The Influence Relationship of Social Capital, Eco-Innovation, and Operational Performance in Traditional Activities in the Amazon

Objective: The objective of this article was to analyze the influence relationship of Social Capital and Eco-innovation in the Operational Process of traditional activities in the context of the Brazilian Amazon. Theoretical Framework: There is a certain scarcity in the literature of approaches to this relationship between the constructs in the Brazilian Amazon region, which motivated this study. Method: For this, exploratory research of a quantitative nature was used as a methodological path, with the field research technique of applying questionnaires to social subjects who perform traditional activities in the Ilha do Marajó/PA region, in the municipality of Soure and four other surrounding cities. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results and Discussion: It was evidenced that Social Capital influences Eco-innovation by uniting social norms and obligations in trust networks with cooperation, through the sum of efforts that assist in the local development of small businesses. Additionally, Eco-innovation actions influence the operational results of the surveyed actors. The findings indicate that Social Capital directly affects Eco-innovation, Eco-innovation directly affects the Operational Process, and Social Capital indirectly influences the Operational Process through Eco-innovation. Research Implications: The findings suggest that strengthening Social Capital can be an effective strategy to promote Eco-innovation and, consequently, improve the Operational Processes of traditional activities in the Brazilian Amazon. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by addressing the relationship between Social Capital and Eco-innovation in the specific context of the Brazilian Amazon, an area that has been little explored previously.

APPLICATION OF PREMARITAL GUIDANCE THROUGH MIDODARENI TRADITION IN FORMING FAMILY HARMONY

This study explores how applying premarital guidance through the midodrine tradition shapes family harmony. This research uses a qualitative methodology, namely the Field Research technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary, and the data obtained will be analyzed by description. Based on the study's results, it is known that applying premarital guidance through the Midodareni tradition makes the bride-to-be couple provisions as brides and can also know how to form a harmonious family. Premarital guidance through the midodrine tradition is carried out through five stages: Jonggolan, Catur Vedha, Tantingan, Wilujengan Majemukan, and Angsul-Angsul. So it can be concluded that the application of premarital guidance through the midodareni tradition in Forming Family Harmony is very successful, as seen from the decline in divorce rates in Nunggal Sari Village, Rimau Island District, Banyuasin Regency.

Education Based on the Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah Order

The Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah order first entered Indonesia in the mid-19th century, brought by Ahmad Khatib ibn Abd al-Ghaffar al-Sambas al-Jawi and had a positive impact on society as far away as Banten. This research aims to explore congregation-based education in Banten. This research uses a qualitative approach with two methods, namely library research and field research, using observation and interview techniques conducted with figures there. This research shows that tarekat-based education uses the wiridan method to bring students closer to Allah. Apart from that, Erekat-based education is egalitarian, without discrimination towards society for anyone who wants to learn and know God. There is a need to develop tarekat-based education to be applied in other educational institutions.

Beef Cattle Feed Efficiency in Badung Regency

This research is a literature study of marketing efficiency. This research aims to analyze the marketing efficiency of beef cattle in Badung. The method used in this research is qualitative research with field research techniques, namely direct observation of the object being studied to obtain relevant data. This research was carried out in Badung with the types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the research concluded that the feed efficiency of beef cattle in smallholder livestock businesses in Badung is low.

Processes of Autonomy of Craftsmen Women Who Produce Ceramics in the Rural Context of Noreste Mexiquense

Objective: This study aims to recognize the situation of gender inequality of the artisan women of Santa María Canchesdá, Temascalcingo in the northeast of the State of Mexico. Theoretical Framework: Based on analysis categories of gender, territory and crafts. Method: In this study, the qualitative case study approach with a gender perspective was used, using field research techniques such as participant observation and in-depth semi-structured interviews. Results and Discussion: The results show that the participation of women in the ceramic making process is central to the local economy, but also, rural women artisans with their work have initiated processes of autonomy that would be repositioning them against the men of the community. Implications of the Research: It seeks to identify the real participation that women have in the social reproduction of their artisan homes and the expansion of the activity in the community. Originality/Value: Expand the literature on women potters, regarding the productive and reproductive work they carry out, through empirical evidence of their daily work both in pottery and ceramist workshops and at home, especially in indigenous localities.

Innovation in the Management of ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah) in the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) IAIN Madura

The Zakat Management Unit (UPZ) of IAIN Madura is part of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Java which has implemented excellent programs in increasing rapid development over the last 5 years effectively and sustainably in the social sector, especially in the management of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah (ZIS) funds. UPZ IAIN Madura conducts data collection, and mapping of muzakki (donors) and mustahiq (beneficiaries) to ensure that the distribution of ZIS funds is on target through superior programs in the form of social assistance, education, health, economy, and other basic needs. The research method carried out by this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research techniques through direct observation and interviews with 10 informants, namely the management of UPZ IAIN Madura and several mustahiq. The triangulation carried out is in the form of triangulation of data, theories, and methods. The results of the study show that the management of ZIS at UPZ IAIN Madura is implemented through six flagship programs, namely UPZ Sehat, UPZ Peduli, UPZ Serving, UPZ Sejahtera, UPZ Smart, and UPZ Clean. Innovation in ZIS management is manifested in the form of the use of information technology, applications, and transfer systems in flagship programs, for example, the use of Qris in UPZ Sejahtera, the application of scholarship information technology in UPZ Smart, the use of digital reporting applications in the UPZ Peduli program, health service collaboration in UPZ Sehat, and waste management as a source of funding for social programs in UPZ Bersih.

Upacara Jamuan Laut (Hame-Hame Wakambangura) pada Masyarakat Buton Tengah

This study aims to determine and describe the process of implementing the banquet ceremony (Hame-hame Wakambangura) in the Central Buton community and to find out what is the object or target of the banquet in the community and community expectations on the implementation of the Hame-hame Wakambangura sea banquet ceremony. To analyze the data in this study using Marcell Mauss theory. The data collection technique used in this research is a field research technique (Field Research) using two (2) methods, namely observation (Observation) and in-depth interviews (Indeepth Interview). Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach. The results showed that 1).The Hame-hame Wakambangura sea banquet ceremony was held by the Wakambangura Village community as a form of commemorating the death of their only daughter (Wakambangura), so the community carried out the Hame-hame Wakambangura sea banquet ceremony. In the implementation of the ritual, it is intended to entertain (Wakambangura). has the hope that the community can be maintained such as being given safety, blessings when carrying out activities at sea and on land, and always be grateful for the provision given by Allah SWT. can also increase kinship between communities which is expected to always be preserved and also this activity can be a place for silatuhrami between the people of Wakambangura Village.

An investigation into childhood obesity and screen media use in a town in the countryside of São Paulo

Building upon the aforementioned context, this study seeks to elucidate the relationship between diminished physical activity and the prevalence of overweight/obesity attributed to the extensive utilization of screens and multimedia devices, with particular attention to the role of familial influences. The present investigation employed practical methodologies and field research techniques. A semi-structured questionnaire comprising ten inquiries was administered to children aged 10 to 16, irrespective of gender, who were officially enrolled in a private school located in the town of Serrana - SP. The study reveals significant aspects pertaining to individuals' engagement with screens, characterized by a notable prevalence of prolonged screen time. It underscores the crucial role of familial dynamics and socio-economic circumstances in shaping children's caregiving practices, which warrant attention in mitigating the development of detrimental habits that may compromise individuals' quality of life.

Structure and Function Analysis of the Legend of the Losung Stone in a Thousand Goa in Banuarea Village

This study discusses the legend of Batu Losung, one of the folk prose stories originating from Banuarea village, Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study discusses the analysis of the structure and function of the legend of losung, aiming to describe the intrinsic elements, the basic concepts of folklore function theory. The method used in analyzing this research problem is a qualitative method that is descriptive with field research techniques. This research uses structural theory that examines the intrinsic elements proposed by Nurgiyantoro, and function theory proposed by Wiliam R, Bascom. The results showed that there are (7) seven intrinsic elements, namely: 1) Theme: The Legend of Batu Losung A sacred place and believed by the community as a place to mix natural ingredients can cure all diseases in the human body. 2) The plot contained in the legend of Batu Losung is a forward plot because the story begins with the beginning to the end. 3) Setting: The setting is in Banuarea Village, at home, in a resting hut in the field, the time setting is in ancient times, the next day, afternoon, afternoon, the social setting in this legend is believed by the community to be a sacred place and the result of concoction of herbs that can be accepted and trusted by the community. 4) characters in the story include; Simanullang clan, Simanullang's wife, Raja, Tiur, and Saut. 5) The point of view in folklore of the legend of Batu Losung is the third person telling someone else's story. 6) linkage style. 7) The mandate of the legend of Batu Losung is mutual respect and mutual affection. The concept of the theory of the function of losung in research there are (4) four functions: 1) as a form of entertainment, 2) as a means of cultural validation, 3) as an educational tool, 4) as a means of validating cultural institutions. This legend has characteristics similar to myth, but is considered sacred, played by humans although sometimes assisted by supernatural beings. From the results of the discussion that it can be concluded that the legend of the losung stone tells about an old man named Simanullang who found the losung stone, which is an irregular long rectangle with a black to gray color, and has three stones, the three stones have different sizes. The losung stone is estimated to be more than a century old and until now it is still left alone and around the area of the losung stone has been restricted because it is not arbitrary to enter the place of the losung stone. Literary Psychological Analysis of Legends Si Boru Naitang

This research aims to analyze the intrinsic and psychological elements of characters through the id, ego and superego aspects of the characters in the Legend Si Boru Naitang. Legend Si Boru Naitang is a form of folklore owned by the Toba Batak community located in Tajur, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. The theory used in analyzing this story is the structural theory put forward by Nurgiyantoro and literary psychology expressed by Sigmund Freud. The method in this research is a descriptive method with field research techniques. Based on the research results found in the legend Si Boru Naitang 4 intrinsic elements: theme, plot, setting, character, message. The results achieved through structural analysis found 4 intrinsic elements, namely: theme, plot, background/setting, character, message. Apart from that, the personality structure of id, ego, superego was also found in each character in the story. The results show that there is a personality structure for each character, namely Si Boru Naitang, Inar Naiborngin, Raja Naibaho Siahaan, Inang (mother), son of Raja Palti Sinaga, Raja Naibaho Hutaparik, Raja Palti Sinaga. The Role of Google Classroom Application in Improving High School Student Achievement

Achievement is the highest achievement of a series of educational processes taken by students by relying on their intellectual and spiritual abilities. To improve student achievement, teachers can utilize existing technology, including the use of Google Classroom applications. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Google Classroom application in improving the achievement of high school students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by conducting field research and data collection techniques by conducting in-depth interviews where researchers ask several questions to class teachers related to existing subjects, learning methods used, then the function of Google Classroom in the learning process, and things that can improve student achievement. The results of this case study explain that the use of Google Classroom applications can improve student achievement, this matter can be seen from the percentage count taken after conducting research. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that this application can be used as a medium for sending the results of assignments given by educators so that it can help improve student achievement. The limitation in this study is that researchers only know the role of Google Classroom applications in improving student achievement in only one school. Researchers hope that further research can conduct more in-depth research related to the role of Google Classroom applications in improving student achievement.

Exploring the Intelligent Emergency Management Mode of Rural Natural Disasters in the Era of Digital Technology

In recent years, rural areas of China have experienced frequent occurrences of various natural disasters. These calamities pose significant threats to the safety, property, and mental well-being of rural residents while also presenting substantial obstacles to the sustainable development of the rural economy. Currently, emergency management in China faces several challenges such as inadequate emergency institutions, insufficient security policies, weak disaster infrastructure, and difficulties in information sharing. In light of this situation, we propose an intelligent command mode based on modern digital technology that capitalizes on its advantages and integrates early warning systems with decision-making processes and rescue operations to establish a comprehensive emergency event processing system. This innovative approach opens up new avenues for exploring and researching effective modes of rural emergency management. The article elaborates on how the construction of a smart rural emergency management mode facilitates the digital integration of disaster elements while enhancing the efficiency of emergency response efforts and promoting sustainable development. The research methodology employed includes literature review methods along with field research techniques and analysis methods. Finally, this discussion evaluates both the benefits and challenges associated with implementing this mode within rural emergency management practices.

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of CAR, NPL, BOPO on LDR PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Indonesia Tbk. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample used in this research was PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk published its financial reports for the 2006-2013 period. Data collection techniques are library research and field research techniques. This research uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression for data analysis with the help of the Eviews 8 program. From the analysis test results it is known that the CAR, BOPO and NPL ratios have no influence on the LDR ratio during the 2006-2013 period.

ANALISIS DAYA TARIK PRODUK RABBANI SEBAGAI FASHION DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN AL-AZHAR JAMBI

This study aims to determine the factors that attract Al-Azhar Educational Institution to use Rabbani products as fashion clothing. Product attractiveness is a key to a product if it is to be chosen by consumers. The determinants of the attractiveness of Rabbani products are very useful to find out the background of interest in using these products. Rabbani is a type of product brand in which there are many kinds of Muslim products, one of the most famous is the instant hijab. Al-Azhar Institute is one of the users of Rabbani products used as fashion clothing.This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis approach. The data in this study were collected through library research and field research techniques by means of interviews and observations. In this study there were 50 informants, all of whom were Al-Azhar teachers who used Rabbani products and the head of Al-Azhar institution as the main informant. The results of this study concluded that the background of Al-Azhar's use of Rabbani products was because previously Al-Azhar was looking for solutions to overcome the problems they experienced, namely making teachers' sports uniforms whose previous clothing designs were not the same. After looking for information on what products are suitable for overcoming these problems, Al-Azhar is interested in Rabbani products. While the characteristics of the attractiveness of Rabbani products until the Al-Azhar Institute uses Rabbani products as teacher uniforms until they are satisfied using these products include quality, design, and brand.

Function and Meaning of Symbols in the Simalungun Ethnic Mangalop Parhorason Traditional Ceremony

This article is entitled Function and Meaning of Symbols in the Simalungun Ethnic Mangalop Parhorason Traditional Ceremony, which aims to describe the implementation process, form, function and meaning of symbols contained in the Simalungun Ethnic Mangalop Parhorason traditional ceremony. The theory used to analyze data is semiotic theory, namely symbols proposed by Charles Sanders Pierce. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with field research techniques. The results obtained from this research consist of two stages of implementation, namely: (1) Pre-implementation of custom (2) Implementation of custom. There are five categories of symbols used, including: (1) Traditional food symbols (2) Traditional equipment symbols (3) Time symbols (4) Status marking symbols (5) Place and position symbols. The function and meaning of the symbols used are to obtain blessings, abundant sustenance as well as completeness and order in life. Through regular living and positive thinking, it is hoped that the mother's pregnancy can be maintained well until the baby is born, and the father is also expected to always support and strengthen the mother during pregnancy. This research aims to analyze customer interest in choosing pawn products (Rahn) at sharia pawnshops. The qualitative method is used to analyze customer interest in sharia pawn products offered by PT. Pegadaian Syariah. This data collection technique uses library and field research techniques such as observation, interviews and informants. The product most frequently sought by customers is Rahn. This was proven from the results of the data provided by the pawnshop to the researchers and the results of interviews. This research provides an overview of the products that are most in demand at sharia pawnshops

Articulación del potencial turístico sustentable de la comunidad yoreme-mayo y su contribución al bienestar social

There are different ways of evaluating the tourist viability of a territory, but there are few that focus as a first stage, knowing the opinion of the community under analysis, it would not be correct to preconceive ideas in relation to what type of elements, characteristics or attractions would be the better, if they are not identified by the same members of the territory in question. In this sense, the primary purpose of this study is to make an articulation of the tourist potential of the Yoreme - Mayo community in the Mochicahui union, and its contribution to sustainable social welfare in the Municipality of El Fuerte, Sinaloa; through the identification of the natural and cultural resources of the community, determining the most viable sites for the practice and development of tourism based on the opinion of the residents themselves. As part of the methodological design, the research was based on the ethnographic perspective, documentary and field research techniques were carried out under a mixed inquiry approach, a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions was applied to 375 residents of three indigenous communities, also 15 semi-structured interviews with key figures in the population, together with non-participant observation procedures. Among the main findings, the most important peculiarities, natural and cultural resources of the area are described, highlighting Holy Week Yoreme, likewise, the results allowed us to know the position of the population in relation to the adoption of tourism, not only to generate income economic, but as an opportunity to share and keep their traditions alive.

Cost Distortion and Profitability: Evaluating Activity-Based Costing Systems


 
 
 This study aimed to investigate the implementation of Activity Based Costing System (ABC) on cost distortion and profitability in PT. Bina Graha Sejahtera. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive study with field research techniques. The research object was PT. Bina Graha Sejahtera, and the subject was the Cost of Goods Manufactured Report for the year 2019. The results showed that the implementation of ABC resulted in lower cost calculations for Plate Joint Spun Pile 400 mm and 500 mm products, which were Rp. 133,266 and Rp. 160,290, respectively. The profitability level of the company also increased to 8% for both products. The implication of this study is that the implementation of ABC can reduce cost distortion and increase profitability in companies.

The Effectiveness of Zakat and Islamic Social Finance Management in Enhancing the Economic Well-being of the Prepare City Community

ZIS, or zakat infaq and shadaqah, is one tool used to combat poverty and advance social welfare. Planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring zakat, infaq, and shadaqah are all parts of good financial management (ZIS). Funds (ZIS) are managed in BAZNAS Parepare City with the goal of boosting the local economy via the use of and distribution of business capital to the underprivileged. The community is greatly impacted by the distribution of money (ZIS) at BAZNAS thanks to good administration and efficient use. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the efficiency of fund management (ZIS) in enhancing the local economy of Parepare City. This study employs phenomenological qualitative research techniques while gathering data using field research techniques. Primary data from Parepare City BAZNAS personnel and secondary data, namely mustahik data from recipients of funds (ZIS) on the efficiency of fund management (ZIS) in boosting the local economy, were the sources of information used in this study. Interviews and documentation are the two data gathering techniques employed in this study. The findings demonstrated that: 1. The use of funds (ZIS) at BAZNAS is carried out using a business capital empowerment program to create enterprises from the community in Parepare City. 2. The business capital initiative at BAZNAS Parepare City has produced highly good distribution results for (ZIS) money to boost the local economy.
