The inclusion of information about historical mathematical facts and the inventors of the formulas used, about the origin of geometric terms, the presentation of detailed information is one of the main means of increasing the child’s interest in mathematics, including geometry, developing his horizons, forming his desire to deepen the quality of education. This article provides detailed information about the terms used in geometry lessons that are part of mathematics, their origin and meaning, about mathematicians who came up with formulas, information about the stages of development of mathematics in different countries. There is no doubt that this increases the child’s interest in the subject due to the formation of the quality of independent research. It was noted that the use of historical elements in teaching mathematics is effective, and since actual historical information on specific topics in teaching school mathematics is practically not provided, this causes certain problems. Or it is accompanied by a glossary of introductory terms for seventh grade geometry. This, in turn, will motivate the training of educated specialists who understand the achievements of science and are able to apply them in life, which to some extent will be beneficial in terms of development.
