1. Revised chromosome maps of the X-chromosome of D. ananassae are published (Fig. 1).2. By using two kinds of inversions which are present in the X-chromosome, it has been concluded that a part of the X-chromosome is homologous to a part of the fourth chromosome.3. From the data on the X-chromosome of D. ananassae, it is as-sumed that high temperature does not affect on the frequency of crossing-over in a heterochromatic portion.4. The CIIL-O Inversion shown in my previous paper belongs to the racial inversion distributed commonly in wild populations.5. Some apparently male intersexes due to gene action were described.
