IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT “SCHOOL OF A YOUNG WORKER” AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Digitalization in education is one of the most relevant topics, since digital technologies affect all spheres of human life. Digitalization of learning is the process of transition to an electronic learning system. The essence of digital transformation is to effectively and flexibly apply the latest technologies to move towards a personalized and results-oriented educational process. Digitalization of training at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex is the concept of a new digital space, a unified training system for young workers. The main advantage is to increase the productivity of the enterprise by reducing the time for full-time training, as well as the formation of an integrated system for the training and development of young workers with unique knowledge and ready to perform complex production tasks. The article presents the process of implementing the “School of a Young Worker” project aimed at training young employees of defense industry enterprises in a single digital field. The “School of a Young Worker” project will solve the following tasks: increasing the level of competencies of employees, assessing their business and personal qualities, increasing the level of motivation and, as a result, educating young specialists as effective leaders capable of solving complex technical issues at high-tech production enterprises.

DEVELOPMENT OF A FUZZY MODEL OF A STUDENT INTELLIGENT TEACHING SYSTEM OF TECHNICAL DISCIPLINE

The development of computer technology provides great opportunities for modernizing the learning process. Teachers are actively introducing various electronic learning systems, the leading positions among which are occupied by intelligent learning systems. One of the tasks of developing an intelligent learning system is the implementation of dynamic adaptation of educational material to the level of knowledge of students. Therefore, it is necessary that it includes a student model that reflects the characteristics of the student that are important for managing the learning process. The paper describes the development of a fuzzy model of a student in teaching intelligent systems. This model is based on the concept of “student status”, the parameters of which are the level of mastering the discipline and the student’s personal qualities. A distinctive feature of the proposed fuzzy model is the joint use of the stereotypical and overlay models of the student. In addition, the developed fuzzy model is based not only on the assessment of student’s knowledge, but takes into account the personal qualities of students (responsibility, desire for self-learning and development, perseverance, attentiveness, stress tolerance). The paper proposes the use of a fuzzy expert system as a tool for decision support in determining the status of a student. During the operation of the expert system, the characteristics of students are evaluated, which are compared with the rules of the fuzzy rule base. When implementing a logical inference, a student is assigned one of the possible status values (beginner, trainee, master, professional and expert). At the final step, the student is offered to study the theoretical material of the discipline adapted to his characteristics.

Emergency e-learning acceptance in second-cycle institutions in Ghana: a conditional mediation analysis.

This paper investigates the determinants that will influence students’ acceptance of the electronic learning (e-learning) system of education after the COVID-19 emergency. Specifically, the paper assesses the attitudes and intentions of students in second-cycle institutions to accept e-learning after the pandemic, using constructs derived from the health belief model and technology acceptance model. Also, we test if there is any significant difference in the attitudes and intentions of students in public and private institutions. Using data collected from 370 students in upper and lower levels of a second-cycle institutions in Ghana, we found that student attitude is significantly influenced by perceived usefulness and moderately affected by perceived severity, whereas, student’s intention is moderately affected by the perceived severity but substantially influenced by the student’s attitude towards usage. Also, the results revealed that students’ attitudes and intentions to use e-learning are moderately affected by the severity of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, there were no significant differences in the attitudes and intentions of the sampled students in public and private second-cycle institutions in Ghana, regarding their acceptance and usage of e-learning after the COVID-19 emergency. Given the study’s findings, the paper concludes that students’ attitudes and intention to use e-learning are the main determinants that will influence the students’ acceptance of the e-learning system of education in second-cycle institutions in Ghana after the COVID-19 emergency. The paper contributes to knowledge by providing evidence of students’ acceptance of the e-learning system of education after the COVID-19 emergency in the context of a developing country like Ghana.

METHODS OF BUILDING MICROSERVICE ARCHITECTURE OF E-LEARNING SYSTEMS

The basic principles of organization of microservice architectures (MSA), their parameters, functioning and application in electronic learning systems (ELS) are considered. A comparative analysis of MSA construction options, their components and methods was done. A complex method of building e-learning systems based on MSA is proposed. The microservice architecture of the electronic educational system of Vinnytsia National Technical University JetIQ has been developed and implemented. The expediency of using a domain organization for individual subsystems of ELS is substantiated.

Automated ai-based proctoring for online testing in e-learning system

Based on the analysis of existing on the market algorithmic solutions for identity verification during knowledge control in electronic learning systems, the requirements for the target system were formed. The main algorithms and approaches to the detection and recognition of faces were considered, as a result of which an effective combination of algorithms was chosen. The system of photo fixation and identity verification during knowledge control in LMS ATutor was designed and implemented. Its effectiveness was verified on the basis of a sample of test passes during its work in the real conditions of the educational process. Conclusions were made regarding the feasibility of implementation.

Moderating Influence Of E-Learning On Employee Training And Development (A Study Of Kwara State University Nigeria)

With rapidly changing work environment and digitalization in social life, it is easier and effective to use electronic learning (E-learning) systems to train human resource. This training can cover various dimensions like technologies, product, services, culture and policies. This study examined the influence of E-Learning on employee training and development. Two research questions were posed for the study and two hypotheses formulated in line with the objectives. As such, the objectives of the study were to examine whether the employees with less workload spend more time on E-learning than employees with higher workload, thus handle larger responsibilities and how the trainings imparted through E-learning has influence on performance of the employees and service quality. The study employed survey research, the experimental research and the ex-post facto. For this research, the quantitative research design was used. Questionnaires were administered to a sample size of two hundred and sixty (260) employees out of the seven hundred and twenty six (726) employee population of Non Academic Staffs of Kwara State University Nigeria. The simple random sampling and the test re-test reliability approach was adopted. The research found out that E-learning is a facilitating step for improving the pace of learning and reducing employee down-time thus enabling employees to handle greater responsibilities. Thus it concluded that employees with less workload can be made more responsible by providing training through E-learning. And it was also revealed that E-learning improves performance of employees by enhancing their productivity which influences quality of work thus improves employee performance. Based on the results of findings, the study recommends that Learning interactivities designed to accomplish knowledge transfer with a heavy emphasis on skills development on online learning platform can be used for new hires and market including: Business operations, auxiliary services, guidelines and future markets which will enhance employees performance and service quality. Other e-learning solutions are important as they are self-directed and much easy than any other methods of training.

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Daring di Masa Covid 19 terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK TIK-MM Swasta Rakyat Sei Glugur

Online learning is an electronic learning system, using electronic media, internet, computer, gedget (HP), and multimedia files (sound, pictures and video). Learning motivation is the overall driving force in the student that moves the student and gives rise to the learning activity so that the desired goal of the learning subject can be achieved. This research is quantitative research that examines phenomena objectively by using statistical calculations to test hypotheses in research. The sample of this study amounted to 30 people with total sampling technique. The test result of product moment r value is positive 0.632 and perolehan p count = 0.000 < 0.05 which indicates that online learning variables (variable X) and learning motivation variable (variable Y) have a significant influence. Anova regression analysis test obtained an F value of 18,628 and a sig value. That is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho rejected. The result of the determinant coefficient, known determinant cofisien value of 0.399 which means variable X (Online Learning) affects variable Y (Learning Motivation) by 39.9%.

Sistem e-learning berbasis web pada SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai

As a high school that continues to grow in Dharmasraya, SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai is a high school located on Jalan Tuanku Kingdom Sungai Rumbai, Sungai Rumbai sub-district, Dharmasraya district, West Sumatra province, with a total of 518 students in the 2020/2021 academic year. This school is still carrying out the conventional learning process, in other words that the teaching and learning process between students and teachers can only be carried out on the condition that there is a meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. If the meeting between students and teachers does not occur, then the learning process will automatically be hampered and the limited time for teaching and learning in the classroom sometimes prevents teachers from providing all learning materials to students. This is a problem for students and teachers who want to convey in detail about the learning. To facilitate the teaching and learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Rumbai, the author wants to build a web-based electronic learning system, namely an e-learning system using a web-based programming language, PHP, and Mysql database so that students and teachers can connect to each other using the computerized learning system. .

The Specifics of Training Highly Qualified Personnel in Postgraduate Studies Using Information and Communication Technologies in Russia and Abroad

Modern requirements for Russian higher education in general and the system of training highly qualified personnel in particular arise from the necessity to improve the quality and efficiency in order to ensure the countrys international competitiveness in important areas of life. The research is aimed at filling the need for a detailed analysis of algorithms, frameworks and principles of organizing the process of training highly qualified personnel in graduate school, using information and communication technologies (ICT). The comparative nature of the work, which analyzes Russian and international experiences in this field, allows to obtain data that have not previously been systematized in the present context. The study is based on scientific and pedagogical publications of Russian and international authors. The purpose of the study is to consider the theoretical, methodological and organizational aspects of training graduate students, using ICTs in the selection of the analyzed material. The comparative analysis makes it possible to identify and systematize the specifics of informatization in training scientific and pedagogical personnel, the current implicit state of which complicates its interpretation in terms of the educational process organization and management. As a result, we can identify the following eight characteristics of the system of training highly qualified personnel in postgraduate studies using ICTs: theoretical and methodological foundations, characteristics of electronic learning systems, conditions for effective application and input data for their design, requirements for scientific supervisors and students, factors that update this type of training and a list of basic terms and concepts. The described characteristics can be used as a theoretical basis for further research, for example, in order to determine the actual parameters of designing the environment for students in graduate school as a means of scientific and pedagogical training of highly qualified personnel. The given descriptions of technologies in the context of the peculiarities of the impact of informatization on the implementation of the educational process, together with references to sources, allow to use the materials of the article as data for its planning and organization. The results of the research can be useful for specialists in designing, organizing, implementing and supporting the educational process in higher education using ICT tools: research supervisors, graduate students, managers and designers of educational programs.

The application of system usability scale method to measure the usability of electronic learning system (e-learning) of politeknik caltex riau

The COVID-19 disaster, which was felt globally in all countries including Indonesia, has in general changed the series of business process arrangements in almost all fields, including the field of education. One of the affected areas of education is the Caltex Riau Polytechnic (PCR) campus. The impact of this disaster has forced the academic community (lecturers and students) to carry out the online lecture process since the Odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The online lecture process is facilitated by an electronic learning system (e-learning). Changes in the pattern of lectures, which previously were held face-to-face, then had to be conducted online using e-learning, gave rise to several usability problems. The usability measurement of e-learning PCR was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, involving 196 participants. The results of the usability analysis of e-learning PCR obtained a score of 58.75. With the assessment criteria on the adjective, the rating is okay, the grade scale is D value, and the acceptable ranges are at a marginal low. This means that e-learning still needs improvement and evaluation of the utilization of the features/services provided, so that it can be used more efficiently, effectively, and satisfactorily for its users.

This current research aimed at investigate the effectiveness of the e-learning system (the future portal) in developing the academic achievement of chemistry for second-grade secondary school students in Jeddah, and the research followed the experimental approach. The tool consisted in following an e-learning system using the electronic future gate system that was applied to an experimental group of (50) female students, against a control group of (50) students who studied using the traditional method. The study sample was randomly selected The results of the post-test showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the experimental group and got a total mean (40.38 out of 50) and the control group and got a total mean (36.82 out of 50), and the difference is in favor of the experimental. This indicates that the method of teaching using e-learning (the gate of the future) has improved and promoted academic achievement in chemistry for second-grade secondary students in Jeddah., and the research came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to adopt the use of the electronic learning system (the future gate) in teaching chemistry to students, due to its effectiveness and benefit in developing their academic achievement.

Analisis Kualitas Website Terhadap Kepuasan Penggunaan Elarning Universitas Bina Darma Sebagai Pembelajaran Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Menggunakan Metode WEBQUAL 4.0

E-learning is an electronic distance learning system that uses network and computer technology. There are many models of using e-learning, one of which is the use of e-learning at Bina Darma University during the COVID-19 pandemic, where more use of e-learning and online learning systems during the pandemic period, for this reason the quality of e-learning services can be measured using Webqual. Webqual is a method used to measure website quality based on end users. Webqual is structured in research on 3 dimensions, namely Usability, information, and service interaction. This study aims to determine the quality of the e-learning website of Bina Darma University as student learning taken by 101 students and to find out the most influential indicators in the quality of e-learning. If the alpha value is greater than the R table, then the consistency of the R table is declared valid. On the Likert test scale, it is known that the usability dimension or indicator gets the highest usability level, so the usability dimension has a positive effect on user satisfaction.

Hybrid Learning Using Canvas LMS

Hybrid learning refers to the learning style where online components are used to replace some face-to-face elements of the course. In the current era, where COVID-19 pandemic has highly impacted higher education, online and remote forms of learning have become critical success factors to deliver engaging and rich teaching and learning experience to the students. With the partial return of face-to-face interaction with the students this year after easing restrictions, universities have no choice but to offer hybrid learning experience. In the journey towards this type of learning, a transition in both pedagogy and vehicle (tools) is inevitable. Hybrid learning pedagogy has been in literature for many years now and many institutions worldwide have enough experience to run courses and programs as a hybrid model. For the vehicle, a number of tools are necessary to facilitate delivery, but the most important tool is obviously the learning management system (LMS). Canvas LMS is now considered one of the most commonly used electronic learning systems, offering a large number of features and options to make teaching and learning easier and effective for both teachers and students. In this paper, two hybrid learning models are proposed. An example of implementing one of the two models using Canvas LMS and other supporting tools is provided. Anecdotal student feedback has shown that the students were highly engaged and their experience has been improved as a result of the hybrid delivery format.

E-Learning Based Web Programming Course in the COVID 19 Pandemic Time

The learning process in the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Informatics Education Study Program still uses conventional learning methods, namely through face-to-face contact between lecturers and students in the class. The traditional learning method currently taking place has limitations that can hinder the learning process, such as limited time and space to interact with each other, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. With these conditions, the online learning process is an alternative to support learning in its current state, with technological developments that can simplify the learning process and make the time more flexible and support the learning process anywhere, anytime, and anyone. An electronic learning system (E-Learning) was created from these conditions, which is expected to be an alternative solution for online learning to overcome the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Informatics Education Study Program's limitations, especially in introductory web programming courses. E-learning is designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method supported by the PHP programming language and implementing the Laravel Framework. The learning process using E-learning is designed using localhost as the central server. This study's results resulted in an E-learning application built based on the analysis and design recommended by the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra informatics education study program. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify the online learning process, especially in existing introductory web programming courses.

Mastering the content and aspect terminology of the French language on the basis of co-working with students of materials for distant content

Introduction. The relevance of the research is determined by the demand for the development of new content of training programs, including through the creation of educational and control materials based on them together with students in the process of mastering theoretical grammar. The purpose of the article is to optimize the process of teaching theoretical language disciplines using the capabilities of electronic resources, as well as to develop students' skills to create control and measurement materials, including those based on electronic constructors/products. Materials and methods. The study involved 45 students of the French-English department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Bryansk State University in 2015/2016/2017. The dynamics of learning outcomes in the course of step-by-step training was established both on the basis of a subjective assessment of students ' responses by the teacher (I and II training models), and on the basis of electronic reports and training program schedules reflecting the assessments of subjects in different ranges (III training model). The results of the study. It is established that the interactive version of the study of thematic material in the electronic learning system (ESO) in the organizational mode "student – task co-developer" (model III-the creation of interactive tasks by students based on lecture material) is characterized by a fairly high level of indicators: 100% coverage of subjects and almost the same indicator of independence in the process of completing tasks. In accordance with the electronic reporting provided by the graphic material, 95-100% of the subjects have good and excellent indicators (4.5/5 – on a five-point scale; 8.5/10-on a ten-point scale). Discussion and conclusion. The peculiarities of mastering theoretical grammar on the basis of interactive resources of training programs can be taken into account by other researchers in the field of methods of teaching theoretical disciplines. In the future, the study of this topic can be continued in collaboration with developers of electronic products for philologists.

Use analysis of microserves in e-learning system with multi-variant access to educational materials

The object of research is the electronic learning system. The subject of the research is the method of using microservices in the construction of online systems. One of the most problematic areas in the development of high-load online systems is the coordination of all microservices in a single system and the distribution of the load on hardware resources at critical indicators of system utilization. This leads to the complication of the process of development, implementation and operation of the training system, as well as high requirements for the personnel who will support the operation of the system. In the research, during the transition from the monolithic architecture of the e-learning system to the microservice architecture, the main indicators of the server hardware and the average response time to user requests were monitored. These indicators were fundamental when setting up the system as a whole and balancing the load during its operation. The proposed method for the implementation of the system can significantly reduce the hardware requirements and reduce the response time of the system under high load conditions (from 10,000 unique users per unit of time). Also, this method greatly simplifies the development and modification of online systems that use a large number of different user roles and differentiation of levels of access to the system. The obtained results of the approbation of the method allow to consider it an effective tool for the development of online learning systems with multivariate access to educational materials. Unlike existing monolithic architects, the proposed method allows to manage system resources and apply new settings without rebooting, which allows to ensure the continuity of system operation. As a justification for this method, options for the implementation of online training systems and load balancing settings are proposed. The management of load balancing in the microservice architecture of the implementation of online systems is based on the analysis of the load indicators of processor cores and the use of RAM by system services.

PEMANFAATAN MICROSOFT INOVATIVE EDUCATION FOLLOW OFFICE 365 PADA MASA PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH (PJJ) DI SMPN 5 PALU

Office 365 is an online learning method that is considered appropriate to be applied in both partner schools as an additional method other than conventional. The e-learning method is an electronic learning system that utilizes internet facilities in the process, teachers can interact with students in online classes. SMPN 5 Palu, Central Sulawesi Province is one of the junior high schools which is strategically located, can be reached from three directions and transportation is smooth. This school has strengths, among others: having teaching staff who are highly committed to improving the quality of graduates, a large number of applicants, high student enthusiasm for learning, and adequate laboratories, including a multimedia laboratory. The learning method used by teachers at partner schools so far is the conventional method, namely lectures in class, there is no use of internet facilities in their learning because they do not know, even though the facilities and infrastructure owned by teachers and students are very supportive, because teachers and students most of the students already have their own laptops and in schools there are already available computer laboratory facilities. Likewise, telecommunications and internet network facilities have reached almost all areas of Palu City, so it is not difficult to implement online learning. Where the purpose of this training is that learning can run effectively even in PJJ conditions by adapting to Microsoft Office 365 so that students who are far outside the city of Palu can still carry out online learning. Assisting teachers in managing online classes such as uploading materials, creating online practice questions and assigning value to the questions, creating materials into interesting learning videos and so on. Microsoft Office 365 is one of the Cloud-based Office applications created by the Microsoft company that allows users to be able to access various online/online content with the help of the internet. The development of a digital class based on Microsoft 365 has just been trained for 30 teachers at SMP N 5 Palu.
