Collection and inventory of pests on several sorghum varieties

The research with aim of collecting and inventorying several pests of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moech) crops was carried out in Bajeng Agricultural Technology Research and Development Installation, Gowa District, South Sulawesi, and Entomology Laboratory of Indonesian Cereals Research Institute from March until October 2021 and from March until July 2022. Observations on 11 sorghum varieties (Mandau, UPCA-S1, Numbu, Kawali, Super 1, Super 2, Suri 3, Suri 4, Soper 6, Soper 7, and Soper 9) and several types of pests attacked were carried out at vegetative and generative stages by determined 25 plant samples at random. The results in 2021 showed that at vegetative stages, pests were Ostrinia furnacalis Gueene, Sesamia inferens Walker, Spodoptera frugiferda JE Smith, and Aphis sp. each with a population of 1-3 larvae/plant, 5-13 larvae/plant, and 1-2 larvae/plant respectively, while the scoring of Aphis sp. between 5-7 for all varieties of sorghum. At the generative stage of O. furnacalis and Nola sorghiella Riley was found with a population between 3-5 larvae/panicle, 9-13 larvae/panicle, and a score of Aphis sp. between 5–9. In 2022 at the vegetative and generative stage, the same pests’ species were found with O. furnacalis were 1-2 larvae/plant, S. inferens 3-5 larvae/plant, and S. frugiferda 1-2 larvae/plant. The score of Aphis sp. was between 5-7 for all varieties. At the generative stage, O. furnacalis, N. sorghiella, Heliothis sp., and Aphis sp. were found. Each pest species was 3-5 larvae/panicle, 9-13 larvae/panicle, and 1-2 larvae/panicle while scoring for Aphis sp. between 5-9.

Analysis of the Influence Islamic Branding on the Intention of the Community in Gowa District to Become Customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)

The research is aimed at: (1) knowing the influence of Islamic branding on public interest in becoming a customer at BSI Branch Gowa; (2) finding out the impact of Shariah financial literature on the interest of the public being a customer at BSI Gowa Branch; (3) knowing about the effect of service quality on the public's interest in becoming a customer; and (4) learning about the influences of Muslim branding, shariah finance literature, and service quality on public interest in becoming a client at BSI Branch Gowa. This type of research is quantitative and descriptive. The data used is primary data. Primary data is collected using questionnaires, observations, and documentation. double-linear regression test analysis method. Sampling is a simple, random sampling technique. The sample used as many as 80 respondents, and data analysis was done using IBM SPSS 28. The results of this study show that: (1) Islamic branding has no positive and non-significant influence on public interest in BSI Gowa Branch; (2) Shariah financial literacy has a positive and significant influence upon public interest to become a customer of BSI Gowa Branch; (3) Service quality has a negative and significant impact on the interest of the public in becoming a customer; and (4) Islamic branding, Sharial literature, and Service quality have a positive and significant effect on the public's interest in being a customer at BSI Gowa Branch. Implications in this study are that Islamic branding has become an early reflection of BSI Gowa branch operating in accordance with the principle of shariah, even though the public is not fully aware of this. A high level of understanding of the sharial financial literature can give a boost to the public, especially about BSI Gwang Gowa branch, and good service quality is able to have a positive impact on the development of BSI Gowa branches.

The analysis method used in this study is data that is analyzed descriptively. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis. Field data are reduced to obtain a firm picture of the focus of the research and remove unnecessary things and organize the data so that conclusions can be made, and this process runs continuously throughout the implementation of the research. Data obtained directly from observations, interviews, documentation or reports The population in this study is primary school teachers in Gowa District. The sample in this study was teachers with a service period of 15 years. The sampling technique is carried out randomly. This type of research is a survey research. The results of the analysis of this study on improving the quality of teachers are certainly very related to utilizing information and technology facilities in order to create a better expected and reliable performance where management is the process of planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling all organizational resources to achieve set goals or management of a result in order to achieve goals through the activities of others, it is certainly not surprising that management capabilities A good one can produce an expected goal achievement as well as the method or method used is effective and efficient, then automatically the results will also be very satisfying and of course very supported by the use of information and technology that suits the needs as reliable educators because of their abilities and qualities

Sosialisasi Pengolahan Limbah Sekam Padi Menjadi Bahan Bakar Alternatif pada IKM Penggilingan Padi

Waste is a by-product that is produced in almost all industries, as well as in rice milling SMEs. The waste produced by IKM calling rice is rice husk. At this time rice husk waste is only sold at very cheap prices to other IKM. Whereas rice husk can be processed into various products, one of which is briquettes as an alternative fuel from biomass. Where briquettes are quite in demand by some people so that the selling price is also higher and the method of manufacture is quite easy. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide socialization regarding the use of rice husk as an alternative fuel. The activity was carried out at rice milling IKM in Gowa district, with a total of 17 participants. Activities are divided into four stages including planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation. Planning and preparation is carried out with site surveys and interviews with partners regarding any problems encountered. At the implementation stage, participants received material exposure regarding the dangers of waste utilization and procedures for processing rice husks into briquettes, and submitted briquettes that had previously been made on campus as a reference. Furthermore, the evaluation stage is carried out through filling out questionnaires which are distributed during the implementation process. The target of carrying out this activity is that partners know the process of processing rice husk waste into a product that has high selling value in the form of briquettes.

ANALISIS KESESUAIAN TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN SOAL EVALUASI PADA RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN BUATAN GURU BIOLOGI MA SULTAN HASANUDDIN KABUPATEN GOWA

This study aims to find out how appropriate the learning objectives are with the evaluation questions on the lesson plans made by biology teachers for Classes X, XI and XII MA Sultan Hasanuddin and to determine the level of distribution of cognitive levels of the revised bloom taxonomy on learning objectives for Classes X, XI and XII MA Sultan Hasanuddin. The type of research used in this study is the type of research in descriptive form. The population in this study were lesson plans and evaluation questions made by biology teachers from MA Sultan Hasanuddin, Gowa district. The results showed that for compatibility between learning objectives and evaluation questions in class X the category according to the percentage value of 64% was not in accordance with the percentage of 22%, did not correspond to the percentage of 7% and the category of finding learning objectives that did not contain 7% evaluation questions. For class XI the appropriate category is 43%, 31% less suitable, not appropriate and 0% and 26% are categories of objective findings that do not contain evaluation questions. For class XII the appropriate category is 44.5%, 44.5% inappropriate, 0% inappropriate and 11% findings of learning objectives that do not contain evaluation questions. The total distribution of learning objectives based on the cognitive level of the revised bloom taxonomy shows that category C2 with the highest percentage value is in class X 46% 50% in class XI and 25% in class XII. As for category C3 with a percentage value of 0% in all classes.

Analysis of Planning Carrying Out Investigation Skills Using the Next Generation Science Standards Learning Framework on Plant Structure and Function Material

Meaningful understanding becomes the goal of the learning process. Science as a scientific discipline not only includes theory but also practicum implementation as proof of the theory that has been taught. The implementation of practicum is a demand in the science learning process. Introducing and training students with practicum activities is still rarely done in schools in Gowa district. It is necessary to impose international educational standards that lead to more specific learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze planning and carrying out investigation skills using the NGSS-oriented inquiry learning model. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The sample in this study was class VIII E students of SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa, Gowa, totaling 31 people. Sample determination is carried out by purposive sampling. The instrument used is in the form of a multiple-choice question test to determine the planning and carrying out investigation skills of students. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the planning and carrying out investigation skills of students are in the medium category with indicators determining the title to get the highest percentage, with 66.66% and the indicator of choosing tools and materials got the lowest percentage, which is 31.91% is in the low category on the material structure and function of plants

Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif Tipe The Power of Two untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Murid pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas IV SD Inpres Talaborong Kecamatan Bajeng Barat Kabupaten Gowa

This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cyle is held in 3 meetings. The research procedure consists of 4 stages in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 26 grade IV students of SD Inpres Talaborong, west Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The results of study showed that in the first cycle, out of 26 students, only 17 students or around 65,4% met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 23 students or around 88,5% who completed it. Based on results of the research above, it can be concluded that application of the power of two type active learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class IV SD Inpres Talaborong West Bajeng District Gowa Regency.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of budget participation and public accountability on the performance of the apparatus in the Gowa District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Data collection used primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires using saturated sample techniques (census). The population in this study was the entire State Civil Apparatus (ASN) working at the Gowa Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency which amounted to 34 people, while the sample taken by the number of observations was 34 people. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus, public accountability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus

Indonesia's food security program is one of the most important programs related to population growth in Indonesia and is expected to provide communities with adequate food in both quantity and quality. Foods that need to be covered include local staples, carbohydrate sources, or calorie sources. Cassava is a food source of carbohydrates and horticultural crops and is easily damaged by improper handling.The low price of cassava at the farm level results in losses. Therefore, there is a need for technology that can process cassava into products with higher economic value than raw cassava. Mocha flour making activity was held in Panaykan Village, Gowa District in December 2022 with a total of 24 participants from local farmer groups. This activity begins with a consultation, followed by a training session on how to make mocha flour. Optimizing the use of cassava as a mocha flour is expected to bring greater retail value, improving both economic income and public health.

The Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs of the Republic of Indonesia stated that the number of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) has a market of up to 99.99% or around 62.9 million business units from all business actors nationally which absorbs labor up to 97% of the total employment. work proportionally. The development of MSMEs is a big change that is felt during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME actors must think about surviving for the sake of their business continuity. This condition limits the movement of community activities so that all consumer needs during the pandemic are transferred online. Digital marketing is one way to open communication between potential consumers and sellers, which is done without real-time restrictions. In the current digital era, many business actors do not have a shop directly, but they trade online or through internet media. The contribution of MSMEs to employment, both in developed and developing countries, including Indonesia, has a significant role in overcoming the problem of unemployment. In the current global economic era, business actors are required to make changes to increase their competitiveness. One of the most important factors is an information technology (IT). The use of IT can enhance business transformation with the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of exchanging information on a large scale. MSMEs are said to have global competitiveness if they can carry out their business operations in a reliable, balanced, and high-standard manner.

The moral decadence that appears in some of the younger generation today has a very big effect, because teenagers are a big hope as the nation's successors to become better. The purpose of this research was to find out the description of Moral Decadence in SMP Muhammadiyah Limbung, and to know the role of Islamic Education in tackling Moral Decadence in SMP Muhammadiyah Limbung. This research is a qualitative research,. The research will take place in Gowa district, precisely at Muhammadiyah Limbung Junior High School, Gowa Regency. The resource persons in this study are people who are considered competent and have knowledge, namely the Principal, Educators, and Students, Muhammadiyah Limbung, Gowa Regency. The author will carry out defects and efforts to collect information about the state of a symptom that occurs when the research is carried out systematically through the data analysis steps used in this study are: (1) Data reduction (2) Data display (3) Conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that (1) Moral decadence that occurred at SMP Muhammadiyah Limbung were: Fighting, Using Drugs (sucking glue and illegal drugs), Watching Porn Videos, Saying bad words, and not attending the prayer together organized by the school. Factors causing moral decadence in Muhammadiyah Limbung Junior High School are the lack of attention and supervision from both parents of students and providing indirect examples, and (2) the role of Islamic education in overcoming Moral Decadence in Limbung Muhammadiyah Junior High School: Educators at Limbung Muhammadiyah Junior High School promote extracurricular activities and Islamic education

Telenursing Improving Health Literacy Among Pregnant Women

Health literacy among pregnant women refers to ability to access, selecting, understand, and used information during pregnancy. The good health literacy is an important component of maternal health. In Indonesia especially Gowa district of south Sulawesi, health literacy among pregnant women still low. In this regards, it is important to improving health literacy among pregnant women through some strategies. Telenursing is a trending media of education to improve health literacy. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of telenursing through video and whatsapp groups on increasing health literacy skills in pregnant women. This study was a quantitative study with a non-equivalent design. The population were 77 pregnant women. The study examined 38 pregnant women first and second semester who attend primary health Samata, Gowa Regency. Purposive sampling technique were used in this study. Data were collected by complete the HLS-EUQ16 Questionnaire which consist by 16 questions. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon rank to analyzed the effectiveness of video and whatssapp pre and post intervension. p value 0.000 and 0.001 which were mean that video and whatsapp as an effective media to improved health literacy among pregnant women in the Samata primary Health care. Mann Whitney U were used to analyzed the differences between video and whatsapp as a telenursing media for improving health literacy. P value were 0.08, that were mean there are no differences between video and whatsapp for improving health literacy among pregnant women. The conclusion were telenursing is an effective media for improving health literacy among pregnant women.Thus, it is recommended to use video and whatsapp as a education media to improve the health literacy.

Productive Home Arrangement for Brick Processors Based on Community Empowerment (Case: South Bontolangkasa Village, Bontonompo Sub-district, Gowa Regency)

The Brick processing in Bontolangkasa village, Bontonompo sub-district, Gowa district is very much so that the housing arrangement of the community is irregular. The use of the house as a residence as well as a business (productive house) so that there is a lack of a circulation system, the ventilation system to the dwelling is disturbed because of the heat from burning red bricks, irregular placement of traded red bricks. The solution to the problem of structuring the housing of the brick processing community in Bontolangkasa village, Bontonompo sub-district, Gowa district, requires community empowerment, namely providing information in data collection so that the drafting of the concept of structuring productive housing for the brick processing community can be implemented. The community service applied is the provision of information in the form of data that is compared to produce distances for the placement of brick processing systems in the residential area of the community. The arrangement of productive houses based on community empowerment in the brick processing houses of Bontolangkasa village is divided into 3 types of houses: stilt houses (balla rate'), stilt and modern houses (balla tingka') and modern houses (balla batu ), brick processing containers utilizing under the house and yard.

Strategi Pencegahan Gizi Kurang pada Bayi melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Tanakaraeng

MP-ASI is a process of transition from purely milk-based intake to semi-solid foods. The introduction and administration of MP-ASI should be carried out in stages, both in form and in quantity, according to the baby's/child's digestive ability (1). the existence of a cadre group is a community institution that assists the Manuju Puskesmas Tanakaraeng Village program in the health sector, especially Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services which will then play a role in assisting in improving the nutritional status of infants and toddlers as well as efforts to reduce stunting in the community in Tanakaraeng Village. As for the activities carried out in the Gowa district, namely the Tanakaraeng Village community, that seeing the conditions in the Tanakaraeng community there are still many infants and toddlers experiencing stunting with an indicator of infant status as many as 67 the number of infants and toddlers (44.79%) who experience malnutrition status is still quite large . The aim of the activity is to increase the ability of participants to be able to process food ingredients made from herbal complementary foods in the surrounding community. The method used in this activity is a method that focuses on the activeness of participants and demonstrations. The training method goes through 3 stages, namely the first stage, planning training activities for making MP-ASI made from herbs, Second, conducting cadre training with Unimerz Nutrition Study Program lecturers, and Third, evaluating the ability of cadres to process herbal complementary foods made from ASI. Fourth, making MP-ASI for the Tanakarang village community. Fifth, the results of the training participants' activities were able to utilize and manage plants made from herbs as complementary foods, including Moringa leaves, sweet potato leaves, etc. high nutritional value without the need to spend money, and an increase in public knowledge in making MP-ASI seen from the evaluation results where the community already knows how to process MP-ASI food ingredients so that the nutritional value is not lost so that the child's nutritional adequacy rate is met and can prevent stunting.

The Effectiveness Of Acupressur And Rebozzo Techniques In Preparation For Delivery In Mandiri Midwife Practices, Gowa Regency

Uterine contractions play a very important role in the smooth delivery process. However, some mothers experience problems in uterine contractions which will result in the length of the labor process. So in some cases need induction assistance. Advances in medical science in terms of acupressure and rebozzo have become several solutions for certain treatments without involving chemistry in it. This study aims to be applied directly to mothers in labor in this case to help reduce contraction pain during the labor process. This study used the independent t-test of Mann Whitney which was previously tested for normality. The test results showed that acupressure and rebozzo were effective in reducing labor pain in mothers who were facing labor at the Independent Midwife Practices in Gowa district, as seen from the results of the independent t-test, which was obtained p-value = 0.000 (0.05). This study is useful for mothers to reduce labor pain by means of acupressure and rebozzo therapy.

The Effect of Creative Problem Solving Model Assisted by Picture Series Media on Creative Thinking Ability

This study aims to describe the effect of creative problem solving models assisted by serial images on creative thinking skills. The type of research used in this study is a quasi experimental design type nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of Cluster I, Somba Opu sub-district, Gowa district, totaling 329 students with a total sample of 60 using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a test technique to determine the ability to think creatively by giving essay questions. The results of the study based on hypothesis testing about the effect of the Creative Problem Solving model assisted by serial picture media on students' creative thinking skills in the control and experimental class posttest using the independent sample t test, obtained a significant value of 0.00 less than 0.05 so it can be stated that creative problem solving model assisted by serial picture media has an effect on students' creative thinking skills.

Factors Related to the Parental Decision in Conducting Measles-Rubella Vaccination to the Children in South Sulawesi, Indonesia

The Measles and Rubella (MR) vaccination was declared haram by the Indonesian Ulema Council. However, it can still be used in an emergency. This makes parents hesitate to vaccinate their children with measles and rubella vaccine. In addition, various effects of Measles and Rubella vaccination like autism, fever, and death are also spread on social media. Vaccination is one of the interventions in the health sector that is expected to reduce mortality from preventable diseases by vaccination, including measles and rubella. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with a participatory approach, carried out from October to December 2020, in Tompobulu and Tinggimoncong Sub-District, Gowa District South Sulawesi. The research informants were 32 people consisting of parents who had children aged 9-30 months old. The results showed that the parental decision to vaccinate their children with MR depended on the understanding obtained (source of information), attitudes and beliefs of parents, social capital, and lifestyle. An appropriate understanding encouraged parents to do MR vaccination on their children. Negative attitudes might influence parents to refuse MR vaccination. It is expected that health workers will conduct socialization and provide appropriate information regarding vaccinations given to children.

Promotion Strategy Of Tea Garden Agro-Tourism Destinations Tourism And Culture Department Of Gowa District In Increasing Regional Original Income

Tourism is one of the main sectors in increasing state income in Indonesia. Indonesia, which is an archipelagic country, has abundant natural wealth with a variety of cultures, customs, and religions where these natural wealth can be utilized in the field of tourism as a commodity sector that is very good for the economy and as a foreign exchange earner of the country second only to petroleum and natural gas. This study aims to find out the strategy of promoting tea garden agrotourism destinations and to find out what the role of the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office is in awakening tea garden agrotourism destinations. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with the location of the first research, the Gowa District Tourism and Culture Office and the second, Malino Highlands Tea Garden located in Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. Data collection is by means of data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the promotion strategy carried out by the Malino Tea Garden Agrotourism Destination in Increasing Regional Original Income is to collaborate with travel agency agents, banners, spreading through social media such as Websites, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, installation of tourist locations on goggle maps, and from some information conveyed by customers who have come to the Malino Tea Garden Agrotourism location to potential customers through word of mouth. The role of the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office in Awakening The Agrotourism of Malino Tea Garden includes development and promotion, facilities and infrastructure, and environmental management strategies.
