We present the results of constructing models of galactic disks with gas rotation curves that have zones of sharp changes in circular velocity. Such models allow the development of shear hydrodynamic instabilities, in particular centrifugal instability and acoustic resonance-type instability. A sample of galaxies with rotation curves containing regions of sharp negative gradients has been formed. Models of these objects are intended for carrying out computational experiments aimed at studying the generation of spiral patterns due to the development of hydrodynamic instability. We have identified objects whose rotation curves in the central region cannot be modeled by the spheroidal bulge subsystem, which indicates the presence of special components in composite models of the stellar disk.
