Composite endometrial carcinosarcoma, leiomyofibroma, and infiltrating cervical epidermoid carcinoma in the same uterus

A report is presented of a composite carcinosarcoma, formed of a conjoined endometrial adenocarcinoma and endometrial sarcoma and developing as an intracavitary mass from the midline of the uterine fundus. Within the same uterus were found an unrelated and apparently coincidental benign leiomyofibroma and an infiltrating cervical epidermoid carcinoma.
