4년제 대학생들의 학년별 취업준비행동 비교연구 -C 대학을 사례로-

본 연구에서는 대학 재학생들의 학년별 취업준비행동 등을 파악하여 취업률 향상을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집을 바탕으로 빈도분석 및 대학생들의 학년별 취업준비행동의 차이를 알아보기 위해 교차분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 복수전공 선택, 재학 중 직장경험, 어학연수 경험, 재학 중 진로설정, 취업목표 설정, 재학 중 일자리 탐색, 취업활동 참여, 직업관련 교육/훈련, 자격증 취득 등의 취업준비행동에 있어 모든 항목이 학년별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학년별 대학생들의 취업준비 활성화 방향에 대한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 적극적인 취업의지 고취가 필요하다. 둘째, 어학연수 기회확대, 자격증 취득을 위한 제도적 뒷받침이 필요하다. 셋째, 지방대학의 경우, 학생들의 기초학력 증진을 통한 취업역량 강화가 필요하다. In this study, it was to prepare a plan for improving the employment rate of college students after identifying employment preparation behavior by grade level. Based on data collected in this study, frequency analysis was analyzed and in order to find out the difference of employment preparation behavior between grade level, Cross-analysis was performed. The results, all items showed that significant differences by grade level in preparation for employment actions such as choice of a double major, workers' experience in college education services, language training experience in foreign countries, setting career in college education services, setting a goal for employment, seeking for employment in college education services, participation in employment activity for researching job, education/training-related job, having an official license. Implications for activation direction of employment preparation of college student by grade level is as follows. First, it is necessary for encouraging actively employment intention of the students. Second, there is a need for institutional support for certification and expanding language training opportunities. Third, in the case of a local university, it is necessary for enhancing competency for employment through the promotion of basic education for students.

4년제 대학생의 취업목표설정이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 4년제 대학생의 취업준비행동에 있어 취업목표설정이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 어떠한 취업준비행동이 취업목표달성에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한국고용정보원에서 제공하는 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(GOMS) 중 '2011GOMS1'을 활용하였다. 분석결과 취업목표를 설정한 경우가 취업목표를 설정하지 않은 경우보다 취업준비행동에 더 적극적인 것으로 나타났으며 취업목표달성에 영향을 미치는 취업준비행동으로는 경력개발프로그램 중 직장체험프로그램이 정(+)적인 영향을, 진로 및 취업교과목이 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이번 연구를 통해 목표설정유무는 취업준비행동에 긍정적으로 기여함을 확인하였다. 하지만 목표설정이 취업준비행동을 유발하지만 이것이 곧 목표달성을 가져 오는 것이 아니므로 대학생들이 합리적인 진로목표를 설정할 수 있도록 하는 상담 및 프로그램 운영과 함께 체계적인 취업교과목 운영, 직장체험의 기회 확대해야 할 것이다. The issue of this research is to verify the influence of effort that university students putting and employment goal setting regarding employment preparation behavior. And which behavior affects to the employment goal achievement. This research could surely find that it is positive to employment goal setting. But employment goal setting is not enough to get a actual job. So we should manage job counseling program, and methodical subjects which is directly connected to employment. And also we have to enlarge the opportunity to experience actual job to help graduate students to get a job.

일부지역 대학생의 자아존중감과 취업, 외모의 관련성 연구

본 연구는 2015년 5~6월 기간 동안 D지역 대학교 학생 483명을 대상으로 성별, 학년별, 전공계열별 자아존중감, 취업, 외모 관련성을 조사하였다. 자아존중감은 1, 4학년에서 높게 조사되었으며 소속계열별 군사경찰대학, 의과(학)대학이 높게 조사되었다. 취업스트레스는 4학년이 가장 높게 조사되었으며 세무경영대학, 의료공과대학이 높게 조사되었다. 취업준비행동은 4학년이 가장 높게 조사되었고 재활복지교육대학이 가장 높았다. 외모관심도와 외모관리행동은 여학생, 4학년이 높게 나타났고 세무경영대학에서 높게 나타났다. 자아존중감 상위군이 하위군보다 취업준비행동, 외모관심도, 외모관리행동 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났고 자아존중감, 취업, 외모의 상관관계 분석결과에서 자아존중감이 높으면 취업준비행동도 높은 것으로 나타났으며 취업 스트레스는 적은 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 취업스트레스가 높으면 취업준비행동도 많이 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로 대학생활에서 자아존중감을 높이는 교육이 취업스트레스를 감소시키고 취업준비행동을 높일 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to relationship between self-esteem and employment, appearance. This survey was performed on 483 of university students in some regions. The research was performed using a self-reported questionnaire. Self-esteem was higher in the first, fourth grade and college of military science & police administration, college of medical science. Job-seeking stress was higher in the fourth grade and college of global business adminstration, college of medical engineering. Job preparation behavior was higher in the fourth grade and college of rehabilitation & welfare education. Interest in appearance & appearance management behavior was higher in the female, fourth grade, college of global business adminstration. Higher self-esteem group showed significant interactive effects between the job preparation behavior, appearance management behavior. Job-seeking stress has also been investigated as a much higher employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, increasing the self-esteem of education in the college will be able to raise the employment.

The Effect of Achievement Motivation of University Students on the Career Decision and Employment Preparation Behavior

This study aimed to examine the effects of achievement motivation of university students on the career decision and employment preparation behavior. A hypothetical model was set up to identify which factor of the achievement motivation affects career decision and employment preparation behavior. For this, a survey was conducted on 425 University students in Daegu, LISREL8.52 program was used for analysis of structural equation model and hypothesis test, and regression analysis was conducted to identify the influence of achievement motivation factors. The results include followings. First, achievement motivation presented significant effect on the career decision and employment preparation behavior, so hypothesis 1 and 2 were supported. Second, among 4 factors of achievement motivation, proficiency effort and ascent need had effect on career decision, and only proficiency effort had effect on employment preparation behavior. According to these results, discussions and implications were suggested at last.
