Development of Integrated Thematic Teaching Materials with the Discovery Learning Model Using Adobe Flash CS6 Interactive Multimedia

The use of teaching materials in elementary schools is not optimal, teachers tend to only use students' books as teaching materials. To overcome this problem, integrated thematic teaching materials were developed with the Discovery Learning model using interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6 in class V of elementary schools. This research aims to develop integrated thematic teaching material products with the Discovery Learning model using interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE development model. In the ADDIE development model there are five main stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation is carried out to determine the suitability of the teaching materials developed. The material aspect obtained 91.81% in the very valid category, the media aspect obtained 90.83% in the very valid category, and the language aspect obtained 96% in the very valid category. At the Implementation stage, practicality tests and effectiveness tests are carried out. The results of the practicality test with teachers obtained an average of 95%, by teachers and 86% by students in the very practical category. Effectiveness testing was carried out on aspects of student motivation and learning outcomes. The motivation aspect obtained an average of 83% in the very high category. Learning outcomes in the knowledge aspect, posttest scores at SDN 09 Selayo were 82.66 with a Good predicate, and at SDN 24 Selayo 85.33 with a Good predicate. From the research conducted, it can be stated that integrated thematic teaching materials with a discovery learning model using Adobe Flash CS6 interactive multimedia are valid, practical and effective for use in class V elementary schools

Edukasi Mengenai Penyakit Berbasis Lingkungan Sebagai Dampak Bencana Perubahan Iklim

The background of the implementation of this community service is based on the many incidents of environment-based diseases that occur at every level of society as a result of the phenomenon of climate change. Education about environment-based diseases is a solution that can be offered in the context of anticipating climate change disaster adaptation and mitigation. The purpose of this community service is to provide information to the public regarding climate literacy and the importance of efforts to prevent and overcome various environmental-based disease events. The method in this community service is a quantitative method involving 39 Public Health students at Universitas Prima Nusantara Bukittinggi, who were selected by purposive sampling, after the education is carried out, the group will be given a test instrument to determine student knowledge about environment-based diseases and global climate change. The analysis technique used is a descriptive technique which is carried out to map the knowledge gained by students. The results of this community service are able to provide new knowledge to students related to the incidence of environment-based diseases as an impact of global climate change, by getting the most scores in the good predicate interval (71-85), reaching 46.15% of the total students. And it is concluded that the educational method on environment-based diseases is effective to be given in the context of adaptation and mitigation of climate change disasters. The findings obtained can be taken into consideration for the community on the importance of increasing knowledge in achieving a balance of human quality of life with environmental quality in the context of achieving the 3rd SDGs, namely guaranteed health and well-being and the 13th SDGs, namely climate action.

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI SISWA SMP DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL AKM NUMERASI BERDASARKAN GAYA BELAJAR

This study aims to analyze students' communication skills in solving the minimum numeracy competency assessment questions based on learning styles and to determine whether there is a relationship between students' communication abilities based on learning styles. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlation research. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe T.A. 2021/2022. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the communication skills of students with a visual learning style reached 83.33%. These results are in the very good category, where students are able to use various kinds of numbers or symbols related to basic mathematics in solving life problems. Students with an auditory learning style achieve 73.61% are in a good predicate, where students are able to analyze information displayed in various forms (pictures and so on). Furthermore, the achievement of students with kinesthetic learning styles, namely 74.30%, is in the good category. Students are already able to interpret the results of analysis to predict and make decisions, using their own words. There is no significant relationship between visual learning styles and students' mathematical communication skills in solving Numerical questions. Then for the auditory learning style with communication skills there is no significant relationship between auditory learning style and students' mathematical communication skills in solving Numerical questions. Meanwhile, for kinesthetic learning styles and communication skills, there is no significant relationship between kinesthetic learning styles and students' mathematical communication skills in solving Numerical Assesment.

Feasibility of Material and Media Aspects in the Development of Read Rangers Application as Reading Teaching Media for Deaf Children

This research aims to develop a game-based learning application called Read Rangers, specifically to test the feasibility of the media and material aspects of the application. This application is implemented in helping deaf children's reading skills in class 5 of the Deaf Department of SLBN 1 Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study used a research and development approach adapted from Borg & Gall. The research stages began with (1) an initial study to explore the existing conditions of reading learning and the relevance of using technology in the context of inclusive education. (2) Application development based on the findings from the initial study, including the integration of Javanese traditional games and augmented reality technology to facilitate interactive learning. (3) Field testing of the app, involving evaluation by material experts, media experts, as well as individual testing by deaf children. (4) Revision of the app based on feedback from the field test to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. The results showed that the Read Rangers app obtained valiation with a decent category and very good predicate from material and media experts, as well as positive responses from field testing. This application is considered very feasible and valid to be used to improve the reading skills of deaf children in accordance with the curriculum and learning outcomes set. The implication of this research is the potential of similar applications in supporting the education of deaf children.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DAN KEAKTIFAN DISKUSI PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X

A research study was conducted with the aim of determining the cognitive learning outcomes and discussion activity (affective) of students on the topic of Material and its changes by implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supplemented with Student Worksheets (LKPD). This research is a qualitative descriptive study consisting of stages such as situational analysis, challenges, obstacles, improvement efforts, and research outcomes. The research subjects were male and female students of X TAB 3. Data were collected through diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data collection techniques involved tests (cognitive domain), Peer Assessment (attitude domain), and non-tests (interviews and surveys). Based on the research findings, it is evident that the innovative PBL model can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes, as assessed by the summative assessment (post-Test) with the PBL model supplemented with LKPD categorized as good, achieving a mastery rate of 90% compared to the pre-test results of only 55%. Moreover, there was an increased participation during task completion discussions (LKPD), where in the discussion of LKPD 1, 70% of students received an Excellent (SB) predicate and 30% received a Good (B) predicate. Similarly, in the discussion of LKPD 2, 85% of students received an Excellent (SB) predicate and 15% received a Good (B) predicate.

Development of A STEM-Based Mathematics E-Module to Improve 4C Skills of Vocational Students

This research aims to develop a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) based mathematics e-module that is valid, practical and effective in improving vocational students' 4C (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity) skills. The research uses the Plomp development model with stages: 1) preliminary research, 2) prototyping phase, and 3) assessment phase. Research data collection uses questionnaire sheets, interviews, checklists, validation sheets, and test sheets. Product validation includes media, material, and language expert validation. The data collected was then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The research results show that STEM-based mathematics e-modules are valid, practical and effective. Valid in terms of appropriateness of content, didactics/presentation, graphics, and language. Practical in terms of readability and clarity of material, ease of use, attractiveness and suitability of time allocation. Furthermore, it is said to be effective because the use of this e-module in the learning process can improve students' 4C skills with an N-gain of 0.58 on medium criteria and an average 4C skills assessment result of 79.00 with a good predicate.

Penggunaan Media Pop Up Book untuk Meningkatkan Minat Baca Siswa Kelas II SD Negeri Malaka

This research aims to increase interest in reading by using pop up book media in class II students at SD Negeri Malaka. This research is collaborative classroom action research. The subjects of this research were class II students at SD Negeri Malaka for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 20 students. The research design used is the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. The data collection techniques used in this research are: 1) scale, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that class II students' interest in reading at SD Negeri Malaka can be increased by using pop up book media through the steps of observing pop up book media, listening to and reading poetry, asking and answering questions and directing attention to learning. In pre-action, the percentage of students who had a minimum interest in reading had reached a good predicate of 0%. In the first cycle, the percentage increase in the number of students who had a minimum interest in reading reached a good predicate of 45%. In cycle II, the percentage increase in the number of students who had a minimum interest in reading reached a good predicate of 85%.

Design of Mathematical Proof-Based Logarithm Teaching Materials

The purpose of this research is to design logarithmic teaching materials based on mathematical proof. The subjects in this study were 23 students of SMA 1 Sumberjaya, Majalengka Regency, Indonesia, consisting of 23 students in class X IPA-2. This research is a pre-research of the 4P development design study adapted from the Thiagarajan model, et al. namely: (1) Definition; (2) Design; (3) Development; and (4) deployment. In this study, the stages carried out are limited to stage 3, namely development. The deployment phase will be carried out again later. The method used in this study is qualitative method with several data collection techniques in the form of tests of students' mathematical proving abilities in logarithmic material, interviews, and teaching material validation questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it showed that teaching materials were in the appropriate category with a very good predicate with a percentage of 88.93% from material experts and in the appropriate category with a good predicate of 85.08% from media experts. The results of the practicality test on students amounted to 82.5% indicating that the teaching materials that have been made have a practicality category with a good predicate.

Assessment of Financial Performance of Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province, In The Application of The Regional Public Service Agency (PPK-Blud) Financial Management Pattern

Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is a Government-Owned Hospital tasked with providing health services for the community. The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance of the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of South Sumatra Province; since 2018, it has become a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis method uses Financial Ratios and BLU Financial Management Compliance by the Regulation of the Director General of Treasury Number PER-22 / PB / 2020. The results of this study, from 2018 to 2022, when viewed from Financial Ratios, show that several ratios have not received optimal scores. Several indicators have not received an optimal score from the BLU Financial Management Compliance level. When viewed as a whole from the assessment of financial aspect performance, Siti Fatimah Hospital of South Sumatra Province has received a GOOD predicate. However, it has not achieved the most optimal score.

Implementation of Knuth Morris Pratt Algorithm in Bengkulu Province MSME Association Data Search

The development of technology changes the way of view, the way of human interaction and how to utilize information technology for several needs. The application of the digital archiving information system at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Association, abbreviated as MSMEs, is very helpful for micro, small and medium enterprises in recording information data for a long time that can be accessed by everyone quickly, anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to the internet network. Data search is carried out using the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm abbreviated as KMP in the process of searching data by matching patterns or word arrangements typed in search engines on the system. The Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm eliminates unnecessary comparison of patterns with text with precomputed tables that allow patterns to pass through as many positions as possible. The purpose of this study is the application of the Knuth Morris Pratt Algorithm in the Data Search Application of the MSME Association of Bengkulu Province. This research also produced a data search application for the MSME association of Bengkulu Province with a fast and reliable data search system with an accuracy rate of 100 percent. In the assessment of the System Usability Scale aspect, it received a score of 77 with a good predicate. This means that the Bengkulu MSME Association Data Search Application received a good response from the members of the association/users of the system. For the test results, OKTAVIA data search at the Pattern position [1,2,3,4,5,6,7] and string [9,10,11,12,13,14,15].

Analisis Kesehatan Bank Jatim Di Era Pandemi

This research aimed to test whether there were differences in the level of banking soundness before and during Covid-19 at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. (East Java Regional Development Bank or Bank Jatim) during 2016–2021. This research is quantitative descriptive research without testing the hypothesis. This study measures the soundness of banks using the RGEC method (risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital). The results of this study provide empirical evidence that during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 2020-2021 and 2019-2020 (before Covid-19) the performance of the East Java Regional Development Bank had a very healthy level of health in terms of the ratio of LDR, LAR, CAR, NIM, while the CR ratio before the pandemic at a healthy level rose to very healthy and in 2021 decreased again with a healthy predicate, while the NPL ratio did not change to a good predicate, while the IRR ratio decreased to unhealthy. The ROA ratio also decreased from very healthy to be healthy, while GCG increased in 2021 to be good from those in 2019 and 2020 which were quite good.

Pengembangan Metode Komunikatif dengan Teori Belajar Gagne Untuk Keterampilan Berbicara Bahasa Arab Siswa

This research is motivated by problems in learning students' Arabic speaking skills. The learning methods used need to be more appropriate. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a learning method that can motivate, and add to student practice, one of which is by developing communicative methods so that students practice frequently and combining it with Gagne's learning theory which pays attention to the learning phases so students are motivated. The research design used the ADDIE model. The results of this study proved that students and teachers need methods that can increase students' motivation and courage and familiarize students with practicing communication. Prototypes of learning methods are recorded and arranged like lesson plans based on the 2013 and independent curriculum. The assessment results of method experts, linguists, and teachers as practitioners for the development of the method obtained a total score of 363, included in category with a very good predicate.

Development of Learning Media Using Smart Apps Creator Based on Local Wisdom in Work and Energy Materials

Technology-based learning media in this era's education field is essential to deliver more exciting and interactive learning that can be linked to local wisdom. This research aims to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of learning media using SAC based on local wisdom on the material of work and energy in 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Tinangkung and SMA Negeri 2 Tinangkung. This research uses the development of ADDIE Models. The namely obtained the average percentage validation results for media of 96.67% and material of 96.69% and is in the very valid category, the practicality of learning media used with an average percentage of assessment for small classes of 91.47% and large classes of 97.68% with a very good predicate. The average assessment percentage for learner responses in small classes is 94.46%. In contrast, for large classes, it is 87.14%. The effectiveness of learning media for learner activity observation sheets in small classes is 100%, and in large classes is 99.78%, with a very good predicate. For learning outcomes in the small class, N-Gain was 0.98 with a high category, and the extended class was 0.965 with a very high category.

Kinerja Bank Syariah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Menggunakan Metode RGEC

This research was conducted to determine the performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data were obtained from the financial reports and Good Corporate Governance reports of 5 Islamic commercial banks that were sampled. The results showed that the performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic was seen from the Risk Profile with the NPF ratio the bank's performance was in good condition, while based on the FDR ratio the bank's performance was in quite good condition, on the Good Corporate Governance factor the bank's performance received a good predicate. The Earnings factor with the ROA ratio indicates that the bank's performance is in fairly good condition, based on the ROE ratio it indicates the bank's performance is in poor condition, while the assessment with the NOM ratio indicates the bank's performance is in very poor condition. Assessment using CAR shows that the performance of all Islamic banks is in the very good category

The Effect of Student Participation in Organizing HIMA Family Welfare Education on Student Learning Achievement

This research aims to determine: 1) an overview of the influence of participation in organizations at Hima PKK on student learning achievement; 2) learning achievement before and during organizing at Hima PKK; and 3) the influence of student participation in organizations on student learning achievement at Hima PKK. This research is a quantitative study using the ex post facto method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis to explain the influence between variables. Based on the research results, it was found that 1) the picture of the influence of student participation in organizations on learning achievement is very well presented with four indicators: level of attendance at meetings, position held, providing suggestions, criticism, and opinions for improving the organization, Willingness of members to make sacrifices and member motivation 2) Learning achievement before and during the organization at Hima PKK is that out of 30 students, there are 20 students with the highest score with a very good predicate with a percentage of 66.6%, while those with the second highest score with a good predicate are 8 people with a percentage of 26.6%. 3) Based on data analysis, it shows that the influence of participation in organizing at Hima PKK on student learning achievement is at a low percentage of 22.9%. This shows that participation in organizations does not have a bad effect on student learning achievement because there are 77.1% other variables that influence it.

Science Learning E-Module for Fourth Grade Elementary School Students

The background to this research development is the lack of use or provision of teaching materials or learning resources to support the science learning process and to improve student learning outcomes. Lack of increased student learning outcomes due to the lack of learning resources used. Therefore this study aims to development of e-modules with a natural science contextual approach in order to improve learning outcomes. This type of research uses the ADDIE model development (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Data collection methods used are questionnaires, pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis, quantitative and inferential statistics. The results showed that the developed e-module is valid with the validity results obtained from the review of learning content experts by 97% with very good predicate, 90.90% learning media expert with very good predicate, 91.66% learning design expert with very good predicate good, individual trials 95.51% with very good predicate, small group trials 96.15% with very good predicates and field tests 95.74% with very good predicates. Then the results of the effectiveness of developing e-modules with a contextual approach to science subjects showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes after and before using the learning e-module.

Integration Analysis of Community Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction Index in Padang Public Service Mall

MPP which stands for Public Service Mall is a building in which to practice services in the field of administration or licensing. The purpose of its establishment is to provide convenience, speed, security and comfort as well as affordable services for the community in receiving direct services in the same place. In this study, we will discuss the community satisfaction index using the customer satisfaction index (NCSI) at the Public Service Mall for the community in Padang City. Qualitative methods become the methods used which are research methods that produce descriptive data in the form of writing, speech, or object behavior. The data obtained is sourced from the official website of the Padang City Public Service Mall and from direct observations at the Padang City Public Service Mall. And it was obtained that the value of the Community Satisfaction Index for the Padang City Public Service Mall reached 87.30% with a perfect score above 95%. If referring to the ratio of CSI scores, the Community Satisfaction Index in MPP Padang City received a Good predicate with a value of 87.30%. This certainly brings a breath of fresh air which is expected to continue to evolve at higher numbers and better service quality as well. So it can be concluded that the community satisfaction index in the public service mall in Padang City is already at a good level according to the Customer Satisfaction Index standard. Biology Critical Thinking Skill on Nutrient toward Indigenous (Rujak Cingur) Based E-Worksheet: Development and Validity

This research aims to (1) produce a biology e-worksheet based indigenous Rujak Cingur on nutrient (2) examine the value of feasibility of biology e-worksheet based indigenous Rujak Cingur on nutrient. This research uses 4D model. The model consists of 4 steps; (1) define, this stage aims to analysis the problem, (2) Design start to design product that will be developed according to the results of the needs in learning analysis, (3) Development, the process of creating and developing product according to design, (4) Disseminate to improve the product based on criticism and suggestions from the questionnaire responses done by respondents after using the developed product. Validity of the instrument is counted by the percentage agreement through the validation nutrient of media expert, material expert, and questionnaire responses of respondents. The results of these research and development are (1) produce a biology e-worksheet based indigenous Rujak Cingur on nutrient (2) the developed media own a high score of feasibility with a very good predicate. This shows that the developed learning media is feasible to use in learning.

Measurement of Budget Performance Value at The Secretariat of The Directorate General of Vocational Education

Ministry/Institution Work Unit Budget Performance is an achievement of the results of performance that has been carried out by work units in Ministries/Institutions in work and budget planning and budget execution that has been carried out based on predetermined targets in budget documents with consideration of achievements on budget management and indicators budget performance in a one-year budget period. The Secretariat of the Directorate General of Vocational Education as one of the work units within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has the main duties and functions in the form of service management support, one of which is in the field of budget management and financial implementation. The author conducted this research in order to find out the level of budget performance obtained by the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Vocational Education for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years. The research method was carried out using a qualitative phenomenological approach which was analyzed descriptively. The data used are data on the value of the Budget Performance Evaluation (EKA) aspect and data on the value of the Budget Implementation Performance Indicator (IKPA) aspect. The results of the study show that within 2 (two) years, since it was formed, the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Vocational Education obtained a Budget Performance Score with a VERY GOOD predicate but has decreased from 2020 to 2021 so improvements are needed in several aspects of the existing indicator variables.
