This study aims to determine the influence of exemplary leadership, sanctions and supervision on the work discipline of village officials in Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency. The method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all village officials with a total of 59 respondents. Data obtained by using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: (1) leadership examples, sanctions and warnings had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of village officials, t-stat (3.990) ) > 2.004; (2) positive and significant responsive sanctions to the work discipline of village officials, t-stat (3.845) ) > 2.004; and (3) warnings have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of village officials, t-stat (2.669) > 2.004.
