The emergence of surplus in the food subsector and it allocation The case of Côte d'Ivoire agriculture. The importance of agriculture in african countries is generally seen through the performance of export cultures which generate a great part of ressources necessary to finance growth. However, a fine analysis of the primary sector allows to see that foodcrops are essential in the dynamization of the economy.
