The rapid development of information technology provides great benefits in the business world, but its utilization must be aligned with industry goals to avoid failures arising from lack of planning PT Hariansyah Karya Group is a service provider company with various business units under its auspices facing challenges in selecting and implementing information systems and information technology in accordance with business needs. This research focuses on designing an integrated enterprise architecture using the The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) framework and the Architecture Development Method (ADM) to meet the business needs of PT Hariansyah Karya Group and analyze business needs and design appropriate architectural solutions. The research includes five main phases of TOGAF ADM: Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The results of the research are used as a guide for developing an integrated information system at PT Hariansyah Karya Group that can increase operational efficiency, improve coordination between business units, and support company growth to adapt to technological developments. In addition, this research aims to improve the performance and efficiency of business processes at PT Hariansyah Karya Group after the implementation of the new enterprise architecture. With good enterprise architecture planning and in accordance with business strategy, PT Hariansyah Karya Group is expected to optimize its business processes and reduce the risk of information system implementation failure.

The progress of time and rapid technological advancements have driven higher education institutions and other educational organizations to adopt Enterprise Architecture (EA) as a strategic approach to planning and managing their information systems. EA planning begins with an in-depth analysis of the academic literature study environment, including a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced. Subsequently, business requirement mapping is conducted to identify the strategic goals and objectives that the information system must achieve. Structured approaches like TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) are often used as a guide in EA planning to ensure consistency and sustainability of the information system. Additionally, it is important to note that EA planning does not solely focus on technical aspects but also involves organizational, human, and process aspects. This includes mapping roles and responsibilities in information system management, developing the skills and capabilities of human resources, and designing effective business processes. By adopting Enterprise Architecture planning for academic literature studies, educational institutions can optimize the use of information technology to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in the learning and research processes. In some educational institutions, there are still issues, such as challenges in managing student data, lack of educator performance, and others. Therefore, the implementation of information technology has a profound impact on improving the management of university and school systems. Each educational institution should have standards to enhance business agreements and strategies. Enterprise Architecture can be utilized by schools and universities to facilitate the student admission process through the implementation of various systems. The results of the journal evaluation show that the majority of research studies use TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) as a framework to generate an Enterprise Architecture blueprint that can be utilized for integrating information systems, thus demonstrating that the implementation of enterprise architecture can influence the improvement of business process efficiency in the education sector. Additionally, there are differences in frameworks among previous studies, such as the utilization of Enterprise Architecture Planning and Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework. Each research journal also presents certain strengths and weaknesses, such as the ineffectiveness of including required cost estimates, among others.

Department of communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO) Semarang requires the design of appropriate information technology architecture in order to perform its function as a government institution that is able to provide excellent service to the community. Therefore, the application of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) as an Information Technology Architecture Design methodology was chosen to make it easier to design the right information technology architecture.This study aims to design the architecture of Information Technology in the Department of communication and information Semarang using EAP methodology. The research methodology used in the form of literature studies and direct observation in the field to collect information about infrastructure, applications, and data available at the Semarang district communication and Information Office.The results of this study are several implementation plans that need to be done, such as hardware and software updates,human resources training,Local Government Application Development, Local Government Network Development, E Office and Website Development. Each domain has components that are interrelated and grouped into subdomains, making it easier to manage. The design of this information technology architecture can help the Semarang district communication and Information Office in improving the current information system and improving its performance in providing services to the community.

Leveraging TOGAF ADM for Enterprise Architecture in West Seram Environment Agency

Despite its critical role in environmental governance, the West Seram Environment Agency in Maluku has yet to fully integrate information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) into its operational processes. Recognizing the pivotal role of IS/IT in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, this study proposes an innovative enterprise architecture planning approach to facilitate IS/IT development within the agency. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study utilizes The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). This method concentrates on three key domains: business architecture, information systems architecture, and technology architecture. The results of this research offer a suite of IS/IT solutions tailored to the agency's needs. These include the strategic recruitment and development of appropriate work systems, implementation of comprehensive IS/IT work plans, advanced data processing techniques, creation of digital-based applications, and the design and implementation of efficient network topologies. These solutions are poised to revolutionize the agency's operations, significantly enhancing its capacity for environmental management and governance.

Processing of patient data at the Mulia Mother and Child Hospital has so far been carried out on a paper-based basis and there has been no data integration between the registration, polyclinic, pharmacy and medical records departments. In order for better service and patient data processing to support decision making and provide fast and accurate information, enterprise architecture analysis and planning is needed. The aim of this research is enterprise architecture planning for information systems and information technology that will be applied to maternal and child hospitals in line with the vision and mission so that strategic objectives can be achieved. The research uses the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method with the Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM has eight stages, this research only uses five stages, namely Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The research results are in the form of an information system and information technology blueprint that can support business processes to achieve the strategic goals expected by Mulia mother and child hospital. Apart from that, the TOGAF ADM method produces architectural designs according to the institution's vision and mission, so that it can overcome existing problems.

Information system planning becomes the most important role to support technological advances in the future. The planning made is regarding the inventory and financial information system in accordance with the problems that exist in BULOG Subdivre Bandung. The purpose of this research is to make information system architecture planning at BULOG Sub Dirve Bandung using the Enterprise Architecture Planning method. The model that will be used in the enterprise architecture is the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) model. This definition of enterprise architecture focuses on data, application, and technology architectures to support business functions and the plans to be implemented on that architecture. The results of the research carried out are blueprints in the form of recommendations for inventory and financial information systems at BULOG Subdivre Bandung, which produce 3 main business processes, in data architecture it produces 15 entities, and 4 applications and for technology architecture, which produces technology proposals that will be used in the future. will come.

Research conducted by designing Enterprise Architecture Planning for this group of business actors is expected to be able to encourage business progress and business quality, such as changes in promotion strategies and sales transactions. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a modern approach to planning data quality and achieving information system missions, including the steps taken to define the architecture for using information to support business and plan the implementation of that architecture. The results of the research are in the form of system architecture design, interface architecture design, and technology architecture design. The resulting architectural design allows for more open coordination between IT and business units, providing businesses with opportunities to prioritize investments and making it easy to test the current architecture against long-term goals.

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is an enterprise architecture modeling to assist management in managing utilization and development of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT). ITTP in the utilization and development of IS/IT to fulfill its academic services, there is an Information Systems and Technology (STI) unit as the manager of service utilization and development. The problem with the STI ITTP service unit is that there is no IS/IT enterprise architecture model to support the development of its services. The solution to this problem requires an information and communication technology enterprise architecture model covering business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure to be more organized using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method. The results of this study are compiling the Architectural matrix that exists in the ITTP STI unit services in the form of business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure, with research material data obtained from interviews and observations on the ITTP STI unit. The preparation of the matrix can later help the quality of the role of managing the utilization and development of IS/IT as expected by the STI ITTP unit.

Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Food and Nutrition (SEAMEO RECFON), is an organization of Southeast Asian ministers of education that focuses on food and nutrition. Currently, the application of SI / IT in the SEAMEO RECFON environment is not optimal, referring to the data base system that has not been integrated so that data and information exchange is not effective, the SI / IT investment made has also not given a good return, the training program in the field of food and nutrition each year is consistently not optimal, and several performance indicators are found not to meet their targets. Therefore, enterprise architecture planning is needed at SEAMEO RECFON which aims to formulate the principles and fundamentals of SEAMEO RECFON in accordance with the direction of its goals so as to produce healthy business processes, systems that can support training activities in the fields of food and nutrition, operations and infrastructure that can support the system to run well. This enterprise architecture planning is made using TOGAF (The Open Group of Architecture Framework) version 9.2 with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. This enterprise architecture planning produces a map of the main activities and support for food and nutrition training at SEAMEO RECFON, stakeholders, their focus, business objectives and basic principles, blueprints for business architecture targets, information systems architecture, technology architecture, and application implementation roadmap.

The information system currently used at SMP Binar Ilmu Boarding School (BIBS) is only local. The applications used are still not integrated, and have different platforms and database types. This will greatly affect the speed and reliability in carrying out the process of collecting, storing, searching and processing data and also distributing information to school management.The purpose and objective of this research is to analyze the business needs of BIBS as a whole and align it with the school's strategy in order to create an integrated information system with the EAP method so as to produce a clear blueprint to support school governance in the use of information. Enterprise architecture planning is carried out by analyzing business processes at BIBS which include 3 main business processes, namely: New Student Admission, Teaching and Learning Process, and Student Graduation. As well as 3 supporting business processes, namely: Islamic Boarding School Management, ICT Management, and Counseling and Women's Talent Interest Development Management. The results of the research carried out are planning for school information system architecture at BIBS, in the form of recommendations for information system architecture development.

The Modeling Of Laboratory Information Systems In Higher Education Based On Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) For Optimizing Monitoring And Equipment Maintenance

The laboratory is a place to conduct scientific research, experiments, measurements, or scientific training. FMIPA UNNES has several laboratories distributed in each department to support student lectures. Through the implementation of practicum in the laboratory, students are expected to be able to find a concept, foster scientific attitudes, and critical thinking skills. Good laboratory management is expected to be able to utilize laboratory resources effectively and efficiently. Laboratory equipment must be ensured to function properly and be ready to be used for practicum. To support this, it is necessary to monitor the condition of the equipment and immediately repair the equipment if any damage is found. The current obstacle is monitoring tool repairs manually, so there are shortcomings such as poor documentation, and equipment conditions that cannot be monitored online. In this study, an information system for monitoring the maintenance of laboratory equipment in the departments in the FMIPA UNNES environment will be built. The research method begins with a literature study, initial data collection and observation, EAP-based system design, system testing, system analysis, and system evaluation. This study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach which is used to develop a product for the Monitoring Information System for the Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment. Testing is done using black box testing. From the results of development and testing, it can be concluded that the system can be used to simplify the process of managing laboratory equipment with a UAT value of 88% suitable for use.

The Integrated Information System Implementation Strategy in Korlantas Polri Based on the Zachman Framework Approach

Traffic Police Corps (Korlantas Polri) is the executor of the main duties of the Indonesian National Police in the areas of security, safety, order and smooth traffic. Korlantas has some information that can be accessed by the public, namely information on congestion, accidents, traffic flow status, vital objects, road conditions, data and visual images from CCTV, public service conditions, and traffic infrastructure. However, these data are stand alone and not integrated with their respective applications and systems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy for implementing an integrated information system at Korlantas Polri and what steps can be taken to integrate the existing system. This study uses the Zachman Framework which is adapted to Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) and qualitative data collection methods by interviewing stakeholders who are involved in managing information systems at Korlantas Polri. The results obtained are the need for a data warehouse by implementing an AI based integrated database system, Geospatial Information System, Business Intelligence and DSS, as well as Smart Visualization to visualize existing data. Then standardize the need for equipment and support for improving the ability of personnel in the IT field.

SMP Negeri 04 Cepiring is the first level educational institution that was established in 1998. So far, school inventory data processing has used MS. Word and MS Excel however, the process takes a long time so it is less effective and efficient. SMP Negeri 04 Cepiring requires an inventory data processing management information system to solve this problem. Inventory data processing information system was built using Enterprise Architecture Planning and using BDMS MySQL as database. The resulting inventory data processing management information system can perform data processing such as entry and exit data, data destruction, mutation or changes that are more accurate.

The Hospital Information System (SIRS) provides services to the community in accordance with Health Law no. 22 of 2004. The objects involved in planning this architecture have a big role in service as the main business, so it can be concluded that the role is active when there is a change in the information system architecture, for example in Soreang Hospital. The results of this study are in the form of an information technology blueprint based on the TOGAF roadmap.
