Development of Blended Learning-Based Family Institution Partnership Model in Stimulating Early Children's Development

This study aimed to develop a partnership model between Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions and families based on blended learning and to test the partnership model's effectiveness in stimulating children's development. The research and development (RD) method is used in this research. This study develops a blended learning-based partnership model between the Institute and the family and tests the model's effectiveness in stimulating children's development. The research subjects were principals, teachers, administrators, and parents at TPA Melati Dharma Wanita Persatuan UM. The results showed that the factual partnership model becomes a reference in developing the school's partnership model with parents through the blended learning method. This factual model includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the school's partnership program with parents. Through the blended learning method, the school partnership model with parents can help TPA Melati UM develop and implement a school partnership program with parents, which must be adapted to school conditions. It is the objective of School-Based Quality Improvement Management (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah-MPMBS). Factors that influence the effectiveness of the blended learning model include the basic requirements of the model, the profile, roles and characteristics of the school, and monitoring and evaluation.

ANALISIS DESKRIPTIF IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN PADA HOMESCHOOLING & PKBM ANUGRAH BANGSA SEMARANG

The aim of this research was to analyze: (a) homeschooling as an alternative education in some communities, (b) homeschooling education programs facilitated by institutions (c) exploring cultural aspects in homeschooling education, (d) the implementation of government policies in the Non-Formal Education shown as equality procedures for homeschoolers. This research applied qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The subjects in this research were institutions that housed single homeschooling and community homeschooling called Homeschooling and PKBM Anugrah Bangsa. The research was conducted by following the steps and processes of inductive qualitative research. The research found three main findings; (a) the choice of homeschooling as an alternative education with a single (independent) and community (classical) practice model has reasons, motivations, methods and approaches as well as developing children's talents and interests as well as efforts to build a child's future. (b) a factual model of the implementation of government policies in the implementation of educational programs shown as applied curriculum and procedures for switching to formal schools.

Development of an Evaluation Model for Islamic Religious Education and Character Education (PAI-BP) at The High School Level: Between Urgency and Effectiveness

The research is aimed to: (1) identify a factual model of learning evaluation of Islamic Religious and Moral Education (PAI-BP); (2) develop the PAI-BP learning evaluation model to suit the needs of the high school education level; and (3) knowing and analyzing the effectiveness of the PAI-BP learning evaluation development model at the high school education level in Karanganyar Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. The type of the research is development research targetting the evaluation model for Islamic Religious and Moral Education (PAI-BP) for high school level. The data collection method was done using observation, in-depth interviews, document analysis, tests, and questionnaires techniques. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research concluded that: (1) The factual model of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education and Moral Education (PAI-BP) at the high school education level currently done separately between the process of learning and its product; (2) The evaluation model developed has two main components, namely: the learning process and output. The learning process includes four subcomponents, namely: (a) teachers’ performance in the classroom, (b) teachers’ personality, (c) students’ behavior, and (d) learning facilities. Whereas the learning output includes four sub-components, namely aspects: (a) akidah akhlaq, (b) Qur'an-Hadith, (c) Fiqh, and (d) Islamic history; and (3) The effectiveness of the PAI-BP learning evaluation model developed shows that based on the experts, user and practitioner assessments, the model developed is considered as a Good model to evaluate PAI-BP learning at high school level education.

Factual models for human capital assessment

The socioeconomic development of society goes hand in hand with accumulation and enhancement of human capital, yet many of the issues concerning its assessment are still subject to research. At present, human capital is estimated with the help of abstract models that indirectly assess its possessors based on statistical and actual measurements. Such models are applicable at macro level and to a certain extent at meso level, though cannot be used at microlevel. By contrast, factual models assess directly the possessors of human capital and allow for individual economic, physiological, sociological, psychological indicators. The research aims to identify the prerequisites for designing and create a factual model for human capital assessment. Methodologically, the study rests on the human capital theory and labour economics. To examine the World Bank’s statistics, the study applied a set of general scientific methods: comparative analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, modelling, the mathematical method. The paper proposes a factual assessment model that allows digitizing the value of human capital, both general and special, based on a set of 56 indicators and sub-measurements. Its distinctive feature is a comprehensive consideration of all components of human capital: physiological, cognitive, social and emotional. The model puts emphasis on the measurement of social and emotional component with the use of a social psychological test and a comparative index of achievements and penalties received by an employee at a previous job. The results of applying the proposed model are consistent with the estimates obtained within the framework of generally accepted cost measurements, and can be used at the micro level both by individual businesses and households.

Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Pada Program Diklat Pelaut Berbasis Kebutuhan Industri

Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang has one of the trainings for seafarers, ATT II training. The current education model is still considered not to provide optimal competence, so competency improvement is needed. This research was conducted by analyzing and discussing the current learning model with various parties. This study emphasizes a combination of learning after student officers have received the material face-to-face and in the laboratory. It is necessary to carry out learning using blended learning so that it is expected to improve practical competence. This research was conducted using research and development methods. The stages of the model made are factual models, theoretical models, hypothetical models, model trials, and final models. The research results on the factual model show that several aspects can still be improvised, namely in planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring (evaluation). Based on the development of existing theories, a blended learning model is compiled that can provide an innovative and valuable learning experience for students. Blended learning combined with experiential learning in the field, known as fieldwork programs, will encourage competencies and skills, especially psychomotor aspects. The trial test results show a significant difference with a sig value of 0.000, the initial group value was 79.71, and the final group was 85.10. The final model tested and validated by experts shows that blended learning can improve students' competence.

Entrepreneurial Based University: Case Study Approach

Because the college administration was critical in the development of student entrepreneurship competency, effective policy models were required. Entrepreneurial-based university (EBU) is breaking into one of the chance-leading strategies of developing an effective entrepreneurial development program within a spiritual religious framework. The purpose of this study is to examine how college entrepreneurship management is implemented in West Sumatra province to foster student entrepreneurship. The research was qualitative in nature, with descriptive analysis techniques used. Techniques for data retrieval include interviews, structured stickies, and observation. The research is being carried out at Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) of West Sumatra Province. The framework of the factual model of college entrepreneurial management was built on the factual data of subsequent research results. The results show that development programs are carried out through the optimization of student activity units. Through the effective implementation of managerial functions of strategic policy planning in the form of statutes, strategic plans, designation of campus development priority programs, establishment of business units, and entrepreneurship programs, leadership plays a role in developing student entrepreneurship; Organizing functions are performed in the form of task formalization and managing restructuring; leadership functions in the concept of view, appreciate, leading, understand, and evaluate (VALUE) in the spiritual religious frame–muslimpreneur; and supervision functions are performed both against program implementation and budget liability in the development of student entrepreneurship.

INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT FROM CREDIT UNION OF TORAJA CHURCH SYNOD FOR CONGREGATION ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

The article was aimed to analyze the institutional support given by the Credit Union of Toraja Church Synod for congregation economic empowerment and then to construct the model of this institutional support. Research typology in this article was research and development. The development intended by this research was referred to Developmental Model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination). The outputs of this research were the factual model outlining institutional support for congregation economic empowerment, the hypothetical model expected to improve factual model, and the validated final model. Research approach involved quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of research showed that the Credit Union of Toraja Church Synod had offered institutional supports including credit facility to be accessed by the congregation. The new model illustrated the participation of the congregation in the decision making process of the Credit Union and also the training and counseling services provided by the Credit Union for the congregation in matters of taking loan for business development. The new model was proved to be effective in empowering the congregation economic.

To substantiate the integrated factual model of sustainable potential and effective fertility of gray forest coarse-grained sandy loam soil in grain-rotation crop rotations typical for the Northern part of the Forest-Steppe. Methods. Generalization, analysis, and synthesis, analog, field, laboratory, statistical, computational. Results. The globalization of the problem of soil fertility is due to the catastrophic devastation of arable land (6 million ha/ year). Ukraine loses up to 20% of GDP every year due to soil degradation. Perception of the category «fertility» as a biosphere phenomenon of large-scale recirculation of substances and energy eliminates the contradictions of its interpretation and validation by specialists. The generalization of long-term developments of the author and constructive decisions of modern agronomy made it possible to establish digital optimums of soil fertility indicators and their ranking into functional blocks. The quintessence of long-term stationary field and verbal researches is the actualization of the developed 15-blocks information-prognostic model of the fertility of gray forest sand loamy soil with average productivity of 7-fields grain-rotation crop rotation in the IV rotation (1997–2004) over 10 t/ha. Conclusions. Complex cultivation of gray forest soil during 1969–2004 had provided an increase in the yield from 1 ha of arable land from 5.02–5.18 to 9.63–10.46 t/ha g.un., or 1.9–2.1 times with a significant advantage (4.3–8.6%) of agrotechnologies based on different depth (6–45 cm) shelf-free tillage (1+5), in particular deep chisel under row crops. Optimization of only physical, agrochemical, phytosanitary and technological units contributes to the successful verification of the fertility model of the experimental ecotope and motivates its further application and improvement.

Research and Development (R&D) research method by following the steps of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate) model was adopted. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation studies, observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using qualitative techniques by describing empirical data from preliminary studies. Trial activities in addition to testing the implementation of the model and the device are also to determine the feasibility of the model used, so as to produce the expected product. The model evaluation results are used to show, benefit, practicality and feasibility of the model developed so that the final training model is obtained. The results showed that the development of training models for Malin basically included: needs analysis and designing training models, the development of conceptual models of training began: planning, implementing, evaluating and reflecting the results of research. The implementation of the Malin problem-based training model shows that (good category) means that it is feasible and can improve Malin's knowledge and skills as a strong influence from the implementation of the developed training model. Based on the results of the significance test analysis, it can be concluded that Malin's problem-based training model has proven effective in increasing Malin's knowledge and skills in carrying out his duties and functions in the Nagari community.

The Development of the Entrepreneurship Learning Design Based on Caring Economics to Enhance Spirit of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Intentions

This study aims to establish a caring economics-based entrepreneurship learning design in order to enhance students’ spirit of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intentions at a higher education level. This research and design study referred to design-based research (DBR) and data was gathered by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews to develop quality recommendations for revising products from validators and trial courses. Respondents were the students of Sanata Dharma University, Indonesia, and the validators were the learning design experts from the State University of Malang, Indonesia. The data was a descriptive elaboration of the validation stage and trials before and after the product prototype revision. Based on factual model analysis, it was found that the recent entrepreneurship learning practice had not yet enhanced the students’ spirit of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurship learning material had not been linked systematically to the concepts of caring economics, which align with the spirit of mutual cooperation and togetherness. The validation and learning design prototype trials result was very beneficial and is ready to be implemented in the entrepreneurship learning class at a higher education level. The study is expected to contribute to the colleges, especially in entrepreneurship learning based on caring economics that prioritizes social entrepreneurship development, by emphasizing caring aspects for people and the environment.

The substantiation of the factual model of 250 MW hydro generating units (HGU) replicating the case plant has been simulated using SIMSEN software. Apart from case report and simulative validation an experimental verification is also conducted with a prototype model of 2.2 kW SG. This paper provides the feasibility to operate the SG's 20% beyond its rated load as designed with proper maintenance and safety carried out by plant operators.

Factual Model of Internal Quality Assurance System of Private Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia

Quality has increasingly become an important success determiner for higher education institutions. The education quality highly depends on the quality of all management systems run by the higher education institutions. This research aims at explaining the factual model and identifying the main factors influencing the implementation and development of quality assurance system of private higher education institutions in West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Research and Development (R&D) method was used as the research methodology to develop the model. Data collection processes start by interviewing the stakeholders of internal quality assurance system at higher education institutions and then distributing questionnaires related to the implementation of internal quality assurance system at each higher education institution. The collected data was then analyzed and synthesized into the factual model. The obtained factual model consisted of three steps: planning, implementing, and evaluating the internal quality assurance. From this factual model, it is revealed that the implementation of internal quality assurance system of private higher education institutions in West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia has not completely become a part of higher education institution accountability orienting on the higher education quality assurance, but more on the temporary purposes, such as higher education institution accreditation purposes.

MODEL OF COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT IN THE PERSONALITY OF ENGLISH TEACHER CANDIDATES THROUGH STUDENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT BASED ON ISLAMIC ACADEMIC CULTURE

The English Language Education Study Program of Sultan Agung Islamic University (Unissula) has formulated a vision to become a leading study program in building the generation of khaira ummah, developing science and technology on the basis of Islamic values, and building Islamic civilization towards a prosperous society blessed by Allah. The effort to realize this vision was carried out through the implementation of Islamic Academic Culture as an implementation of fostering students who gave birth to the best generation. This study aims to (1) find a student development management model based on Islamic Academic Culture at Sultan Agung Islamic University, (2) find a model of personality development competence in English Education Study Program students as prospective teachers. This research was conducted at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The study population was students of the English Language Study Program, Dean and Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data then were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that (1) The factual model that has been carried out by Unissula in student development is based on three guidelines in its management, namely Unissula's vision, Unissula's Strategic Plan (Renstra), and Islamic Academic Culture values. The student development program is generally carried out through three stages, namely the initial stage when new students enter, coaching is done through the Pekan Taaruf program, the second stage, when becoming a student, guidance is carried out through tutorials, reasoning, leadership, entrepreneurship, and interest-sharing programs. talent. In the third stage of training before graduation students, it is conducted through a debriefing program; (2) the model of Islamic Academic Culture-based student development is effectively used in an effort to improve the personal competence of English Education Study Program students.

Padepokan Karakter: A Management Model of Training and Development of Character Education

Training and development of character education requires development efforts to achieve effective and maximum results. The factual management model of training anddevelopmentofcharactereducationthatiscurrentlyinplacecontainsweaknesses invariousaspects,fromplanning,implementation,toevaluationoftheactivities.Onthe basis of the analysis of a number of weaknesses of the factual model, a reconstruction of the conceptual model was then carried out starting from the review of both ethical and emotional factors. The conceptual model was further refined by accommodating the results of focus group discussion with stakeholders so that the building of the managementmodeloftraininganddevelopmentofcharactereducation,byutilizingthe potentialsandresourcesownedby Padepokan Karakter ofthePoliticsandCitizenship Department,FacultyofSocialScience,SemarangStateUniversitywasdeveloped.This model has incorporated various aspects of training, from refinement of factual model weaknesses, consideration of ethical and emotional factors, and the aspirations and needs of stake holders, making it feasible to put into trials in the wider domain.
