Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Membaca Teks Anekdot Berbasis Google Site pada Siswa Kelas X

This research aims to develop learning media for reading anecdotal texts based on Google Site. Based on analysis data, learning media was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model in Research and Development research. Development begins with analysis which includes analysis of the curriculum, teaching materials, student situations and needs, and interviews with Indonesian language teachers. The results of the analysis of the situation and student needs show that the majority of students use textbooks as a learning resource and students also expect interactive learning to help students understand Indonesian language material and also increase interest in learning. Based on the results of the analysis, a Google Site media research design was developed consisting of (1) home page, (2) competency button, (3) material button, (4) forum button, and (5) practice questions button, and (6) references . Based on the design results, a Google Site-based learning media development was prepared. Based on the results of development, the product was implemented in the form of product confirmation to teachers with "very good" results in all aspects and confirmation from class X students with "very good" results in all aspects. Based on this, it can be concluded that the product that has been developed is suitable for use in learning activities.

Training on Creating LMS Google Sites as an Innovative Learning Media for Elementary School Teachers in West Sumbawa Regency

This activity aims to enhance the competence of educators in developing Google Sites LMS as an innovative learning medium. The methods used in this training are lectures and demonstrations. The lecture method is employed to provide material on improving teachers' knowledge, competence, and skills in creating Google Sites LMS as an innovative learning medium. Meanwhile, the demonstration method is conducted for participants to directly practice creating learning media using Google Sites. The training participants are 35 elementary school teachers from West Sumbawa Regency. The results of this activity indicate that the training participants received a positive response; they feel more confident and capable of using Google Sites after attending the training. This shows that the training has successfully achieved its main objective, which is to enhance educators' abilities in using information technology to support the learning process. Further training and direct assistance to schools are highly necessary to ensure optimal implementation.

Application of problem-based learning in marketing studies combined with silver-haired business opportunities

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is an approach that focuses on practical problem-solving and places the student at the center of the learning process. Students work collaboratively in groups to apply theoretical concepts and solve problems. The instructional process consists of two main phases, with each class session divided into two units: teacher-led instruction and group discussions. During the teacher-led instruction unit, the teacher provides explanations of relevant marketing theories. In the group discussion unit, students engage in discussions related to the presented topics. To facilitate these discussions and familiarize students with the PBL teaching model, JAMBOARD and GOOGLE SITE software are utilized as tools during the first phase. In the second phase, the curriculum incorporates the topic of "silver-haired business opportunities" allowing students to gain an understanding of the needs of the old adults and develop marketing strategies specifically targeting this demographic. The effectiveness of PBL in enhancing students' focus, autonomy, learning value, and importance is demonstrated through the application of the Learning Motivation Scale and Learning Attitude Scale. Qualitative research highlights several advantages of PBL in marketing education, including its connection to real markets, promotion of cooperation, fostering of innovation and critical thinking, facilitation of autonomous and interdisciplinary learning, and enhancement of problem-solving abilities. Additionally, a fuzzy Delphi analysis indicates that students highly value effective teaching in the PBL experience.

Systematic review: How to obtain Fibrinolytic Enzymes from Fungi

Fibrinolytic complications such as stroke and peripheral occlusive disease due to vascular occlusion are significant causes of poor prognosis and death. Given the ability of mushroom fibrinolytic enzymes to dissolve blood clots and prevent side effects, their use as a potential thrombolytic therapy has attracted great interest. Serine protease, metalloprotease, and serine metalloprotease are protease enzymes that can affect the fibrinolytic mechanism by dissolving blood clots and increasing blood flow. This systematic review aimed to disclose all information regarding the production, purification, and characterization of fibrinolytic proteases from fungi. Searches were conducted on online media databases, including Google and journal sites (NCBI, PubMed, and others, using the keywords "(Fibrinolytic Enzymes) OR (Fibrinolytic Proteases) AND (Fungi or Mushrooms)" from 2012-2023. This systematic review observed reviews from the purification and characterization steps, indicating the need for attention to the manufacturing process and enzymatic applications. The production of these enzymes by fungi is associated with developments in pharmaceutical applications.

PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS GOOGLE SITES BAGI GURU MADRASAH ISLAMIAH (MI) MA’ARIF TINGKIR LOR

Post-pandemic learning in madrasas requires adaptation so that it can be implemented in a blended manner. However, teachers still need assistance to develop online technology-based learning media. This service aims to train teachers to develop learning media based on Google Sites. The hope is that teachers' understanding and skills will increase. The method used in this service is PAR. This training activity included nine teachers at MI Maarif Tingkir Lor, Salatiga City. Technically, lecture and assignment methods are used to support training activities. Based on the training results, this service activity has achieved success, as seen from the results of self-evaluation (86%) and teacher satisfaction (85%) in participating in training activities achieved at a Very High level. Considering that in the initial survey, the teachers were only at the Low level (52%). Teachers can also create and display various assignments based on observations of the Google Sites-based learning media being developed. In the next service activity, training regarding learning media development can vary, not only online-based media but also offline, considering that learning can currently be in a blended mode.

In the current digital era, the integration of technology in the learning process at Madrasah Tsanawiyah is becoming increasingly important to improve the quality of learning and students' skills in utilizing technology. This research aims to help educators and students utilize Google Sites media to assist the learning and teaching process, explain the steps for using Google Sites, and find out the advantages and disadvantages of Google Sites. The method applied in this research is the literature study method or literature review. The results of this research show that Google Sites-based Arabic language learning media in improving maharotul istima can be used as a support for Arabic language learning (maharotul istima) to help students learn independently. This Google Sites-based Arabic language learning media is flexible because it can be accessed via smartphone, laptop, or tablet.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Search Engine Optimization (SEO) sebagai Upaya Mengoptimalkan Pemasaran Digital UMKM

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Daengta Roti Balikpapan MSME managers in optimizing digital marketing through the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The method of implementing this service uses training, which includes socialization, discussion, and mentoring. The target of this activity is to strive for optimal use of the Google site through SEO to increase visitors and buyers. The evaluation instrument for this activity uses a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that Daengta Roti Balikpapan MSMEs have the knowledge and skills to operate and manage SEO well. MSME players also understand the steps to attract and increase the number of visits through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by adding descriptions for products, adding information on Google Maps, connecting to Instagram or Facebook, and creating a Google site.

Pengembangan Materi Ajar Teks Prosedur Bermuatan Kearifan Lokal Simalungun Berbantuan Web Google Sites Untuk Siswa Kelas VII SMP

This research aims to, (1) describe the process of developing procedural text teaching materials containing local wisdom using the Google Sites website, (2) describe the form of developing procedural text teaching materials containing local wisdom in Simalungun using the Google Sites website, and (3) describe the feasibility of teaching materials procedure text containing local Simalungun wisdom with the help of the Google Sites website. The development of procedural text teaching materials containing Simalungun local wisdom with the help of the Google Sites website uses the ADDIE model which is limited to only going through the analysis, design and development stages. The validation stage involved material expert lecturers, media expert lecturers and two Indonesian language teachers. The sample for this research was 31 class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar using the Purposive Sample technique. Data collection techniques were interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument was a validation questionnaire sheet for material experts and media experts using Likert scale calculations. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the product of procedural text teaching materials containing Simalungun local wisdom with the help of the Google Sites website received the "Very Good" criteria with an average of 88.85%, with results from material experts of 83.41% with the "Very Good" criteria. The results from media experts were 88% with the criteria "Very Good" and Indonesian language teachers 92% and 90%, so that the teaching materials were suitable for use as supporting teaching materials in the learning process.

Development of Google Sites-Based Social Science Learning Media to Increase Students’ Critical Thinking Ability

This research aims to (1) produce social studies learning media based on google sites to improve critical thinking skills of junior high school students grade VIII (2) determine the feasibility level of social studies learning media based on google sites to improve critical thinking skills of junior high school students grade VIII (3) determine the level of practicality of social studies learning media based on google sites to improve critical thinking skills of junior high school students grade VIII (4) determine the effectiveness of social studies learning media based on google sites to improve critical thinking skills of junior high school students grade VIII. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which stands for the stages of development, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were SMPN 5 Banjit students totaling 60 divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. In this study, data were obtained using test and non-test techniques. The test technique was used to obtain data on the effectiveness of the product which was carried out using a student critical thinking ability test instrument. While the non-test technique was used to collect data on the validity and practicality of the product which was carried out using product validation sheets, material validation sheets, teacher assessment sheets, and student assessment sheets. The results of this study indicate that the socialexplore website has very high feasibility. The results of material expert validation amounted to 3.79 with a decent category. The results of media validation amounted to 4.44 with a very feasible category. Teacher validation results of 4.40 with a very practical category. The results of user validation amounted to 4.31 with a very practical category. The results also show that the socialexplore website is effective and can help students to improve students' critical thinking skills on the material of the diversity of Indonesian society. The results of the experimental class critical thinking ability test were higher than the control class with an average value of 69.43 and the control class average value of 47.93. The Gain test results of the experimental class at SMPN 5 Banjit amounted to 0.68 with a moderate category.

Workshop Flipper Book Berbasis Google Sites melalui Pendekatan Etnomatematika bagi Guru

Background: Teachers' ability to keep up with technological developments is an urgency in this activity, namely: 1) in terms of content knowledge, teachers have difficulty presenting learning contextually, which is in line with the essence of the Independent Curriculum; 2) Teachers' understanding of designing innovative learning media is still less varied. This PkM activity aims to provide knowledge and assistance to Cisarua Commissariat Mathematics MGMP teachers in developing innovative learning media containing digital-based ethnomathematics, namely flipper books based on Google Sites. Method: Activities carried out by 30 mathematics teachers from the Cianjur Commissariat Mathematics MGMP were conducted through an ethnomathematics approach divided into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Results: Aspects of teacher knowledge related to ethnomathematics and learning media are increasingly innovative. Conclusion: This activity supports improving teachers' abilities in designing and compiling ethnomathematics-based digital teaching materials in mathematics learning.

CREATION OF GOOGLE SITES-BASED E-MODULES FOR DIGITAL DOCUMENT ELEMENTS AT HIGH VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

This research aims to evaluate the feasibility and practicality of developing an e-module based on Google Sites for digital document elements. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta in class X Office Management with 36 participating students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects consisted of 9 validators (three subject matter experts, three instructional design experts, and three media experts) and 36 class X MP students. The data analysis techniques included validation tests and practicality tests. The validation test was conducted by subject matter experts with a result of 88%, categorized as highly feasible; instructional design experts with a result of 97%, categorized as highly feasible; and media experts with a result of 90%, categorized as feasible. The practicality test was conducted by 36 class X MP students through three stages of trials: one-to-one evaluation with a result of 93%, considered highly practical; small group trials with a result of 92%, considered highly practical; and large group trials with a result of 91%, considered highly practical. The results of the research and development indicate that the e-module based on Google Sites for digital document elements at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta is deemed highly feasible and highly practical for use in learning activities.

Website learning media to enhance planning tour packages competencies: A case study from Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, Indonesia

This research aims to develop website-based learning media on tourism package planning competency and report its feasibility. In particular, this study aims to address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has made it difficult to conduct field trips or study tours, a crucial component of the travel business study program at Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar. The research addopted a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, as well as involving the material experts and media experts in the media assessments. Learning media trials were conducted in small groups comprising ten students and in large groups with 30 students. The learning media development resulted in a website hosted on the Google Site at https://sites.google.com/view/membuat-paket-wisata/halaman-muka. The expert assessment of the media's learning content and teaching process obtained an average score of 4.56 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the assessment of media experts on appearance and programming obtained an average score of 4.41 in the very good category. Similarly, the product trials involving students also culminate in an average score of 4.45 in the excellent category. In general, the results of the assessment and trials concluded that website-based learning media is feasible to be adopted in the competence of planning tour packages.

Development of Web-based Online Learning Media Using Google Sites to Increase Student Motivation and Learning Outcomes on Elasticity Material

Google sites help in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes due to online learning. The research objective is to develop web-based online learning media using the Google site on elasticity material and to test its feasibility in increasing student’s motivation and learning outcomes, which is limited to the cognitive domain, starting at the level of C1 until C4. This study uses research and development methods and refers to the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The participants in the study were students of class XI IPA 2 of MAN 2 Cilegon. The instruments used include, validation sheets, observation sheets, documentation (attendance, task collection data, transcripts, etc.), questionnaire sheets, and tests. Data were analyzed using communication and processed using the scores obtained in percentages. The results showed that at the define stage, students admit they feel bored doing online learning and feel that the material provided by the teacher is difficult to understand. The media designing starts from making flowcharts, storylines, learning scenarios, compiling material, and practice questions, then combining them into online learning media based on google sites. The development stage includes material and media validation (93.5%), product trials (84.4%), and product revision. The last stage was disseminating results online learning using Google sites, which was carried out very well (92.8%), student learning motivation was high (82.4%) and student learning outcomes had increased as seen from the n-gain 0.6 medium interpretation, ttcount 20.1305, ttable 2.028 (ttcount > ttable).

Development of Website-Based Interactive Learning Media Using Google Sites on Sound Wave Material

One of the difficulties students have in learning physics is due to external problems from teachers who do not utilize learning media. This research aims to develop website-based interactive learning media using Google Sites for sound wave material. This research method is research and development (R&D) with a 4D development design, which consists of 4 stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The instrument used in this research was an expert validation sheet. From the assessment results from media expert validators, a score of 89.63% was obtained with very valid criteria, while from material expert validators, a score of 83% was obtained with very valid criteria. From these results, it can be concluded that this learning medium is suitable for use as an interactive learning medium in class XI sound wave material

The marketing skills program covers the important topics of Digital Business. This program can be a great choice for individuals who want to build a successful career in today's industrial world, whether working for someone else, starting their own business, or pursuing further education that matches their interests. In addition, the course equips graduates with the necessary skills to pursue careers in various digital fields such as digital entrepreneurship, content writing, social media management, digital marketing, merchan, online customer service and purchasing. This will create an interactive and challenging learning environment that motivates students to participate actively and provides space for creativity, independence according to their talents, interests and psychology. Creating an online store can be done using various applications such as Blogs, e-commerce platforms or special websites built with google sites. As part of community service activities, students at SMK Wisata Indonesia Jakarta will receive comprehensive training in creating an online store using Google Sites. Google Sites is a service provided by Google that allows users to create websites without the need for coding skills or advanced web design. Google Sites is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to a wide variety of users. In conclusion, it is worth considering that creating an online store with Google Sites as a form of community service can foster entrepreneurial attitudes and improve digital business skills. Although the participants may require further development, especially in website development, it is important to note that this is just one aspect of building a successful website.

528 Midwest Translational Science (MTS): Building a regional CTSA community

OBJECTIVES/GOALS: Our vision is to build community amongst the Midwest CTSAs, harnessing our collective expertise to collaborate on translational science challenges and meet the needs of our region. We aim to create opportunities to network, share ideas, brainstorm solutions, address translational science topics, and achieve a range of deliverables. METHODS/STUDY POPULATION: Three individuals from the Chicago CTSAs (NUCATs, CCTS, and ITM) had been networking for a year and desired to increase opportunities to collaborate amongst other CTSAs. We developed an initial vision for a new group that would extend across the region, and we invited the TIN POCs from 16 Midwest CTSAs to join. In September, 2022, the group was launched with 20 members from 12 CTSAs. We hosted 12 monthly meetings via Zoom to discuss various topics (i.e., staffing, career training, e-consent, research design, and recruitment tools) via round tables or presentations. We developed a Google Sites website with resources, a discussion forum, and a group calendar. We solicited feedback via survey and follow-up discussion (i.e., most valuable about the group and what can be improved). RESULTS/ANTICIPATED RESULTS: During the past year, our membership grew to more than 30 participants, representing 16 CTSAs in nine Midwest states (IL, IA, IN, MI, MN, MO, KT, OH, WI). We engaged a total of 45 individuals at our meetings, with an average of 11 participants per meeting. Our discussions were lively and stimulated additional conversations, requests for guidance, sharing resources, etc., beyond the meetings. Feedback from the group was overwhelmingly positive. Members found many aspects of the group to be valuable (i.e., learning initiatives, processes, and best practices at other CTSAs) and provided practical suggestions for improvement (i.e., themes across a quarter or year). Members expressed interest in additional collaborations such as subcommittees, papers, and other initiatives. DISCUSSION/SIGNIFICANCE: We created a regional CTSA community that is very enthusiastic to convene, share innovations developed at their CTSA hubs, and assist one other. Future directions include an in-person retreat in the spring. Our approach can serve as a potential roadmap for developing regional CTSA collaborative groups across the nation.
