The results showed the detection limit of CDA assay was 1.2 × 10-5 ng/μL (approximately 1 copy of the target gene) within 60 min, which was 100-fold more sensitive than real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). Several pathogen genomic DNAs (Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella sonnei, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Escherichia coli, Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis, Candida parapsilosis, Candida albicans, Streptococcus agalactiae, Rickettsia, Listeria monocytogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella oxytoca, and Klebsiella aerogenes) were used to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the established K. pneumoniae CDA assay. Total 224 batches of samples from other strains tested were negative and 296 batches of extracted K. pneumoniae DNA samples were positive by the developed CDA amplification approach, revealing high specificity and specificity of the diagnostic assay. Finally, for highly suspected disorders, it is necessary to comprehensively check with the patient whether there is a family history or past medical history. For patients with PAA, especially those with Marfan syndrome (MFS) or arteritis, adequate preoperative imaging evaluation, regular postoperative radiographic follow-up, and concurrent treatment of the underlying disease (if necessary) are crucial, which are related to the prognosis and long-term quality of life of such patients. Eight groups were studied: unilocular lesions; septated/cystic lesions; heterogeneous (solid/cystic) lesions; and solid lesions, divided in two main groups according to the size of lesion, ≤10cm or >10cm. Kappa agreement between IFS and HPE was calculated for each group. Overall agreement between IFS and HPE was 96.1% for benign tumors, 96.1% for malignant tumors, and 73.3% for borderline tumors. Considering the combination of tumor size and morphology, 100% agreement between IFS and HPE was recorded for unilocular and septated tumors ≤10cm and for solid tumors. Stratification of adnexal masses according to size and morphology is a good method for preoperative assessment. Second, in terms of one of the factors in the Theory of Effectiveness, namely the legal factor itself (the law), this factor states that to determine whether a written law functions or not depends on the rule of law itself, one measure of the success of this factor is that the existing rules regarding certain areas of life are quite synchronous / there is no horizontal conflict & hierarchy, but the current main regulation, namely the State Administrative Court Law, in fact has not been synchronised with other regulations issued by the Supreme Court in the form of Supreme Court regulations which aim to fill the void of procedural law, especially the law of examination.

The problem of consistency of the results of behavioral (neuropsychological) and instrumental (neurophysiological) methods for assessing the level of states of consciousness conducted by different specialists (neuropsychologists, neurologists, neurophysiologists) who are part of a multidisciplinary team is considered. The possibility of combining the procedure of neuropsychological examination and instrumental (neurophysiological) methods in the diagnosis of patients in a vegetative state of consciousness, in a state of minimal consciousness) and the prognosis of restoring the level of consciousness is analyzed. The possibility of an integrated approach to the diagnosis of a state of consciousness associated with a combination of behavioral (observation-based) and objective (instrumental) research methods is confirmed, and possible ways of its implementation are considered.

The article analyzes the processes associated with the examination of a corpse, including the extraction of various biological materials and their further analysis. The methods of determining the time of death, establishing the causes and circumstances of death, as well as identifying the corpse are also considered in detail. It has been established that the forensic medical examination of living persons is the most common type of examination. The article describes the purpose, task and procedure of forensic medical examinations for living persons, including the collection of biological samples for comparison, analysis of injuries and other signs of violence. It is emphasized that the forensic medical expert does not have the right to provide the legal qualification of the examined injuries in the report, this is the prerogative of the investigation and the court. The author demonstrates how such examinations can be used to investigate criminal offenses, establish patterns, and resolve legal issues. In addition, the article examines in detail the specifics of physical evidence examination, such as blood, saliva, semen, tissues, and other materials that may be important in the investigation of criminal offenses. Methods of collection, storage and analysis of such evidence are highlighted, as well as their role in solving criminal cases. Summarizing, the article reveals the key aspects of forensic medical examinations of a corpse, living persons and physical evidence, which are important for judicial practice and the investigation of offenses. It helps to understand the processes and methods used by experts to obtain objective and reliable information necessary for justice and the protection of public safety.

Khokhlov in November 2023 He presented the position of the Russian scientific community on bioethics at the 42nd session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris, thanks to which Russia resumed its membership in the Intergovernmental Committee on Bioethics of UNESCO. The moderator of the section was Maria Vladimirovna Vorontsova, a pediatric endocrinologist, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of Moscow State University, member of the Academic Council of Moscow State University. The moderator outlined the problem that the section was devoted to. It can be summarized as follows: 1. All scientific research is governed by law and morality.
