Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Organizational Citizhensip Behavior Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan pada Puskesmas Bola Kabupaten Sikka

The background of this research is health workers’ performance at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency was not optimal. This study aimed to (1) describe health workers performance, emotional intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior. (2) analyzing chiter partailly or simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on the work performance of health workers at Bola Health Center Sikka Regency. The population in this study were health workers at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency, totaling 64 people. This research was conducted through census or saturated sampling due limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hy pothesis testing in done through the t test and and F test. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the performance variabels of health workers, emotionaal intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the variabels of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on health workers performance. The statisticial results of the F test showed that simultancously the variables of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant influence on health workers performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the contribution of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on health workers performance in Bola Health Center wa 21,3%.

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Sikap Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka

The Background of this research was to (1) grasp the representation of employee performance, emotional intelligence, and work attitude;(2) analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, and work attitude on employee performance partially or simultaneously. The population in this research was employee of Local Government Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency as many as of 57 people. The research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to to limited population. Data were collected through questioner and analysed with descriptive and statistic inferential methods that was multiple regression linear. The hypothesis was done through F-test and t-test. The result of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, emotional intelligence, and work attitude were categorized as good. The result of the statistic t-test showed that partially the variable of emotional intelligence, and work attitude had a positive impact on employee performance. The statistic F-test showed that simultaneously the variable of emotional intelligence, and work attitude significantly affected employee performance. The result of the determination showed that both independent variables in this research could enlighten the fluctuation of employee at the Local Government Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency of 22,16%.

The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The number of samples used were Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in the Malang area, for the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method. The results showed: 1) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on OCB; 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB; 3) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on OCB; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 6) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on employee performance; 7) OCB has a significant effect on employee performance; 8) Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance through OCB.

Additionally, the investigation examines the influence of emotional intelligence on individual performance and the equilibrium between work and personal life. In general, the results emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence in enhancing job performance and the necessity for organizations to encourage the cultivation of emotional intelligence among their workforces.

Organizational Support and Emotional Intelligence on The Performance of Police Members Job Satisfaction Mediated and Emotional Personnel

We studied the impact of organizational support and Emotional Intelligence on the performance, job satisfaction, and emotions of Southeast Sulawesi Mapolda Police members. Using cluster proportional random sampling and SEM-PLS techniques, we analyzed data from 288 individuals. Our findings demonstrate the significant influence of organizational support and Emotional Intelligence on the performance, job satisfaction, and emotions of police members. Job satisfaction and personnel emotions have positive and significant impacts on performance, while emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, emotions, and performance. Our study highlights the importance of anger management as an integral part of organizational support for police members. Overall, our research provides a thoughtful insight into the impact of organizational support and Emotional Intelligence on police members and inspires further investigation into this crucial topic.

The Role of Job Satisfaction in Mediating The Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership on Employee Performance

The purpose of this study is to create and assess the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence and leadership on employee performance. This study employed a questionnaire approach that was carried out in line with the study's goals. Warmadewa College was the topic of this study, which had 45 participants. A likert scale was employed in this study to examine factors in testing validity and reliability. As an analytical technique, PLS-based SEM was employed in the investigation. The results of this study revealed that emotional intelligence has a negative and small impact on work satisfaction. Emotional intelligence has a strong and beneficial impact on performance. Leadership has a strong and beneficial impact on job satisfaction. Leadership has a strong and beneficial impact on performance. Job happiness has a strong and favorable impact on performance. Job happiness does not operate as a buffer between emotional intelligence and performance. Job happiness does not operate as a buffer between leadership and performance.

Sociodemographic Factors, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Quality of Work Life, and Their Association with Work Performance in Peruvian Health Workers

Introduction: This study addresses the influence of Emotional Intelligence (EI), work motivation, and quality of work life on the performance of health workers in Peru. Considering the relevance of these variables in clinical contexts, especially during stressful situations like the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective: The aim was to determine how these sociodemographic and psychosocial factors are associated with work performance in this sector. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional design was adopted, using a random sample of health workers from a significant hospital, with a minimum calculated sample size of 110 professionals. The tools used included the Quality of Life Scale, the Emotional Intelligence Scale, the Work Motivation Scale, and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire. Results: The results showed higher participation of health workers between the ages of 28 and 37. A significant correlation was found between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and work performance (r = 0,398, p < 0,01), as well as between quality of work life and work performance (r = 0,484, p < 0,01). However, work motivation did not show a significant correlation with performance (r = 0,099, p > 0,05). Additionally, the variables of being female and working in the care area were significantly related to better work performance. Conclusion: The study concludes that work performance in the health sector is positively influenced by Emotional Intelligence and quality of work life. These findings highlight the importance of emotional support, cooperation, and communication in health environments, as well as recognition through non-monetary incentives. This comprehensive approach may be key to improving productivity and the quality of patient care in health facilities.

ACHIEVING GOOD GOVERNANCE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA THROUGH EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATION

This study aims to investigate how the integration of emotional intelligence and leadership development in education can contribute to achieving good governance and promoting sustainable development in Nigeria. The study employs qualitative research method in which analytic approach was used to review literature on emotional intelligence and its important, influence of emotional intelligence on leadership and sustainable development, the role emotional intelligent play on good governance, and how emotional intelligence can be used to nurture leadership development in Nigeria education system. Drawing from analysis of relevant literature, the author advocates the integration of emotional intelligence into the curriculum. It is believed that integration of emotional intelligence would equip educators and students with self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. This would empower future leaders to navigate complex social landscapes. This, in turn, would enable them to address societal issues with a greater understanding of the human dimensions involved. The researcher made further recommendations which include inter alia, that: The Nigerian government should prioritize the integration of emotional intelligence and leadership development programs among Educators. Educators should emphasize ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability across various subjects and cultivation of leadership skills among students. Furthermore, more trained Guidance Counsellors should be employed in the Nigerian educational sectors to cushion the effect of unwholesome development of emotional intelligence and enhancing good governance and sustainable development in Nigeria.

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik Kelas V SDN Rambutan 03 Pagi

This research aims to determine whether or not there is a positive influence between emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning achievement of class V students at SDN Rambutan 03 Pagi, East Jakarta. This research is ex-post facto research. This research is quantitative research. The variables in this research are the independent variable (emotional intelligence) and the dependent variable (learning achievement). Use of documentation data such as the average score of students' report cards and the emotional intelligence scale as a data collection method. This research uses data analysis techniques in the form of simple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that the R Square (coefficient of determination) was 0.051 or in percent form 5.1%. Based on the results, the contribution of variable X to Y is 5.1% while the remaining 94.9% is based on other factors. These factors can be external factors (originating from outside a person) or internal factors (originating from within a person). The influence of emotional intelligence on participants' learning achievement has a regression equation, namely Y = 61.835 + 0.296, which means that every increase in emotional intelligence by one value can reduce the learning achievement value by 0.296. It was concluded that emotional intelligence greatly influences the mathematics learning achievement of class V students at SDN Rambutan 03 Pagi.

The purpose of this study was to see the influence of emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in nurses. Respondents used in this study were nurses in Makassar City, totaling 180 people. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method was carried out using an adapted emotional intelligence scale and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale. The analytical method used in this research is a spearman rho test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of 64,1% in nurses in Makassar City.

Data collection technique using purposive random sampling technique. Research data was taken using a questionnaire which was carried out offline by visiting schools. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained are as follows. First, adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect on students' economic achievement. Second, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' economic achievement. Third, adversity quotient and emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' economics learning achievement by 50.2%..

The Influence of Personal Approach, Pedagogical Competence and Emotional Intelligence of Teachers on Teachers’ Performance in Global Prima with Student Learning Outcomes as Intervening Variable

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal approach, pedagogical competence and teacher emotional intelligence on teacher performance in global prima with student learning outcomes as intervening variables. The research method used is quantitative explanatory. The data collection technique is to use questionnaires and observations. The population and sample in this study were 60 teachers of Global Prima Medan School, using saturated sampling tenik. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, which first tests classical assumptions with normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the F test and t test. Furthermore, to determine the effect of each variable on teacher performance, the determination test was carried out. The results showed that partially the personal approach to student learning outcomes with a tcount> ttable value of 3.786> 2.00 and a significance of 0.000, pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes with a tcount> ttable value of 2.624> 2.00 and a significance of 0.011. Emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes with a tcount> ttable value of 2.924> 2.00 and a significance of 0.005. Student learning outcomes on teacher performance with a tcount> ttable value of 4.285> 2.00 and significance for salary of 0.000, personal approach to teacher performance with a tcount> ttable value of 2.727> 2.00 and significance of 0.009. THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON LEARNING MOTIVATION AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN THE SUBJECT OF ECONOMICS

This study investigates the correlation between emotional intelligence, learning motivation, and academic performance among 10th-grade Social Science students at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya in the subject of Economics. Employing a quantitative survey-based approach with an explanatory survey research design, the research involves 107 students, using a saturated sample collection technique encompassing the entire population. Data was gathered through questionnaires, and statistical path analysis was utilized to explore both direct and indirect hypotheses. The findings revealed high scores in Learning Outcomes (6.997), Emotional Intelligence (5.395), and Learning Motivation (5.374). The direct hypothesis analysis demonstrates a significant influence of Emotional Intelligence on Learning Motivation and Learning Outcomes, while Learning Motivation alone does not significantly impact Learning Outcomes. Moreover, the indirect hypothesis analysis suggests that Emotional Intelligence does not exert a significant indirect effect on Learning Outcomes through Learning Motivation. This study sheds light on the significance of Emotional Intelligence in fostering Learning Motivation and subsequently impacting academic performance in Economics among high school students.

The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, and Gender on the Level of Academic Stress of Students Working on Thesis Tasks in the Business Education Study Program, Medan State University

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and gender partially and simultaneously on the level of academic stress of students working on their thesis assignments in business education study program, at Medan State University. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. Test the hypothesis using the t-test, f-test, and different tests using the Independent Samples t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the academic stress level of 2018 Stambuk Business Education students UNIMED. There is an effect of self-efficacy on the academic stress level of 2018 Stambuk Business Education students UNIMED. There is a gender effect on the academic stress level of 2018 Stambuk Business Education students UNIMED There are differences in average stress levels between male students and female students. Where the stress level of male students has a higher average academic stress level when compared to female students in the 2018 Stambuk Business Education.

The Influence of Peer Interaction and Emotional Intelligence on Student Achievement in Class XI Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan

This study aims to determine the effect of Peer Interaction and Emotional Intelligence on the Learning Achievement of Class XI Students in Online Business and Marketing at the Budi Agung Private Vocational School in Medan. The population of this study were students of class XI Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan Private Vocational High School, totaling 54 students. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing and it was concluded that peer interaction and emotional intelligence affect the learning achievement of class XI students of Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan Private Vocational School. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear analysis obtained by the equation Y = 25.018 + 0.358 (X₁) + 0.382 (X₂) then seen from the significant value between peer interaction that influences learning achievement as indicated by the value of t_count>t_table (2.730>2.007) and significance value (0.009<0.05). Furthermore, it can be seen that emotional intelligence influences learning achievement with t_count>t_table (2.771>2.007) and significance value (0.008<0.05). Simultaneously (F test) is indicated by the value of F_count>F_table (8.820> 3.18) and a significance value (0.001 <0.05). So that the hypothesis can be said to be accepted. Thus it can be concluded that peer interaction and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the Learning Achievement of Class XI Students of Online Business and Marketing at Budi Agung Medan Private Vocational School.

THE INFLUENCE OF INTELLECTUAL INTELLIGENCE AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY JOB SATISFACTION

The success of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. in becoming the best fast food restaurant brand in Indonesia, as mentioned on the Top Brand website from 2020 to 2022, is certainly supported by highly performing human resources. This situation sparks the researchers' curiosity to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employee performance. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a google form. A total of 100 respondents were included in the sample for analysis. SmartPLS software with PLS-SEM approach is used in this analysis. According to the findings of this study, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction also have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction can meditate the influence of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance.

The significance of performance in generating human resources needs to be supported by employees' emotional intelligence and effective work-related stress management. This is essential for employees to effectively master and responsibly execute their tasks. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and work-related stress on the performance of nurses at RSI Darus Syifa' Surabaya. The sampling technique employed was probability sampling, specifically the simple random sampling technique utilizing the Slovin Formula. This resulted in a sample size of 51 nurses being selected. The research method employed for this research is a quantitative research method. The data analysis technique utilized in this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research findings indicate that emotional intelligence and work-related stress have an impact on the performance of nurses at RSI Darus Syifa' Surabaya.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study involves data collection from second-semester students at Jinarakkhita Buddhist College using a research instrument that has undergone validity and reliability testing. Statistical analysis is performed to test hypotheses and assess the association between emotional intelligence and learning motivation. The findings of this research will contribute to a deeper comprehension of the significance of emotional intelligence in shaping students' learning motivation. The implications of this study can provide valuable information for educational institutions to enhance the development of students' emotional intelligence and learning motivation.
