. The article substantiates the emergence and spread of interlingual and intercultural problems, which are major in the field of translation studies. Different cultures interact strongly at the present stage of development, and therefore the translator must provide adequate translation taking into account intercultural differences, but the source text cannot be significantly changed. Previously, there were the fundamental differences between cultures and languages and the recipient could not perceive the culture of the original and due to the development of translation studies, where translators were able to express themselves, there was a proper perception of the text. In the period of globalization international contacts are growing where the role of the linguistic personality has greatly increased. Therefore, it is quite correct in such cases to bring the types of interaction between people to the fore. Translation here is a direct tool in intercultural communication as well as a means of protecting national languages and cultures. The key to communicative success and understanding between participants of different languages and cultures is mastering the language code. And you also need to understand that there are special language stamps that are used by different societies in identical situations. The article presents the causes of intercultural problems and ways to solve them, which showed us the importance of intercultural communication and adequate translation.
