Development of real-time Internet of Things motion detection platform applying non-contact sensor based on open source hardware

Recently, Internet-based devices have evolved into platforms for new networks, with Internet of Things technology being applied in various areas. The expansion of scope of this technology and exchange of real-time information enables users to check their content whenever. The real-time Internet of Things motion detection platform has been developed to detect and monitor users in installed spaces. In this article, the real-time Internet of Things motion detection platform utilizes a non-contact sensor module and motion recovery printed circuit board module to quickly respond to emergency situations through real-time monitoring. This is visualized on the display by sending data extracted from the motion recovery printed circuit board module combined with open source hardware by the non-contact sensor module receiving information from smartphone users. The administrator’s display continuously analyzes real-time moving objects by detecting them with respect to location coordinates and providing automatically recognized data to the cloud server. In addition, real-time Internet of Things motion detection monitoring system was configured to quickly respond to real-time alerts and effectively manage problems. Therefore, installing real-time Internet of Things motion detection platform at an actual site will enable quick resolving of emergency situations through information provision and user awareness monitoring.

Model monitoring network infrastructure based on standard FIPA

The article focuses on the problem of creating systems for monitoring the functioning of the network infra-structure of distributed computer systems. This publication represents a model of multi-agent functioning for monitoring anomalies of distributed computer systems functioning components, which details the process of monitoring anomalies in the functioning of distributed computer systems and allows to integrate the monitoring system with other components of the cyber security systems. The model of a monitoring system designed to solve the problems of collecting and storing parameters received from sensors is characterized not only by their target functions, but also by functional capabilities that ensure the implementation of target functions, hierarchy and degree of parallelism in solving problems, uniformity or heterogeneity of the modular structure, organization of information col-lection in real-time data processing and network exchange of information with subscribers.

Thanks to real-time information exchanges, reduced documentation required at border crossings and the elimination of language barriers, potential tourists get huge benefits when traveling.

Risk Communication During COVID-19

During the unprecedented times caused by the novel coronavirus disease 2019, there is rapidly evolving information and guidance. However, a focus must also be on proper and effective risk communication. This is especially the case during pandemics that have high rates of infection, significant morbidity, lack of therapeutic measures, and rapid increases in cases, all of which apply to the current coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. A consequence of poor risk communication and heightened risk perception is hoarding behavior, which can lead to lack of medications and personal protective equipment. One potential way to ensure appropriate risk communication is using social media channels, and ensuring an ongoing consistent media presence. Another important step is to include all stakeholders including members of the allergy community in broader public health messaging. As we continue to face unprecedented times in the allergy community, an understanding and appreciation of risk communication will be essential as we communicate with, and inform, our patients, and our colleagues, moving forward.

Construction of 5G intelligent medical service system in novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control

Objective: To analyze application fields of 5G communication technology in Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic prevention and control, and build a 5G intelligent medical service system for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in China. Methods: We collected and analyzed 5G technology application cases used in the fight against COVID-19 from December 2019 to February 2020: 5G + telemedicine application cases, 5G + negative pressure ambulance cases, 5G + remote monitoring cases, 5G + artificial intelligence cases, 5G + infrared thermography temperature detection cases, 5G + big data analysis cases for epidemic prevention and control. Results: Through the analysis of 5G application cases in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, we found out the key elements of 5G intelligent medical service system in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. By optimizing and upgrading the internal service mode of the hospital, breaking the internal and external barriers, integrating internal and external resources, and strengthening 5G intelligent medical security, we can form a 5G intelligent medical service system for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, including application layer, technical service layer, network support layer and security system layer. Conclusion: 5G communication technology has the characteristics of faster speed, shorter time delay and denser capacity. In COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work, it can further improve the efficiency of doctors' diagnosis, improve patients' medical experience, realize the remote sharing of high-quality medical resources and real-time information exchange, effectively block the spread of epidemic, alleviate the shortage of medical resources and medical staff, and make the epidemic prevention and control more efficient. Cooperative game trading mode of virtual power plant group

Considering the complementarity of wind energy and light energy, this paper puts forward the cooperative game of virtual power plant with different clean energy output. Through real-time information exchange, the cooperative game transaction mode of virtual power plant group is proposed based on the original traditional virtual power plants directly trading with the distribution network. In the virtual power plant cooperative alliance, the virtual power plant with more electric power and the virtual power plant with less electric power could share electric power, thus obtaining higher overall profits. The nucleolus theory is used to distribute the benefits of the alliance. The validity of the model is verified by simulation.

Smart manufacturing and DVSM based on an Ontological approach

Smart manufacturing is characterized as transparent shop floor production, rapid and intelligent responses to dynamic changes, and a utilization of high-performance inter-cooperation networks. Smart manufacturing and a global appetite for personalized products have transitioned industry from mass production into the age of mass customization. Increased autonomy is slowly changing customer expectations as well, enabling customers to modify a product design not only during an order, but sometimes even long after placing an order. In this context, this paper fills a gap by presenting a data-centric infrastructure to enable interaction with a “global, virtual data space,” which overcomes the problems with traditional direct access methods such as interoperability and compatibility. Using a Cyber-Physical System (CPS), resource monitoring on the shopfloor as well as multiple parities beyond the enterprise boundary will be interconnected through this data-centric infrastructure. A semantic knowledge management system, which encompasses product lifecycle knowledge and manufacturing process ontology, is developed as the data schema in the data-centric infrastructure. In comparison to relational databases which are effective at handling paper forms and tabular structure, the flexible schema of graph databases enable these to handle dynamic and uncertain variables. These capabilities are deemed critical for a platform supporting real-time information exchange between customer, manufacturer and collaborators. One advantage of such a system allowing for real-time information exchange is that it enables last minute order changes by the customer, allowing for product design changes even after production has started on the order. The other advantage is that it allows manufacturing managers to monitor the productivity of customer-directed, dynamic manufacturing processes by utilizing Dynamic Value Stream Mapping (DVSM) methods.

Cached Files Updating Revisited: The Distribution of Popularity-Weighted Average File Age

Low-latency information transmission is required in 5G communication networks, where the cache is commonly used to speed up the data access. Meanwhile, a large number of IoT applications need real-time information exchange, resulting in the information freshness more important. In this article, under the discrete-time model, we consider the average age of all files in a cached-files-updating system. To keep the cached files fresh, in each time slot the server refreshes files with certain probabilities. The age of one file or its age of information (AoI) is defined as the time the file stays in cache since it was sent to cache last time. Assume that each file in cache has its own request popularity, we determine the probability distribution of the popularity-weighted average file age. For the random age of single file, both the mean and its probability distribution can be obtained by establishing a simple Markov chain. Following the same line of thinking, we show that an $N$ -dimensional stochastic process can be constituted to characterize the changes of $N$ file ages simultaneously. By solving the steady state of the resulting process, we obtain the explicit expression of stationary probability for an arbitrary state vector. Then, the distribution of the popularity-weighted average file age can be found by mergering a proper set of stationary probabilities, which gives the complete description of the average age. We also provide the numerical results of the distribution for some simple cases. The age-distribution can be utilized to compute certain stochastic performance indices, such as the AoI violation probability of some status updating systems.

During the past few years, commercial organizations and businesses are actively developing and using mobile applications to increase the efficiency of their business processes. As a result, employees, customers and suppliers get increased productivity in the work environment through real-time information exchange, mobility, and better functionality. Despite the advantages of mobile apps, their usage can lead to potentially dangerous security issues. Like legacy enterprise solutions, mobile apps can contain vulnerabilities that can be attacked and lead to leaks of data. Vulnerabilities and privacy risks that are present in Android apps that are installed on millions of devices can be used by hackers to gain unauthorized access to an organization’s information resources or private user data. Most Android mobile apps initiate connections to the network, other apps, or third-party services, making a reckless user more vulnerable to malicious attacks. Therefore, security, mobile encryption, and thorough application vulnerability testing are required at the application development stage. This work demonstrates some standard tools for performing static analysis of Android OS applications without running them on the user’s device. Social networks are currently the most important media place in the world and the most widely used channel for data, video, and audio transmission. Therefore, the above-mentioned static analysis methods were used to test eight popular social network applications that are currently used by millions of users. The paper demonstrates the types of vulnerabilities that were found in these applications, also analyzes the threats with the most significant potential impact on the business environment and provides recommendations for reducing the risks of their occurrence.

Efficient data handover and intelligent information assessment in software‐defined vehicular social networks

Emerging trends in future Intelligent Transportation System allow vehicles to have on-board sensors and digital computers, which might help in real-time information exchange among neighbour vehicles. However, considering infected sensors, computer malfunctioning, and selfishness, legitimate vehicles might inject untrustworthy information into the network. In this situation, to find the credibility of disseminated information in less time delay is the key agenda. To provide a better solution and seamless interconnectivity among vehicles, the authors have proposed software-defined vehicular social networks (VSN). The proposed scheme takes advantage of social connections among vehicles, which are created and maintained over software-defined networking (SDN) cloud. The choice of using SDN cloud is due to its open flow nature, as the devices are more programmable and can be used to optimise the network operation. SDN based on these social connections is able to efficiently handover relevant data from truster to trustee vehicle. The closeness of the relationship between two vehicles in these VSN is modelled and assessed with TrustWalker algorithm by applying novel three-valued subjective logic operations. In the end, to validate the proposed scheme, packet loss and delay are considered as important network evaluation metrics. Performance analysis is done under different schemes and simulation results support the proposed scheme in terms of execution time.

Cyber-Physical Vulnerability Analysis of Communication-Based Train Control

A cyber-physical system (CPS) is an entanglement of physical and computing systems by real-time information exchange through networking, which can be considered as real-time IoT because of end-to-end real-time performance guarantee. Most societal infrastructures, such as transportation systems, smart power grid, smart factory, and smart buildings, are key application domains of CPS. Though there have been extensive studies on infrastructures from the perspective of cyber security, insufficient research has been conducted from a practical viewpoint of cyber-physical security . In this paper, we focus on train control systems as one of the critical infrastructures. We fully investigate the emerging de facto standard of train control systems, communication-based train control (CBTC). We analyze the cyber-physical vulnerability of CBTC and discover that a man-in-the-middle attack combined with knowledge on train signaling can cause train collisions in CBTC. To resolve the issue, we propose a countermeasure for resiliency of CBTC. By implementing a realistic CBTC testbed, we validate our analysis. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first in-depth empirical study on cyber-physical vulnerability of CBTC systems.

A Train-Centric Communication-Based New Movement Authority Proposal for ETCS-2

Railway accidents inevitably happen around the world although the latest automatic train protection (ATP) or similar train control systems have been widely used. To increase the safety of train control systems, we propose a new train protection solution called movement authority plus (MA+). MA+ is designed to be overlaid onto a current train control system, e.g., European Train Control System Level 2 (ETCS-2), to form a parallel control system. Its system structure and working principles are presented. Redundant train-distance measurement strategies are adopted to ensure its availability. Safety performance of the overall system is evaluated and it is compared with ETCS-2. Benefit from the real-time information exchange between on-board MA+ units and that between them and switch announcement units, MA+ works based on the moving block principle. We calculate the minimum train headway distance required by MA+ and compare it with that required by ETCS-2. The results prove the feasibility of the proposed MA+ solution, i.e., MA+ is able to protect train safety when ETCS-2 fails, and would not interrupt its normal work.

Enabling bidirectional real time interaction between biological and technical systems: Structural basics of a control oriented modeling of biology-technology-interfaces

Due to digitization, demographic change and a growing demand for sustainability, companies are facing great challenges. Latest research reveals the biological transformation of manufacturing as the next leap. Digital technologies enable the usage of sensitive biological materials for resource friendly production, gaining natural products and circular economy. Therefore, adaptive biology-technology interfaces are necessary in order to enable bidirectional real time information exchange between biological and technological systems, which is still a gap in research. We thus present conceptual basics of biology-technology-interface (BTI) engineering, discuss BTI examples for various industrial applications and introduce an interdisciplinary theoretical model for communication and process control across systems. We conclude with a summary and recommendations for future research.

Cyber-enabled Product Lifecycle Management: A Multi-agent Framework

Trouble free use of a product and its associated services for a specified minimum period of time is a major factor to win the customer’s trust in the product. Rapid and easy serviceability to maintain its functionalities plays a key role in achieving this goal. However, the sustainability of such a model cannot be promised unless the current health status of the product is monitored and condition-based maintenance is exercised. Internet of Things (IoT), an important connectivity paradigm of recent times, which connects physical objects to the internet for real-time information exchange and execution of physical actions via wired/wireless protocols. While the literature is full of various feasibility and viability studies focusing on architecture, design, and model development aspects, there is limited work addressing an IoT-based health monitoring of systems having high collateral damage. This motivated the research to develop a multi-agent framework for monitoring the performance and predicting impending failure to prevent unscheduled maintenance and downtime over internet, referred to as for cyber-enabled product lifecycle management (C-PLM). The framework incorporates a number of autonomous agents, such as hard agent, soft agent, and wave agent, to establish network connectivity to collect and exchange real-time health information for prognostics and health management (PHM). The proposed framework will help manufacturers not only to resolve the warranty failure issues more efficiently and economically but also improve their corporate image. The framework further leads to efficient handling of warranty failure issues and reduces the chances of future failure, i.e., offering durable products. From the sustainability point of view, this framework also addresses the reusability of the parts that still have a significant value using the prognostics and health data. Finally, multi-agent implementation of the proposed approach using a power substations for IoT-based C-PLM is included to show is efficacy.

A Design of Cooperative Overtaking Based on Complex Lane Detection and Collision Risk Estimation

Cooperative overtaking is believed to have the capability of improving road safety and traffic efficiency by means of the real-time information exchange between traffic participants, including road infrastructures, nearby vehicles and others. In this paper, we focused on the critical issues of modeling, computation, and analysis of cooperative overtaking and made it playing a key role in the road overtaking area. In detail, for the purpose of extending the awareness of the surrounding environment, the lane markings in front of ego vehicle were detected and modeled with Bezier curve using an onboard camera. While the nearby vehicle positions were obtained through the vehicle-to-vehicle communication scheme making assure of the accuracy of localization. Then, Gaussian-based conflict potential field was proposed to guarantee the overtaking safety, which can quantitatively estimate the oncoming collision danger. To support the proposed method, many experiments were conducted on the human-in-the-loop simulation platform. The results demonstrated that our proposed method achieves better performance, especially in some unpredictable nature road circumstances.

Impact on medical practice of accessing pharmaceutical records

IntroductionThe pharmaceutical record system (PRS) is a French nationwide centralized electronic database shared among all community pharmacists listing all drugs dispensed by community pharmacists in the last four months. The objective of this study, the Medication Assessment Through Real time Information eXchange - Distributed Pharmaceutical Record System (MATRIX - DPRS) study, was to assess the clinical impact of the PRS upon granting access to physicians in three hospital specialties: anesthesiology, emergency medicine and geriatrics. Material and methodsA multicenter prospective study was conducted in six hospital departments, two per specialty. Participating physicians noted medication information found exclusively in the pharmaceutical record (PR) of each patient unavailable elsewhere and any diagnostic or therapeutic management changes resulting from the PR information. The primary objective was to assess the proportion of diagnostic or therapeutic management changes attributable to the PR among patients who had an accessible PR. ResultsThe inclusion level ranged from 1.1 to 30% in the six departments. The rate of diagnostic or therapeutic management changes was highest in geriatrics (n = 31/67; 46.3% 95% Confidence IntervaI (CI): 34.0–58.9%) and lowest in anesthesiology (n = 36/227; 15.9% 95% CI: 11.4–21.3%). Emergency medicine was intermediate (n = 5/22; 22.7% 95% CI: 7.8–45.4%). ConclusionAlthough the inclusion rate and statistical precision were low, these findings suggest that the information contained in the PRS is useful and may result in modifying patient management in a sizeable proportion of patients. This opens the prospect of evaluating other hospital specialties, as well as primary and secondary care settings.

Customers becoming creators: how firms leverage technology and consumers for new value

PurposeThe rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has facilitated consumers’ involvement in firms’ value creation processes through increasingly near real-time information exchanges. This strategic opportunity configures new forms of ICT-enabled collaboration between firms and consumers. Firms can now immediately react to consumers’ requests/complaints, having gained real-time visibility of consumers’ actions and behaviors. Despite the increasing deployment of ICT-enabled value co-creation projects, managers still poorly apprehend them as high-potential strategic initiatives.Design/methodology/approachThis paper investigates this gap through a multiple qualitative case study based on 17 organizations that successfully implement ICT-based value co-creation initiatives, including Lego, Netflix and Blablacar.FindingsThis study identifies two dimensions of the ICTs’ value co-creation process, namely, the firms’ involvement and customers’ role, in this co-creation process. Through these dimensions, four ICT-based co-creation initiatives are observed and defined: community, customers’ contributions create the firms’ value proposition (FVP); customization, customers’ service consumption personalize FVP; reputation, customers’ contributions about the offered services completes the FVP; and sense, an algorithmic approach, designed to focus on learning from customers’ consumption tailors FVP.Originality/valueThis study advances a framework supporting managerial decision-making concerning the aptitude of co-creation initiatives to meet organizational goals. Managers may gain insight from its use especially in assessing emerging opportunities to engage consumers in the value creation process.

The evidence for using mHealth technologies for diabetes management in low- and middle-income countries

Worldwide, diabetes is a significant cause of death and disability, accounting for approximately 29 million years of life lost (YLLs) in 2016. Low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) are particularly challenged by diabetes, with fewer patients achieving control of their condition, younger average age of onset, escalating prevalence rates, coupled with healthcare system shortages. Mobile health (mHealth) technologies have been proposed as cost-effective, widely accessible strategies for overcoming many of the barriers to effective diabetes management. mHealth interventions enable the real-time exchange of information between patients and healthcare providers, allowing for responsive and timely treatment recommendations, which has the potential to increase the capacity of patients in self-managing their conditions. Previous reviews of mHealth interventions for diabetes care have found positive effects on key diabetes outcomes. However, to date, all reviews have largely reported on studies conducted in high-income countries (HICs). The effectiveness of these interventions in LMICs is less clear. This review provides an assessment of the published evidence for the effectiveness of mHealth interventions on key diabetes outcomes in LMICs. The electronic databases PubMed, Ovid Medline, CINAHL and SCOPUS were comprehensively searched to identify eligible studies. Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs), controlled trials, randomized head-to-head trials and systematic reviews with meta-analyses were eligible for inclusion. The database search yielded 1,019 unique records. Nine studies were included in the final review. Six studies reported significant, positive effects of the intervention on at least one key diabetes outcome measure. Whilst few studies evaluated the intervention on behavioural outcomes, there was an indication that mHealth interventions can elicit positive change on key diabetes self-care behaviours such as medication adherence. The review found promising but limited evidence for the effectiveness of mHealth interventions for improving glycaemic control in LMICs. It is timely that researchers examine the effectiveness of various mHealth interventions for diabetes care using rigorous study designs, scalable interventions, measuring both clinical and behavioural diabetes-related outcomes in LMICs.

Mo1291 TELECYTHOPATOLOGY FOR RAPID ON-SITE EVALUATION (ROSE) OF ENDOSCOPIC ULTRASOUND-GUIDED FINE-NEEDLE (EUS-FNA) ASPIRATION SPECIMENS OF SOLID PANCREATIC MASS

Telepathology has been defined as a form of communication between medical professionals that includes the transmission of pathology images and associated clinical information for various clinical applications, including diagnosis. ROSE for EUS-FNA of the pancreas provides immediate information regarding cellular adequacy, avoiding repeated procedures and improving diagnosis. However, cytopathologist is not available for ROSE in all endoscopy units. A multi-platform mobile phone application, such as WhatsApp Messenger, could be useful as a tool for TCP, since it could enable remote real-time information exchange, avoiding unnecessary procedures. To evaluate the feasibility and the impact of TCP using WhatsApp Messenger as an auxiliary tool for ROSE in EUS-FNA of solid pancreatic lesions. We prospectively evaluated 20 patients (65% male, median age 57.5 yrs [range 36 to 86]) with pancreatic solid lesions, according to previous CT scans, referred to EUS-FNA. Patients with entirely cystic lesions were excluded. All endoscopic procedures were performed with the patient under conscious sedation with linear therapeutic echoendoscopes (Fujifilm Corporation, EG-53OUT2, Saitama, Japan) and 22G-needles (Expect, Boston Scientific Corporation). After each pass, aspirated material was spread over a glass slide and stained by the endoscopist. The glass slide was then reviewed on a microscope equipped with a mobile phone (Android Platform) in order to capture images. The most representative fields were photographed and sent by WhatsApp Messenger to the cytopathologist. The images were analyzed regarding cellular adequacy of the material and preliminary diagnosis whenever possible. The number of needle passes was determined according to initial evaluation of the cytopathologist. This initial evaluation was compared to the final pathology report (FPR) regarding cellular adequacy and diagnosis. Gold standard for diagnosis of malignancy was surgical report or 12-month follow-up. The endoscopist had training in basic cytology for slide preparing. In the initial evaluation using TCP ROSE, adequate cellularity of the glass slide was detected in 13/20 (65%), vs. 16/20 in FPR (P = 0.37). An initial diagnosis of malignancy was possible in 11/20 (55%) vs, 16/20 (80%) after FPR (P = 0.07). The final diagnosis was malignant in 16/20 (80%). Sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing malignant lesions after FPR were both 100%. The present study demonstrates the feasibility of a low-cost, Internet-based, telecytopathology system using WhatsApp Messenger to provide a rapid on-site evaluation of EUS-FNA slides in patients with solid pancreatic lesions.

Arizona Sonora Binational Cases: five years of surveillance

Objective: To describe 5 years of binational infectious disease surveillance using the binational variable in the medical electronic surveillance system in ArizonaIntroduction: Infectious diseases can spread across borders. (1) The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) collects information on binational infectious disease cases and shares it with Mexico. Infectious disease investigation in Arizona is enhanced by using an electronic surveillance platform known as the Medical Electronic Disease Surveillance Intelligence System (MEDSIS), and in 2010 a specific variable for binational cases with Mexico was added to the platform. ADHS also maintains a binational case definition in the state reportable communicable morbidities manual. Arizona partners with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ), US Mexico Unit (USMU), in a monthly binational case reporting project, and shares information with the Ministry of Health of the State of Sonora, Mexico, (SON MOH) to reinforce ongoing communication, to establish baseline disease patterns, and to help detect binational outbreaks. In 2007, the Ministry of Health of the State of Sonora began to use the MEDSIS system for real-time secure case notification, and secure file sharing, using the Arizona’s Health Services Portal and secure e-mail accounts for confidential communication between both states.Methods: From 2011 to 2015, the ADHS Binational Border Infectious Disease Surveillance (BIDS) program maintained a database to collect information on binational cases with Mexico, and coordinated regularly with SON MOH to investigate and respond to binational cases and outbreaks. In addition, a SAS program was created to search for possible binational cases not designated as binational using variables such as an address in Mexico and Mexican citizenship. The ADHS BIDS program investigated all suspected binational cases with Mexico and classified them as binational according to the case definition established by the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE). The ADHS BIDS program also shared binational cases from Mexico with CDC DGMQ USMU through an Epi-X Forum and with SON MOH through MEDSIS or secure e-mail.Results: Between 2011 and 2015, the ADHS BIDS program investigated 2,158 possible binational cases with Mexico. From those, 70.44% (n=1520) were classified as binational with Mexico according with the CSTE case definition. The majority of cases were classified as binational because of travel to Mexico (n =1089, 71.6%), with 59% traveling to Sonora (n =641). The majority of cases during those 5 years were enteric diseases (n=1086, 71.4%), followed by vector borne diseases (n =131, 8.6%). Most of the binational cases reported had symptom onset between June and August, following the seasonality of both southbound travel and enteric diseases. Regular communication with Sonora facilitated detection of an average of three binational outbreaks per year. All confirmed binational cases were reported to CDC DGMQ USMU and SON MOH.Conclusions: Continuous sharing of infectious disease surveillance information between both states is essential in understanding the magnitude and types of reportable diseases in the Arizona/Sonora border region. Proper use of the binational MEDSIS variable enables a quicker identification of binational status, allowing for the prompt investigation of possible binational cases and detection of binational outbreaks. Binational outbreaks led to collaborative Arizona/Sonora investigations on several occasions, strengthening our relationship, coordination, collaborations, and understanding of the surveillance system used by SON MOH. Real-time exchange of information using the same secure surveillance system enables better situational awareness, more timely and accurate binational communication, and binational collaborations.
