Squamomelanocytic Tumor, An Entity Still Shrouded in Mystery: Case Report and Literature Review

Cutaneous squamomelanocytic tumor (SMT) is a very rare cutaneous malignancy, composed of a dual phenotypic population of both malignant melanocytes and keratinocytes, intimately intermingled together. Herein, we report a new case of a SMT occurring in an 82-year-old man, located on the scalp. Histopathology revealed a mixed population consisting of squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma within the same lesion, also confirmed using immunohistochemical staining for high molecular-weight cytokeratins (HMWCKs) and Melan-A. Moreover, to the best of our knowledge, for the first time, we tested SMT for the preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma (PRAME), which revealed a strong and diffuse positivity in the melanocytic component. These tumors need to be distinguished by more frequent collision tumors and colonization. Furthermore, we provide a comprehensive review of the literature, focusing on clinical and histopathological aspects, biological behavior and still-debated, but fascinating histogenesis of this elusive entity.

A machine-learning augmented mixed method for simulating α particle transport in inertial confinement fusion

The plasma heating by the α particle transport is a main self-heating source in inertial confinement fusion (ICF) that determines the capsule implosion performance. Due to the high energy of α particle and the high temperature in the ICF capsule hot spot, significant non-equilibrium effect exists and the continuum mechanics breaks down. For the numerical simulation of implosion and charged particle transport, the Boltzmann equation needs to be solved to capture the kinetic effects. However, the 7-dimensional Boltzmann equation, the highly frequent Coulomb collision, and the multi-folded integral stopping power formulation greatly limits the computational efficiency and challenges the computational power. To overcome the high computational cost of high-frequent Coulomb collisions, we propose a mixed collision model according to which the collisions are categorized into low-frequent large-angle collisions and high frequent small-angle grazing collisions. The large-angle collision process is precisely solved based on the Coulomb cross-section. For the highly frequent small-angle grazing, a statistic model is constructed with second-order accuracy in time. The mixed collision model reduces the computational cost of scattering calculation by two orders of magnitude. For the multi-folded integral stopping power formulation, a neural network is used to improve computational efficiency. Based on the proposed algorithm, we develop one-dimensional to three-dimensional module code to directly solve the α particle transport Boltzmann equation. The α transport module code is integrated into the multi-physics LARED-S program. The MC version ICF software is verified by a simulation study of the N210207 and N191110 experiment.

Calculation Method and Experimental Study on Circumferential Total Clearance of Cageless Bearings

This paper addresses the issue of the frequent collision and grinding of rolling elements in cageless bearings during operation by proposing a method to calculate the total circumferential clearance. The calculation is based on the maximum orbital speed difference in the bearing rolling elements to determine the minimum clearance needed to prevent collision. The study analyzes the impact of the rolling element diameter, bearing pitch diameter, contact angle, and number of rolling elements on the total circumferential clearance. The discussion then focuses on optimizing the number of rolling elements in cageless bearings. The optimization results demonstrate that the proposed calculation reduces collisions between rolling elements and bearing stress. Additionally, a total circumferential clearance test was conducted on a logarithmic spiral bearing, showing significant improvements in wear, average temperature, and temperature rise when designed according to the method presented in this article. These findings offer valuable insights into the design of cageless bearings.

Identification of risk key factors and prevention strategies for collision accidents between merchant and fishing vessels in China waters based on complex network

In recent years, Collision Accidents between Merchant and Fishing Vessels (CAMF) in China waters have been increasing, resulting in severe casualties and property losses. To effectively prevent such frequent collision accidents and ensure the safety of waterways and navigation routes, this study aims to identify the key risk factors associated with CAMF. Firstly, the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) model is employed as a comprehensive framework to extract the risk factors contributing to CAMF. By introducing edge length as the weight of network edges, a directed weighted network of CAMF is constructed. Secondly, the overall topological characteristics of the network are analyzed, and the network's robustness is studied based on the degree centrality, weighted closeness centrality, and weighted betweenness centrality of the risk factors in the network, and the key factors contributing to the accidents are identified. The research findings indicate that the network exhibits evident scale-free characteristics and small-world network properties. Deliberate attacks on approximately top 15% of the risk factors lead to a 55% degradation in the global efficiency of the accident network. Ultimately, accident prevention and control strategies and recommendations are proposed from the perspectives of both merchant and fishing vessels.

DEVELOPMENT OF DOWNHOLE PUMP VALVE ASSEMBLY

The purpose of the work is modernization of the valve, in order to increase reliability, wear resistance, increase the pump flow and reduce the load on the rod string, as well as improve durability. The sucker rod pump is one of the most popular and extensively utilized artificial lift systems. It is a frequently chosen option for lifting oil because of its fundamental simplicity, low operating costs, and adaptability in power supply. In the long run of oil production history, sucker-rod pumping was the first option—and frequently the only option—when artificial lift was required. For this reason, the oldest and most popular method of producing oil wells worldwide is sucker-rod pumping. Since the steel used to make rods has limited strength, sucker-rod pumping is typically thought of as a way to raise moderate to low liquid production rates from shallow to medium well depths due to depth restrictions. Since the correct working of the standing and traveling valves is largely responsible for an efficient pumping operation, valves are regarded as the heart of the sucker-rod pump. The extremely high differential pressures across the valve during pumping necessitate a highly dependable sealing action between the ball and the seat. Small initial flaws in the sealing surfaces or subsequent corrosion- or abrasion-related problems result in greater liquid slipping and a quick decline in valve function because of fluid cutting. Subsurface pumps using traditional ball-and-seat valves suffer a number of basic operational issues: • Because of the greatly high number of pumping cycles per day, the sealing surfaces may sustain significant damage from the frequent collision of the two parts against one another. • In deviated wells, valve wear is uneven and can cause premature failure. • Typical cage constructions, meant to limit impact damage, typically restrict the flow area available through the valve and can be the source of pumping inefficiencies due to low fillage of the pump barrel. Housing and High-Rise Building: a Longstanding Love-Hate Story Is there an Upper Limit to Living on High Ground?

Climate change and the global pandemic seem to be pushing urbanization in opposite directions: the opposition between densification and distancing could open up, in the coming years, an increasingly frequent collision between the conflicting demands of climate and public health issues. However, the push for new concentration, after several decades in which lowand medium-density settlement patterns were favored, is now seen not only as a necessity on the urban level, but also as a fertile architectural design opportunity. In the housing towers of modernity, the living experience has often clashed with the monofunctionality of buildings and the problem of the loss of any relationship with the street and the ground. Many architects since the 1960s have attempted to bring some common spaces, intermediate between public and private into elevation, but this has often been insufficient to transfer urban vitality within a residential building and ensure the connection of housing to the ground and street-life. Today there is an attempt to recover the "streets on the air" through the Hong Kong lesson of an integrated and connected city, or there is a return to experimenting on the urban block and Medium-rise blocks by attempting to simultaneously generate high-density and human scale, better connecting people with the urban ground and with each other. Finally, we try to prefigure a new kind of multilevel city, in which a common dimension of many functions related to living is shared in spaces distributed along the height of high-rise buildings, also taking inspiration from the spontaneous power of informal associations that teach us to foster relationships among people, variety and flexibility of spaces, leading the experience of living back to an idea of domesticity thus overcoming the modern idea of the machine city

ASSESSMENT OF AUTONOMOUS EMERGENCY BRAKING (AEB) PEDESTRIAN SYSTEM IMPACT ON 2016 – 2020 MALAYSIAN ANIMAL-CROSSINGS ACCIDENTS DATA

The trend of animal-vehicle collision (AVCs) occurrences over the past years demonstrates increasing numbers, and this call for a proper mitigation plan by appropriate authority bodies. Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) pedestrian system - proven effective in collision prevention and mitigation for vehicle-pedestrian collision – can potentially expand its original functionality to AVCs avoidance. This study presents a new data assessment method to predict the impact of AEB pedestrian system implementation on vehicles to reduce AVCs cases from 2016 to 2020. In general, a new scoring system is introduced whereby fitment rating points of 1, 0.5 and 0 are given to describe successful crash avoidance, crash mitigation with reduced damage and failed crash avoidance. Several noteworthy findings were discovered in assessing impact data from five significant AEB-AVCs. The effectiveness of AEB is found to be correlated with camera detection, system working speed range, frequent collision time, human casualties, and heavy vehicles. In general, the results indicate overall positive consequences of AEB implementation to reduce AVCs, providing concrete reasoning for standardising AEB pedestrian systems in all manufactured road-legal vehicles for upcoming years.

A Global Women’s Rugby Union Web-Based Survey

Rugby Union (rugby) is a full-contact team sport characterised by frequent collision events. Over one third (2.7 million) of global rugby participants are women and girls. Yet, most rugby research, laws, and regulations are derived from the men's game with limited transferability to the women's game. This includes research focused on injury and concussion management. Greater insights are urgently required to enable appropriate adaptations and support for all rugby participants. Therefore, this paper presents the protocol for a project that sought to gather insights into the understanding, experiences, and attitudes of players and coaches in women's rugby regarding key issues of concussion, injury, and training for injury prevention, as well as the implications of the menstrual cycle for training and performance. From August 2020 to November 2020, online, open, cross-sectional surveys for players and coaches were distributed globally through rugby governing bodies and women's rugby social media platforms using snowball sampling. Survey responses were recorded anonymously via a GDPR-compliant online survey platform, JISC (jisc.ac.uk, Bristol, England). Participant eligibility included being ≥18 years and either actively playing or coaching women's rugby 15s and/or sevens, or having done so in the past decade, at any level, in any country. To enhance the number and accuracy of responses, the survey was professionally translated into eight additional languages. A total of 1596 participants from 62 countries (27 ± 6 years; 7.5 ± 5.1 years of playing experience) and 296 participants from 37 countries (mean age = 36.64, SD = 9.09, mean experience = 6.53 years, SD = 3.31) completed the players' and coaches' surveys, respectively. Understanding women's participation in and experiences of rugby is important to enable lifelong engagement and enjoyment of the sport and health during and following participation.

Hot Air Balloon Fatalities in New Mexico: The Forensic Pathology Experience.

Albuquerque New Mexico is the "hot air balloon capital of the world," with balloons flying throughout the year and during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. The medical literature regarding morbidity and mortality in hot air balloon accidents is relatively scarce. A series of fatal, hot air balloon accidents were identified by querying and analyzing the databases of the Office of the Medical Investigator in New Mexico from 1972 to 2021. Twenty-one lethal cases from 11 hot air balloon accidents were evaluated. Fifty-seven percent of decedents were male, the age range was 29 to 74 years, and all the decedents were White. Causes of death were certified as multiple injuries (52.4%), blunt trauma (42.9%), and electrocution (4.76%). The manner of death was accidental in all cases. Most common autopsy findings were rib fractures (100%), pelvic fractures (81.8%), and subarachnoid hemorrhage (72.7%). October was the month with the most accidents (63.63%), the most common cause was the pilot's failure to maintain clearance from obstacles (14.3%), and the most frequent collision was with power lines (63.6%). Hot air balloon fatalities are rare, and the patterns of injury resemble those seen in free falls from significant heights with extensive blunt trauma.

Influence of collaborative disposal of sewage sludge in the fly ash partitioning and PM10 emission from a subcritical coal-fired boiler

Co-combustion of sewage sludge and coal in coal-fired power plants may be a reasonable alternative for intractable sewage sludge. The co-combustion experiments were conducted on a 600 MW subcritical coal-fired boiler to discuss the fly ash partitioning and PM10 emission characteristics. The sewage sludge was sent to the boiler through coal pulverizer with blending ratios of 5 and 10 wt% based on the coal mass. The results showed that the particle size distributions (PSDs) of PM10 present the typical two-peak distribution. The mass yields of PM1 dramatically decreased by 57.83 % and 61.67 % for the 5 % and 10 % blending ratios, respectively, compared with single coal combustion, corresponding to the increase in PM1-10 emissions. The reduced PM1 appears to be transferred toward PM1-10 during co-combustion. The Fe Al-silicate and the Fe-Ca-Si-Al species were formed by the co-combustion of sludge and coal, which were derived from the active Fe-rich fine particles in sludge and mainly mullite and Ca-Si-Al found in coal ash. These transformations can be intensified by the high temperature, intense turbulent flow fields and the consequent frequent contact and collision of minerals in the large capacity boiler to form molten aluminosilicates. Therefore, the condensable Ca and S vapor from coal combustion and fine Si and Al adhere to the surface of molten Fe Al-silicate to form PM1+, which is the main reason for PM1 reduction during co-combustion. In addition, Fe-rich and Ca-rich flocculants in sludge contribute to PM1-10 largely, while some of the fine Al-Si particles are partitioned from PM1 to PM1-10 as captured by the molten aluminosilicates, both contributing to the increased PM1-10 emission after co-combustion.

Energy exchange modulation for selective control of gas temperature and electron number density in cold atmospheric plasmas

Selective control of the key parameters of the cold atmospheric plasmas (CAPs) is crucial for diverse applications ranging from materials processing, clinical medicine to clean energy generation. In particular, the low gas temperature (T g) and high electron number density (n e) are both critical for obtaining high treatment efficiency of heat-sensitive materials, yet are challenging to achieve because of the very frequent species collision nature in CAPs. In this paper, selective control of T g and n e in a helium CAP driven by a radio-frequency power supply and operated in an open environment is achieved successfully for the first time numerically and experimentally with the quasi-independent variation windows from −33.7 °C to 49.5 °C (i.e. 239.3 to 322.5 K) for T g and from 2.7 × 1016 to 6.3 × 1016 m−3 for n e. This result has expanded the key CAP parameter windows significantly into a previously unachievable domain. The further theoretical analysis of the energy transfer and balance based on the ‘energy tree’ concept and numerical modeling reveals the unique non-equilibrium energy transfer channel allowing selective control of T g and n e. This energy transfer channel is enabled by the two ‘valves’, one for controlling the energy deposition from the external circuit to the discharge cell (valve 1), and another one for controlling the energy exchange between the discharge cell and the environment (valve 2). Our conceptual approach and proof-of-principle demonstration open a new way for the active and selective control of the key CAP parameters, which will be quite important for designing CAP sources with specific requirements and for advancing or even creating new CAP applications in the future.

A comprehensive analysis on the effects of signal strategies, intersection geometry, and traffic operation factors on right-turn crashes at signalised intersections: An application of hierarchical crash frequency model

Right-turn movements (equivalent to left turn movements for countries that drive on the right) at intersections are among the most complex driving maneuvers and require a high level of attention for turning across (potentially) oncoming traffic by accepting a safe gap. Not surprisingly, right-turn-involved crashes are one of the most frequent collision types at intersections (e.g., 42% of all signalised intersection crashes in Queensland, Australia). Unfortunately, the causes and contributing factors to right-turn crashes are not well understood, particularly the effect of right-turn signal strategies on the crash risk. In the safety literature, signal strategies are coarsely considered in two generic categories-protected right-turns and permitted right-turns. In reality, right-turn signal strategies could be of various types (usually 5) based on the level of intersection complexity and potential traffic conflicts. The effects of these signal strategies, along with the geometric and traffic factors, have not been well studied. To fill this gap, this study investigates the effects of right-turn signal strategies, intersection geometry and traffic operations factors on right-turn crashes at signalised intersections. To achieve this aim, crash frequency models were estimated using crash data from 221 signalised intersections in Queensland from the years spanning 2012 to 2018. Hierarchical Poisson Regression Models (random intercept models) were employed to capture the hierarchical structure of influences on crashes, with upper-level capturing intersection characteristics and lower-level capturing approach characteristics. The hierarchical model structure, disaggregate exposure variables, and signal strategies examined in this study give rise to an entirely unique study in the literature.

Robust Output-feedback Predictive Control for Proximity Eddy Current De-tumbling with Constraints and Uncertainty

Proximity operation can significantly improve the efficiency of eddy current de-tumbling. However, the tumbling motion and non-cooperation of space debris make the chaser execute collision avoidance maneuvers and be influenced by model uncertainty. In this paper, an inertial-oriented safety corridor is proposed by taking the debris' angular momentum as the central axis, which can avoid the frequent collision maneuvers of the chaser. Meanwhile, a desired de-tumbling trajectory under this safety corridor is designed to de-tumble the angular velocity of space debris. Then, a robust output-feedback controller considering safety corridor and model uncertainty is proposed by combining moving horizon estimation and model predictive control. The moving horizon estimation is employed to estimate the system state and model uncertainty which is compensated by a feedforward control law. Furthermore, the model predictive control without terminal ingredients is designed to realize the optimal performance of fuel consumption and the robust tracking stability of the system. Finally, taking the Chinese Sinosat-2 satellite as the simulation case, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified.

Data-driven model for ship encounter intention inference in intersection waters based on AIS data

Frequent collision accidents of ships in intersection waters have caused huge casualties and property losses. Unclear encounter intention, poor communication, or inaccurate judgment of the encounter intention are often the major causes of ships falling into dangerous and urgent situations, leading to collision accidents. There are few methods and models for automatically inferring ship encounter intention. In this study, an intelligent model driven by AIS data is proposed to infer the ship encounter intention in intersection waters. The Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is adopted to formulate the encounter process and perform intention inference. The encounter intentions, including crossing, overtaking and head-on, are modeled as unobservable states of the formulated HMM. The observable measures of HMM extracted from AIS data, include the relative distance, relative speed, and course difference between two ships. Subsequently, the Forward-Backward algorithm is employed to obtain the model parameters and the Viterbi algorithm is exploited to estimate the hidden state with the highest probability, resulting in the inferred intention. The main advantage of the proposed model is its ability to capture the spatial-temporal characteristics of the encounter process, that is, the spatial interaction between ships and the dynamic evolution of states of the encounter process. The AIS data collected from the Lantau Strait intersection waters are adopted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. The experimental results reveal that the model can achieve an inference accuracy of 95%, 91.33%, and 92.67% for crossing, overtaking, and head-on, respectively. Moreover, it has real-time performance that ensures the encounter intentions can be recognized at an early stage, which is very critical for the safe navigation of any ships encountered. Our results show that our model can infer the encounter intentions in a timely manner and with high accuracy.

46 Principles of single site laparoscopy

The objective of this video is to display the adaptation of laparoscopic principles for single site surgery. The primary challenges with single site laparoscopy include lack of multiple trocars to facilitate triangulation and restricted instrument movement. In laparoscopic surgery, depth perception must be achieved with the aid of monocular cues. In traditional laparoscopy, a multiport configuration facilitates triangulation. The surgeon maintains a visual angle of >30 degrees between the camera and the tip of the operating instruments. In single site laparoscopy, because both instruments are parallel on entry into the abdomen, this monocular cue is diminished. To mitigate this, the camera is positioned as lateral as possible to the instruments. If both instruments are positioned at an optimal angle to the camera, they will be parallel to each other. This can lead to frequent intracorporeal collision. The two instruments should be maintained in different vertical planes. Another strategy is to use one instrument in a dynamic fashion while the other provides counter-traction. The limited workspace afforded by single site laparoscopy can result in frequent extracorporeal instrument collision as well. To minimize this, the surgeon can modify instrument handgrip by rotating the instrument handles 90 degrees. This hand positioning allows for the most freedom of movement. Slow deliberate movements increase surgical efficiency. Limit instrument exchanges to facilitate orientation within the visual field. A 30-degree scope assists with optimal visualization. Use of a uterine manipulator facilitates more complex procedures like ovarian cystectomy, excision of endometriosis, and hysterectomy. Single site laparoscopy does have inherent challenges, but these can be managed by facilitating triangulation, avoiding instrument collision, and adapting general laparoscopic principles.

HUNTER-Chip: Bioinspired Hierarchically Aptamer Structure-Based Circulating Fetal Cell Isolation for Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing.

Isolation and genetic analysis of circulating fetal cells from billions of maternal cells in peripheral blood are the cornerstone of fetal cell-based non-invasive prenatal testing. Inspired by the hierarchically multivalent architecture for enhanced capture of nature, an aptamer-based Hierarchically mUltivalent aNTibody mimic intERface (HUNTER) was designed with a tremendous avidity effect for highly efficient capture and non-destructive release of fetal cells. It was engineered by grafting Y-shaped DNA nanostructures to a linear polymer chain, creating a flexible polymer chain with bivalent aptamer side chains. This hierarchical arrangement of the aptamer ensures morphological complementarity, collective multiple-site interaction, and multivalent recognition between the aptamer and target cells. In combination with a deterministic lateral displacement (DLD)-patterned microdevice named as HUNTER-Chip, it achieves a binding affinity over 65-fold and a capture efficiency over 260%-fold due to the combination of hierarchically designed aptamers and frequent cell-ligand collision created by DLD. Moreover, a nuclease-assisted cell release strategy facilitates the release of fetal cells for gene analysis, such as fluorescence in situ hybridization. With the advantages of high affinity, excellent capture efficiency, and compatible downstream analysis, the HUNTER-Chip holds great potential for non-invasive prenatal diagnosis.

Particle-scale study of gas-solid flows in a bubbling fluidised bed: Effect of drag force and collision models

Inter-particle and inter-phase interactions of gas-solid flows dominate macro-scale bed hydrodynamics in fluidised bed systems. In this work, typical fluidisation behaviours are presented. The effects of different drag models (i.e., Di Felice drag model, Gidaspow drag model) and collision models (i.e., hard-sphere model, soft-sphere model) on gas-solid behaviours in a bubbling fluidised bed are comprehensively compared. Besides, the influence of critical operating conditions (i.e., superficial gas velocity) is discussed. The simulation results show that Di Felice drag model shows better agreement with the experimental data than the Gidaspow drag model. Both the hard-sphere model and soft-sphere model can well predict particle velocity profiles. Larger superficial gas velocity and hard-sphere model respectively cause more vigorous inter-phase momentum exchange and more frequent collision events, indicating the more intense bubble evolution and the resulting fluctuations of void fraction. The rotational velocity obtained from the soft-sphere simulation is larger than that from the hard-sphere one, but the rotational velocity fluctuation is much weaker.

Defining crash configurations for Powered Two-Wheelers: Comparing ISO 13232 to recent in-depth crash data from Germany, India and China

The motorcyclist safety standard ISO 13232, based on crash data from Europe and the USA from the 1970s, still sets the direction for the development and evaluation of protective measures today. However, it is unclear how relevant the crash configurations in the standard are to present-day motorcycle crashes in Europe, the USA and other parts of the world. We analyzed recent in-depth crash data from Germany, India and China, examining powered two-wheeler (PTW) crash configurations in which at least one police-reported serious injury was present. After assessing the relevance of the ISO’s PTW crash configurations to those we found in each country, we suggested new configurations to guide the development of safety systems that would be more effective at reducing PTW-related fatalities and serious injuries. In all three databases, passenger cars were among the top two most frequent collision partners and a car front impacting the side of the PTW was the most common configuration. Notably, although collisions with trucks constituted the most common scenario in India and ground impact (primary collision) was a common scenario in both Germany and India, the ISO did not include either configuration. Further, in three of the seven ISO crash configurations, one of the collision partners is stationary, although stationary collision partners were rare in our data. Our results show that the ISO crash configurations do not represent the most frequent PTW road crashes in Germany, India or China. However, the Chinese database was confined to crashes with a collision partner with four or more wheels. Further, weighting factors for these data were not available, so we could not extrapolate the frequency of the Chinese crash configurations across the entire population. A revised version of the ISO could serve as a basis for a full-scale PTW crash test program. However, the observed differences between countries imply that a single global standard may not be feasible. To optimize the evaluation of a PTW safety system, we recommend the inclusion of configurations which are frequent in the region or country of interest—in addition to common configurations occurring frequently all around the world.

Multitarget Real‐Time Tracking Algorithm for UAV IoT

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have increased the convenience of urban life. Representing the recent rapid development of drone technology, UAVs have been widely used in fifth‐generation (5G) cellular networks and the Internet of Things (IoT), such as drone aerial photography, express drone delivery, and drone traffic supervision. However, owing to low altitude and low speed, drones can only limitedly monitor and detect small target objects, resulting in frequent intrusion and collision. Traditional methods of monitoring the safety of drones are mostly expensive and difficult to implement. In smart city construction, a large number of smart IoT cameras connected to 5G networks are installed in the city. Captured drone images are transmitted to the cloud via a high‐speed and low‐latency 5G network, and machine learning algorithms are used for target detection and tracking. In this study, we propose a method for real‐time tracking of drone targets by using the existing monitoring network to obtain drone images in real time and employing deep learning methods by which drones in urban environments can be guided. To achieve real‐time tracking of UAV targets, we employed the tracking‐by‐detection mode in machine learning, with the network‐modified YOLOv3 (you only look once v3) as the target detector and Deep SORT as the target tracking correlation algorithm. We established a drone tracking dataset that contains four types of drones and 2800 pictures in different environments. The tracking model we trained achieved 94.4% tracking accuracy in real‐time UAV target tracking and a tracking speed of 54 FPS. These results comprehensively demonstrate that our tracking model achieves high‐precision real‐time UAV target tracking at a reduced cost.
