We continue the IEEE Engineering Management Review Technology Manager's Notebook series of tech entrepreneur profiles, the movers and shakers in technology industries. Entrepreneurship requires change agents, leaders who are innovative, proactive, and risk-takers. Entrepreneurship often requires technology and engineering insights.
