The Influence of Workload, Work Motivation, and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance

This study investigates the impact of workload, work motivation, and the physical work environment on employee performance within the Finance and Equipment Section of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture. The population comprises 150 employees within this section. Utilizing the Slovin formula, a sample of 110 employees was selected. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23, employing multiple linear regression. The results revealed significant findings supporting the three hypotheses proposed. ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN LOGISTIK DAN PERALATAN PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA DI BPBD KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO

The aim of this research is to analyze how logistics management and disaster management are implemented in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research which aims to interpret a phenomenon being studied. Data source sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was the Head of Logistics and Equipment Division, Logistics Distribution Section, and Data and Information Section of BPBD Bone Bolango Regency. Bone Bolango Regency is one of the disaster-prone areas in Gorontalo Province. One of the activities carried out by BPBD in this case is providing logistical assistance and disaster management equipment to communities affected by disasters. Logistics and disaster management equipment are managed in logistics management. This research was conducted at BPBD Bone Bolango Regency in 2022. The results of this research show that logistics management and disaster management equipment at BPBD Bone Bolango Regency has been implemented, but not as it should be. Improvements can be made by providing good warehouse facilities, procuring tank cars, and increasing human resources for disaster operators.

The relationship between the squat technique, anthropometric characteristics and the level of flexibility development in high-class powerlifters

The problem of improving the technical training of powerlifters has been considered in a large number of scientific studies, and in general, technical training as a significantly significant factor is one of the most studied aspects of the training of athletes in the general theory of training. At the same time, most works devoted to various aspects of technical training of powerlifters relate to the equipment division. The study of technical training of athletes in the classic division, which is a relatively young type of powerlifting, remains outside the attention of researchers. The problem of compliance of the technique of competitive exercises with anthropometric features and the level of flexibility development of powerlifters is an important task of modern sports practice. The goal is to identify the relationship between flexibility indicators, anthropometric features and the technique of squats in high- class powerlifters. To solve the set goal, we used the following research methods: analogy, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, extrapolation, generalization of practical experience, pedagogical methods (observation). On the basis of pedagogical observation, it was established that the choice of the style of placement of the barbell on the shoulders and the width of the leg rack during the first competitive exercise is influenced by the anthropometric features of powerlifters and the level of flexibility development. Most elite athletes use a low barbell position on the shoulders when performing barbell squats, indicating that a low barbell position on the shoulders is more effective than a high barbell position. Analysis of the results of the study confirms that the majority of high-end powerlifters use more of the average width of the leg rack when performing squats on the shoulders. The number of athletes who perform squats on their shoulders in a wide stance increases as the nominal weight category increases.

PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which has 3 divisional business units, one of which is the industrial machinery and equipment division (MPI) and the foundry unit located on Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 18 Bugul Lor, Pasuruan City, East Java. The industrial machinery and equipment division and foundry unit (MPI) located in Pasuruan has grown rapidly as a company that focuses on manufacturing machinery and produces products such as Oil & Gas/ Refinery / Petrochemical Industries, Power plans, Iron Casting, and Pressure Vessels. In PT. Boma Bisma Indra, whose orientation is a make-to-order company, where the new company will procure raw materials and run production if there is a request from the customer. Difficulties that are often encountered in make-to-order companies are delays in the arrival of raw materials, and process delays caused by inadequate workers. Therefore, a method called the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is needed where this method will determine the time period that will be required for each process starting from the preparation of documents related to procedures and product specifications to the finishing fabrication process. This research focuses on timeliness analysis in every process in the master production schedule using the master production schedule (MPS) method.

PERAN PEMUDA KAMPUNG LALI GADGET DALAM MENGENALKAN PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL SEBAGAI WUJUD SIKAP CINTA TANAH AIR PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI DESA PAGAR NGUMBUK KECAMATAN WONOAYU KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract
 This study aims to describe the role of village youth in introducing gadgets to traditional games as a form of love for the homeland in early childhood in Pagar Ngumbuk Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods with descriptive research types with the main informants of the study, namely the founder of the Lali Gadget Village and the core administrators of the Lali Gadget Village such as the secretary, treasurer, operational division, and equipment division. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as data analysis used in this study, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the role of the youth of the village of Lali gadgets in introducing traditional games as a form of love for the homeland in early childhood, namely by introducing various types of traditional games and explaining the benefits of these traditional games, holding several routine activities and some of these activities focusing on traditional games, then provide assistance to children when playing and when making games, so that these things can foster an attitude of love for the homeland in early childhood through traditional games. In addition, to realize an attitude of love for the homeland in early childhood, it can be done through ways, namely by fostering an attitude of mutual cooperation, then Lali Gadget Village also makes various facilities and infrastructure as a means of supporting various activities carried out in Kampung Lali Gadget.

Implementation of occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) on work-related accident rate in the manufacturing industry, Indonesia

The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) is an important part of the protection of the workforce so that workers remain safe, healthy and safe. Every year in the manufacturing industry in the Sleman area, Yogyakarta Special Region, work accidents result in losses for the company because they have to be taken to the hospital. This study aims to determine the application of OSH to the occurrence of work-related accidents. This type of research is qualitative. The research was carried out in the manufacturing industry of the Hospital Equipment (HE) Division of the Pre-Treatment and Painting Unit. The research instrument uses the criteria for the OSH audit checklist, Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012, which consists of 5 principles, 12 criteria, and 166 items. The range of results from the audit achievement is 0 – 100%. The implementation of OSH in the company is 76.5%, in the category of good implementation, namely for the level of achievement of 60 - 84%. The number of findings was 39 criteria with major non-conformance categories 0 criteria and 39 minor criteria. The implementation of OSHMS can minimize the incidence of work accidents in workplace.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social responsibility, knowledge management, management of employee work systems, corporate governance on employee performance in the field of medical supplies and equipment at RSUD Dr. Soetomo. The sample selection technique in this study was a census, namely all employees were taken as a sample of 45 employees. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the study show that social responsibility has a significant effect on governance, knowledge management has a significant effect on governance, management of employee work systems has a significant effect on governance in the Medical Supplies and Equipment Sector of RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Employee social responsibility has a significant effect on employee performance, employee knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance, employee knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance in the Medical Supplies and Equipment Division of RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Employee governance has a significant effect on employee performance in the Medical Supplies and Equipment Division of RSUD Dr. Soetomo.

Load planning in the preparation of highly qualified powerlifters in the competitive period of the macrocycle

The analysis of scientific and methodical literature confirms the fragmentary consideration of a problem of planning of loading of athletes in classic powerlifting that is connected with identification of preparation of athletes in equipped and classic divisions. The results of athletes in classic powerlifting are identical to the results of some weight categories in the equipment division. Despite the rapid dynamics of results, the scientific justification for building the training of athletes in classic powerlifting is based on the achievements of scientists in the field of weightlifting or equipment powerlifting. The purpose is to identify the features of load planning in the training of highly qualified powerlifters in the competitive period of the macrocycle. To solve this goal, we used the following research methods: analogy, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, extrapolation, generalization of practical experience, analysis of documentary materials, methods of mathematical statistics. The study revealed the following patterns in load planning in the training of highly qualified powerlifters in the competitive period of the macrocycle: inverse dependence in planning the volume and intensity of the load in training, which is a gradual increase in intensity against the background of the load as you approach the main competitions; nonlinear planning of loading in microcycles in separate groups of exercises on the basis of application of big indicators of intensity of loading in one group of exercises and average and small intensities in two other groups; reducing the intensity of the load in the groups of exercises as you approach the main competitions in accordance with the number of muscle groups involved during the performance of these exercises.

Aim. This study aims to present the results of the conducted analytical research (review) of the market of electric trolleys for warehouse purposes and a review of the Russian market of warehousing property.Tasks. The author examines the state of the Russian and international markets of warehouse trolleys along with a brief overview of the domestic market of warehousing property, which is directly related to the main topic, formulating conclusions about the advisability of including electric trolleys for warehousing purposes into a potential domestic electric transport platform.Methods. The author uses the methods of analysis and synthesis of information posted on the Internet, the method of expert evaluation, as well as materials of Russian and foreign authors.Results. It is established that electric trolleys for warehousing purposes are developed by manufacturing companies within the framework of a particular platform and that this is a promising market both on the global and national (Russian) scale. The study substantiates the urgency of creating a Russian platform for electric transport that would incorporate special warehouse equipment. Conclusions. The field of electric trolleys for warehousing purposes is potentially attractive from an economic perspective, i.e. the market for this equipment has good growth prospects in Russia and globally. The scientific and technical potential of the Russian Federation makes it possible to successfully create and implement a domestic platform for electric transport that would include an equipment division for warehousing needs. The presented study will be useful to anyone interested in electric transport, warehouse logistics, and platform solutions in these fields.

The influence of compressive gear on maximal load lifted in competitive powerlifting.

The competition in powerlifting has been divided into two divisions, with gear equipment (EQ) and without gear equipment (RAW). When competing in the EQ division, additional supportive gear can be worn by the athletes, while in the RAW division such gear is not allowed. The aim of the study was to compare the results of the RAW and EQ powerlifting divisions based on the results of world championships and current world records. One-hundred and twenty powerlifters (63 men, 57 women) were included to the analysis. Post hoc analysis for the results of men’s world championships indicated significantly higher results of the barbell squat (SQ; p < 0.001; ES = 1.31), bench press (BP; p < 0.001; ES = 1.27) and deadlift (DL; p < 0.001; ES = 0.37) for EQ compared to the RAW division. Post hoc analysis for the results of women’s world championships indicated significantly higher results of the SQ (p < 0.001; ES = 1.31), BP (p < 0.001; ES = 1.13) and DL (p < 0.001; ES = 0.71) for the EQ compared to the RAW division. Post hoc analysis for men’s world record indicated significantly higher results in the SQ (p < 0.001; ES = 1.32) and BP (p < 0.001; ES = 1.24) for the EQ compared to the RAW division. Furthermore, there were no significant differences in the results of world records in the DL (p = 0.901; ES = 0.26) between the EQ and RAW divisions. Post hoc analysis for women’s world records indicated significantly higher results in the SQ (p < 0.001; ES = 1.22) and BP (p < 0.001; ES = 1.99) for the EQ compared to RAW division. The main finding of the study was that supportive gear increases maximal load lifted during powerlifting competition.

Solutions and constructional modifications of dosimetry systems ofelectron accelerators

The study is designed to present a method of dosimetry system solution in electron accelerators manufactured at the NCBJ Nuclear Equipment Division (HITEC). Two special cases of accelerator applications have been presented - the first using a high-efficiency electron beam in material research and the second using a low-efficiency photon beam in cargo inspection at borders. The article presents constructional modifications of the standardly used ionization chamber, which successfully enabled proper dose measurement in both of the above-mentioned cases.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN PENGAWASAN PIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA DIVISI PERALATAN PT. STATIKA MITRASARANA PADANG

This study aims to determine and prove how much is the influence of Financial Compensation and Leaders Supervision on Employees’ Discipline of Equipment Division PT.Statika Mitrasarana Padang. The type of research was causative. Population in this research was all employees at division of equipment of PT. Statika Mitrasarana Padang. Since the number of samples of this study were less than 100 people, population research method was used. Therefore, the samples on this study were the entire number of population that was as much as 42 respondents. The type of data used was secondary and primary obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and quantitative through multiple regression using SPSS version 15.00. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employees’ work discipline in equipment division of PT. Statika Mitrasarana, (2) Control of Leader have a positive and insignificant effect to work discipline of employees at division of equipment of PT. Statika Mitrasarana. The results of this study will be recommended to several related parties, among others for PT. Statika Mitrasarana Padang can improve and maintaining the discipline of its employees for the development of the company and for other researchers as a reference material that will continue the further research.Keywords: Financial compensation, Leadership supervision, Work discipline

Crowding-Out Effect of Exports on Domestic Consumption: An Analysis Based on Panel Data of Several Industries in China

This paper tries to use the data of 1998-2014 about nine departments (department of food, beverage and tobacco, department of fabric and clothing, department of car and motorcar and relative spare and accessory parts, department of medicine and the medical machine, department of culture, sports and relative equipment, minerals, building materials and chemical products division, house appliances division, computer auxiliary equipment division and else departments) to make the regression by Eviews 8.0. We find that department of food, beverage and tobacco and department of car and motorcar and relative spare and accessory parts, department of medicine and the medical machine, department of culture, sports and relative equipment do have crowding-out effect of exports on domestic consumption. Finally, in response to the policy of expanding the demand by analyzing the empirical result, we provide some recommendations from the perspective of export trade.

Abstract :The purposes of this research are to analyze the work load of employees at Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency and also to counts the need of employees accordance with recent work load. This type of research is a descriptive research. The result of this research discusses about work load happen at The Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency that consisting of General Administration of Sub. Administration Division, Sub. Planning And Programing Division, And Sub. Accounting and Equipment Division. With conclusion that was become work load that significan on sectioned secretariat which is General Administration of Sub. Administration Division needs 10 employees, Sub. Planning and Programing needs 8 employees. But, on Sub. Accounting and Equipment exceeds requirement for from amount 14 current employees just be needed 13 employees.
