Peran Taman Baca Rumah Inspirasi dalam Mewujudkan Literasi Informasi pada Anak-anak di Kelurahan Bungkutoko

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of inspiring home reading parks in realizing information literacy skills for children in Bungkutoko Village. This research method is descriptive qualitative with descriptive method. The technique of determining informants is done by purposive sampling or determination directly by researchers to be informants, data collection is done through observations and interviews in the Community Reading Park Of Rumah Inspirasi Bungkutoko VillageThe results of this research show that, the Community Reading Park Rumah Inspirasi in Bungkutoko Village as one of the Community Reading Parks in Southeast Sulawesi participated in realizing information literacy in children consistently and forming children's personal to be confident. Of the four indicators have been well applied in terms of information, where in this study home volunteers provide inspiration information that children need. Both serve as places of expanding insight and knowledge in this inspiring home volunteers providing reading material that suits children. The third serves as an educational entertainment place in this indicator usually children play while learning for example such as playing guessing numbers and letters, the fourth serves as a coaching character and moral indicators discuss about the importance of shaping children's character and that is where we must also introduce to children the importance of preserving culture, preserving culture and others. In the sense that the park read inspiring houses in Bungkutoko Village is very helpful for the community in the area especially children who must be met their needs by providing educational reading materials so that the literacy of information he gets is more widespread.Key Words: Role, Garden Read House Inspiration, Information Literacy

Knowledges, attitudes and behaviors related to sexually transmitted diseases of male undergraduate students from three faculties of Chiang Mai University

Objectives To study differences in knowledge, risky behavior and attitudes related to sexually transmitted diseases in male undergraduate students from three faculties of Chiang Mai University. Methods This cross-sectional study surveyed 652 male undergraduate students from three faculties including 85 from Associated Medical Science (AMS), 480 from Engineering (ENG) and 87 from Economics (ECON) as representative of health sciences, science/technology, and social sciences/humanities, respectively. An online questionnaire was used to evaluate the students’ knowledge, risky behavior and attitudes related to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Descriptive statistics included one-way ANOVA and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. Results AMS male students had a higher average score for knowledge related to STDS than the other groups. There were, however, significant differences among AMS students to the questions, “Should parents teach appropriate sex education to their young children?” and “Do you think early STD screening is good?” (both p = 0.001). Positive correlations were found between self-reported alcohol drinking and visiting of entertainment places in all the groups (rAMS = 0.673, p < 0.001; rENG = 0.595, p < 0.001; rECON= 0.595, p < 0.001). Self-reported risky behavior was positively correlated with frequency of having sex during the past 2 months and alcoholic drinking (rAMS = 0.510 and = 0.409; rENG = 0.562 and = 0.345; rECON = 0.655 and = 0.259, respectively. All were p < 0.001) Conclusions Male health sciences students possessed higher knowledge, reported lower risk behaviors, and expressed more positive attitudes toward individuals with STDs than the other groups. Providing knowledge about STDs and encouraging abstinence from alcohol should be used to reduce the incidence of risky behavior and the incidence of STDs among male university undergraduates.

Clusters of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in Pubs, Bars and Nightclubs in Bangkok, 2020

Two clusters of COVID-19 cases were identified in Bangkok, Thailand linked to entertainment areas, including pubs, bars and nightclubs in March 2020. A joint investigation was carried out by healthcare staff and epidemiologists from the Division of Epidemiology of Department of Disease Control and the Urban Disease Control and Prevention. A descriptive cross-sectional study was performed to describe characteristics of the outbreak clusters, perform contact tracing, and provide recommendations for outbreak control. In total, there were 15 cases in the first cluster and 31 cases in the second cluster; including both the index cases and cases that were later identified from contact tracing. Sharing utensils, glasses and cigarettes was a key risk behavior. Moreover, active case finding was done among the personnel of a pub linked to the majority of the cases. Eighteen percent of the workers in this pub was infected with SARS-CoV-2. After the reopening of pubs, bars and nightclubs, a sentinel surveillance policy and close monitoring program among people with a history of travelling to or working at entertainment places was implemented.

Hotels are one of the accommodation business entities that use part
 or all of their parts as lodging services, food and beverage serviceproviders, and various other services for the general public which aremanaged by commercial means. Sutan Raja Hotel is one type of starhotel that will be built in Kendari city and it is hoped that this hotelcan help improve the welfare of the people of Kendari City. Buildinga star hotel in a developing city like Kendari is not an easy matter,because in the construction of a hotel, it must also pay attention tothe feasibility of building the hotel, both from the market, financialand technical aspects. The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility ofdeveloping Sutan Raja Hotel in Kendari City based on market,technical, and financial aspects. And to find out information andinput to the owner whether the construction of Sutan Raja Hotel inKendari City is feasible to be implemented in terms of market,technical, and financial aspects. The results of the technical aspects show that the construction ofSutan Raja Hotel in Kendari City is feasible, because it has a strategiclocation to carry out a business investment project for a hotel, withthe distance around relatively close to the tourist attractions andother entertainment places. From the market aspect to get hotelrooms rented at star hotels in Kendari City, it is found that thenumber of hotel rooms to be rented at Sutan Raja Hotel Kendari Cityis 12,370 units per year and will increase by 200-300 units annuallyfor 25 years of operation . The feasibility assessment of the projectproposal was carried out an analysis, namely NPV was generated Rp.320,941,000,000.00 (positive NPV) as desired, BCR obtained 2.55greater than 1, IRR obtained 26.512% greater than the 12%commercial interest rate

II. Meşrutiyet Döneminde İstanbul’da Sosyal Bir Problem Olarak Kumar İlleti

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, II. Meşrutiyet döneminde İstanbul’da toplumsal hayatı derinden etkileyen kumar illetinin yaygınlaşmasının sebeplerini ve Osmanlı Devleti’nin buna yönelik aldığı tedbirleri irdelemek olarak tanımlanır. II. Meşrutiyet dönemi, kronolojik olarak kısa bir zaman aralığını oluştursa da ekonomik ve toplumsal açıdan birçok sarsıntının yaşandığı, tarihsel açıdan çarpıcı bir süreci ifade eder. Bu dönemde görülen sıra dışılıkta; XIX. yüzyılda başlayan ve XX. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğine kadar süren savaşların etkileri, toprak kayıpları, meşruti yönetimle ilgili yaşanan siyasal gerilimler, özgürlükçü ortam, sosyo-ekonomik krizler, ödenemeyen maaşlar, göçler, Avrupa’nın kültürel ve fiziksel etkisine açık olma durumu etkili olmuştur. Yaşanan sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasal gerilimler toplumu derinden etkilemiş sosyal yapıda çözülmeler baş göstermiştir. Bu dönemde içki, kumar, sefâhat ve fuhuş gibi eylemlerin artışı sosyal çözülmenin varlığına işaret etmektedir. II. Meşrutiyet döneminde kumar illeti toplumun sosyal ve ahlakî yapısını sarsıcı boyutlara ulaşmış, aile yapısı zarar görmüş, özellikle memurlar arasında kumarın yayılması devletin itibarını sarsmıştır. Kumarın toplumsal bir hastalığa dönüşmesi Osmanlı hükümetlerinin tedbir almasını gerekli kılmış, ancak yapılan yasal düzenlemeler ve alınan polisiye tedbirler kumarı önleyememiştir. İstanbul, devletin başkenti olarak mevcut sorunları ve gerilimleri en derinden hisseden şehir olmuştur. XIX. yüzyılın ikinci yarısından itibaren Batı tarzı bir başkente dönüşme sancıları çeken şehirde, aynı anda Batılı yaşam tarzı da etkili olmaya başlamıştır. Bu meyanda eğlence hayatı renklenmiş, kulüpler, barlar, lokantalar, gazinolar ve oteller yeni eğlence mekânlarını oluşturmuştur. Osmanlı başkentinin geleneksel dokusu bozulmuş, kahvehanelerde ve diğer mekânlarda içki, kumar ve sefâhat belirgin hale gelmiştir. Araştırmanın temel kaynağını Cumhurbaşkanlığı Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivindeki belgeler oluşturmuştur. İlaveten dönemin süreli yayınlarından yararlanılmıştır.

تداعیات جائحة کورونا علی قطاع الأعمال

وجهت جائحة فيروس کورونا (کوفيد-19) ضربة موجعة إلى اقتصاد عالمي يعاني بالفعل من الهشاشة، ومع أن النطاق الکأمل للآثار البشرية والإقتصادية للجائحة لن يتضح قبل مرور بعض الوقت، فإن الخسائر في هذين المجإلىن ستکون کبيرة، وتجعل مواطن الضعف القائمة بالفعل على صعيد الاقتصاد الکلي بلدان الأسواق الصاعدة والبلدان النامية عرضة لاضطرابات اقتصادية ومإلىة، وقد يحد هذا من قدرة وفعإلىة المساندة على صعيد السياسات في وقت تشتد فيه الحاجة إلىه وذلک على المستويين العالمي والوطني، وتمثلت هذه التداعيات في ضرورة غلق جميع المؤسسات التي تأثرت بالجائحة والتي تمثلت في المدارس والجأمعات والشرکات والمصانع وأماکن الترفيه وشرکات السياحة، وکان لابد للحکومة أن تتخذ مجموعة من القرارات والتدابير لمواجهة الأزمة الإقتصادية والصحية، والتي نتج عنها تداعيات اقتصادية واجتماعية کان لها تأثير على المجتمع، ومن ثم تمثلت في ترکيز الدولة على العمالة المصرية خاصة العاملين في القطاعين الخاص وغير النظامي مما نتج عنه ج تدهور أوضاعهم وفقدان موادهم الأساسية لتلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية لأسرهم. وتمثلت الدراسة في معرفة ماهية جائحة کورونا، وکيف أثرت على الإقتصاديات العالمية، والأثار التي نتجت عن جائحة کورونا وتأثيرها على قطاعات الأعمال، وأيضا معرفة أهم التبعات التي خلفتها الأزمة العالمية على معدلات البطالة، من خلال ذلک وفي ظل الأزمة قامت منظمة العمل الدولية التابعة للأمم المتحدة تقريرا يشير لأهم التبعات التي حدثت في قطاع الأعمال نتيجة تأثرة بتفشي فيروس کورونا المستجد کوفيد-19 و ما يلية من إجراءات تتضمن تخفيف العمالة وأيضا تخفيف عدد ساعات العمل والقطاعات الأشد تضرر بإنتشار فيروس الکورونا. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has dealt a severe blow to a global economy already in fragility. Although the full scale of the human and economic impacts of the pandemic will not be clear for some time، the losses in these two areas will be significant. Already existing macroeconomic weaknesses make emerging market and developing countries vulnerable to economic and financial turmoil، and this may limit the capacity and effectiveness of policy support at a time when it is most needed at the global and national levels. Dampak Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Perilaku Belajar Siswa

This research is based on the fact that there are still students who do not understand the use of social media properly so that it has an impact on student learning behavior at school. This has an effect on the unsatisfactory student learning outcomes at school because social media is not used for learning but is used more as a place of entertainment. Based on this, this study will reveal how the influence of the use of social media on learning behavior. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative data collection using a Likert scale. Then analyzed using the help of the SPSS 16.00 for windows program. The results of this study can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of social media on student learning behavior as evidenced by the results of testing the accepted hypothesis are Ha and Ho which is indicated by the value of t = 6.011, which is greater than t table = 2.001. Then the level of influence of the use of social media on student learning behavior is in the high category indicated by the tcount value of 6.011. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that excessive use of social media has a profound effect on learning behavior at school.

The establishment of national park system: A new milestone for the field of nature conservation in China

National park is one of the most significant natural protected areas. It takes ecological environment, natural resources protection and moderate tourism development as the basic strategy, and realizes effective protection in a large range through moderate development in a small scope. It not only eliminates the development and utilization methods that contradict the protection objectives, but also provides opportunities and places for tourism, scientific research, education and entertainment for the public. It is an effective protection and management mode to deal with the relationship between ecological environment protection and resource development and utilization. China's National Park System is a milestone in the field of natural protected areas. It is necessary to study the path to build China's National Park System. This paper has explored the connotation of China's National Park, provided an overview of China National Park System Pilot Project, and analyzed the progress of establishing China's National Park System. It has been concluded that the ten national park system pilot areas have made much progress in the aspects of manage system, operation mechanism, natural ecosystem protection and restoration, property rights of natural resources assets, and community participation.

Epidemiological characteristics of clustering outbreaks of 51 cases of COVID-19 in Xinyang, He’nan

Objective To analyze the occurrence characteristics and epidemic regularity of a new epidemic situation of COVID-19, and we provide scientific basis for formulating strategies and measures for epidemic prevention and control. Methods According to the “Guidelines for Epidemiological Investigation of Aggregated Epidemic Situation of COVID-19 (Trial Version)” by the National Health and Medical Commission, 274 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 11 asymptomatic infections reported from January 13 to March 2, 2020 were carried out epidemiological investigations. Results There were a total of 51 cases of COVID-19 epidemic outbreaks in Xinyang City. The first case had 31 cases (60.78%) with travel or residence history in Wuhan and other places. The median incubation period was 7 days, and the median number of infections was 2. Including family gatherings were 45 cases (88.24%), mixed gathering 4 cases (7.84%), working gathering 2 cases (3.92%). A total of 139 confirmed cases and 10 asymptomatic infections were involved, accounting for 52.28% of the city′s total number of cases. There were 48 imported cases (32.21%), 101 local cases (67.79%); 85 first-generation cases (57.05%), 63 second-generation cases (42.28%), and 1 third-generation case (0.67%). In the history of exposure, there were 84 cases (56.38%) living together, 51 cases (34.23%) sharing dinner together, 12 cases (8.05%) in close working place, and 2 cases (1.34%) gathering in entertainment places. Conclusion The 51 cases of clustered epidemic is dominated by families. The exposure history of the cases is mostly living together and eating together. The first case of most clustered epidemics is those who traveled or lived in Wuhan and other places. The causes of most cases were linked with the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan, Hubei. 摘要：目的 分析新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情的发生特点和流行规律, 为制定疫情防控策略和措施提供科学依 据。 方法 根据国家卫健委《新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情流行病学调查指南 (试行第一版) 》, 对 2020 年 1 月 13 日—3 月 2 日报告的 274 例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例及 11 例无症状感染者开展流行病学调查研究。 结果 信阳市新冠肺 炎聚集性疫情共发生 51 起, 首例病例有武汉等地旅行或居住史者 31 起 (60.78%) , 发病潜伏期中位数为 7 d, 传染人数 中位数为 2 人。包括家庭聚集 45 起 (88.24%) , 混合聚集 4 起 (7.84%) , 工作聚集 2 起 (3.92%)。共涉及 139 例确诊病例 及 10 例无症状感染者, 占全市总病例数的 52.28%。输入性病例 48 例 (32.21%) , 本地病例 101 例 (67.79%) ; 一代病例 85 例 (57.05%) , 二代病例 63 例 (42.28%) , 三代病例 1 例 (0.67%)。暴露史有共同居住生活的 84 例 (56.38%) , 共同聚餐的 51 例 (34.23%) , 工作场所密切接触的 12 例 (8.05%) , 娱乐场所聚集的 2 例 (1.34%)。 结论 51 起聚集性疫情以家庭聚 集性为主; 病例的暴露史多为有共同居住生活史和共同聚餐史; 多数聚集性疫情的首例病例有武汉等地旅行或居 住史。

Application Status of Carbon Nanotubes in Fire Detection Sensors

With the rapid development of the city, all kinds of high-rise buildings, large shopping malls and entertainment places have been built one after another. There are some hidden dangers of fire accidents. Effective prevention and monitoring of fire is the focus of fire prevention and control field. As the information source of fire prevention and control, the preparation of fire detection sensor with high sensitivity and short response time is of great significance for fire prevention and monitoring. At present, the commonly used fire detection sensors mainly include CO sensor, temperature sensor and flame sensor. With the development of material technology in recent years, especially the development of carbon nanotube technology, a new fire detection sensor represented by carbon nanotube materials has emerged. In this paper, the research progress of carbon nanotubes in fire detection sensors is reviewed. The applications of carbon nanotubes in CO detection, flame light detection and temperature detection are discussed in detail. Finally, the development trend of fire detection sensors based on carbon nanotubes is proposed, and the development direction of fire detection sensors in the Internet of things is prospected.

MOTIVASI DUGEM REMAJA PARTY GOERS DI KOTA BATAM

Changes that are so rapid in the city of Batam, inevitable changes in people's behavior, especially with the global competition makes Batam city continue to strive to continue to make changes that make people continue to be encouraged. Teenagers play a role in this, but it is unfortunate that teenagers today only want to live for pleasure. Many teenagers look for an entertainment place for them, one of the places that become the area of teenagers is a clubbing. Batam city is a city that is located close to neighboring Singapore. It has a very exotic night, which will make teenagers will be entertained and dissolved things that make them happy and can forget the problems they are facing. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of clubbing teenage party-goers in Batam City. this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were 2 teenage party-goers in Batam City, aged 22-23 years who have a clubbing hobby ranging from 2-4 times a week. Retrieval of data in this study using the interview method. Intrinsic motivation is the basis of each research subject when doing clubbing activities that are based on the problem factors they face to get entertainment and pleasure because they feel tired and burdened with the work and lectures they live. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivation arising from clubbing activities they do result from the influence of invitations of others and the element of avoiding punishment for not wanting to be considered as people who are not loyal friends. From the results of the interview, it was obtained that the motivation of clubbing teenagers in party-goers in Batam was rooted because there was an intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

Survival of Makyung in Kelantan: The Challenge under the Federal Centric Environment

Makyung is one of the many traditional performances from the Malaysian region that has shaped the Malay national cultural identity. It has been recognized as one of the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangibles of Humanity in 2001 as well as part of intangible cultural heritage having significant cultural values propounded by the UNESCO International Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage of 2003 (ICH Convention). However, the State of Kelantan had enacted the Entertainment Control and Places of Entertainment Enactment (1998) (KECE 1998) that clearly prohibits any entertainment containing prohibited elements according to Islamic principles. Currently, the performance of makyung was allowed with certain modifications but recently, there is an intention by the state government of Kelantan to prohibit Makyung totally. It is to be noted that there are overlapping powers between the Federal and the State jurisdictions with regard to the safeguarding of makyung. At federal level, the National Heritage Act 2005 (the NHA) is the existing law in Malaysia for the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage inspired by the establishment of the ICH Convention. However, the NHA is a general law that is inadequate at giving comprehensive protection to makyung since heritage matter falls under the Concurrent List of the Ninth Schedule of the Federal Constitution where the State also has the legislative power to make law with regard to the same. In order to address this conflict, there is a need to examine the provisions in the Federal Constitutions, the NHA, KECE 1998 and evaluate to what extent these laws safeguard the performance of makyung. This study examines the conflicts in powers between both Federal and the State Legislations which powers are guaranteed by the Constitution. This study uses the qualitative research method, where a doctrinal research is conducted. This paper contends that, both powers must come to a compromise and meet halfway for the preservation of the heritage.

Jatim Park 3 is a tourist destination in Batu City with the concept of a blend of tourism and education. There are several rides in Jatim Park 3, namely; Dino Park, Indonesian Music Gallery, Fun Tech Plaza, 6D Cinema, etc. Social media marketing trends are also found in the tourism industry in Indonesia and Jawa Timur Park 3 is a new place of entertainment and education in Batu Tourism City which is not yet widely known by the general public, considering that this tourist spot was only inaugurated in November 2017. So that JTP 3 needs to be vigorous to carry out marketing activities to introduce its products to the wider community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing, Brand Equity and destination image on visiting interests. The population in this study were all followers of Jatim Park 3 social media accounts in the form of facebook, by taking a sample of 150 people. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are the analytical methods used, and the results of the research show that social media marketing influences visiting interests. Brand Equity / Brand Equity affects the interest in visiting. Destination image has no significant effect on visiting interest.

Dance has been defined as a significant theme in Byzantine cultural life as in many other cultures. This was mostly subjected in works of art created by artists which then became an illegal seal of the empire. Descriptions, on works creating different groups in terms of quality and function, mediated to achieve information about the place of entertainment and joy in the cultural life of the empire. The descriptions, providing some data in visual respects, have become known through the identity of a spokesman from the period talking about all these aspects. In this study, it was tried to discuss with the visuals how Byzantines, who embraced a new religion and organised their life in line with this religion, perceived and described the dance; where and at what intervals they performed this sequence of actions in a show perception; what they followed in these performances as style, content, and method; how they postponed the partial pressure caused by religion through dance; how the persons performing the dance were generally accepted as a visual expression belonging to woman; whether they could integrate the comfort achieved by a free body into religious and private life and how they subjected all these elements in the artistic field by showing unity.

도시 습지공원에 관한 연구 - 중국 하얼빈 췬리 국립 도시 습지공원을 대상으로 -

With the rapid urban development and population growth, urban environment experiences increased pressure resulting in worse ecological problems. As a transitional ecosystem, urban wetlands have important ecological functions such as regulation, buffering and filtration in the city. Therefore, construction of urban wetland parks has important ecological functions to the health of ecosystems, such as water storage, flood control, drought prevention, control of water and soil, climate regulation, and increasing species diversity. The construction of an urban wetland park not only provides a place for science education, rest, and entertainment to public, but also protects the existing wetland and improves the quality of urban environment. It’s also important to understand the performance of the wetland system. Nevertheless, over the past years, there’s no evaluation system has been established. This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system and determined the weight value for each evaluation index by questionnaires and AHP software. Furthermore, this paper took Harbin Qunli National Wetland as an example to conduct a practical evaluation of its wetland performance. The data to support the evaluation indexes were obtained through a combination of literature review, field investigation, lab test and mathematical modeling methodologies. The results showed that ecology was as important as environment in the wetland evaluation system, and water quality, soil environment, water resources and species diversity had the highest proportion among the small indicators. Harbin qunli national wetland park is in good condition.

Analysis on the current situation and key problems of artificial island development in China

The artificial island is an important way to develop and utilize the resources of sea areas, islands, and mudflats. The land formed by it has increased artificial shoreline. It is the way of reclamation with advanced concepts in the world and has been paid more and more attention. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of artificial island development in China, the key problems of artificial island development were analyzed. The exploitation of artificial islands can be divided into 4 categories: industrial production land, transportation place, tourism and entertainment place, and urban construction land of comprehensive utilization. The key issues in the development of artificial islands include the fundamental data, site selection, plane shape, foundation treatment, seawall design, ecological environmental impact, full consideration of extreme events and abundant funds. Site selection is the core of the key problems of artificial island development, which is mainly restricted by functional requirements and also influenced by natural conditions.

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTERACTIVE SYSTEM FOR ZOO APPLICATION USING SMART MOBILE PHONE AND QR CODE

This paper presents an interactive application to be used in an important entertainment place visited by young, old and children on holidays and vacations to spend fun times. The system consists of the zoo's mobile application, quick response (QR) code technology as front end, and network system as back end. The mobile application helps the visitor to scan the QR tag that attached on each animal's cage to send the request to a network system that processes the request and returns the result to the visitor's mobile screen in the form either text or text to speech. on the other side, the network system consists of a network provider to provide services that enable the visitor's mobile to access the system and the main server which contains animal's information in three languages; English, Arabic and French. The system provides several capabilities, such as playing audio files stored in the server which contains the animal’s voice. The visitor can also see a list of pets that the zoo administration has offered for sale where the visitor can buy any pet that he/she wants. The aim of this system is to facilitate the visitor's tour of the zoo by using modern technology to make the tour fun and non-routine.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUTUSAN PENDUDUK MASUK DALAM PEMILIHAN LOKASI PERUMAHAN DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

The housing complex in Banda Aceh City has been built up and spread to the suburbs. The condition of one housing with other housing is different. This study aims to identify consumer decision factors in choosing housing location, and identify dominant consumer decision factors in choosing housing locations in Banda Aceh City. Respondents in this study were residents entering the city of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study was set at 150 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The factors evaluated are accessibility factors, completeness of infrastructure and facilities, facilities, environmental conditions, prices and services, and buildings. Data processing used validity test, and reliability test, while data analysis used descriptive analysis and principal factor analysis (PCA). The results showed that the dominant consumer decision factor in choosing housing locations is accessibility and service factors with a variance of 24.798%. Indicators of accessibility and service factors are proximity to the workplace, proximity to the main road, proximity to the city center, proximity to trade facilities, proximity to educational facilities, proximity to banking service facilities, proximity to government offices, proximity to recreational/ entertainment places, proximity to sports venues, proximity to terminals, ease of reaching locations without significant obstacles, prices according to facilities and infrastructure offered.

Global-local knowledge exchange and the emergence of translocal spaces in the city: The case of Belgrade

The focus of this paper is exploration of translocal spaces through examination of global-local knowledge exchange between middling migrants and ?cosmopolitan? locals in semi-peripheral urban contexts. Translocal spaces are taken as concrete places (workplace, venue of business meeting, places for entertainment and recreation, public spaces, etc.) where interactions between middling migrants and the local population occur and where global and local knowledge, experience and practice are exchanged. The analysis is based on the results of qualitative research conducted in Belgrade (from November 2018 to March 2019). The sample is composed of 42 respondents: 21 middling migrants (well-educated transmigrants employed in international companies, developmental agencies, embassies and universities) and 21 ?cosmopolitan? locals (Serbian employees in international companies and agencies who have been educated abroad and/or have a rich experience of working in a multinational environment). The paper focuses on two aspects: (1) opportunities and obstacles for globallocal knowledge exchange; and (2) spaces in Belgrade where this exchange most frequently occurs and that, as a consequence, become translocal.
