Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Bimbingan dan Konseling Berbasis Website Di Smpit Darul Fikri Makassar

This research developed a media information system for guidance and counseling administration at SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine; (1) Description of the needs of web-based guidance and counseling information systems at SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar, (2) Prototype of web-based guidance and counseling information systems at SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar, (3) Validity of web-based guidance and counseling information systems at SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar, (4) Practicality of web-based guidance and counseling administration applications at SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The results showed that the website-based guidance and counseling administration information system media and guidebook developed were valid and practical for use in managing guidance and counseling data at SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar, the validity and practicality of two experts in the initial product trial showed a good response with a high score and the results of the responses of counseling teachers and other users in the small group trial illustrated a positive response with high results. This shows that this guidance and counseling administration information system media is accepted and can be used as an administrative media for counseling teachers.

WEB-BASED ONLINE FINAL ASSIGNMENT GUIDANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM IN DIII INFORMATICS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, EKASAKTI UNIVERSITY, PADANG

The design of this system aims to design an effective and efficient WEB-based Online Final Assignment guidance information system for the Department of Informatics Management and can produce WEB-based Online Final Assignment guidance that can be applied in DIII Information Management at Ekasakti University, Padang. System design in this Final Project (TA) was built using a website platform that runs online. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall which consists of 5 stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing Maintenance,. The programming language used is PHP with MariaDb database. System design tools use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, namely UseCase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. This final project resulted in the design of an Online Final Assignment guidance information system based on the Informatics Management Department's WEB which can assist in improving guidance services that provide convenience quickly and accurately. The design of Web-based applications in the Informatics Management DIII program is expected to help and facilitate students and supervisors in the guidance process in the Informatics Management DIII major more quickly

Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa menggunakan Model SDLC Berbasis Iconix Process

The final thesis assignment plays a crucial role in enabling students to meet the graduation requirements from college. However, the process of scheduling guidance for the final assignment between students and lecturers still relies on several common applications such as WhatsApp or email, which are not specifically designed for this purpose. The accumulation of incoming messages and various types of message information poses a challenge in the guidance process, leading to missed messages between students and lecturers and a lack of recorded information regarding the history of the process and guidance materials. These are some of the current issues. This paper aims to evaluate the functionality, quality, and reliability of the system by conducting black box testing on the application developed for the student final project guidance information system. This application uses the Iconix process-based SDLC (system development life cycle) model, covering student and lecturer profile information, guidance information, proposal submission, progress of the final thesis assignment, meeting schedule, guidance material, discussion forum, survey evaluation, and contact information. The SDLC model is employed in this research because it can effectively and efficiently achieve project targets, enhance software quality standards, and assist in better risk management and adaptation to change. The model comprises planning, needs analysis, design using the Iconix process, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The Iconix process is utilized for system design modeling and analysis. Black box testing is performed on the system to verify that the system’s functional requirements are operating correctly. The findings of this research can serve as a control for management in the service and administration of final assignment guidance in higher education.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE SERVICE IMPROVEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONS USING FRAMEWORK INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE LIBRARY (ITIL)

IT Service Management (ITSM) is a way for managing information technology that aims to align the needs of businesses and IT departments in order to provide services that are both efficient and effective while maintaining quality standards. ITIL, which stands for "Information Technology Infrastructure Library," is now seen as a common framework for ITSM in businesses that run on IT infrastructure and services. This research was conducted to apply the ITIL model at the service operation stage, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) in the Academic Guidance Information System (SIBIMA). Based on the analysis and data from the SIBIMA web user questionnaire, it can be concluded that the SIBIMA web user is satisfied with the SIBIMA web. Users are satisfied with the quality of the SIBIMA web, satisfied with the information quality of the SIBIMA web, and satisfied with the service quality of the SIBIMA web.

Review on Web Based IT Career Guidance System

Abstract: The future depends on what you are doing nowadays. Today, if a person does not have a clear idea of how and what correct path he should take to balance the present and the future, this is a cause for concern. Competition in the modern educational and professional world is at its peak. The importance of proper guidance for various colleges and work-related issues is another foundation for a better future. Nowadays, students are often faced with a dilemma when choosing a career. Students are confused about their career, which is the defining moment of their life. There are several factors that influence students' career choices, such as their personal skills, educational achievements and environment. We have a manual career guidance system guided by human advisors, but this system suffers from the following problems low number of human advisors, lack of advisors in many colleges, low number of advisors assisting students during their studies in colleges attend, and the position of college counsellors is so unpopular that students rarely meet with them for career advice. We were able to develop an online career guidance information system to solve problems related to a student's career. An online career guidance system was developed and implemented using data from various surveys and various research papers. The following languages were used: REACT, MONGODB, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, NODE JS, EXPRESS, BOOTSTRAP. OPEN AI APIS. The system was implemented and tested on 50 students and 76 of them found the career system very useful.

Literature review of research progress on car following model

In the past several decades, the car-following model has attracted many experts and scholars from the fields of traffic engineering, computational physics, psychology and so on, these experts and scholars have carried on the thorough research and the exploration to it, causes the model analysis essential factor from simple to rich, from simple to complex. With the continuous improvement of the model, the improved car-following model is more and more in line with the actual traffic conditions. With the development of traffic technology, driver’s car-following behavior will change greatly, which is realized by developing and establishing ITS, driver information guidance system and vehicle automatic intelligent cruise system. Therefore, a lot of car-following models for specific problems have emerged, which is of great practical significance to the further study of car-following theory. In this paper, the research background and significance of car-following model are deeply discussed, the current research status and conclusions are comprehensively analyzed, and the future research direction in this field is prospected.

Intelligent transportation system platform information guidance strategy and incentive mechanism design

This article proposes a set of information guidance models and corresponding algorithms which are embedded in a traffic information guidance system. Through a systematic analysis, the following results were obtained. When vehicles have different degrees of rationality, it is better to use a differentiation strategy in terms of traffic rewards and punishments; in particular, in a situation in which the strength of interactions between vehicles is different, the platform can guide vehicles to reduce overall transport costs by changing the information of rewards and punishments. The related stability analysis verifies that the information induction can induce the behavioural state of vehicles to stabilize, and the targeted information induction can help the whole system to stabilize. Finally, based on these findings, the traffic inducement strategy of the platform is proposed under different road conditions.

Student Counseling Information System Design Web Based Using CodeIgniter Framework

The administrative process of counseling guidance services at SMP Plus Al-Amanah is still done manually which causes data collection of information on students still using books and filing in the BK room cupboard, counseling guidance at SMP Plus Al-Amanah is also still inputting and reporting achievements as well as violations by committing a private call sent via social media chat that specifically makes students have to go to school without holding an official letter from the BK when getting a call so that parents/guardians are worried and doubtful when the child is called to school if without written evidence. This results in physical exhaustion for both the guidance counselor and the students and creates doubt and concern for parents and guardians of students. To optimize time and distance, judging from these problems, a counseling guidance system was made using the OOAD model. The counseling guidance information system for SMP Plus Al-Amanah, can be used to manage the process of recording user data involved in the information system (administrators, operators, guests), recording violation and achievement data, recording student biodata, BK services, and calling students is a guidance process counseling that has been carried out. In addition, this information system can be used and viewed by parents via the Web so that counseling and data related to students can be monitored and viewed properly.

Strategic Planning for Student Guidance Information System Design in Tourism Department using Ward and Peppard Framework

This study examines the challenges faced by students during the thesis completion process, including miscommunication, document loss, and difficulty scheduling guidance sessions. To address these issues, Ward and Peppard's method was utilized to design a strategic plan for the Tourism Department at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. The research findings reveal that the implementation of the student guidance information system, "SIBIMA," results in an efficient and effective process for student registration, supervisor verification, document upload/download, manuscript correction, and monitoring of student progress. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis, Value Chain, Critical Success Factor (CSF), Porter Five Forces model, and McFarlan Grid Portfolio demonstrate that SIBIMA effectively utilizes strengths to overcome weaknesses and minimize threats.

PROTOTYPE SISTEM INFORMASI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING MENGGUNAKAN FIGMA

Guidance and counseling services are one of the efforts that must be held in schools to facilitate the development of students both individually and in groups. Currently there are still a number of schools that still provide conventional guidance and counseling services, where counseling services are still carried out offline (face to face) in the school counseling room. With the implementation of such guidance services and the identicality of the counseling room with students who have problems, students who are called or come to the counseling room get a negative opinion from other students. Even though counseling services in schools do not only deal with students who have problems, but counseling services in schools can be a facility that can be used by students to carry out guidance (academic, talents, interests, potential) and counseling (activities carried out by counselors (counseling teachers) and students with the aim of providing solutions and helping solve problems faced by students). For this reason, it is necessary to utilize technology so that counseling services can be carried out digitally. This research focuses on making a prototype guidance and counseling information system. Prototypes are made using figma with the aim of getting user experience. User experience is needed so that when the guidance and counseling information system is built it can suit the needs of the school.

Design of English Guidance Information System Based on Multiple Reading and Writing Information Fusion Algorithm

Diversified literacy is a new requirement for students' literacy in today's information globalization and culturally diverse society. In college English teaching, based on the theory of multiple reading and writing, this paper designs an information-based system to guide the teaching of college English. According to the four steps of multiple reading and writing teaching method, students are trained in visual reading and writing, media reading and writing, digital reading and writing, and digital reading and writing. Multiple reading and writing skills such as critical reading and writing. Analysis and Design of Student Guidance Information System through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan Waterfall Model

Universities play an essential role in encouraging digital literacy as a form of support to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia. One of the strategic steps to support the acceleration of digital transformation is to carry out organizational change in the academic scope. One of the innovative ideas to facilitate the thesis registration process, selection of supervisors, and thesis consultation is the existence of an integrated and accountable control system. This research proposes an idea to analyze and design the Information System for Thesis Consultation Process known as SIBIMA using the Software Life Cycle Development (SDLC) method according to the Waterfall model. SIBIMA is intended to support services in the education sector by adjusting the context of the values of the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, namely Kristiani, Unggul, Peduli, and Profesional. Thus, students, lecturers, and academic staff complement each other in improving the quality of education. The case study of application design is adjusted to the registration process, selection of supervisors, and thesis consultation at the Head of Tourism Department, Faculty of Business Administration and Communication Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.

Optimal multiobjective design of guidance information systems in underground spaces: Model development and a transportation hub case study

Guidance information systems (GISs) are widely used for pedestrian navigation in underground spaces. We investigate GIS design methods in this paper. First, the information demand and potential information locations are abstracted based on the network discretization of underground spaces. Second, a multiobjective GIS design (MOGISD) model that focuses on economic costs and wayfinding is developed, and a dynamic solution evaluation-based heuristic algorithm is proposed to determine the optimal GIS design plan. To obtain a GIS plan that can achieve a perfect match between demand and information, a three-dimensional microscopic pedestrian-information interaction model that considers both human and information factors is formulated. Finally, to evaluate the effectiveness of the MOGISD model, we use the model to design a GIS plan for the underground floor of a multimodal transportation hub. The results show that the proposed method produces cost-effective GIS design plans contributing to high-efficiency wayfinding. The MOGISD model is designer-friendly due to the simultaneous optimization of signage location and information allocation plans.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Online (SIMABIN) dengan Fitur Whatsapp Gateway Notifications

The Academic Manager of STMIK IKMI Cirebon does not know the status of theses and final assignments submitted by students for the 2020/2021 academic year. They do not know who has or has not completed the mentoring procedure until a mentoring report is issued at the end of the mentoring period. The process is done offline and each process involves manual labor, paper-based guidance cards, duplicate, invalid, or empty data are examples of data restrictions. It can take a while to search for data, missing files, or missing files through physically stacked folders. An integrated web-based information system is the solution. Users can access it from any platform, including supervisors, BAAK, heads of study programs, and students. The research method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and Extreme Programming (XP). The results showed that White Box Testing was 85% in the Online Guidance Information System (SIMABIN) for the main module so it was feasible for the deployment process. The application has gone through the deployment process and can record all student guidance activities starting from the process of submitting titles, guidance requirements, assignment of supervisors, process of guidance sessions, to the eligibility of hearings for each guidance week. Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Tugas Akhir Berbasis Web Pada Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi

Adiwangsa University Jambi is one of the private educational institutions, wherein running its business is pursuing the role of information technology, such as final project guidance activities which are currently still carried out conventionally, namely face-to-face. This often causes problems, especially during the pandemic which has quite an impact on graduation or guidance. To overcome the existing problems, the author proposes the design of a web-based final project guidance information system in the form of a prototype that can be implemented in the future so that it can be a solution. The tools used in modeling this system are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based final project guidance information system prototype that can help smooth the course of final project guidance activities at Adiwangsa University Jambi.

Pedestrian evacuation dynamics considering information guidance

Suitable information of routes and exits can help guide evacuees to approach the expected destinations more efficiently in case of emergencies, such as fire accidents, terrorist attacks and power failures. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the dynamics of two patterns of guided crowd evacuation. One is source-guided crowd evacuation, and the other is leader-guided crowd evacuation. In source-guided crowd evacuation, sources located in fixed positions diffuse information to evacuees around them in a certain form such as light, sound and smell. However, in the leader-guided crowd evacuation, leaders convey information to evacuees they encounter along their trajectories by means of word-of-mouth communication. First, considering wall-following, herding, and inertia behaviors, a mesoscopic model is established to formulate the movement of uninformed pedestrians without information guidance. Then, considering information guidance, a set of movement rules are constructed to describe the evolution dynamics of crowds comprising uninformed and informed pedestrians. Further, the implementation of the simulation models reveals the subtle effects of the initial position of information sources, the propagation velocity of information sources, and the initial distribution of leaders on the evacuation efficiency of crowds. This study gives new insights into the design of information guidance systems in pedestrian walking facilities.

Implementation of Design Thinking Methods in Information Systems Academic Guidance at the Information Systems Department Faculty of Computer Science Sriwijaya University

During their study period, one of the programs provided to students is academic guidance. Academic mentoring is an activity where students consult academic supervisors which aim to help students plan studies and solve study problems, one example is the academic mentoring program at the Information Systems Department, Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. However, in practice there are problems experienced by students but they are not detected from the start because of the low monitoring of their academic supervisors which causes delays in graduation. This study aims to produce a prototype design of the Academic Guidance Information System so that it can be used as a platform for monitoring student guidance. The method used is the design thinking method which has 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. At the ideate and prototype stages, the Fogg Behavior Model theory is used as a reference material. Evaluation of the prototype design results using the Maze Design usability tool. Testing uses two test methods, namely the Mission Usability Score (MIUS), Maze Usability Score (MAUS) and System Usability Score (SUS). The MIUS and MAUS tests got a score of 78 and entered the medium/marginal characteristics. The SUS calculation gets a score of 90.25 which leads to the acceptable category with a grade scale (A). The test results were carried out with 1 test iteration to 20 respondents and showed that the design had met the feasibility standard. Parking activities are one of the major problems in modern cities' transportation management systems. It is a complex and expensive process, and its price is determined not only by service tariffs, but also by resources invested in finding and traveling to vacancy spaces. Parking problems in larger cities can lead to increased air pollution, noise, driver time losses, stress and congestion. Parking guidance information systems (PGIS) have been successfully used to improve services and reduce harmful effects. Using case-based reasoning methodology in parking management and guidance systems could improve services and reduce required resources. Data collected from the existing drivers’ experience can be used by PGIS to generate solutions in free parking space search.

Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Akademik Mahasiswa Untuk Mengatasi Social Distancing Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Since the COVID-19 pandemic was declared a global pandemic in mid-March 2019, all countries in the world are struggling to overcome this pandemic. This pandemic greatly affects all sectors of human activity such as social, economic, and education. The Indonesian government has given instructions on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the university environment, all educational activities must be carried out online. In this difficult situation, students, lecturers, and universities find it difficult to adapt to these new habits. the process of student guidance and counseling as a means of supporting students in their education and monitoring student development becomes problematic. So that a solution is needed to solve the problem, the student guidance and counseling information system is a solution that can be done. This system is able to overcome the problem of space and time constraints for students and lecturers to conduct consultations. The results of the survey testing that have been carried out, 90% of respondents agree that this system is feasible to implement and is able to overcome the problems of guidance and counseling during social distancing.
