MSME is the backbone of every country because small and medium enterprise grow in grass root level by which the earning of country increase and employment problem also reduced. In India MSME play a vital role in gross earning of the country and also producing better products and services which enhance the development for the country. SME sector getting higher growth in the Industrial sector, these institutions having less amount of capital and manpower always face the problem for arranging their fund for their fixed capital and working capital, though they arrange it from various sources but they should have to pay higher rate of interest charges. But the main problem arises for SME in terms of rising fund, but after NSE EMERGE and BSE SME take place in Indian market it will be much helpful for SME to run swiftly. This study focused on performance of SME IPO market in India and to study the impact of listing on financial performance of selected SMEs. This study shows no significance difference in the financial performance of selected SMEs after listing of their shares in the stock market in the short run.
