The old problem of the flux-flow Hall effect is investigated in single-crystal 2H-${\mathrm{NbSe}}_{2}$. We find that the Hall signal, particularly the constancy of the Hall angle with field, is correctly described by the theory of Nozi\`eres and Vinen (NV). The dependences of ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\theta}}}_{\mathit{H}}$ on the field, current density, and temperature are compared in some detail with the version of NV's model that assumes a finite pinning force.
