Employee satisfaction and engagement can lead to multiple positive impacts in an organization, as the AI is becoming more and more popular in today’s world, it is the only one of the viable option for the companies to deploy Artificial intelligence-based services in their organization. AI based chatbots, ticketing issues, conversational AI, etc. can help in increasing the productivity level and job happiness for the employees by many folds. This research paper aims to find the impact of artificial intelligence on employee satisfaction majorly in 2 sectors IT and Banking & Finance. Research is based on descriptive as well as Explorative and gathers the data through survey from over 236 employees from both the sectors and then the collected data has been used for further analysis correlation between the variables included for the analysis and the regression test along with the reliability test.
