Modeling Arterial Blood Flow under Stenosis: A Comparative Study of Newtonian and Carreau-Yasuda Non-Newtonian Approaches

This study investigates the simulation of blood flow within arteries experiencing stenosis using both Newtonian and non-Newtonian models. The Newtonian model employs standard fluid dynamics assumptions, while the non-Newtonian Carreau-Yasuda model accounts for the unique viscoelastic properties of blood, providing a more accurate representation of its flow behavior under various shear rates. By utilizing COMSOL Multiphysics, the simulations are conducted with parameters including blood velocity, viscosity, and pressure in normal and narrowed artery conditions. Results reveal that while the Newtonian model predicts general flow patterns, it lacks the precision needed to reflect the complexities of blood behavior in stenosed regions. Conversely, the Carreau-Yasuda model demonstrates enhanced accuracy by capturing viscosity variations and pressure differentials, particularly in the narrowed artery sections, showing the significance of non-Newtonian characteristics in modeling blood flow. These findings underscore the potential of non-Newtonian models in improving diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for vascular conditions.

The material relating to the anatomy of Rhaponticum serratuloides leaf blades according to age conditions

In the article the features of the morphological and anatomical structure of leaf blades in the process of ontogenesis of Rhaponticum serratuloides Georgi (Bobr.) during juvenile, immature, virginal, generative and senile age states were presented. It was noted that as the plant matures, the degree of dissection and linear dimensions of the leaf blades, as well as their vascular bundles and trichomes, increase. It was established that in the juvenile and immature periods of development whole and elliptical leaves predominate. In the virginal state, in addition to the typical entire leaves, leaves with an unpaired pinnate leaf blade appear. The generative state of Rh. serratuloides is characterized by having upper leaves as entire, sessile; the lower ones are petiolate, pinnately lobed with a large apical lobe. In the senile state, leaves of immature and virginal types are found. General patterns of leaf internal structure of Rh. serratuloides and another representative of the same genus Rh.carthamoides Willd (Iljin) were revealed as following: the plants are of dorsal-ventral type of leaf blade structure, with collateral vascular bundles of a closed type with a sclerenchyma covering and leaf pubescence. Along with this, characteristic diagnostic features for leaves of Rh. serratuloides were described as the following: the absence of capitate glands and long cord-like hairs during all age states, the presence of air-bearing cavities in the parenchyma of virginal and senile plants, associated with the habitat of the plant under study, because it grows in flooded meadows, along the shores of lakes and swamps.

Pre-Mongolian Medieval Nomadic Monuments from the Saratov Region

The purpose of the article is to compile an up-to-date summary of the medieval nomad monuments dating back to the pre-Mongol period on the territory of the Saratov region. The following tasks are solved: cultural and chronological attribution of the complexes; their mapping; generalization and analysis of the data obtained in the context of the history of the Eastern European nomads. Various methods were used in the work: diachronic (periodization of the nomads existence in the studied territory), historical-systemic (study of nomadic society as a system) and historical-comparative (identification of general developmental patterns of nomadic societies), typological (typology and classification of the archaeological materials and complexes), and chronological (study of gradual development of the nomadic culture in the Lower Volga region). The main source of the study is the materials and publications on the nomadic archaeological sites from the Saratov region, as well as previous generalizing works on this topic. Data on 74 monuments are analyzed and mapped. The complexes are grouped into three natural and geographical zones (the basin of the Khopyor and Medveditsa rivers; the Volga Upland; and the Steppe Trans-Volga region). The complexes are also classified according to the three conditional chronological horizons: Saltovo-Mayaki (8th – 9th centuries); Oghuz-Pechenegs (9th – 11th centuries); and Polovtsian (late 11th – early 13th centuries). An attempt is made to correlate the well-known complexes of the Saltovo-Mayaki culture with its separate ethno-cultural groups (the Bulgars, the Khazars, and the Alans) and among the materials of the 9th –11th centuries to single out the Pecheneg and Oghuz components. The Polovtsian sculptures and the burials were correlated with written data on the groups of nomads from the Volga-Don steppes dating back to the middle of the 9th – early 13th centuries.

The Motion of the Mutable and the Constant: An Analytical Study of the Temporal Rotation in the Poetry of Khaled Al-Faisal

This research is based on the conviction that dialect literature carries a cultural and artistic value that demands attention. Categorizing this literature as “popular” or “colloquial,” has been adopted to distinguish it from formal Arabic-language literature, but this research intentionally stays away from these two names, since their implications detract from the value of popular literature and considers it simple and spontaneous consequently, addressing the commoners, based solely on its use of colloquial dialects in direct expression. Surely, oral circulation does not diminish the ability of language to express, nor does it exclude poetry from acquiring the elements of high literature. One of the best representatives of the innovative leap in Nabati dialect poetry is Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, whose tireless effort to activate the mind, and to expand the circle of knowledge, manages successfully to merge the inherited modes of poetic traditions with the vibrant exploration of new patterns of thinking. This paper studies the concept of time in Khaled Al-Faisal’s poetry and his deep reflections on the meaning of the dynamic changes in the cycles of transformation of history. The relationship with the past is one of consolidation and rooting that anticipates the future and prepares for it: every epoch consists of units that interact in a rotational movement: it does not follow a straight linear system of progress from back to front, but rather tends toward the natural cosmic upward spiral movement, whose successive cycles activate the process of filling and emptying, possessing and abandoning, youthfulness and decaying, living and dying. The importance of researching the poetics of time in Khaled Al-Faisal’s poems lies in the fact that such an approach applies a modern and different critical method which traces the philosophy of time in poetry as a new key to reveal the cognitive system which drives the general pattern of his poetic experience. This reading opens up an intellectual and contemplative horizon for us to deal with the essence of time and its paradoxes as manifested in present existence, past retrieval, and futuristic anticipation, three different movements in time that cannot be isolated from the stability of their continuous sequences.

Bioaccumulation, organotropism and fate of cadmium in Gammarus fossarum exposed through dietary pathway

Despite a good knowledge of cadmium accumulation in Gammarus fossarum, studies to date have focused on Cd accumulated via the dissolved pathway, leaving aside the trophic pathway. The aim of this study was to assess cadmium organotropism and bioaccumulation processes following a trophic exposure of the species Gammarus fossarum. Adult male gammarids were fed with 109Cd contaminated alder leaves discs for 6 days and then with clean alder leaves for 12 days. During both phases, some gammarids were collected and dissected, and intestines, hepatopancreas, cephalons, gills and remaining tissues were separated to measure their Cd concentrations. Their relative proportions of Cd and their respective BMFs were estimated. The ingestion rate (IR) measured during the exposure phase was divided by 3 between days 2 and 6, indicating that gammarids reduced their feeding activity and therefore the exposure pressure. A multi-compartments TK model was developed, and an iterative inference process was run to select the most parsimonious model that best fits all organ datasets simultaneously. The results showed that: i) intestine and hepatopancreas bioconcentrate Cd the most; ii) no cadmium was quantified in gills, meaning that they do not appear to play a role in Cd storage or elimination with a trophic exposure; iii) Cd elimination occurs only through the intestine; and iv) the general pattern of Cd fate in gammarids, obtained here after dietary highlights once again the importance of the intestine and hepatopancreas, as for the dissolved pathway.

The Effects of Adverse Life Events on Brain Development in the ABCD Study®: A Propensity-weighted Analysis.

Longitudinal studies of the effects of adversity on human brain development are complicated by the association of stressful events with confounding variables. To counter this bias, we apply a propensity-weighted analysis of the first two years of The Adolescent Brain Cognitive DevelopmentSM (ABCD) Study® data, employing a machine learning analysis weighted by individuals' propensity to experience adversity. Data included 338 resting-state functional connections from 7190 youth (46% female), divided into a training group (80%) and an independent testing group (20%). Propensity scores were computed using 390 variables to balance across two-year adverse life event exposures. Using elastic net regularization with and without inverse propensity weighting, we developed linear models in which changes in functional connectivity of brain connections during the two-year period served as predictors of the number of adverse events experienced during that same period. Haufe's method was applied to forward-transform the backward prediction models. We also tested whether brain changes associated with adverse events correlated with concomitant changes in internalizing or externalizing behaviors or to academic achievement. In the propensity-weighted analysis, brain development significantly predicted the number of adverse events experienced during that period in both the training group (ρ=0.14, p<0.001) and the independent testing group (ρ=0.10, p<0.001). The predictor indicated a general pattern of decreased functional connectivity between large-scale networks and subcortical brain regions, particularly for cingulo-opercular and sensorimotor networks. These network-to-subcortical functional connectivity decreases inversely associated with the development of internalizing symptoms, suggesting adverse events promoted adaptive brain changes that may buffer against stress-related psychopathology. However, these same functional connections were also associated with poorer grades at the two-year follow-up. Although cortical-subcortical brain developmental responses to adversity potentially shield against stress-induced mood and anxiety disorders, they may be detrimental to other domains such as academic success.

Detailed multivariate comparisons of environments with mobility oriented parity

Multivariate model projections onto conditions that differ from those under which the models were calibrated can result in uncertainty owing to response extrapolation. Therefore, interpretations of models transferred to conditions not analogous to those of model calibration must be done carefully to avoid misleading conclusions. A good practice when producing model transfers is to assess the degree of dissimilarity between calibration and transfer conditions. The mobility oriented parity (MOP) metric is a tool commonly used to quantify such dissimilarities. Our study elucidated the details of MOP, and expanded the interpretability of results when transfer conditions are not analogous to those of model calibration. We implemented a more detailed characterization of non-analogous conditions previously only identified as outside calibration ranges. In addition, we quantified the sensitivity of MOP to the density and position of reference conditions in environmental space, and explored the effect of sample size on MOP results. We show that detailed characterizations of non-analogous conditions can help to determine which variables are different between the two areas and how. This information can be used to understand causes of environmental dissimilarity and to identify variables that could be excluded from ecological niche modeling owing to extrapolation risks associated with them. Our results also show that dissimilarity values calculated in comparisons offer good indicators of how reliable interpretations can be in areas with conditions not analogous to those of reference. The tools developed and implemented in this study provide a useful, quantitatively efficient means of characterizing extrapolation uncertainty in model transfer studies, a best practice when using multivariate ecological niche models to make predictions about species’ distributions. An extended version of the mobility oriented parity metric helps identify variables for which risks of model extrapolations can be expected. Distinct MOP metrics used to characterize dissimilarity show comparable general patterns in transfer areas, despite differences in values. As MOP results are influenced by background sampling size, the definition of this sample should be aimed to appropriately characterize calibration areas.

Person-specific emotional dynamics: a story of a traumatic loss

The impact of traumatic loss on an individuals’ mental health is a critical area of study. While most research has focused on general grief patterns, the unique trajectories of trauma survivors have been understudied. This research utilizes a high-resolution dataset from a single individual over several years, including a period of unexpected tragedy. Using person-specific dynamic modeling and network analysis, the study examines the psychological processes related to traumatic loss. The results reveal a complex distress trajectory and emotional variability with increasing resilience over time. Findings suggest that traumatic loss can induce strongly interconnected emotional networks, typically linked to vulnerability to psychological disorders. Yet, a heightened correlation within a network representing both positive and negative aspects could indicate the emergence of adaptive coping strategies. The study emphasizes that analyzing emotional inertia and variability separately provides a holistic clinical perspective and deepens the understanding of diverse psychological states and affective dynamics. This research underlines the benefits of investigating individual experiences and stresses the need for idiographic approaches in trauma and grief studies. Future research utilizing high-resolution data from multiple individuals may provide a more comprehensive understanding of the diverse trajectories of grief and inform the future of personalized intervention and care.

Optical emission spectroscopy as a method for evaluating the change in Si etching structures profile in ICP SF6/C4F8 plasma: Microstructures

In this work, a method for in situ diagnostics of the etching profile of silicon structures (etching window sizes 15–400 μm) using optical emission spectroscopy was proposed. To determine the relationship between the etching profile and plasma parameters, the influence of technological parameters on the etching characteristics (vertical and lateral etching rate, selectivity in relation to photoresist, and sidewall angle) was studied. As a general parameter, which reflects the changes in plasma characteristics depending on the selected technological parameters, the parameter X (C/F ratio in SF6/C4F8 plasma) was introduced. Based on the results obtained, a general pattern between the lateral etching rate, sidewall angle, and optical emission spectra was identified. Thus, ranges of X values, at which the lateral etching rate does not exceed 5 nm/min for 15–30 μm structures and 15 nm/min for 100 μm structures, were estimated: 0.38 ≤ X ≤ 0.77 and 0.28 ≤ X ≤ 0.46, respectively. For 250–400 μm structures, ranges of X values, at which the sidewall angle is acute, straight, and obtuse, were determined: 0.16 ≤ X &amp;lt; 0.29, 0.29 ≤ X ≤ 0.41, 0.41 &amp;lt; X ≤ 0.75, respectively.

Flow-weighted sourcing of freshwater runoff from Pacific-draining continental and coastal basins in south-western Patagonia (41-56° S): characterizing regional inputs to Chilean fjords

Global estimates of the supply of dissolved and suspended materials to the ocean, in order to be relevant at either political or ecological scales, belie a finer-scale analysis necessary for understanding specific terrestrial-marine interactions. This is especially true for continental runoff to the marine critical zone of inland fjords and channels, where mechanisms, drivers, and predictions need to be elaborated in the context of changing land use and shifting climate forcing. In fjords in south-western Patagonia, runoff from small coastal and large continental basins (~310 x103 km2), sourced from a diverse geography and wide climatic gradient (&amp;lt;150 – 6,000+ mm/year), correspond with a very low density of hydrological and water quality observations. Based on the recently developed regional runoff model (FLOW), we estimated the coastal freshwater discharges and characterized flow-weighted sourcing (land use-cover type, climate, glaciers/geology, and soil province) for Pacific drainages from 41° to 56° south latitude. An estimated 692 km3/year (mean across 1979-2018), or 2% of worldwide total, is more than 85% of previous estimates for the much larger Pacific South American input. Based on limited water quality observations and inference from runoff sourcing, we predict general patterns of export for four groups of continental resources important for marine productivity, including: significant regional variation in flow seasonality, a N-S gradient in declining input of silicic acid and increased glacial input of sediment and iron, and potential shift in dissolved organic matter input sources from rainforest (potentially labile) to peatlands (refractory). Finally, we emphasize the temporal and spatial consequences of near-reference condition river runoff for marine ecosystem productivity and function in the Patagonian fjords, with specific recommendations for water quality standards and sustained monitoring for coupled river and marine ecosystems.

Improving the technology of creating gluten-free bakery products based on compound flours

The article provides for the development of a gluten-free bread recipe, studying the quality indicators of composite flours from various cereals in order to update and improve the technology of gluten-free bakery products. Several alternatives have been proposed for this purpose. They demonstrated methods for obtaining the finished product using the composite addition of flour from various cereals that do not contain or have a very low gluten content, as well as using various technological treatments. It is devoted to the nutrition of patients with gluten intolerance, expansion and development of the range of bakery products from rice, buckwheat, corn flour in order to increase the adequacy of treatment, improve the quality of life of the patient and family. Production and consumption of such products - when choosing the most suitable assortment for this category of patients, it is considered important to germinate special types of necessary bread from them. For this purpose, grain crops grown in Kazakhstan were obtained -rice, buckwheat, corn flour. In addition, the studies reviewed the usefulness for the human body of the percentages of the necessary substances in the physico-chemical composition of buckwheat, corn and rice flour for patients with celiac disease. This information is also used in further research to develop special gluten-free bakery products with composite flour. In the process of making bread, 4 samples were taken. When determining the amino acid content in finished gluten-free bakery products, the capillary electrophoresis system "Kapel-105" was used. M-04-38-2009 investigated using methodology. The general patterns of changes in the nutritional value of the new gluten-free product were studied, as well as experimental baking works were carried out. Baking works were carried out experimentally, as a result of which it was found that sample No. 3 meets the requirements for gluten-free bread. The resulting samples are uniform in color, the surface color is brown, the softness of the bread is elastic, soft, porous, without foreign odors and the taste harmoniously matches the gluten[1]free bread product.

REVIEW OF THE MOVIE OF ADSIZ CENGAVER VE SULTAN GELİN ACCORDING TO OTTO RANK'S "HERO PATTERN"

Folkloric products that folklore tries to understand and examine have attracted the attention of folklore researchers from the past to the present. Throughout the historical process, many folklore researchers have carried out some studies and investigations and put forward various theories, methods and opinions. As a result of text-centered folklore studies, theories have been created on folkloric products in this context. One of these theories is the "Structural Folklore Theory." Researchers such as J. G. von Hahn, Otto Rank, Lord Raglan, Eric Hobsbawm, Vladimir Propp, Claude Levi Strauss have developed models and methods by working in line with this theory. With the structural analysis of the hero's biography, which is one of the developed methods, aims to examine the adventures of the heroes, create a general pattern and understand the folk products in this way. Whether it is a folk tale, a fairy tale or an epic, it meets the public's need for listening and telling with the elements it contains. This needs to be continued as text-centered narratives were replaced by the electronic cultural environment over time. Especially with the development of technology, thanks to cinema, narratives are transferred to the big screen and the heroes in them are brought to the fore. So much so that the heroes in such narratives carry parts of the characteristics of the society in which they were created. In other words, the public identifies itself with the hero in the narratives and adopts him. As a natural result of this, some folklore researchers have focused their research on the heroes in the narratives. Otto Rank, who works within the framework of Structural Folklore Theory, makes a biographical structural analysis of the hero with his “Hero Pattern”. In this study, after a brief mention of Otto Rank's “Hero Pattern”, the electronic culture environment will be mentioned, and the Turkish-Iranian co-production film “Adsız Cengâver ve Sultan Gelin” will be analyzed according to Otto Rank's “Hero Pattern”. Dynamics of Nakaseomyces glabratus biofilm formation

Formation of biofilms of microorganisms, including those of Nakaseomyces glabratus, is responsible for the development of local and systemic pathologies in humans and animals. The system of gene expression coordination (quorum sensing) in the representation of signaling molecules allows regulation of the amount and composition of biofilm populations thus expanding the adaptive capacity of microorganisms. In the presence of gingivitis and odontolithiasis clinical signs in dogs, excessive growth of gram-positive yeast microorganisms is a differential sign of the decreased resistance of the digestive system mucous membranes to colonization. Examination of the densitometric and morphometric parameters revealed general patterns of biofilm formation, regardless of the source of Nakaseomyces glabratus isolates. Depending on the time of cultivation of the microorganisms, a gradual increase in the optic density absolute values was established. Intercellular communications were achieved by coaggregation of the heteromorphic structures, which formed clusters with rounded liquid-containing formations detected among them. The population immobilization of the architectonics of the mature three-dimensional biofilm, as consistent with cultivation conditions, was accompanied by the differentiation of numerous cells of different sizes and shapes depending on the stage of the cell cycle. Results of the examination of the general patterns of the heterogeneous micromycete population development are promising for expanding the boundaries of knowledge of the adaptation mechanisms of ubiquitous microorganisms to long-term in vivo and in vitro persistence. Methods for studying morphometric and densitometric indicators avoiding interfering into the natural biofilm architectonics are recommended to optimize the long-term and retrospective mycological studies, as well as to develop effective mycosis treatment and prevention regimens.

Pesticide contamination patterns in Montagu's harrier (Circus pygargus) chicks.

Biomonitoring of persistent pesticides in birds of prey has been carried out for decades, but few studies have investigated their relevance for the monitoring of non-persistent pesticides. Herein, we determined the contamination patterns of multiple pesticides in Montagu's harrier (Circus pygargus) chicks in an intensive farming area of southwestern France. Blood samples from 55 chicks belonging to 22 nests in 2021 were assessed for 104 compounds (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, safeners and synergists). All chicks had at least one herbicide in their blood, and half had at least two compounds. The 28 compounds detected comprised 10 herbicides, 12 fungicides, 5 insecticides and 1 synergist. Mixtures in blood were predominantly composed of herbicides, and six chicks presented a mixture of the three pesticide classes. The most prevalent compounds were sulcotrione (96% of chicks), tebutam (44%) and chloridazon (31%), of which the latter two had been banned in France for 19 and 3years, respectively, at the time of sampling. Most compounds are considered non-acutely toxic, but sulcotrione is potentially carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic, raising questions about the effects on the health of nestlings. Biomonitoring of multiple pesticides through Montagu's harrier chicks in agroecosystems is clearly relevant because it reflects the general pattern of agricultural pesticide use in the study area. It also raises questions about exposure pathways in chicks, and further investigations are needed to disentangle the roles of dietary routes and maternal transfer for the established pesticide contamination patterns.

Although hormones differ in their place of origin, order of distribution, chemical composition and nature of action, they are united under a very important general biological pattern: they participate in metabolism, morphological differentiation of the organism, growth and development, reproduction and regulation and coordination of its basic functions. The nervous system carries out the connection and influence between different parts of the organism directly through hormones. Hormones are substances of a protein nature or steroids that act in extremely small quantities. Their effect is carried out in 2 ways: through the nervous system and directly through the blood to the organs.

The relationship between sleep and interoception.

The present study aimed to characterise the relationship between sleep and interoception in two independent studies. Theoretical grounds for such a relationship include a weak relationship between subjectively- and objectively-measured sleep, the covariance of sleep with pain, as well as the mass regulation of a number of visceral biological systems. In addition, such a relationship is often reflected in our language (i.e., 'feeling' tired). In both studies (Study 1: N = 118, 73% female, mean age 20.98 years; Study 2: N = 830, 49% female, mean age 38.04 years) sleep over the last month was self-reported. Confidence in interoceptive accuracy, which is the precision with which a person can monitor visceral signals, was measured using the Interoceptive Accuracy Scale, while interoceptive attention, which is the dispositional tendency to attend to bodily signals, was measured using the Body Perception Questionnaire. Study 1 revealed a relationship between long sleep latency and low confidence in interoceptive accuracy (β = -0.222, p = 0.021) and poor sleep quality and less interoceptive attention (β = -0.226, p = 0.016). Study 2 replicated these results as well as made clear a more general pattern whereby poor sleep-characterised by short duration, poor quality, less efficiency, long latency, and more frequent nighttime awakenings-related to an interoceptive phenotype of less confidence in interoceptive accuracy and more interoceptive attention (all β ≥ 0.047, p ≤ 0.17). In conclusion, results from these two independent studies provide robust cross-sectional evidence for associations between various dimensions of poor sleep and greater interoceptive attention, but less confidence in interoceptive accuracy.

A general and accurate pattern search method for various scenarios

As chip designs grow in complexity, the optical proximity correction (OPC) process becomes increasingly time-consuming. As a result, pattern search technology is becoming a foundation stone of many tasks for manufacturing, such as lithography simulation, hotspot detection, mask optimization, and so on. The most difficult challenge of pattern search is to locate clips by specific patterns within the layout accurately and efficiently. In this paper, we present a generalized pattern search method capable in diverse scenarios, including patterns with hollow shapes, shifting edges, and multi-layer situations. Experimental results show that our method outperforms commercial tools in pattern locating accuracy and handling search problems involving complex patterns which is not directly support by commercial tools yet.

Sexual dimorphism and functional allometry in scorpions: A comparative study from a neotropical species

Sexual dimorphism (SD), the divergence of secondary sexual traits between males and females within a species, can arise from diverse evolutionary forces, such as natural selection, mate choice, and intrasexual competition. Allometric scaling patterns of dimorphic traits are related to their functional roles and the different selective pressures that affect each sex. Generally, traits that threaten rivals involved in intrasexual competition tend to exhibit the highest allometric slopes. Conversely, non-sexual traits often display isometric scaling, while genitalia and traits in direct contact between the sexes during courtship and copulation typically show hypoallometry. A good approach to study patterns of SD and allometry is to complement interspecific studies with analyzes of case studies, where the functional aspect is known in detail. Here, we review the occurrence of SD and evaluation of allometry in the Order Scorpiones, allowing us to compare general trends in a broader comparative framework within the group. In addition, we examined SD and allometric slopes of multiple traits (including somatic traits used in sexual and non-sexual interactions, as well as genitalia) in adult individuals of the scorpion Timogenes elegans (Scorpiones, Bothriuridae). We found that at an interspecific level there was a variation in SD between species and morphological traits, with most traits showing a male-biased SD, except for the chelicerae, which were found to be wider in females. Regarding SD studies, we found relatively few reports of functional allometry showing differences in allometric patterns between species. The results in T. elegans follow some of the general patterns found in other scorpions. We found hypoallometry in genital traits and hyperallometry in the pedipalps of both sexes, with steeper allometric slopes observed for pedipalp height in males. These results suggest that genital traits are under stabilizing selective pressure, while pedipalps in both sexes may be under natural and sexual selective pressure. Understanding allometric patterns and their relationship to function in scorpions provides significant insights into the evolutionary pressures driving the divergence of morphological traits used in both sexual and non-sexual contexts.

Program for the Implementation of the All-Russian Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” 1st Stage in the System of Physical Education of Children Aged 6–7 Years

Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of implementation of the All-Russian complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” of the 1st stage in the system of physical education of children aged 6–7 years. Methodology. The purpose of the article is to present an innovative program for preparing children aged 6–9 years to participate in testing according to the standards presented in the All-Russian complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” of the 1st stage at the Department of Preschool Education of the State University of Education, developed on the basis of monitoring the results of physical fitness of senior preschool children in 18 regions of the Russian Federation, analysis of practice and scientific research on this topic, a survey of teachers, students, parents from 18 regions of the Russian Federation. Results. General patterns were identified, consisting in the discreteness of preparatory physical education and sports events, the lack of consistency, strategic planning, centralized monitoring of the effectiveness of this type of activity in the system of physical education of children aged 6–7 years. For the consistent and targeted construction of work and interaction of subjects of educational relations integrated into the system of preparation for the implementation of the All-Russian complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” of the 1st stage, the State University of Education has developed the Program for the implementation of the All-Russian complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” of the 1st stage in the system of physical education of children aged 6–7 years. Conclusions. The innovative effect of the program is achieved through modeling the relevant goal areas of the organization of preparation for the implementation of the All-Russian complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” of the 1st stage in the system of physical education of children aged 6–7 years: scientific and experimental activities; innovative activities on the basis of basic departmental educational organizations of preschool and primary levels of basic general education; scientific and methodological support for teachers of basic departmental educational organizations; organization of educational and educational activities with students aged 6–7 years; tutor support for students under the Program for the implementation of the All-Russian complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” of the 1st stage in the system of physical education of children aged 6–7 years; interaction with social partners; education and psychological and pedagogical support for parents.
