Allelopathic effect of neem leaf leachate and extract of different concentrations studied on germination and early seedling growth, showed that on germination of gram, effect was non significant, while significant on mustard. Differential allelopathic effect was exhibited by different concentrations of leachate and extract on seedling growth parameters of both test crops. The overall magnitude of allelopathic effect was found more on mustard than gram.
