Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on neurological function, motor function and activities of daily living of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction admitted to hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =40) and observation group (n =40).The control group was given regular basic nursing, and the observer group was also given rehabilitation nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, the scores of NIH stroke scale,Barthel, and stroke impact scale in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05) ; the score of NIHSS in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.05) ; the scores of BI and SIS in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The rehabilitation nursing intervention can reduce the damage of nerve function and improve the daily living activities and the quality of life.
