Investigation of experimental mice husbandry microenvironment and animal health in individual ventilated cage (IVC)

This work investigates the husbandry microenvironment and health status of experimental mice to help create a suitable husbandry microenvironment for experimental animals, with the aim of ensuring the quality and animal welfare of experimental mice through a suitable husbandry microenvironment. Experimental measurements and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) are used to analyze the husbandry microenvironment of experimental mice, and indicators for judging the health status and husbandry microenvironments of experimental mice are proposed. The results show that the correlation between the health state of mice and abdominal heat flux reaches 0.786 (p = 0.01), and there is a significant difference between the environmental evaluation indexes of healthy and sick mice. The relationship between the mice and the husbandry microenvironments could be characterized by the Cbs number, i.e.，Cbs number is defined as the biological surface convective heat transfer number of the microenvironment, and the value of Cbs number of the healthy mice could be referred to as about 0.3334. This is of guiding significance for the judgment of the health of experimental animals and the creation of a suitable husbandry microenvironment for experimental animals.

Optimization strategy of community planning for environmental health and public health in smart city under multi-objectives.

As population density increases, environmental hygiene and public health become increasingly severe. As the space where residents stay for the longest time and have the most profound impact on their physical and mental health, the quality of the environment in urban communities largely determines the degree to which residents engage in physical activity, bear the risk of pollution exposure, and obtain healthy food. Therefore, in order to ensure the physical and mental health of residents, this study proposes community planning guided by environmental hygiene and public health, and establishes an environmental health assessment system for this purpose. This system evaluates the community environment from four aspects: land use, service facilities, site convenience, and environmental quality. Established the diversity, density, road network connectivity and facilities accessibility nine criteria, as well as the land function of mix, plot ratio, food environment, network ring and connected index, pavement risk level, green configuration and neighborhood material environment disorder degree of 27 indicators of community built environmental evaluation index system. The data is collected through field survey, questionnaire distribution, resident interview and data mapping, and the established evaluation index system is used to evaluate the construction environment of the community. The experimental research data included population data, CAD plan, land use data, street data, POI point data, building data and bus station data, etc. 273 questionnaires were distributed, 264 were recovered, 8 invalid questionnaires were removed, and 256 valid questionnaires were obtained. These experiments confirm that land use, service facilities, site convenience, and environmental quality have a significant impact on the built environment of communities, with impact weights of 0.513, 0.227, 0.135, and 0.125, respectively. The above weights are calculated based on the index judgment matrix and the eigenvectors. The scores of land use, service facilities, site convenience, and environmental quality for the study subjects were 3.44, 1.46, 0.94, and 0.51, respectively, among them, the land use score is less than 3.85, the 1 service facility score is less than 1.71, the site convenience score is less than 1.01, and the environmental quality score is less than 0.94; indicating that the community has serious problems such as single land use types, pollution exposure, and difficulty in obtaining healthy food. Therefore, community planning and transformation based on land use, service facilities, venue convenience, and environmental quality can effectively improve the physical and mental health of residents. In the specific community transformation plan, artificial intelligence and data-driven methods can be used to optimize the land use plan, service facility configuration, site convenience transformation and environmental quality improvement, so as to formulate the optimal community transformation plan and improve the comfort and happiness of community residents. In the future, on the basis of the existing research, the selection of community types will be further enriched and the research cases will be expanded. And through the in-depth practical study of the case, the constructed evaluation index system is optimized and improved to make it more scientific. At the same time, as urban renewal and design have entered the era of stock planning, based on the more perfect evaluation index system, more specific and detailed system discussion of the built communities with public health problems, in order to provide more detailed services for the construction of a better and healthy living environment in the future.

Optimization Analysis of Kindergarten Educational Environment Creation Path in the Field of Informatization Perspective

Abstract With the arrival of the informationization era, optimizing kindergarten education environment has become an important topic. This study aims to explore the optimal path of kindergarten education environment creation under the background of informationization, and to improve the quality and efficiency of education. A comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish an educational environment evaluation index system, combining the optimal and worst method and the minimal and great regret analysis method to evaluate 1044 kindergartens in City A. The results show that the educational environment of kindergartens in City A has been optimized since 2020. The results show that from 2020 to 2023, the kindergarten education environment has been improved in terms of infrastructure, information resources, informationization application, talent team building, and guarantee system. Especially in educational resources, it increased from 0.5384 in 2020 to 0.8964 in 2023.There is a significant difference between urban and rural kindergartens in creating educational environments, and urban kindergartens are significantly better than rural kindergartens in some indicators. The study’s conclusion shows that the application of informationization and the construction of human resources are the keys to improving the educational environment of kindergartens, and it is recommended to strengthen the supervision of academic quality, improve the evaluation system, and promote the integration of urban and rural education.

Nursing students' evaluation of clinical learning environment and supervision models before and during the COVID-19 pandemic: a comparative study.

The COVID-19 pandemic has required a rapid reorganization of clinical training and supervision models for nursing education. The aim of this study was to compare students' levels of perception of the quality of the Clinical Learning Environment (CLE) using two different clinical supervision models. A comparative design was implemented. A convenience sample of second and third-year undergraduate nursing students (n=127) in clinical training in the 2018/2019 Academic Year (AY) received the usual nursing staff supervision model, while during the COVID-19 pandemic in the following year, they (n=69) received an individualized supervision model. Data were collected using three instruments: the Clinical Learning Environmental Quality Evaluation Index (CLEQI); the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Scale (CLES+T); and a socio-demographic tool. The mean total scores of both scales had increased in the second survey (CLEQI: M=57.88±11.8 vs. M=60.88±9.3, p=0.035; CLES+T: M=148.4±23.3 vs. M=154.5±21.9, p=0.037). The nursing students reported high levels of CLE quality with both supervision models, even though the individualized supervision model was rated significantly higher by the students than the staff supervision model. Students supported by a personal supervisor during clinical training had a more positive experience and rated the quality of the tutorial strategies, learning opportunities, safety and nursing care, leadership style of the ward manager and overall CLE more highly.

The Assessment of Green Business Environments Using the Environmental–Economic Index: The Case of China

The quality of a country’s business environment speaks volumes about its government’s capacity and competitiveness. Unfortunately, the current system only evaluates countries and cities, overlooking the business environments of individual provinces. To address this issue, this study utilizes a green and sustainable development approach to evaluate the business environments of 30 provinces/municipalities in China. By incorporating ecological and environmental protection and sustainable development indicators, a novel green business environment index is constructed and analyzed to determine its impact on macroeconomic sustainable development and micro-enterprise operation. Taking into account the business environment index established by the World Bank and other organizations, this evaluation system adds ecological and environmental indicators specific to each province/municipality in China from the year 2011 to 2020. The result is a provincial green business environment evaluation index system consisting of 5 primary indicators and 30 secondary indicators. Principal component analysis (PCA) is then applied to rank the green business environment for each province/municipality. Furthermore, the overall green business environment of the Eastern region is superior to that of the Central and Western regions, highlighting the uneven development of the business environment in China.

Research on environmental impact assessment of ecotourism development oriented to cloud model

Abstract This paper calculates the index weights of ecotourism development environmental impact evaluation through AHP hierarchical analysis and constructs a cloud model of ecotourism development environmental impact evaluation by combining the research method of a cloud model so as to prepare for the subsequent example study of an ecotourism development environmental impact evaluation in Nanyang city. Secondly, the impact of tourism development and utilization on the quality of water bodies in the protected area is studied. In order to evaluate the impact of tourism development and utilization on water bodies in the area from various aspects, this paper analyzes the changes in water quality in the protected area from Space-time sequence. Then the above five characteristic parameters are substituted into the MATLAB software forward generator to get the ecotourism development environmental impact evaluation standard cloud model so as to derive the evaluation level of the ecotourism development environmental impact evaluation index located and summarize and analyze the impact of each index. The characteristic parameters of the cloud model are obtained: light impact (0.49.0.166,0.03), average impact (1.49,0.166,0.03), good impact (2.49,0.166.0.03), stronger impact (3.49,0.166,0.03), and strong impact (4.49,0.166,0.03), indicating that the cloud model-based method has the effect of resolving the ambiguity and randomness of comprehensive impact evaluation. This study makes the EIA process transparent and the expression of EIA results intuitive, which can better serve environmental decision-making and management.

The Coupling and Coordination Relationship between Leisure Tourism and Ecological Environment: The Case of Ili Region in Xinjiang Province

There is no doubt that a coupling relationship between leisure tourism and the ecological environment exists, but how to realize their coordinated development on that basis is much less clear. In this paper, taking Xinjiang’s Ili region as the research object, we first established a leisure tourism and ecological environment evaluation index system using the mean-variance method to assign its weighting and then built a coupling coordination model. In this way, the coupling and coordination relationship between leisure tourism and the ecological environment of the Ili region over a recent 20-year period (2001–2020) was analyzed in depth. Our results show that the economic benefit of leisure tourism and the efficiency of ecological environment protection contribute most, respectively, to the leisure tourism and ecological environment subsystems. During the study period, the coupling and coordination of leisure tourism and ecological environment system in the Ili area could be divided into five types, namely, “serious disorder-system balanced development”, “moderate disorder-leisure tourism lags”, “near disorder-leisure tourism lags”, “barely coordination-leisure tourism lags’, and “primary coordination-system balanced development”. The comprehensive development level of leisure tourism has exceeded that of the ecological environment, and prominent ecological and environmental problems have gradually arisen. Therefore, when vigorously developing leisure tourism, we should pay more attention to the ecological environment’s problems so as to realize the sustainable, coordinated development of the two.

Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Regional Water Resources Carrying Capacity and Influencing Factors—Anhui Province as an Example

The study of water resources carrying capacity is a crucial aspect of water resources ecological security research. To account for the interplay between regional natural conditions and economic and social factors, a natural–economic–social–environmental evaluation index system is established within the framework of water resources. The comprehensive index of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province is then calculated using the entropy weight method and CRITIC model. Spatial kernel density and Dagum analysis are employed to analyze the results. The findings indicate that (1) the overall water resources carrying capacity of Anhui Province has exhibited an upward trend from 2003 to 2021, with the overall index of water resources carrying capacity increasing from 0.34 to 0.49. (2) The presence of water resources carrying capacity polarization in Anhui Province is evident, although this trend has been diminishing in recent years. (3) The Gini coefficient of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province first increases and then decreases, with the Gini coefficient between groups being more pronounced than the Gini coefficient within groups. (4) Geospatial factors play a significant role in shaping the future spatial distribution of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province. Additionally, the interaction of water resources carrying capacity among neighboring areas contributes to the reduction of differences between water resources carrying capacity in different regions in the future.

Co-combustion of carbon-rich fraction from coal gasification fine slag and biochar: Gas emission, ash sintering, heavy metals evolutions and environmental risk evaluation

Mixed combustion of carbon-rich fraction (RC) from coal gasification fine slag and corncob char (CC) is an effective way of energy recycling. In this paper, the co-firing performance and kinetics of RC and CC were studied, and gas emission pattern, ash sintering trend and the migration and transformation behavior of heavy metals during combustion were explored. The results showed that the combustion performance was enhanced and the reaction activation energy was reduced during the blends burning. The synergistic effect between co-combustion reactions decreased emissions of gaseous pollutants. With the increasing RC compounding ratio and combustion temperature, the ash sintering tendency weakened. Cr and Ni were mostly enriched in the bottom ash, whereas Cu, Zn, As, Cd, and Pb tended to migrate to fly ash and flue gas. Cu, Zn, As, and Pb were in the form of stable fractions. Temperatures accelerated the chemical forms of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, and Cd being transformed into stable fractions. The environmental evaluation index suggested that the potential environmental risks of Cr, Zn, Cd, and As were relatively high. The results of this study provide guidance for the synergistic combustion disposal of double solid waste.

Novel method for obtaining transfer characteristics of subway-induced ground vibrations

Aiming at the multiple-input multiple-output vibration problem in rail transit, this paper presents a novel method for obtaining transfer characteristics of vehicle-induced vibrations. To verify its accuracy and applicability, the obtained transfer coefficients are further combined with vehicle-track coupling simulations to predict environmental vibrations under different conditions. The results prove that the transfer characteristics from the vibration source to the environment target can be accurately obtained through the multiple regression algorithm and superposition algorithm. Compared with the traditional numerical simulation method composed of both the vehicle-track coupling model and the track-tunnel-soil model, the coefficient of determination R-squared of the two methods in the time domain can reach above 0.9, and errors of the environment evaluation index in the frequency domain are within 0.2 dB. However, the computational effort has been reduced significantly without establishing a complex numerical model of the tunnel-soil (structure) system. Moreover, it is found that environmental vibrations on the ground surface are mainly affected by fastening forces in the vicinity of 60 m centered by the observation point. In particular, the proposed method is expected to supply a certain reference for predicting vibrations under multi-source load in mechanical science and civil engineering.

Evaluation of Environmental Efficiency of Chinese Coastal Ports under the Background of Ecological Civilization

In order to enhance the level of green and sustainable development of the economy, the national policy of ecological civilization construction is proposed. The 14 coastal ports with the top 20 container throughput in China in 2020 are taken as the research objects, and the environmental efficiency evaluation index system of ports is constructed by combining the requirements put forward by ecological civilization, and the three-stage SBM model is applied to measure the environmental efficiency of 14 coastal ports in China from 2012 to 2020. It was found that the overall green development of Chinese coastal ports was good, with half of the ports achieving effective environmental efficiency with a mean value of 0.804 and a large gap in environmental efficiency levels among ports. External environmental variables have significant effects on the environmental efficiency of ports, and the overall environmental efficiency of ports with ineffective environmental efficiency has improved after excluding the effects of external environmental variables and random errors. Therefore, for ports with ineffective environmental efficiency, policy-related contents should be implemented effectively according to the actual situation of the port, and the environmental efficiency of the port should be improved from the perspective of the change and development of the port hinterland city, combining three aspects of local economic conditions, policy environment and cultural awareness.

China's improving total environmental quality and environment-economy coordination since 2000: Progress towards sustainable development goals

Improving China's total environmental quality is an important means to implement the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. How to quantify the environmental quality evolution progress scientifically, and ensure realizing the goals of fresh air, clean water, soil safety, good ecology, and fine human settlement environment in China is an urgent and significant issue. Here, according to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and China's development characteristics, we construct an integrated environmental quality evaluation index system, comprising 5 dimensions—air environmental quality, water environmental quality, soil environmental quality, ecological environmental quality, and human settlement environmental quality—to measure the progress in achieving the SDGs over the past 20 years. Findings show China has made substantial improvements in environmental quality, with an average growth rate of 2.4% annually, presenting high in southeast and low in northwest. Human settlement environmental quality improved to the largest extent, 6.5% annually, followed by ecological, water, soil, and air environmental quality, with an annual rate of 2.46, 2.45,1.83, and 0.84%, respectively. All regions present an increasing trend in total environment. However, large gaps still existed between diverse regions across China. Furthermore, coordination development level between environment and economy rose constantly across China, and 23 provinces have reached the primary coordination development status. Targeted practical measures are proposed to promote environmental quality improvement. It will provide a policy-related assessment tool to help develop sound development strategies and balance national and local capacities for sustainable development.

Heterogeneous Azeotropic Extractive Coupled Heat Pump Distillation for Triethylamine‐Dichloromethane‐Acetone‐Water

AbstractThere are three kinds of binary azeotropes and one kind of a near‐boiling compound with clamping zone characteristics in the triethylamine‐dichloromethane‐acetone‐water system, which belongs to complex quaternary systems. A four‐column distillation process of heterogeneous azeotropic extraction for the separation of the system was designed, simulated, and optimized to obtain more suitable process parameters and energy consumption distribution of each column. On this basis, taking the total annual cost (TAC) as the comprehensive economic evaluation index and CO2 emission as the environmental evaluation index, the thermal integration technology and mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) heat pump technology were applied to the energy‐saving research of the distillation process for the system. The results indicate that compared with the conventional four‐column heterogeneous azeotropic extractive distillation process, the thermal integration distillation process and single‐column MVR heat pump coupled thermal integration distillation process can save energy consumption and TAC, and it can reduce CO2 emission.

Research on Environmental Performance Evaluation of Metallurgical Listed Companies Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

In recent years, the public has paid more and more attention to environmental issues, and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society has become one of the important goals of China's economic construction. Therefore, metallurgical listed companies urgently need to build a reasonable and effective environmental performance evaluation index system to evaluate the environmental management effect of enterprises. Based on analytic hierarchy process, aiming at the lack of environmental performance evaluation research of metallurgical listed companies at this stage, this paper will design and build an environmental performance evaluation index system for metallurgical enterprises, and reasonably and scientifically evaluate the environmental situation of metallurgical listed companies from the perspective of economic input, environmental governance, and social concern, and draw the following conclusions: (1) metallurgical listed companies should put environmental governance at the top of the overall environment, We will invest more in environmental protection projects and project the concern of enterprises to the society. (2) The environmental protection of listed metallurgical companies is not only the macro goal of the company, but also needs to enable more stakeholders to actively participate in the process of environmental governance. (3) To build an environment-friendly society, we need not only government supervision, but also all kinds of enterprises to enhance their sense of social responsibility.

The Effect of Green Finance on the Ecological and Environmental Quality of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Since China’s reform and opening up, the speed of economic development has increased significantly. However, at the same time, there are also serious environmental pollution problems. To resolve the deep-seated contradiction between economic growth and environmental protection, green finance has gradually gained attention in China’s development. Based on this, the paper explores the impact of green finance on the quality of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The main part of the paper is based on panel data of eleven provinces and cities in China’s 2011–2020 Yangtze River Economic Belt. Seven indicators, including chemical oxygen demand COD, harmless treatment rate of domestic waste, and green coverage rate of built-up, were used to construct an ecological and environmental quality evaluation index system. The entropy method is used to measure the ecological environment quality level and green finance development level of various provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The impact of green finance development on ecological environment quality is analyzed using a panel data model. The research results show that: (1) The development level of green finance and the quality of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt have improved between 2011 and 2020. (2) The development of green finance has a significant positive impact on the quality of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. In addition, related research has focused on the impact of green finance on a certain branch of ecological and environmental quality and lacks an analysis of the overall impact. Therefore, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for ecological environment quality and analyzes the overall impact of green finance on ecological environment quality in the region.

Corporate Environmental Governance Performance Evaluation and Index System Construction under the Mobile Communication System

As environmental pollution has become more and more serious, in order to alleviate environmental and energy problems, people have begun to find new ways of governance in environmental management. Many countries have proposed to incorporate environmental performance into corporate performance for assessment. Under the historical background that the construction of ecological civilization has risen to a national strategy, the research on corporate environmental performance has attracted more and more attention. This paper constructs an environmental performance evaluation index system, evaluates the environmental performance of the enterprise, finds out the problems in the environmental performance of the enterprise, and proposes improvement suggestions. This is conducive to the change of the environmental policy of the enterprise, the improvement of the environmental performance level of the enterprise, and the protection of the ecological environment. This article introduces the mobile communication network, constructs the LMS model of the satellite mobile communication system, and analyzes the structure and main functions of the model. The article explains the role of corporate environmental governance, builds an environmental performance indicator system, selects several companies to evaluate the environmental governance performance of the past two years, and obtains the comprehensive performance index, stress index, state improvement index, and response index of the four companies in 2020. The four indexes of company A are 1.28, 1.3, 12, and 1.45, and the four indexes of company B are 2.96, 3.1, 8, and 2.9.

Environmental Performance Evaluation of Key Polluting Industries in China-Taking the Power Industry as an Example.

This paper analyzes the environmental performance, spatial and temporal characteristics, and optimization paths of key polluting industries, represented here by the power industry, using the super-efficient MinDS model. The study shows that the environmental performance as a whole presents the characteristics of an inverted U-shaped and then a U-shaped trend; each region presents an asymmetric state of convergent development followed by differentiated development, with 2014 as the structural change point; the development trend of environmental performance in each region is divided into three categories (rising, falling, and stable) and four types of spatial clustering (ultra-high, high, medium, and low levels); and input–output indicators of environmental performance in China and across regions have varying degrees of redundancy, with labor input redundancy being the greatest, followed by capital input, technology input, and pollution emissions. On this basis, we propose to improve the monitoring and inspection mechanism of the implementation process of pollution control in key polluting industries and to improve the level of environmental performance of key polluting industries by optimizing the combination of labor, capital, and technology input factors in each region according to local conditions and adopting differentiated strategies. The main contributions of this paper are threefold: first, we incorporate technological inputs into the environmental performance evaluation index system of the electric power industry, which can better reflect the real inputs of the electric power industry and measure the results more accurately; second, we adopt the MinDS model for measuring the environmental performance level, which can quantitatively analyze the gap between each indicator and the optimal level; and third, we propose a redundancy index, which can be used to compare the redundancy of each indicator and then judge the main efficiency levels of the different factors.

Evaluation Index of Basketball Teaching Environment Based on the Wireless Communication Network and Genetic Algorithm

With the advent of the new era, all fields in China are full of vitality. In particular with the vigorous development of network science and technology, many fields are going through a huge change or in the near future. As an important part of the development goal of China’s “sports power,” physical education is also undergoing changes. With the successful conclusion of the Winter Olympics in China, this grand event has added an important stroke to the development of sports in China. In the process of physical education and teaching, the environment of physical education is extremely important. Compared with nonphysical education subjects, it has the characteristics of direct contact between teachers and students and the time of the course teaching process. This paper studies the evaluation index of basketball teaching environment. As a part of physical education environment, it has the general characteristics of physical education environment, but it has its own characteristics. People in the environment are constantly experiencing the influence of the environment on their own individual. Therefore, the research on the evaluation indicators of the basketball teaching environment will play an important role for the students involved. For the research of the mentioned basketball teaching environment evaluation index, this paper proposes the application of genetic algorithm and wireless network technology; the purpose is to make a more scientific and comprehensive target evaluation system for the basketball environment evaluation index. In the simulation experiment of the teaching environment evaluation index, this paper selected a total of 164 people of different grades. The final result showed that 85.16% of the students gave positive comments to this evaluation system. This result confirms the research of this paper.

Online Visual Communication and Scene Reconstruction of Cruise Travel under the Background of Virtual Reality

This paper takes the cruise passenger cabin as the research object, builds the virtual environment model according to the relevant theoretical knowledge and materials, introduces and studies the theory of ergonomic design evaluation, establishes the human-machine environment evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model of the cruise passenger cabin, introduces several common comprehensive evaluation methods, compares the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, and combines them with this design object so as to select the applicable evaluation method to evaluate the cabin design scheme. The relevant knowledge involved includes human-machine-environment system engineering theory, 3D modeling theory, hierarchical analysis theory, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and virtual reality development theory. The concept of intelligent environment design is introduced into the environmental design of the intelligent entertainment system of cruise ships, and after the systematic study of the user’s demand level and cabin environment design element system, the problems existing in it are handled and combined with intelligent products, the different functions of intelligence are classified and studied, and the different forms of control are specifically studied to provide the basis for the subsequent specific design. In the case study, an overall evaluation of the architectural aesthetics of the target ship was derived through evaluation experiments. Based on the results, specific indicators at different levels can be traced, thus providing guidance directions for optimal design. The methods such as fuzzy synthesis evaluation and the idea of integrating the evaluation process with VR experience adopted in this paper can provide reference ideas for similar studies.

Analysis of Ecological Environment Evaluation and Coupled and Coordinated Development of Smart Cities Based on Multisource Data

In order to further enhance the ecological environment construction of smart cities and promote its deep integration with advanced technologies, such as the new generation of artificial intelligence and big data, this study constructs a data fusion framework for the ecological environment of smart cities driven by multisource data and constructs an ecological environment evaluation index system of smart cities in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2018. The ecological environment status of smart cities in Guangzhou is analyzed by principal component analysis, and finally the, correlation influence degree of each principal component content on the ecological environment index of smart cities is analyzed. The results show that environmental excellence ( K 1 ), environmental restoration response ( K 2 ), and environmental pollution pressure ( K 3 ) are the main components of the ecological environment in Guangzhou smart city. The environmental excellence and environmental restoration response level are relatively high, and the environmental pressure system is relatively low, in which the greenland coverage rate increases from 41.3% to 44.0%, and the urban sewage treatment rate and the decontamination rate of urban refuse increase year by year, from 73.1% to 94.6% and from 72.1% to 99.9%, respectively. The results of principal component correlation analysis show that there are interactive influences among environmental excellence ( K 1 ), environmental restoration response (K2), and environmental pollution pressure ( K 3 ). The ecological environment index of smart cities increases with the improvement of environmental excellence and environmental restoration response capacity, but gradually decreases with the increase of environmental pollution pressure. Generally speaking, improving environmental excellence and environmental restoration response will be the key to improve the ecological environment construction capacity of smart cities in the future.
