Aspects of the joint cultivation of <i>Bacillus amyloliquefaciens</i> and <i>Bacillus aryabhattai</i> for the intensification of growth-stimulating substances synthesis

Growth-stimulating properties of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B-11265 and Bacillus aryabhattai B-13192 strains were studied, and the possibility of their co-cultivation for activity intensification was evaluated. The strains under study were found to be able to synthesize indolyl-3-acetic and gibberellic acids, siderophores: B. amyloliquefaciens B-11265 in the amount of 5.23 µg/ml, 1.05 mg/ml, 46.15%; B. aryabhattai B-13192 – 3.07 µg/ml, 0.84 mg/ml, 35.50%, respectively. The research results showed that the strains were biocompatible and did not inhibit each other's development, allowing them to be included in the same consortium. Joint cultivation of the strains showed that the ratio of microorganisms in the nutrient substrate has a significant effect on the yield of the target substances. At the ratio of B. amyloliquefacien and B. aryabhattai 1 : 1, inhibition of indolyl-3-acetic acid synthesis was observed; ratios of 2 : 3 and 3 : 2 led to a decrease in gibberellic acid production. It was found that three (B. amyloliquefacien) to one (B. aryabhattai) was the optimal ratio to increase the yield of the target substances compared to the average values characteristic of individual strains. In this variant, the synthesis of growth-stimulating substances by the consortium was: indolyl-3-acetic acid – 5.31 μg/ml, gibberellic acid – 1.23 mg/ml, siderophores – 51.27%. The results obtained indicate the high potential of the engineered consortium for agricultural applications. However, in order to develop a growth-stimulating preparation based on it, it is necessary to conduct a number of additional studies aimed at investigating the effect of the strain on agricultural crops in laboratory and field experiments.

MODIFICATION OF SODIUM HUMATE WITH ALUMINUM DIHYDROPHOSPHATE DEPENDING ON TIME AND THE RATIO OF SOLID AND LIQUID PHASES

Due to their high chemical activity, humic compounds participate in various reactions. A large number of functional groups opens up wide possibilities for the humic compounds chemical modification. Most studies on the modification of humic substances are focused on studying the structure of humic substances, as well as on the factors influencing the completeness of the release of one humic substances fraction. The purpose of the work is to study the patterns of modification processes of sodium humate with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, to determine the composition and properties of the resulting organomineral composite materials. Methods. Chemical analysis, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray analysis. Results and discussion. The composition and properties of organo-mineral composite materials obtained by conversion of sodium humate with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate have been determined. With an increase in the S:L ratio from 1:0.5 to 1:1.5, the yield of humic compounds increases from 15.62 to 21.92%, and the amount of phosphorus and nitrogen, on the contrary, the S:L=1:1.5 decreases, that is, the amount of phosphorus decreases from 37.51 to 32.19%, and the amount of nitrogen decreases from 1.78 to 1.11%. This is due to the improvement of diffusion conditions by reducing the medium viscosity and increasing the rate of primary components interaction. And the reduction in the amount of nitrogen occurs due to a decrease in ammonia consumption due to the humic substances neutralizing ability. Conclusion. It has been shown that the conversion of humic compounds with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate leads to a change in its composition and properties; the resulting products are enriched with phosphorus and nitrogen, and have good physicochemical and physicomechanical properties. After the macromolecules of humic compounds modification with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, the number of oxygen-containing functional groups increases as a result of which the ion-exchange, complexing, sorption, detoxification and growth-stimulating properties is observed.

Seaweed Extract for Sustainable Rice Production- A Review

Seaweed extract is a bio-simulant that obtain from seaweeds like Agar, and Alginate and many more species of seaweed. By application of seaweed extract in rice crop (Oryza sativa L.) can increase the growth, grain yield, biological yield and improves the nutrient content in grain. Seaweed extract application also reduces the biotic and abiotic stress on crops. This seaweed extract can be applied in many ways to crop plants like foliar spray, soil incorporation, etc., based on crop type. It can impact the cellular respiration of plants and incorporates many enzymes like NAA, auxins, vitamins, cytokinin’s and many other growths promoting hormones in plants. This extract also has growth stimulating properties. It can increase nutrient absorption capacity by increasing root growth. Most of the marine algae are rich in auxins that increase root growth. The application of seaweed extract in soil can improve the physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil. It can improve Arbuscular mycorrhiza by providing potassium to plant. Application of seaweed extract to soil can improve the availability of nutrients like calcium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. Moreover, foliar spray of seaweed extract in rice crop increases crop growth, yield, nutrient uptake, water uptake, increases photosynthesis, and stomatal conductance. So, seaweed extract incorporation in rice cultivation could be a better approach to gain long-term sustainable production.

Synthesis of Amides and Salts of Oxalic Acid and Their Use as Plant Growth Regulators

Oxalic acid plays a very important role in the life of plant organisms. In addition, its salts and amide derivatives also have growth-stimulating properties. In this work, we show the results of research in the field of synthesis of amide derivatives of oxalic acid, and also investigated their growth properties using the example of some agricultural crops. Have found that the mono amide of oxalic acid has a stronger effect on the growth of pea seeds compared to the disubstituted amide of this acid. Thus, we can conclude that salts and amide derivatives of oxalic acid have a pronounced regulatory property during the ripening of pea and corn seeds. In this regard, they have been recommended as growth stimulants for these plants in agricultural practice.

Chitosan nanoparticles encapsulating curcumin counteract salt-mediated ionic toxicity in wheat seedlings: an ecofriendly and sustainable approach.

Over-accumulating salts in soil are hazardous materials that interfere with the biochemical pathways in growing plants drastically affecting their physiological attributes, growth, and productivity. Soil salinization poses severe threats to highly-demanded and important crops directly challenging food security and sustainable productivity. Recently, there has been a great demand to exploit natural sources for the development of nontoxic nanoformulations of growth enhancers and stress emulators. The chitosan (CS) has growth-stimulating properties and widespread use as nanocarriers, while curcumin (CUR) has a well-established high ROS scavenging potential. Herein, we use CS and CUR for the preparation of CSNPs encapsulating CUR as an ecofriendly nanopriming agent. The hydroprimed, nanoprimed (0.02 and 0.04%), and unprimed (control) wheat seeds were germinated under salt stress (150 mM NaCl) and normal conditions. The seedlings established from the aforementioned seeds were employed for germination studies and biochemical analyses. Priming imprints mitigated the ionic toxicity by upregulating the machinery of antioxidants (CAT, POD, APX, and SOD), photosynthetic pigments (Chl a, Chl b, total Chl, and lycopene), tannins, flavonoids, and protein contents in wheat seedlings under salt stress. It controlled ROS production and avoided structural injuries, thus reducing MDA contents and regulating osmoregulation. The nanopriming-induced readjustments in biochemical attributes counteracted the ionic toxicity and positively influenced the growth parameters including final germination, vigor, and germination index. It also reduced the mean germination time, significantly validating the growth-stimulating and stress-emulating role of the prepared nanosystem. Hence, the nanopriming conferred tolerance against salt stress during germination and seedling development, ensuring sustainable growth.

Role of microbial inoculants for improving productivity and systemic resistance in Abelmoschus esculentus

Okra is an economic vegetable crop and widely dispersed throughout the world's tropical, subtropical zones. It is necessary for human health and an adequate supply of total vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes and other elements that are typically deficient in developing-country diets. The disease issues in this crop are root-decaying infections. Microbial inoculants are gaining a reputation in agronomic research. Pseudomonas species have the ability to boost plant immunity by inducing resistance against biotic and abiotic stress. Because of its substantial properties in growth and pathogen suppression during its complimentary relationship with host, Pseudomonas is the most preferred bio-inoculant. The association of Pseudomonas with crop stimulates the secretion of phytohormones, secondary metabolites and enzymes responsible for growth and pathogen control. The aim of the study is to figure out the consequences of competing inoculants on the nutritional content and quality of okra plants. So different strains of P. fluorescens (EFP161, EFP121, EFP43, EFP56, and EFP171) were inoculated (200 mL in soil) along with okra seeds in field trails. The experiment was completely randomized block design and run for 60 days of inoculation. After harvesting (60 days), their growth parameters with their biomass and stress resistance indicators like polyphenols (26.5 μg/mL), antioxidant (43.08%) and salicylic acid content (0.11 μg/mL) were estimated in Pseudomonas treated plants. Fruit quality parameters including total soluble solids (4.7%), pH, moisture content (93%), proteins (95 μg/mL) and carbohydrates (39 μg/mL) were tested in order to check their nutritional value. Okra plants showed some complications during field trails like death of the young seedlings, wet soil, rotting of small pods is a fairly common problem. These inoculants exhibited plant growth-stimulating properties by elevating their resistance power to stress and against phytopathogens responsible for plant growth reduction. The inoculation of these strains not only increased the plant growth parameters but also increased the nutritional quality of fruits. This research summarizes the impact of microbial inoculants as agricultural inputs.

КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ВЗАИМОСВЯЗИ ИНТЕНСИВНОСТИ МЕТАБОЛИЗМА И ТЕРМОГЕНЕЗА У МОЛОДНЯКА КУР ПРИ КОРРИГИРУЮЩЕМ ВЛИЯНИИ ЦИТРАТА ЦИНКА

In accordance with I.I.Kochish data, young animal adaptation possibilities weakening is the result of metabolism disturbance and can be related often to thermogenesis low intensity, and it influence negatively on poultry livability and growth and development [1].That’s why the most effective antioxidants — energy stimulators search and detailed research is of particular interest. Zinc citrate in all poultry species diet in postembryonic period is proved to show pronounced antioxidant and growth stimulating properties but we have no data on its usage in earlier ontogenesis periods in literature available to us. This biostimulant action has been analysed on young chicken organisms in early ontogenesis with transovarian introduction in this research framework.

The biopotential of extremophilic microorganisms isolated from Kuzbass for protection and growth stimulation of oat (Avena sativa L.)

Biological plant protection products are extensively utilized in agriculture owing to their safety, efficacy, and environmental friendliness. The utilization of these funds in locales with challenging weather patterns is constrained. In order to ensure the successful use of biological plant protection products, it is rational to search for microorganisms adapted to the specific soil and climatic conditions of the territory. The objective of the investigation is to evaluate the antagonistic and growth-stimulating properties of the consortium of extremophilic microorganisms of Kuzbass, and to conduct laboratory testing on oats (Avena sativa L.). The work used microorganisms isolated at the initial stages of the research, such as Leclercia sp., Sphingomonas paucimobilis, and Lactobacillus plantarum. The findings revealed that these microorganisms are capable of producing gibberellic acid, dissolving phosphates, and retaining atmospheric nitrogen. Furthermore, the co-cultivation of microorganisms facilitates the enhancement of these indicators. The negative impact of phytopathogens (Alternaria alternata (F-525), Fusarium graminearum (F-877) PH-1, Fusarium graminearum (F-892) and Fusarium sporotrichioides (F-902)) on oats in laboratory conditions was reduced by a consortium based on these microorganisms. Therefore, the consortium has the potential to develop commercial drugs. Field experiments are planned in the future.

Isolation and selection of nodulating bacteria from the rhizosphere of legume (mash - Vigna radiata) and bean (Phaseolus lunatus) plants and to enhance specific properties through induced mutagenesis methods

The aim of the research is to create a collection of PGPR properties of bacteria for legume plants, as well as to increase their growth—stimulating activity by methods of induced mutagenesis. In this article, studies have been conducted on the isolation of microorganisms from the rhizosphere of legumes. And also, to increase the PGPR growth-stimulating properties of rhizosphere microorganisms using methods of physical and chemical mutagenesis. A collection of active rhizosphere bacteria has been created from 4 strains of the genus Bacillus megaterium, Arthrobacter globiformis, Arthrobacter crystallopoietes and Bacillus spp. Dining the screening, bacteria with PGPR properties Bacillus megaterium, Arthrobacter globiformis, and Arthrobacter crystallopoietes were isolated, as these strains stimulated the growth of legume plants.

A COLLECTION OF INDUSTRIALLY VALUABLE CULTURES OF MICROORGANISMS FOR AGRICULTURAL BIOLOGY

The Engineering and Technological Institute "Biotechnic" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has collected and preserve the viable collection of microorganisms, which was formed on the basis of expediency and efficiency in the biologization of agriculture. The microbial gene pool of the Collection bacterial and fungal strains of microorganisms that are used in biotechnologies for the production of plant protection products and their quality control. Microbiopreparations with fungicidal, entomocidal, phosphate-mobilizing, nematicidal, cellulolytic, and growth-stimulating properties have been created on the basis of collection microorganisms. The Collection also preserve strains that influenced on the atmospheric nitrogen fixation processes. The great interest present the microorganisms isolated from natural sources of different regions of Ukraine (author's strains), most of which are in studying and accumulating information about them. To determine the biological activity of fungicides, the Collection supports fungal test objects that are the causative agents of diseases of vegetable, grain, fruit and berry crops. The Collection of non-pathogenic microorganisms was created for working in the field of plant protection, as well as for teaching students of biology, biotechnologies, and agronomists. The collection is specialized, therefore the preservation of such unique objects is a priority task, since the losts of collection microorganisms can have negative consequences for the further improvement and development of biotechnology, in particular, the production of microbiological preparations for plant protection using the potential of the Collection. Taking into account all of the above, on November 4, 2022, the collection was entered into the State Register of Scientific Objects, which constitute national property (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine of November 4, 2022, No. 1243).

Peculiarities of Bacillus Subtilis strains influence on the development of Triticum Aestivum L. in inoculative cultures

The research relevance is predetermined by the need to study strains of Bacillus subtilis bacteria that have a positive effect on plant growth and development and exhibit a stimulating effect at optimal bacterial loads. The research is of great importance for agriculture, ecology, and sustainable development. The research aims to determine the effect of new strains of B. subtilis (H3, H10, H13, H36, H38, H40, H43, H45) on the development of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) seedlings when inoculated with inoculated crops. Laboratory, vegetation, and mathematical and statistical methods were used in the study: deep cultivation of strains, roll method of germination of test plant seeds, and data processing using Statistica 8.0 and MS Excel. The results of the model experiment on the effect of culture liquids of B. subtilis strains under different technological forms and dilutions on the growth and development of wheat test plants are summarised. It has been established that at dilutions of 1:10, 1:50, 1:100, and 1:500, the stimulating effect of bioagents is observed, and the maximum effect is achieved at a dilution of 1:100. It has been shown that the greatest positive effect on wheat seed germination was observed for B. subtilis inoculants applied to seeds in mature technological forms (spore culture, 2.0 x 107 cells per seed). The germination energy of Triticum aestivum L. seeds increased by 96.5% when interacting with B. subtilis inoculants, and the raw weight of seedlings increased by 84.0-109.6% depending on the experiment variant compared to the control, which indicates the growth-stimulating properties of the new strains. It was proved that the use of mature cultures of B. subtilis H38, H40 and H45 resulted in an increase in root weight by 4.8-11.3% compared to the control without bacterisation. When treated with culture fluids of B. subtilis H3, H10, H13, H36, and H43 in the form of vegetative cells, the root mass decreased by 11.8-44.0% compared to the control. The use of the studied strains of B. subtilis effectively affects the development of winter wheat and is a promising inoculant with a growth-stimulating effect. The practical significance of the study is to understand and determine the potential benefits of using Bacillus subtilis bacterial strains to enhance the growth and development of plants, in particular winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Promising Strains of Hydrocarbon-Oxidizing Pseudomonads with Herbicide Resistance and Plant Growth-Stimulating Properties for Bioremediation of Oil-Contaminated Agricultural Soils

Nowadays, large areas of agricultural land are contaminated with chemical plant-protection products. Agricultural soils are also susceptible to oil pollution as a result of accidents on oil pipelines. Bioremediation of such soils from oil with the help of hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria is hindered by the presence of additional pollutants such as herbicides. In this work, seven strains of Pseudomonas were isolated and identified, which showed differences in ability of oil biodegradation (32.7–77.3%). All strains showed resistance to herbicides based on 2,4-D and substances from the class of imidazolinones, possessed phosphate-solubilizing and nitrogen-fixing activity, and produced indolyl-3-acetic acid (305–1627 ng/mL culture liquid). They stimulated the growth of barley and clover in soil with oil, as well as the growth of clover in soil with herbicide. In a vegetative experiment (duration 30 days, initial oil content in soil 2% wt., herbicide based on imazethapyr 0.002% wt.) of barley plants and P. alcaligenes UOM 10 or P. frederiksbergensis UOM 11, oil degradation was 48.1–52.7%, the same strains and clover plants, 37.9–38.6%. The studied bacteria have the potential to be used in the bioremediation of oil-contaminated agricultural soils, including in combination with phytomeliorant plants.

The state of metabolic parameters of the blood in white rats under conditions of long-term oral administration of gadolinium orthovanadate nanoparticles under food stress

The prohibition of using antibiotics with growth-stimulating properties in the European Union led to the search for new, safer, more effective, and cheaper feed additives. One of these substances was rare earth elements (REE, atomic numbers 57–71) due to their low toxicity and protective and antioxidant properties. At the same time, higher efficiency of organic forms of REE was noted. Thanks to this, it is possible to assume their even more pronounced effect in nano-sized form as feed additives and the need to conduct research in this direction. Therefore, this work aims to study the metabolic parameters of the blood in rats under long-term oral administration of nanoparticles of one of the representatives of rare earth elements – gadolinium orthovanadate (NP GdVO4:Eu3+) under food stress. Experimental samples of gadolinium orthovanadate nanoparticles activated by Europium (spindle-shaped geometry; size 8×25 nm; initial concentration 1.0 g/dm3) were used in work. Experimental studies on rats were carried out based on the vivarium of the NSC “IEKVM”. The object of research was 140 mature male Wistar rats with an initial weight of 180–200 g. Four groups of animals, 35 rats each, were formed according to the principle of analogs. During the experiment, animals of the control group received drinking water without additives; rats of the І experimental group were given a solution of NP GdVO4:Eu3+ at a dose of 0.2 mg/dm3 (≈ 0.03 mg/kg of body weight); II research group – at a dose of 1.0 mg/dm3 (≈ 0.15 mg/kg of body weight) and rats of III research group – at a dose of 2.0 mg/dm3 (≈ 0.30 mg/kg of body weight). Drinking was carried out for 56 days, then it was completed, and the rats were observed for another 14 days. A nutritionally unbalanced diet was used as a stress factor. Taking into account the results of biochemical studies, the adaptogenic effect of NP GdVO4:Eu3+ in the range of doses of 0.2–1.0 mg/dm3 of drinking water (≈ 0.03–0.15 mg/kg of body weight) on the body of white rats was established under conditions of food stress with optimal duration of action – 28–42 days. Under the conditions of administration at a dose of 2.0 mg/dm3 of drinking water (≈ 0.30 mg/kg of body weight), a hepatic(cyto-)toxic effect of nanoparticles was detected, which was accompanied by an irreversible decrease in the structural indicators of lipid metabolism, the consumption of antioxidant resources and the induction of intensity processes of lipid peroxidation against the background of alanine aminotransferase hyperenzymemia.

TRITERPENE GLYCOSIDES AS PLANT GROWTH REGULATORS: POTENTIAL AND PROSPECTS FOR USE (RE-VIEW)

The increased interest in the study of the growth-regulating activity of triterpene glycosides (TG) in recent years is largely due to the need to create new highly effective environmentally friendly plant growth biostimulants, the use of which is considered as an important strategy in managing the productivity and stress resistance of agricultural crops. Тhe review presents information available in the literature on phytoregulatory activity TG with an emphasis on their growth-stimulating properties. The physiological effects of TG in bioassays on phytohormonal activity are considered. The auxin- gibberellin- and cytokinin-like effect of TG on growth and metabolism (changes in the activity of enzymes: α-amylase, peroxidase, catalase, polyphenol oxidase, IAA oxidase, nitrate reductase, chlorophyll and protein content), was shown depending on the structure of TG, concentration and the tested plant. The issues of the mechanism of the growth-stimulating action and the possible involvement of TG and free triterpenes in physiological processes in plants are discussed. The relationships between the structure and phytoregulatory activity of TG was analyzed. The effect of exogenous TG and triterpenoids on plants under abiotic stresses, as well as the possibility of using some TG, extracts of saponin-bearing plants (Сamellia sp., Silphium perfoliatum, Medicago sativa, Glycine max, Vigna radiata, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Moringa oleifera, Solidago gigantea, Centella asiatica, Eclipta alba, Quillaja saponaria, Bacopa monnieri et al.) and plant extracts containing triterpenoids (Abies sibirica, Betula sp.) in crop production as plant growth regulators, is considered.

Role and Mechanisms of Phytochemicals in Hair Growth and Health.

Hair health is associated with personal distress and psychological well-being. Even though hair loss (alopecia) does not affect humans' biological health, it affects an individual's social well-being. So, treatment for hair problems and improving hair health are obligatory. Several pharmacological and cosmeceutical treatment procedures are available to manage hair loss and promote growth. Several factors associated with hair health include genetics, disease or disorder, drugs, lifestyle, chemical exposure, and unhealthy habits such as smoking, diet, and stress. Synthetic and chemical formulations have side effects, so people are moving towards natural compounds-based remedies for their hair problems. The history of using phytochemicals for hair health has been documented anciently. However, scientific studies on hair loss have accelerated in recent decades. The current review summarizes the type of alopecia, the factor affecting hair health, alopecia treatments, phytochemicals' role in managing hair loss, and the mechanisms of hair growth-stimulating properties of phytochemicals. The literature survey suggested that phytochemicals are potent candidates for developing treatment procedures for different hair problems. Further detailed studies are needed to bring the scientific evidence to market.

Increasing the toxic effects of fluorine compounds of winter wheat plant with the help of bacteria

Wheat stands as a prominent cereal crop, holding significant importance in both food and production realms. In the cultivation of winter wheat within soil environments tainted with fluorine compounds, the application of mineral and biological fertilizers becomes imperative. This amalgamation of beneficial bacteria, coupled with growth-stimulating properties, plays a pivotal role in averting the uptake of toxic substances by plants. The article delves into experimental findings that shed light on the efficacy of TERIA-S bacterial fertilizer in diminishing the fluorine content across various components of wheat plants. These components encompass roots, leaves, stems, and grains. The research focuses on wheat cultivated in soil regions afflicted by fluoride contamination within the Surkhandarya region of Uzbekistan. Through systematic experimentation, the study highlights the capacity of TERIA-S bacterial fertilizer to mitigate the presence of fluorine in wheat plants grown within fluoride-laden soil conditions. This outcome bears significant implications for improving the quality and safety of wheat crops in regions plagued by fluorine contamination. By elucidating the potential of microbial interventions in addressing this ecological challenge, the research contributes to the arsenal of strategies aimed at safeguarding agricultural productivity and human health.

Potential Implication of in ovo Feeding of Phytogenics in Poultry Production.

Hatchery's goals include maximizing revenue by achieving high hatchability with day-old birds of excellent quality. The advancement of technology has benefited the poultry sector since breeding and genetics technology have increased the rates of meat maturation in developing birds in a short period of time. Excessive use of in-feed antibiotics has been shown in studies to increase the chance of resistance to human infections. Bacterial resistance and antibiotic residues in animal products raised concerns about using antibiotics as growth promoters, eventually leading to a prohibition on using in-feed antibiotics in most industrialized nations. In ovo technology is a novel method for delivering bioactive chemicals to developing avian embryos. In ovo feeding technologies may provide additional nutrients to the embryos before hatching. The introduction of bioactive compounds has the potential to assist in decreasing and eventually eliminating the problems associated with traditional antibiotic delivery in chicken production. Phytobiotics were advocated as an alternative by researchers and dietitians. So far, several studies have been conducted on the use of phytogenic feed additives in poultry and swine feeding. They have primarily demonstrated that phytobiotics possess antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and growth-stimulating properties. The antioxidant effect of phytobiotics can improve the stability of animal feed and increase the quality and storage duration of animal products. In general, the existing documentation indicates that phytobiotics improve poultry performance. To effectively and efficiently use the in ovo technique in poultry production and advance research in this area, it is important to have a thorough understanding of its potential as a means of nutrient delivery during the critical stage of incubation, its effects on hatching events and posthatch performance, and the challenges associated with its use. Overall, this review suggests that in ovo feeding of phytobiotics has the potential to improve the antioxidant status and performance of chickens.

Использование фитобиотиков в кормлении моногастричных животных (обзор )

The negative consequences of the irrational use of feed antibiotics in animal husbandry, consisting in the spread of resistance of pathogens to their action, determine the relevance of the search for and introduction of alternative stabilisers of the intestinal microbiota of animals in the feed industry. These include phytobiotics – plant preparations that help improve animal productivity and health. The paper presents a review of national and foreign scientific literature on the use of phytogenic feed additives in the feeding of monogastric animals. Specific cases of the use of phytogenic feed additives in the feeding of poultry (broilers, laying hens, turkeys, ducks, quails, geese), pigs, rabbits and horses of different age and sex groups are considered. The results of the effect of phytobiotics on zootechnical indicators of farm animal growth, blood morphology, intestinal microbiota, biochemical characteristics of meat, eggs and other products are presented. Growth stimulating, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and other beneficial properties of phytobiotics prepared from various plant components are described. On the basis of the review, conclusions are drawn on the wide range of plant raw materials used as phytobiotics, the main biologically active compounds that determine the functional properties of the studied preparations, the scope of use of phytobiotics in the feeding of various monogastric animals, and the nature of the effect of additives on economic and biological characteristics of animals.

Agrochemical efficiency of slow release phosphate fertilizers derived on the base of phosphorite activation

Studies in which new phosphorus fertilizers containing additional organic substances are a tool for regulating soil fertility are described in this paper. The fertilizers were developed in Institute of General and Inorganic of Uzbek Academy Sciences. Phosphate fertilizers were obtained by decomposition of ordinary phosphorite powder with acid effluent that is a waste from the soap production of Urganch yog'-moy JSC in various ratios. According to the developers, ordinary phosphate powder (OPP), due to the treatment with acid effluent (AE), acquires new qualities as slowly soluble properties, which allows for a more rational use of nutrients, in particular phosphorus, increasing its efficiency and reducing wasteful losses. In addition, the introduction of organic substances into the composition of the AE enriches the phosphorus fertilizer with biologically active compounds, and gives it valuable growth-stimulating properties. New fertilizers are intended for use in irrigated agriculture, which have long lasting properties. It is assumed that derived fertilizers contribute to the improvement of the physical and chemical properties of the soil, optimize the vital activity of the cultivated crop without a negative increase in the activity of soil microorganisms.
