The conductivity of RbAg4I5 was measured by complex impedance method at frequencies from 5Hz to 500kHz between -20 to 90°C and employing different kinds of electrodes: silver sheets; silver amalgamated sheets and mixtures of silver and electrolyte powders. Arrhenius plot shows a change of slope near 30°C and two activation energy values were calculated (2, 01 kcal.mol−1 at T<30°C and 1, 76 at T>30°C). Results with different electrodes are analyzed in comparison with other researchers' values and the possible reasons of disagreement are discussed.
