Modern FinTech solutions significantly change traditional approaches to the development, implementation and sale of IT products, allowing companies to create unique financial instruments, reduce transaction costs and increase competitiveness. But the questions remain unclear which FinTech tools have the greatest impact on IT product implementation strategies and whether the use of financial technologies really affects the personalization of IT products in terms of efficiency and scalability. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive study of the influence of financial technologies (FinTech) on the development of strategies for the implementation and personalization of IT products, with the identification of key FinTech tools that contribute to the improvement of the processes of development, implementation and adaptation of IT products in accordance with the specific needs of users and markets. The object of the research is payment services as an innovative segment of FinTech and their marketing in the modern market, namely aspects related to the development, implementation, promotion and use of payment services. Scientific publications and monographic editions, magazine articles and materials of scientific and practical conferences became the methodological basis of the research. During the research, content analysis of scientific periodicals was used; comparative critical analysis of existing approaches and methods of analysis of financial stability and tax burden; statistical methods of analysis. The main hypothesis of the research is that FinTech technologies allow IT companies to more accurately adapt their products to the individual needs of users, which contributes to increasing the level of customer satisfaction, increasing loyalty and competitiveness of companies in the market. Presentation of the main material. The study analyzed the main FinTech tools, their impact on the business processes of IT companies, as well as possible risks and barriers to their integration. The relationship between the use of FinTech solutions and the improvement of the effectiveness of personalization of products, which positively affects the competitiveness of companies on the global market, is determined. Based on the results of the research, practical recommendations were formulated for IT companies regarding the optimal use of financial technologies in the processes of product implementation and personalization. Originality and practical significance. Key FinTech tools and their impact on the effectiveness of implementation strategies are considered, as well as the main challenges and risks associated with the integration of financial technologies into the development and implementation of IT products are identified. Based on the results of the research, recommendations are proposed for the use of FinTech to increase the effectiveness of personalization and scaling of IT products on the global market. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The analysis showed that the use of FinTech solutions allows IT companies to bring products to market faster, reducing the time for processing payments and interaction with customers, which improves the efficiency of business processes and allows companies to focus on the development of innovative products. Thanks to access to users' financial data and the latest algorithms for processing this data, companies can develop products that more accurately meet the needs of individual users. This contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, as well as the formation of long-term brand loyalty.

Analysis of Financial Stability in Indian Automobile Industry

The Indian automobile industry plays a pivotal role in the nation's economic landscape, contributing significantly to GDP, employment, and technological advancement. In recent years, the sector has faced considerable challenges, including shifting consumer preferences, regulatory changes, economic uncertainties, and the impact of global disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper aims to analyze the financial stability of the Indian automobile industry by evaluating key financial indicators, such as profitability, liquidity, and solvency. It also explores the industry's adaptability in the face of macroeconomic challenges, including supply chain disruptions, rising input costs, and changing regulatory landscapes related to environmental standards. Furthermore, the paper assesses the influence of government initiatives like the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme and electric vehicle adoption on the overall financial health of the sector. By employing both qualitative and quantitative analyses, the study provides insights into the sustainability and resilience of the Indian automobile industry, highlighting the critical factors that determine its financial stability and its potential for future growth in a dynamic economic environment.

Evaluating the Impact of NPA Dynamics in Selected Indian Banks: A Fifteen-Year Comparative Study

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact on bank profitability, capital structure, and financial stability and trend analysis regarding non-performing assets [NPAs] performance in selected Indian public sector banks vis-à-vis that observed in private sector ones during fifteen years. Methodology: For this research, a quantitative methodological approach has been used, and for quantifiable data, annual reports from four select banks, which include two public sector banks [The Bank of Baroda, The State Bank Of India] as well as two private sector banks [ICICI Bank Ltd., Nainital bank], are analyzed for the period ranging 2008-09 to 2022-23. The analysis calculates Compound Annual Growth Rates [CAGR] and t-tests, Panel Regression models to determine the relationship between GNPA additions, reductions, and write-offs with closing balances. Findings: A major increase in GNPAs is observed in the research among Scheduled Commercial Banks. The public sector banks found an even larger dynamism in NPA growth rates than private sector banks, manifesting the fluctuation to a high degree. The study identifies GNPA addition, reduction, and write-off as key determinants of their respective closing balances. Even though there have been many policy initiatives, the public sector banks [PSBs] remain at a higher level of NPAs due to governance deficits and political interference. The effectiveness of these predictors on GNPA is also confirmed using the Random Effect Model, thus requiring improved risk management practices. Enhancing Repo Market Transparency: The EU Securities Financing Transactions Regulation

Abstract The introduction of the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation into EU law provides a unique opportunity to obtain an in-depth understanding of repo markets. Based on the transaction-level data reported under the regulation, this article contributes to the literature with key facts about the euro area repo market. We start by providing the regulatory background, as well as highlighting some of its advantages for financial stability analysis. We then go on to present three sets of findings that are highly relevant to financial stability and focus on the dimensions of the different market segments, counterparties, and collateral, including haircut practices. Finally, we outline how the data reported under the regulation can support the policy work of central banks and supervisory authorities and contribute to the existing literature on repo markets. We demonstrate that these data can be used to make several important contributions to enhancing our understanding of the repo market from a financial stability perspective, ultimately assisting international efforts to increase repo market resilience.

The article is concerned with disclosing the theoretical, organisational foundations and methods of continuity audit based on analytical procedures. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical, organisational and methodological foundations of the going concern audit of enterprises under conditions of uncertainty. Object of research - organisational and methodological support for the audit of business continuity of enterprises. Methods used in the study: scientific cognition, method of generalisation, comparison, logical and substantive, methods of induction and deduction, analysis. The main hypothesis is the development of organisational and methodological foundations of the going concern audit based on the expansion of analytical procedures to meet the information needs of stakeholders about the status and potential of the financial viability of the enterprise's going concern under conditions of uncertainty. Summary of the main material. Under martial law, the importance of the continuity audit as a tool for protecting the interests of users of financial statements and ensuring that stakeholders are aware of the state of financial solvency and prospects for sustainable development of enterprises increases. Organisational and methodological support of the continuity audit is determined by the objectives of the audit and the needs of stakeholders to obtain reliable information on the assessment of financial viability to ensure continuing operations in the future. The proposed methodology for auditing the going concern of enterprises based on analytical procedures provides a holistic view of the organisation of the audit by the following stages: 1) analysis of liquidity and solvency of enterprises; 2) analysis of profitability potential; 3) analysis of financial stability; 4) analysis of risks of activity; 4) analysis of the potential of continuous activity of the enterprise. Particular attention in the process of a going concern audit is paid to the classification and analysis of business risks. Analytical procedures for assessing business risks, determining reserves to cover losses of economic benefits in relation to the risks of non-payment of receivables and reduction in the value of financial instruments have been substantiated. The methodology for auditing the going concern of enterprises based on the expansion of analytical procedures, the implementation of which provides an opportunity to generate high-quality information to assess the potential of the enterprise's going concern, taking into account the risk and prepare a reasonable audit opinion, is original and of practical importance. Conclusions. The implementation of scientific and methodological recommendations on the organisation and methodology of the continuity audit based on the expansion of analytical procedures will help to obtain sufficient evidence for a realistic assessment of the potential of financial solvency of enterprises, preparation of the audit opinion on compliance with the principle of continuity and improve the quality of the audit.

One of the most dynamically developing industries is mobile payment services. They provide a fast, convenient and secure way to carry out financial transactions through mobile devices. However, despite the rapid spread of mobile payment services, there are a number of problems and challenges associated with their development and promotion on the market. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development of mobile payment services in the context of FinTech, as well as to develop effective marketing strategies for promoting these products on the market. The object of the study is mobile payment services as an innovative segment of FinTech and their marketing in the modern market, namely aspects related to the development, implementation, promotion and use of mobile payment services. Scientific publications and monographic editions, magazine articles and materials of scientific and practical conferences became the methodological basis of the research. The originality of the scientific article lies in the comprehensive approach to the study of mobile payment services through the prism of marketing strategies in the FinTech sector. Despite the considerable interest in the technological aspects of mobile payments, the issues of effective marketing of these products remain less studied. The practical significance of the article is that the research results can be used by both FinTech companies and marketing specialists to improve their strategies and increase the efficiency of mobile payment services. The analysis showed that the introduction of the latest technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and biometric authentication methods, significantly increases the security and convenience of mobile payment services, which contributes to their popularization among consumers. The combination of technological innovation, personalization and cultural adaptation in marketing strategies is the key to successful promotion of mobile payment services. Fluctuations in China's real estate market profoundly affect the economy, the financial system and social stability. Effective policy regulation, including the adjustment of monetary policy and the control of speculative behavior, is essential to mitigate market volatility and reduce financial risks. This paper uses the historical data analysis method and literature research method to conduct research and analysis based on the study of the meaning of financial stability. Firstly, it divides the historical fluctuation of China's real estate market into four stages and explores the characteristics and causes of real estate price changes in each stage. Thus, the historical fluctuation pattern of China's real estate market and the mechanism by which real estate market fluctuations affect financial stability are derived. The mechanism by which real estate affects financial stability through the personal wealth channel, the balance sheet channel, and the liquidity channel is explored. The findings of this paper can provide a basis for government decision-making and guide real estate practitioners and investors to grasp market fluctuations and avoid potential risks.

It was revealed that there are certain challenges on the way to the implementation of embedded finance, in particular, related to the regulatory environment, data security and privacy. These obstacles must be overcome in order to fully realize the potential of embedded finance and ensure the sustainable development of the financial sector. Further research could focus on a detailed study of specific aspects of the use of embedded finance, such as their impact on financial inclusion, financial system stability, and the effectiveness of regulatory oversight. In addition, the possibilities of using embedded finance in specific industries such as international payments, micro-finance and investment management can be explored. It is also important to explore the relationship between embedded finance and other innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and the Internet of Things.

This work is devoted to the analysis of liquidity and financial stability of Uzbekistan Railways JSC in the context of the modern economic environment. The work examines key aspects and methods of liquidity analysis, such as current and quick liquidity, as well as the main indicators characterizing financial stability, including the coefficients of autonomy, financial dependence and interest coverage. The results of the analysis of liquidity and financial stability are compared to identify connections and interactions between these two aspects of the financial condition of the organization. The work also discusses strategies and methods for managing liquidity and financial stability in order to optimize the financial position of the enterprise and ensure its sustainable development in the long term. This work is of interest to finance specialists, managers and all interested parties involved in the analysis and management of an organization's financial resources.

The presented study contains the author's vision of the main aspects and approaches to the possibility and expediency of regulating homeostasis of socio-economic rejection in the conditions of post-war economic instability and financial turbulence. The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of regulating homeostasis of socio-economic rejection in the context of systematization of modern provisions and concerns of leading financiers regarding the spread of financial recession trends. The methodological basis of the study was scientific publications and monographs, articles of journals and materials of scientific and practical conferences. The research content of scientific periodicals was used during the study; comparative critical analysis of existing approaches and methods of analysis of financial stability and tax burden; Statistical methods of analysis. The main hypothesis of the study was to assume the possibility of leveling socio-economic rejection at enterprises by introducing the latest financial and economic technologies of digital transformation and restoration of Ukraine's production potential. Presenting main material. It has been proven that the disturbing momentum of rejection occurs at the enterprise daily and every hour, namely: the need for education, science increases, differentiation in the income of employees increases, the level of competitiveness of the enterprise's products is changing, a new product or technology that produces at least two consequences is formed. In the first case, fluctuation is suppressed and a new balance arises, and all the indignation energy inside the enterprise is absorbed by the dynamics of the individual preferences of the enterprise. In the second case, fluctuation energy does not dissolve in new passions of individuals, but on the contrary, it remains and even increases, ensuring the formation of interest of the enterprise as such. Originality and practical importance. Categorization of socio-economic rejection, where substantiated, is a key tool for avoiding socio-economic rejection –– socio-dynamic multiplier of economic growth of an enterprise, which functions in the form of interaction of three components: social effect, employees' inclination to constructive and collective and collective work; A set of formal and informal institutions that ensure a combination of socio-economic effect with the tendency of employees to constructive actions. Conclusions and prospects for further research. To support the homeostasis of the enterprise, it is proposed to introduce a mechanism of homeostat, which is an appropriate complex of enterprise management systems, taking into account the capabilities and needs of employees, which includes an ensemble of signaling and regulatory systems of the enterprise, which are self-regulating, where management is only an element, not a supervisor. The article emphasizes the importance of financial stability for the effective functioning of enterprises in difficult economic conditions. The authors indicate the need to develop flexible financial strategies and adapt to changing market conditions, thereby ensuring long-term stability and growth of enterprises. An important aspect in this context is the financial stability of enterprises, which is defined as their ability to adapt to changes in the external and internal environment, predict risks and ensure the stability of operations. The financial stability of the enterprise requires not only the presence of effective financial plans, but also the use of rational approaches to attracting and using capital, ensuring sufficient profitability and optimizing internal processes. Strategic financial management in this context has several key directions: management of the formation of financial resources, strategic management of investments and management of financial stability. It is important that enterprises have access to reliable and up-todate information that allows them to respond in time to changes in the economic environment and make balanced management decisions. The activity of trade enterprises can be quantified using a set of indicators, including both general performance indicators and indicators related to the use of specific resources. Special attention is paid to the analysis of financial stability, which includes the assessment of the current state of the enterprise, the identification of development trends and the development of strategies aimed at achieving the desired financial indicators. The financial stability of a trade enterprise depends on both external and internal factors. In particular, it is influenced by such external factors as the general economic situation, market dynamics, competitive environment, as well as internal factors, which include the company's financial policy, its organizational structure, and others.

Research on Modeling Analysis and Risk Early Warning of Regional Financial Stability Based on VAR Model--Taking Henan Province of China as an Example

Abstract This paper synthesizes the influencing factors of financial stability in Henan Province, selects indicators from both internal and external aspects, and determines the index system of economic stability in Henan Province. On this basis, the entropy method is utilized to attach weights to each indicator, and the impulse response and Granger causality test in the VAR model is used to detect the financial stability of Henan Province. In addition, considering that financial risk early warning is critical to the economic security of the country and Henan Province, the principal component analysis method is further used to screen the risk warning indicators, construct a VAR model for financial risk early warning in Henan Province, and analyze the financial risk based on the comprehensive risk warning score. The results show that the risk status of banking financial institutions (16.3252) is relatively poor, while the complete risk status of financial guarantee institutions (42.62864) is at the warning level, and the VAR model accurately reveals the financial stability and risk status of Henan Province. This study provides theoretical knowledge for the modeling analysis of financial stability and risk early warning research in Henan Province, which is of great practical significance for improving the effect of local financial supervision in Henan Province and maintaining the stable operation of finance in Henan Province.

Management concept «financial sustainability»: analysis and determination criteria in the conditions of sustainable development of territorial communities

Introduction. An important element of the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in Ukraine and the process of decentralization is the modernization of the financial mechanism and the formation of financially capable territorial communities.
 Purpose. The purpose of the article is to research theoretical approaches to the definition of criteria and methods of analysis of financial stability as the main concept of management of territorial communities in conditions of sustainable development.
 Methods. To achieve this, general scientific and special research methods are used: analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization, structural-logical, economic- mathematical and coefficient analysis.
 Results. The proposed methodology for analyzing the financial stability of territorial communities covers two components: assessment of the level of financial stability, which involves the calculation of relative and absolute indicators and comparison of assets and sources of their financing; the analysis of the financial stability reserve involves the determination of the safety zone, financial and operational leverage, and the critical scope of implementation. The algorithm for determining the financial stability of a territorial community includes the use of a balance sheet model of financial equilibrium, the definition of a three-component indicator, and the finding of optimal degrees of coverage of sources of financial support. Attention is focused on the need to choose coefficients that best characterize individual features of the activity of a specific business entity.
 Prospects. Financial stability, in addition to quantitative indicators of financial activity, has a significant impact on qualitative characteristics such as: professionalism of management personnel, quality production or provision of services, image on the market, satisfaction of employees and consumers with the quality of life, implementation of innovative ways of attracting various sources of financial resources, etc. the analysis of which requires the use of other research methods, which will be the subject of our further research.

ASSESSMENT OF THE FINANCIAL POSITION OF BUSINESSES OPERATING WITHIN A CERTAIN SECTOR OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Background: The financial status of a company has a considerable influence on its operational activities, revenue, expenses, and, ultimately, its profit and loss at the conclusion of the economic cycle. Aims: The study also highlights the company's financial stability analysis in this industry and verifies its resilience in the Slovak market circumstances. The economic sector NACE H (transport and storage), which ranks as the second most important division in the analysed context, was selected to highlight the significance of forecasting financial well-being. Methodology: The research entails assessing the changes in assets and liabilities throughout the observed time of 2020 to 2022, along with computing key ratio indicators such as liquidity, profitability, indebtedness, and activity. The data used in the given study were sourced from professional literature and firm records supplied. Results: The study conducted revealed the current deficiencies in the company's management. Based on this, the conclusion provided potential recommendations for improvement in many areas. Financial analysis provides valuable insights into a company's historical performance, identifies areas of concern, and offers predictions for future growth. However, it may not provide definitive answers to all inquiries.

ANALYSIS OF RISKS IN THE FINANCIAL SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF BUSINESS ENTITIES

Financial and economic activity is exposed to numerous systemic risks, which are a threat to the financial security of enterprises. The criterion for ensuring financial security is the appropriate level of the company's financial condition. The financial condition of the enterprise is a complex concept and is characterized by the system of indicators – financial coefficients: indicators of liquidity, financial stability, business activity, and management efficiency. The interrelationship and mutual determination between the indicators that cause the occurrence of risk when one of them changes is established.A range of factors that comprehensively characterize the financial and economic activity of the enterprise has been determined and developed risk analysis and assessment methodology, which includes the following stages: preparatory stage; construction of an algorithm for quantitative assessment of risk in the financial security system; interpretation of the results of an integrated risk assessment in the financial security system; determining the priorities of risk management in the system. The methods of financial analysis (horizontal, vertical, coefficient, analysis of business activity and financial stability) were applied and a quantitative assessment of risks was carried out. The indicators-coefficients of the enterprise's functioning are calculated and given an interpretation.The conclusion was formed that the construction of an effective risk management system and its universal functional component of risk analysis are current issues, as they allow to develop a set of measures to minimize threats and risks of conducting financial and economic activities of economic entities. Therefore, the correct assessment of risk with the help of the proposed methods and models of financial analysis for individual economic situations and business entities is effective and has value, as it gives the opportunity to make the optimal decision in specific situations and characterizes the criterion feature of financial security of industrial enterprises – liquidity, financial stability, business activity, profitability.

Objective. The objective of the present article is to identify problems and directions for improving the effectiveness of the formation and execution of budgets of territorial communities. Methods. In the research process, the following general scientific methods and methods of cognition were used: methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis (for researching theoretical aspects of the budget process at the local level, determining the main problems of the formation and implementation of local budgets, developing directions for improving the efficiency of the formation and implementation of local budgets), systemic generalization (to determine the influence of advantages and disadvantages of decentralization on local budgets), statistical analysis (to assess the effectiveness of formation and implementation of local budgets). Results. According to the results of the conducted research, the essence of local budgets, the positive and negative consequences of the impact of decentralization on local budgets were considered, the main areas of evaluation of the effectiveness of the formation and implementation of local budgets were determined (analysis of financial stability (balance, financial independence, overall effectiveness of the budget); analysis of efficiency (financial productivity, economic and social efficiency)). Based on the example of the the Kryvyi Rih City Territorial Community, an analysis of the main indicators of the formation and implementation, as well as the effectiveness of the budget during 2018 - 2022, was carried out, according to the results of which the general trends of increasing tax revenues, decreasing the implementation of planned indicators of budget expenditures, increasing the level of financial sustainability of the budget, multidirectional trends were established indicators of budget efficiency (increase in the indicator of financial productivity, social efficiency; decrease in the coefficient of economic efficiency). General problems in the management of revenues and expenditures of local budgets have been identified: limited budget resources; insufficient financial stability; problems of forming the revenue part of local budgets and the need to identify reserves for their increase; failure to receive possible income from rent and payment of land tax from land plots of communal property that are not used; application of minimum land tax rates; ineffective management of communal property; nonreceipt of personal income tax due to informal employment of the population; improper use of interbudgetary transfers; insufficient transparency of budget formation and execution. Areas of increasing the efficiency of local budgets have been determined (increasing the revenue and expenditure capacity of the budget and making tax payments; ensuring stability and effective use of available funds, effective risk management and ensuring openness, public accounting, optimization and improvement of cost efficiency, involvement of local residents and other stakeholders in the process formation of the budget, implementation of measures to support the development of local economic potential to provide additional sources of income and increase their efficiency).

Improving approaches to the management, accounting and control of receivable debt in the period of martial law

In the period of martial law, when the economy of enterprises becomes especially vulnerable, the issues of management and control of receivables become critical. Bad and questionable debts become not only an element of financial losses, but also an important indicator of economic instability, which can lead to the threat of bankruptcy of enterprises. One of the key challenges of managing accounts receivable in martial law is uncertainty and unpredictability. Conflicting circumstances lead to changes in consumer demand, production processes and supply chains, which increases the risk of buyer insolvency. Businesses must improve their approaches to identifying and managing bad and doubtful debts. In this context, the formation of a reserve for doubtful debts becomes an extremely important aspect of the receivables management strategy. Improving the control of receivables also involves the effective use of technology and innovation. Automation of payment monitoring processes, identification of risky customers and analysis of financial stability can contribute to prompt response to changes and timely adoption of strategic decisions. The threat of bankruptcy of enterprises in the conditions of martial law requires from the management not only an effective response to current problems, but also a strategic vision of the future. Improving approaches to management, accounting and control of receivables during the period of martial law in Ukraine is an important task that requires an integrated approach to financial management. Stability in these conditions can be achieved through a sound strategy, improved processes and a relentless study of market and economic trends. The structure of subaccount 361 «Settlements with domestic buyers» has been improved. In particular, it is recommended to introduce new sub-accounts of the fourth order for detailing the terms of debt repayment by debtors and taking into account the periods of non-repayment. The model «Receivables 365: distribution and control by maturity» was developed, within which it is recommended to expand the ranges of classification of current receivables by maturity within one year. This will contribute to the strengthening of internal control over current receivables, taking into account the terms of its repayment by counterparties, and will allow determining the most critical calculations from the point of view of the approaching terms of their payment.

Special aspects of analyzing and assessing the financial stability of non-profit organizations: The case of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Altai Krai

Subject. The article deals with financial stability and efficiency of entrepreneurial activity of non–profit organizations, using the Altai Chamber of Commerce and Industry case. Objectives. The purpose is to consider and systematize theoretical and practical features of analysis and assessment of non-profit organizations’ financial stability, to analyze the financial condition and financial stability of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Altai Territory. Methods. We employed general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, horizontal analysis, calculation of financial coefficients. Results. We investigated the specifics, highlighted the main financial aspects in the functioning of non-profit organizations in Russia. On the case of the Altai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we considered and defined the specifics of analysis and assessment of financial stability of non-profit organizations. Conclusions. Based on empirical analysis of finances of the largest non-profit organization of the Altai Territory, which provides organizational, legal, foreign economic, and other business support, we concluded on high financial risks of such companies and the possibility of divergent results of financial stability and financial position of non-profit organizations. This is also typical of commercial organizations in general.
