Objectives: The study aims to explore the significance of Human Resources Sustainability (HRS) and the advantages of transitioning to a Sustainable Workforce (SWF) system. It highlights the growing importance of integrating sustainability into HR practices as a key component of business strategies to improve employee engagement, environmental conservation, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage. Methods: The research focuses on identifying the critical components of HRS development and the optimal strategies for transitioning to an SWF. It evaluates the interplay between natural resources, financial assets, and human capital to determine the most effective practices for sustainable HR management.
