Rearch on the Development Strategy of Qinghai Clean Energy Demonstration Province

With the new round of power system reform and the in-depth advancement of “Internet +” smart energy, the Qinghai Provincial Government has issued a series of related policies and studies on the major requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping to “make Qinghai an important national new energy industry base”. The development strategy of Qinghai Province’s clean energy demonstration province has become a top priority. This article combines China’s new energy consumption kinetic energy, new models and new forms of energy industry development, summarizes the five bottlenecks in the development of Qinghai’s energy sector based on the actual situation in Qinghai Province, and explores the new energy consumption mechanism of Qinghai Province from four aspects combined with examples. It also puts forward five suggestions on energy policies that promote the development of new energy consumption models and new business forms in Qinghai.

The Strategic Choice of Hexi New Energy Base under the Framework of the Silk Road Economic Belt: Based on the SWOT Analysis

The author uses a SWOT method to analyze the advantage, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Hexi new energy industry base.And on this basis,the author put forward a suggestion and countermeasures of new energy industry base, such as SO Strategies, ST Strategies, WO Strategies, and WT Strategies. Then,the article comes up with some suggestions to promote the development of the new energy base .

Study on the Flow of Rural Labor Force and the Contribution of Terrain Factor in Shaanxi, China

Abstract The flow of rural labor to urban is a significant phenomenon in China during the last 20 years. In spite of many researches focus on the driving force of economy, terrain is an important index in the rural development. There is a question that whether the flow of rural labor has some relationships with terrain. The study used the relief degree of land surface (RDLS) as terrain index, and the cost distance model and the center of gravity model to analyze the relationship between terrain and labor flows. The results indicated: (1) In the last 20 years, the rural labor force was not simply flowing to the low terrain region in Shaanxi province. And the RDLS was constantly strengthening the influence on the movement. (2) The RDLS was low in Guanzhong region, and the translation of rural labors relatively was not significant. The Current State and Future Strategy for Utilizing Biomass Energy in Beijing

In recent years, the biomass energy industry has become an important part of the construction of “Green Beijing” and has begun to grow. This paper analyzes the resource availability, present situation, and existing problems with biomass energy in Beijing. In addition, it examines the advantages and disadvantages of developing biomass energy in Beijing, and proposes future development strategies. The findings are: 1) developing and utilizing biomass energy effectively and appropriately in suburban Beijing to improve livelihoods and the environment; 2) making full use of the technological, knowledge, and information advantages in Beijing by building an R&D base for biomass energy technologies; and 3) funds and technology should be transferred externally to establish a biomass energy industry base in regions outside of Beijing.
