Abstract

Enterprise architecture planning is a tool that aims to create an alignment between information technology and business for organizational needs. In this case, we will discuss how to use the TOGAF framework in creating an enterprise architecture plan with four components, namely business architecture, information (data), technology, and applications. The Hospital Information System (SIRS) provides services to the community in accordance with Health Law no. 22 of 2004. The objects involved in planning this architecture have a big role in service as the main business, so it can be concluded that the role is active when there is a change in the information system architecture, for example in Soreang Hospital. The results of this study are in the form of an information technology blueprint based on the TOGAF roadmap.
