Objective To explore the optional nursing method of intravenous infusion exosmosis by Epirubicin (a kind of chemotherapeutics), so as to lessen the patients' suffering. Methods 100 cases with intravenous infusion exosmosis caysed by Epirubicin were divided into two groups, the experimental group (50 cases) were received local blockage and irradiation by semiconductor laser therapy appearance, twice a day, then were received external apphcation therapy by aseptic drugs. The control group (50 cases) were received routine method: hydropathic compress of 50% magnesium sulfate (six times a day), external application therapy by hirudoid (four to six times a day) . Results The total effective rate in experimental group is 98.00%, which was higher than that in control group (40.00%). Conclusions The method of combination of local blockage and laser irradiation and external application therapy by drugs on leakage of chemotherapeutics (Epirubicin) is effective, which is worth applying in clinical nursing.
