Features of X-ray absorption and emission spectra of water and D2O are interpreted in terms of polaronic exciton theory under interaction with the incident photon. The interaction generating electric field Eel=1.21678×1010V/m leads to energy levels splitting of hole and electronic polarons with the energy gap ΔEsp=2.764566eV that is constrained by water polarizability. Kinetic energy accumulation by the electron coupled with hole polaron occurs under Compton interaction with the incident photon. It is found that Compton wavelength (λC/2π) plays some important role in the processes of the energy accumulation, fifteen-step of which (15λC/2π) is required to obtain polaronic exciton radius providing kinetic energy 534.556eV. The latter admits to evaluate polaronic exciton levels taking into account inelastic effects for water tetrahedron intercalated with H3O+. The obtained energetic diagram provides the emission spectrum interpretation in terms of proton-proton fusion process with pep-neutrino and deuterium producing. The mass of pep-neutrino evaluated as a mass defect of the precessing polaronic exciton under Compton interaction is found to be 3.43026×10−37kg.
