Exploration of Social Work Intervention Models in College Students' Youth Health Education—Taking University X as an Example

Based on the youth health program of colleges and universities, we carry out youth health education for X-school students based on the group work method of social work. It explores the practical path of youth health education in colleges and universities and develops a "trinity" youth health education model for colleges and universities, which promotes the organic integration of professional social work education, student peer education, community practice education, and youth health education, and finally provides suggestions for future youth health education in colleges and universities.

Cegah Perudungan dengan Pengembangan Potensi Warga Belajar di PKBM Yabes Medan

Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) is a non-formal education unit organized to meet various learning needs of the community established and managed by the community in an effort to empower local communitie. The purpose of this writing is to prevent bullying with the development of the potential of residents studying at PKBM Yabes Medan. The location of the practice is on Jl. Jamin Ginting GG. Build Sangka Manuk No. 8, Kel. Mangga, Kec. Medan Tuntungan, Medan City, North Sumatra. With the focus of the research subject on learning citizens. With a period of practice for 4 months. The method used in this practice is the groupwork method proposed by Zastrow with stages consisting of: (1) Engangement, Intake and Contract, (2) assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. The results of this practice show an increase in client knowledge in English language skills, basic computer operating skills and character. However, clients in a condition are vulnerable to bullying actions beyond their control. This is the result of previous habits. So evaluation and supervision are needed as a reminder so that clients can control themselves.

Discussion on the Path of Group Work to Enhance Parent-child Relationship of Children from the Perspective of Increasing Enhancement—Take the X Community in Chengdu City as an Example

The migration of households within China's population is a clear trend, and the proportion of migrant children is increasing annually. The government has gradually paid more attention to the migrant population and the children living with them, and has introduced preferential policies to alleviate the pressure they face. However, migrant children experience frequent mobility within their family structure, which can negatively impact their personal development, psychological health, and socialization. Comprehensive factors leading to poor family interactions in mobile families. A strong parent-child relationship is crucial for successful socialization of children and adolescents, and plays a pivotal role in the process of children's physical and mental development. Therefore, how to solve the parent-child problems encountered by these families after their mobility is the problem that social work should pay attention to. From the perspective of empowerment, this study utilizes the group work method to intervene in the parent-child relationship of migrant children, aiming at providing some experience for the research and practice of exploring the path of improving the parent-child relationship of migrant children.

Valuing emotions and reflecting on group work: A ‘metalogic’ approach to teaching research methods in a university course

Students are often apprehensive about group work and about learning research methods. Challenges such as group work ‘free-riders’, and high anxiety about methods, dominate the literature on teaching within these complex learning domains. Drawing on both reflexive and emotional turns in sociological theory, we explore the potential of a group research project on students' experiences of group work for fostering reflexive learning of skills in group work and research methods. Guided by a socio-personal pedagogical theory, which prioritises students reflecting on and integrating experiences within their identities and values, the group project featured an individual reflexive journal assessment on students' socio-emotional experiences of group work. The findings highlight the merits of taking such a ‘metalogic’ approach that prompts learning about learning itself. Students showed experience-based understanding of the socio-emotional complexities of qualitative research practices, and insight into their emerging group work skills – identifying how they, not just others, can develop skills to improve reflexive practice and group work, and to better grapple with the complexities of learning and applying research methods.

小组游戏治疗提升心智障碍儿童社会互动能力研究

This research is an exploration and attempt to apply play therapy to the daily curriculum of special education schools by using the professional methods of social work groups from the perspective of social learning theory. In the research process, the research methods of participatory observation, semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey were used to compare before and after intervention, and it was found that the combination of play therapy and group work method could be integrated into the special education teaching curriculum and had a significant effect on improving the social interaction ability of children with intellectual disabilities. The improvement of social interaction ability of children with mental disabilities is specifically reflected in the project: improving the ability to abide by game discipline, improving game cognition, strengthening game performance and overall ability improvement, but for individuals with relatively severe mental disabilities, further casework methods are needed to achieve obvious results. The research can provide reference for social work to intervene in the mentally disabled groups in special education schools.

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Minat Membaca, Menulis, dan Berhitung (CALISTUNG) Serta Sosialisasi Penerapan Etika dan Moral

Reading, writing and arithmetic are important aspects in elementary school. Students must master the aspects of reading, writing and arithmetic. These aspects of learning have a very important role, because by reading, writing and arithmetic children can learn various ways to improve their knowledge. In addition, in everyday life academic ability is not enough to achieve success in education, but ethics and morals also need to be applied, therefore, in addition to improving calistung abilities. I also provide socialization regarding the application of ethics and morals to students. Ethics and morals are one of the problems of education, especially elementary schools which are one of the contributors to problems in this country, how can it not be, students often encounter lies about what they have done, such as fighting, low respect for parents and teachers, impolite words in communication. The process of providing this assistance will be carried out through PKL I activities by creating a program. Activities will be carried out using the group work method which consists of stages, Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation, and Termination. The final result of this program was declared successful, as can be seen from the significant changes in the students, namely starting from the students getting better trained in reading, writing, and arithmetic (calistung).

Menerapkan Latihan Literasi Numerasi Menggunakan Media Belajar Online di SD Negeri 060888

Teaching Campus is a learning platform that provides opportunities for students to learn outside the campus to train their ability to solve complex problems by becoming teacher partners to innovate in learning, development and creative, innovative learning models. Through this program, students will be more active in the field and hone their creativity for the sustainability and improvement of the quality of education. This journal will explain how the Teaching Campus Program is carried out. The locations in the Teaching Campus Program certainly vary. For this teaching campus is a program under the auspices of the University of North Sumatra or Mitra Usu which is located at UPT SD 060888 which is located at Jl. Darussalam, Babura, District. Medan Sunggal, Medan City, North Sumatra 20153. And in the introduction of this program, the Group Work method is also used. This group work method serves to find out the problems that exist among students, so that researchers can make a form of solution. The form of program completion carried out is Literacy and Numeracy Training in increasing students' interest in reading and also improving literacy skills in students and students.

Penanaman Pendidikan Karakter sebagai Upaya Mencegah dan Mengurangi Kasus Bullying

Bullying cases nowadays are increasingly occurring in all circles. Bullies feel that what they do is normal. Even though bullying can have a very bad impact on the victim of bullying. The factors that cause bullying also vary. However, it is often found that the main cause is when a person's shortcomings are considered to be ridiculed by bullies, then they bully that individual without thinking about the impact on the victim. In this case, problems were found in groups of children where bullying often occurred among them when playing or studying. The author here carries out social work practice on PKL II assignments using the Groupwork Method with stages such as: (1) Engagement, Intake and Contract, (2) ssessmenAt, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. The aim of this practicum is to reduce cases of bullying using character education as part of the process of controlling emotions and developing self-control. The results of the implementation of this program show that cases of bullying in this group of children are decreasing.

Praktik Intervensi Pekerja Sosial dengan Metode Groupwork melalui Terapi Bermain Kelompok terhadap Anak Korban Kekerasan

Recently, cases of violence against children have become more prevalent. In recent years, Indonesia has often been mentioned as facing an emergency of violence against children, be it physical violence, sexual violence, bullying, and so on. The perpetrator even comes not only from the victim's external environment, but also by the victim's closest people and even the victim's own family. Meanwhile, the main concern is the impact experienced by child victims of violence. In the practice of social work, a social worker must strive to achieve evil for the child who is a victim. As a prospective professional social worker, Praktikan practiced social worker intervention with the groupwork method on six child victims of violence. Groupwork methods provide assistance such as self-help groups, achieving common goals in the group and so on. In this case, Praktikan conducts group play therapy for child victims of violence with the aim of reducing bad behavior and increasing the closeness of relationships among fellow clients. Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa dengan Variasi Belajar Audio Visual dan Interaktif

Low student interest in learning is a challenge in this 4.0 technology era. Technological stuttering accompanied by self-doubt makes it difficult for students to progress and keep up with the times. Coupled with learning that is too monotonous, it makes students' interest in learning even lower. There is a Teaching Campus MBKM (Freedom Learning Campus) program that can help overcome the obstacles that exist in various schools in Indonesia. The author here was moved to take part in the program and found a problem where the learning system was monotonous, which made students' interest in learning, which was initially low, grow lower. In this study, the authors used the Groupwork Method with stages such as: (1) Engagement, Intake and Contract, (2) Assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in learning through audio-visual learning variations such as the use of technology and interactive learning variations so as to increase students' sense of courage and confidence. The results of this research show that students' interest in learning has increased and students are more daring to show themselves and have self-confidence.

Education is one thing that is quite essential for humans. As long as humans are alive, humans will continue to learn. The state itself has prepared formal education for its citizens. This is aimed at equal distribution of education throughout Indonesia so that Indonesian people can live independently in society and can continue their education to a higher level. The problem of literacy and creativity are two things that need attention because currently, the interest in literacy and creativity of students is getting lower. Even though by having these two things students empower themselves and improve their quality as individuals. Through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Kampus Mengajar program, the authors designed and implemented a learning program to improves students' literacy abilities and interests and increase student creativity which applied at UPT SD Negeri 060815 Medan City. The implementation of this program uses the social group work method to find out the progress of students, including (1) Preparation, (2) Intake and contract, (3) Assessment, (4) Planning, (5) Intervention, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination.

Health and hygiene are two things that cannot be separated. Every individual must be able to maintain their own hygiene in order to avoid various diseases that can arise due to lack of hygiene. Personal hygiene is a self-care effort carried out to maintain health both physically and psychologically. This personal hygiene must be applied starting from children, they must begin to be taught about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene from an early age so that it becomes a habit that continues into adulthood. Mutual respect must be built from an early age, before building a generation of accomplished nations, mutual respect must be applied first. the development of the times and technology is none other than the biggest influence in influencing and hindering the building of the national character as expected, this is very much felt when starting kampus mengajar program’s. therefore the purpose of writing this journal is to build an attitude of mutual respect as well as the dangers of bullying among UPT SMPN 10 Medan, Padang Bulan students, with a period of 3 months. With the help of the staged casework method by Zastrow. The stages in the groupwork method include (1) Engagement, Intake, Contract, (2) Assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. Collaboration as a catalyst: social group work practice with children living in border conflict areas of Jammu and Kashmir

ABSTRACT Children living in border conflict areas of Jammu and Kashmir have been experiencing a continuous threat to life, insecurity, and witnessing violence due to border disputes between India and Pakistan. In this study, the authors utilised the social group work method to understand the issues and challenges faced by the children. Social group work practice plays a vital role in promoting the protection and well-being of children.Further, the need for collaboration has been discussed to enhance the protection and well-being of the children. Collaborative efforts among professionals, organizations, and communities have proven to be an effective catalyst in enhancing the outcomes of social group work interventions. This research article explores the significance of collaboration in supporting children’s protection and well-being within the context of social group work.

Tashmiimu As’ilati at-Taqyiimi Lita’liimi al-Lughati al-Arabiyati a’la Asasi adz-Dzakaati al-Mutaaddidati

This research aims to design evaluation questions for Arabic language learning based on multiple intelligences. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with a literature study approach. Data collection is conducted through documentation by analyzing relevant literature, references, and sources related to Arabic language learning and multiple intelligences theory. The data analysis results indicate that for linguistic intelligence, independent tasks can be used as the form of evaluation questions. In the context of kinesthetic intelligence, project-based tasks such as Arabic language dramas can be utilized. For musical intelligence, students can be asked to create children's songs using Arabic vocabulary. Regarding intrapersonal intelligence, group work methods such as the jigsaw method can be employed as the form of evaluation questions. In conclusion, by considering multiple intelligences in evaluating Arabic language learning, teachers can provide equal opportunities for all students to showcase their intelligence in Arabic language acquisition.

The learning process carried out at each individual's home experienced many obstacles during its implementation, including students easily bored, students' interest in learning decreased, and the learning process carried out was less focused so that the learning process was less effective. The learning process individually experiences obstacles because parents pay less attention to their children's learning process for reasons of being busy working, besides that it is also caused by a lack of knowledge. One solution to overcome this problem is through learning assistance activities which are part of the form of community service. Learning assistance through tutoring activities can improve achievement as well as learning motivation. The implementation of learning assistance with the group work method consists of five stages including: preparation, assessment, planning, intervention, and termination. The existence of this learning assistance activity helps students' ways of thinking become more open so that apart from influencing academics, they also learn how to socialize. This is evidenced by changes in attitude before the activity is carried out and after the activity is carried out.

Hindari Nomophobia pada Anak dengan Bermain Sambil Belajar

The emergence of cell phones/smartphones has made many children more fun and busy with the features on these devices, individuals prefer interaction via social media networks rather than having to meet face to face. The emergence of this smartphone also has a new effect on user behavior, namely smartphone addiction behavior or a person's dependence on the continuous use of a smartphone without considering the negative impact. Cellphone/smartphone addiction is a form of attachment or addiction to cell phones that may become a social problem such as withdrawal, and difficulties in performing daily activities or as a disorder of impulsive control over one's self. This is also experienced by the people in the Kedai Durian Village. Children in this community think that playing smartphones for long periods of time is a natural thing to do. Therefore, the assistance process will be carried out in PKL 2 activities using the groupwork method with stages consisting of Intake, Assessment and Intervention Planning, Member Selection, Group Development, Evaluation and Termination. The focus of the completion that will be carried out is by getting used to doing positive activities such as drawing, painting, making handicrafts. This is done as a strategy to get rid of smartphone addiction. This goal was declared successful because the children had started to be interested in doing positive activities by drawing with their friends instead of playing on smartphones.

Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Anak-Anak Panti Asuhan Melalui Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris

Interest in learning is a person's tendency towards something he wants and creates a feeling of pleasure about that something. Interest is very influential on the achievements achieved, people who do not have an interest in a job, it is impossible to master it properly. If someone feels something is profitable for him then his interest will be higher, and it can bring satisfaction from within, if someone feels dissatisfied, then interest in something will also decrease. If the interest is ingrained in the student, the willingness to learn will drastically arise by itself. . Interest in learning means that if someone is interested in a lesson, he will have a feeling of interest in that lesson. He will study diligently and continue to understand all the knowledge related to that field, he will follow the lessons enthusiastically and without any burden on him. Like the children at the Shade of Kasih Kemuliaan Orphanage, they want to increase their interest in learning, especially in English lessons. And really need help to increase their interest in learning. The process of providing this assistance was carried out in the PKL 2 mini project activities, namely by using the Groupwork method as a social work technical approach aimed at helping individuals who experience problems with face-to-face services. Several stages consist of Assessment, Program Planning, Intervention, Program Evaluation and the last stage is Termination. The focus of solving client problems is to convince the client to be even more active in the learning process. The purpose of this strategy was declared successful with significant client changes including in the learning process which increased interest in learning for him.
