN JOMBANG

Abstraction This research aims to find out empirical and comprehensive information about the role of Jam'iyah Shalawat Diba' Kubra which is a forum for the community to build relationships in achieving harmony in Sawiji Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. This jam'iyah uses the traditional al-Banjari musical instrument, a traditional musical instrument that is played by hand and contains keys with the terms "lanang and wedok". This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, researchers carried out data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To validate the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of this research indicate that Jam'iyah Shalawat Diba' Kubra plays an optimal role in forming harmony in the Sawiji Village community. This role includes, among others, as a forum for community friendship to establish harmonious family relationships, as a forum for seeking knowledge through the advice of ulama relating to guidance in daily life as taught by the Prophet Muhammad, and as a forum for mutual cooperation that can increase harmony in society. Ethics And Social Procedures In Lontara Pappaseng As A Guideline And Philosophy Of Life Of Buginese Society In South Sulawesi

Today's people seem to lost their direction and guidelines in life as a result from the demands of life which are getting heavier day by day so that a tendency for character emerges individualistic and less concerned about others. Apart from having six major religions, Indonesia is also very rich in values of local wisdom that is noble and very relevant to the sacred teachings of religion in life of the people of South Sulawesi, especially the Bugis people, have local wisdom in the form of literature works both in the form of speeches and Lontars. One of the works of Lontara literature which contains values ​​of Ethics and Decency is Lontara Pappaseng. Lontara Pappaseng contains many ethical and decency values we need to explore and develop so that it becomes a guideline for mankind, especially for the future of our young generation’s life in the society and the nation. In Lontara Pappaseng contains of advices in the form of human values, justice, courage, truth, honesty, loyalty, assertiveness and others that can be used as guidance and guidelines in everyday life in order to create a harmonious life both in household life, society and in the life of the nation and state. The research method used is a qualitative research approach with phenomenological method that is collecting data with participant observation to know the essential phenomena of participants in their life experiences because of this research focus on peeling study issues related to Ethical Values ​​(Tata Susila) contained in Lontara Pappaseng Toriolo and its meaning, in addition to this research as well using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature study by tracing pappaseng lontara manuscripts and documentation studies. The data source used is the Lontara script in Buginese language with the Lontara script, however in this article the lontara script used is the manuscript that has been collected by the Buginese writer and humanist (translated into Indonesian). The existence of local wisdom values ​​in the form of Pappaseng is expected to be able to provide reinforcement of the functions of religion as a regulator of social obligation’s traffic through orders and prohibitions that are expected to materialize a peaceful social life.

The aim of this research is to describe humanist, pluralist, and dialogical concepts in Hindu theology. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Human life cannot be separated from the beliefs he holds. These beliefs generally take the form of religion (organized religion). Outside of that, it is often called belief or original religion (native religion). Whatever the name, it all pivots on belief in the Almighty God, who is called by various names. This belief becomes the guidance of life for a person and their group. Religious teachings provide enlightenment and direction in life to their adherents. In living together in society, there are various religions and/or beliefs, and each religion or belief has differences, especially regarding faith (sraddha), the way to connect oneself to Him, and ethics. These differences give color and color to religious life in society. However, they have similarities in certain aspects, for example, regarding humanity.

The Agency in Islam or (and) Human Rights? The Case of Pious Baltic Muslim Women

This article focuses on the variety of ways pious Muslim women exercise their agency to navigate between religion, gender, and human rights in the dynamic post-Soviet Baltic societies. It shows that these women primarily find agency not in human rights but in Islam as a religion that provides instruction on aspects of life related to human rights. They are empowered as individuals by Islam as the religion of their deliberate choice, which gives them meaning and guidance in life. They also find agency in their roles as wives and mothers as well as in the sisterhood of the Muslim community, while a career serves more as an area of personal autonomy and self-realization. This research is based on the analysis of qualitative data from semi-structured interviews conducted in 2021–2022. Baltic women’s narratives on human rights (and in the case of this research, specifically regarding gender and sexuality) and the role of Islam in their lives contributes to the redefinition of religious and secular concepts within a post-communist context and contributes to the wider scholarly debate on pious Muslim women living in non-Muslim democratic societies.

Scientific creativity and innovation ability and its determinants among medical postgraduate students in Fujian province of China: a cross sectional study

BackgroundGraduate education is the main approach to training high-level innovative elites. With the expansion of the scale of graduate education in China, it has gradually emerged that the lack of innovation ability of graduate students is recognized as the primary problem in graduate education. How to comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate teaching has become the core task of educational reform and development. However, data about the current cultivation and development of the innovative ability of graduate students in China is limited.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among medical postgraduate students. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis methods were used to analyze the data to describe the current innovation ability in advanced medical education and potential influence factors.ResultsA total of 1241 medical students were surveyed, according to the results of questionnaire data analysis. The proportion of subjects who participated in the College Student’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation program or any other scientific research programs are fairly high which are 46.82% and 29.20% respectively. Most of the participants are observed with high levels of self-motivation and active learning and have good performance in creative thinking. However, only a small number of participants (16.6%) reported academic achievements such as publications. Most of the students are satisfied with the current scientific research environment and think that the current postgraduate training system is qualified for the cultivation of innovation ability, and expects the inclusion of course specialized in systemic medicine and medical informatics in the curricula. Multiple logistic regression results showed that among the factors studied, gender, medical specialties, and types of master’s degrees are associated with cognition & skills, academic performance, and creativity.ConclusionsIt will be important to incorporate more techniques for creating and improving creativity in the curricula of the current postgraduate education, especially for courses such as systemic medicine and informatics. Guidance in earlier school life can stimulate creativity and an early introduction to scientific research work will facilitate innovative thinking and behavior. Scientific research programs such as the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training for the universities of PRC have been widely implemented in the undergraduate education system throughout the country. However, the training effectiveness of the current scientific research programs is worth improving.

In Indonesia, there are five recognized religions, including Islam and Buddhism. Both of these religions believe in the end of life or death. However, each religion has different teachings in providing guidance for life to its people. Likewise in matters of charity and worship. This research raises the issue of how the essence of life and death is the view of Islam and Buddhism. The discussion of this thesis uses theological approach method. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method with a comparative theory approach (comparison). The result of this study is that death in Buddhism and Islam has differences. In Buddhism, it means the end of the life of the human organs with the destruction of the body or body, while in Islam, death is a separation between the spirit and the body. Regarding the nature of death, Buddhism and Islam have the same meaning. In essence death is the process of moving humans from one realm to another, but both are different about nature. In the view of Buddhism and Islam, life after death is the revival of humans to continue life in order to achieve the desired goals. In Buddhism, that goal is the attainment of happiness in the form of eternal nibhanna. Meanwhile, what Islam wants to achieve is happiness in the form of eternal heavenly pleasures and this can be achieved with the good pleasure of Allah.

성인계속교육학습자의 비대면 온라인 수업 사례 고찰

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the lecture preparation, lecture characteristics, and lecture satisfaction of adult continuing education learners in childcare sites in the process of converting in person to online lectures.
 Methods To this end, this author examined the syllabus, LMS and SNS materials, PPT, and learners' self-report data. ‘The guidance of child life’ as a synchronous video conferencing lecture and ‘Advanced Child Counseling’ as a video recording lecture conducted in the second semester of 2021 with Merriam qualitative analysis. The participant was a total of 65 adult continuing education learners of the Department of Industrial Education, composed of faculty and staff of daycare centers at C University in Seoul, and conducted a satisfaction survey using questionnaires.
 Results First, video-recorded lectures take less time than face-to-face lectures, requiring instructors to mount various materials before class, while synchronous video conferencing lecture, require both instructors and adult continuing education learners to have prepared online skills before class. Second, video-recorded lectures have the advantage of being able to use time and space freely, but in order to compensate for the lack of online class time, weekday assignments are a burden for adult continuing education learners, while synchronous video conferencing lecture has the advantage of freely using space and giving social presence, but various motivational factors and technical devices that can increase immersion due to low class concentration should be supplemented. Third, in the class satisfaction survey, it was found that adult continuing education learners expressed higher satisfaction with video-recorded lectures than with synchronous video conferencing lecture.
 Conclusions Through this study, it was found that for non-face-to-face online classes of adult continuing education learners, it is necessary to build infrastructure for uploading various materials and strengthen online technology, and online teaching methods should be implemented for high-quality interaction between ‘instructor-learners’ in non-face-to-face situations. In addition, as an adult continuing education learner who works in a children's daycare center during the day, it was an effective medium to use video-recorded lecture, including various motivational elements. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the more efficient operation of non-face-to-face online lectures for adult continuing education learners at universities.

Tantangan Dan Strategi PAK Anak dalam Konteks Indonesia Masa Kini

This article is based on the lack of growing a sense of awareness and care for children's PAK ministries in the church. So that the growth and development of children's ministry is less than optimal in the church. The challenges in implementing PAK for children and how the ministry strategy will be implemented is a problem point for church leaders. The purpose of this research is to explore the challenges that will be faced by a church leader and to find a variety of strategies that can be used in implementing children's PAK in the church. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing, comparing and concluding various opinions from source books/journals from various experts regarding the challenges and strategies for implementing PAK for children in the church. Reviving a sense of awareness and concern for church leaders regarding the growth and development of children's PAK will help people from an early age to think for themselves in learning the process of finding God's guidance in life. And this is a very important thing to emphasize for the contemporary church in Indonesia.

The paper gives a summary of the views of various researchers on the meta­physics of the heart in Russian philosophy, and an analysis of the concept of the heart in Russian culture. The conceptual difference between the knowl­edge of heart and the knowledge of mind, included in the circle of problems of professional European philosophy only in the second half of 19th century, be­comes of essential character in the works of Russian thinkers. It allows to clear up the fundamental issue of human nature and the position of a human being in the world. Russian philosophers consider the truths of the heart as universal truths. This gives us the opportunity to bring the concept of the heart closer to worldview issues. This allows us to bring the concept of the heart closer to worldview issues, offering a new perspective on the acute dilemma of the rea­son and the heart discussed in contemporary philosophical anthropology and Christian philosophy. In addition to the classical statement of the heart as a cog­nitive alternative to reason, the worldview interpretation of the heart must also reveal the activity aspect of its nature. The peculiarity of a worldview as a cog­nitive phenomenon consists in a person’s constant openness to the Other, which results in a reconciliation of “rational” and “heart” ways of comprehension of the world. Such openness allows a person to regain their personal wholeness and bring it to cosmic completeness in the perception of the world. The cosmic nature of personality is revealed in overcoming the problem of solipsism and substantiating “conciliar consciousness” (sobornoe soznanie) as a special way of supraindividual thinking. Thus, the heart appears as the worldview center of a human being and can be the object of educational practice, hence, the world­view as a matter of the heart serves as the basis for moral guidance in life.

This research examines Mandailing Natal Regent Regulation Number 16 of 2019 concerning Muslim and Muslimah Clothing for State Civil Apparatuses in Mandailing Natal District in the Siyasah Fiqh Perspective. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, the primary data source is the Mandailing Natal Regent's office. The primary data source in this study was data obtained from the head of the legal section of the Mandailing Natal Regent's office, namely Mr. Nurkholis S.H., M.H, along with staff in the legal, population and general departments at the Mandailing Natal Regent's Office. Secondary data sources for this researcher are books, articles, and other sources related to this research. Data collection techniques in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. With qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study are that the Implementation of Mandailing Natal Regent Regulation Number 16 of 2019 concerning Muslim and Muslimah Clothing for State Civil Apparatuses in Mandailing Natal Regency, namely that there are still many employees who have not fulfilled the values of the Regent's regulations. Obstacles in implementing Regent Regulation Number 16 of 2019, namely for male Muslim employees wearing sarongs sometimes going to the office in a hurry is not possible to wear sarongs because wearing sarongs takes quite a long time, for female Muslim employees wearing the syar'i hijab it is still said to be far from Islamic rules because it still uses thin and newfangled materials. And Review of Fiqh Siyasah on the Implementation of Mandailing Regent Regulations Concerning Muslim and Muslim Women's Clothing for State Civil Apparatuses in Mandailing Natal District. They begin with the data analysis process by interpreting the Javanese language as the content of the song Gambuh. Research findings; the gambuh song lyrics contain messages for proper behavior and behavior that is reluctant to accept advice. Someone without guidance and direction in life will be perverted. There is a relationship between cultural products (tembang gambuh) and religious values. The value of this tembang gambuh song can be used as a guide and a guide for life in society.

This research is an empirical legal research with a qualitative approach that uses primary data and secondary data. In obtaining primary data, respondents and informants were determined. The new positive law will have an effective force if it contains, or is in harmony with the laws that live in society. The focal point of legal development is not in laws, judge decisions, or legal science, but in society itself.

Early introduction to hijaiyah letter to children is important, for it is the basic of Al-Qur’an reading as Moslem’s guidance in life. Al-Qur’an reading learning method is often given in direct teaching by teachers with the help of books introducing and teaching hijaiyah letters. Introducing hijaiyah letters to children requires effective and engaging teaching method, one of them is by teaching by playing. Using games as medium will create fun atmosphere for an interactive teaching process. This Android based introducing method utilized prototype method, from research stage to application test stage. The result of this application design is an application that may help ease children in learning hijaiyah letters. With this application, children can learn about hijaiyah letters while playing, and train their memories and concentrations with the help of smartphone technology.

Analisis Struktur Naratif Geguritan Bhiksuni

One of the literary works that have very high educational values and is considered as something that can provide guidance or guidance in life is Geguritan. Geguritan Bhiksuni is one of the evidences for the Balinese people and as a mirror of traditional Balinese culture and the educational values contained in it. The values contained in it can be used as guidelines to be understood and internalized properly. The purpose of this study was to determinethe values of Hindu religious education contained in geguritan bhiksuni. This research is in the form of a descriptive qualitative design by examining the text. Data were collected using library techniques and critical reading techniques. After the data is collected then the data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, and data presentation. based on the results of the study it was found that the value of Hindu religious education in the geguritan bhiksuni was ethical values and tawwa values.
