The purpose of this study is to identify intelligent smart pupils. There is a contemporary mind that challenges the view that high ability and IQ are synonymous. Contemporary thinking also challenges the view that being a talented student is something that is real. In Malaysia and abroad it provides a variety of methods to identify intelligent smart pupils in order to improve their level and to provide appropriate education to the actual level of students' ability. The level of student ability dikenap sure whether the clinical methods or instruments of education. In this case, teachers and parents need to be clear about the measurement and assessment of student's ability level. There is no specific concept for intelligent and talented smarts. It is constantly changing from time to time. It is not only based on intelligence but also includes general intellectual capabilities, academic achievement, creative thinking and productive, leadership, visual arts and acting as well as psychocomposition capabilities. How to identify smart kids based on standardized tests of general ability, achievement, creativity, tendency and personality. It can also be identified based on predictions of teachers, parents, peers and self-esteem.
