INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: CONTENT AND MAIN ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

In the conditions of rapid technological changes and global competition, innovative entrepreneurship is gaining priority. It helps business entities to adapt to new challenges, reduce risks and find new niches for development. This is especially important for economies seeking to achieve a high level of technological independence and sustainability. At the same time, innovative entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for social change, because it contributes to the development of human capital, the creation of new jobs and the improvement of the quality of life of the population. The development of innovative entrepreneurship requires a comprehensive approach, which includes not only funding and support from the state, but also the development of appropriate infrastructure, educational programs, and stimulation of scientific research. Thus, innovative entrepreneurship becomes one of the key elements of economic policy, which determines the strategic priorities of the country's development and forms the basis for sustainable economic growth in the long term. The development of innovative entrepreneurship depends on many factors. The latter can both stimulate and restrain the process of introducing innovations. It is important for business entities to take these factors into account when developing innovative development strategies. As practice shows, the main factors that prevent the effective development of innovative activity in today's conditions are the lack of funding and the lack of effective incentives for its development, the high cost of the necessary resources, their partial or complete absence, a high degree of risk of failure in the implementation of innovative projects, political and economic instability, rapid technological changes. For the successful management of innovative entrepreneurship, it is important for business entities to take these factors into account in order to minimize their impact. This can be achieved by combining the efforts of the scientific community, business structures and the state.

Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Literasi Digital Pada Masyarakat

This research aims to explore digital literacy learning strategies aimed at the general public, with a focus on responsible use of technology, as well as overcoming social inequalities that occur in society. Apart from that, digital literacy learning also has a role in supporting the quality of people's understanding of digital media in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is marked by advances in the fields of knowledge and technology which will also have an impact on the world of work. This research uses a literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant sources, including journals, books and scientific articles related to digital literacy and implementation strategies in society. It is hoped that the results of this review will provide insight into effective strategies in educating the public about digital literacy, as well as emphasizing the importance of awareness in the use of technology. Thus, this research contributes to providing a strong theoretical basis for the development of comprehensive and responsible digital literacy education programs.

Integration of the Academic and Entrepreneurial Environments to Enhance Development Opportunities for Tourism Enterprises

The development of modern forms of interaction between science, education, and tourism business perfects the training of specialists who meet the requirements of the tourism market and support the development of the industry. The difficulty of integrating the academic and business environment to strengthen the development opportunities for tourism enterprises necessitates the search for ways to resolve this problem. The study aims to evaluate the integration of academic and entrepreneurial environments as a mechanism for enhancing the development opportunities for tourism enterprises. To achieve the goal, the study employs the qualitative research method of document analysis, as well as the method of expert survey, followed by statistical processing of the obtained data. The authors conclude that the integration of the academic and entrepreneurial environments in the tourism business has to be performed with due regard to the mutual interests of its participants. Key areas of cooperation are increasing the level of services and staff professionalism, improving the quality of training of young specialists through participation in research of tourism, the development of educational programs and improvement of specialists’ competence, the development of incubators and accelerators, and active participation of students in the development and commercialization of business projects.

Development of Bio-Economics and Training Highly-Qualified HR in Russian Regions

Bibliographic and bibliometric analyses showed a serious growth in the number of investigations on bio-economics in 2016–2023. It was pointed out that for bio-economics development we need not only the generation of effective bio-technologies but also their translation – knowledge proliferation. Traditionally these functions are realized mainly through system of personnel training, which gives an opportunity to train highly-qualified workers capable of maintaining effectiveness of production forces at the advanced level. In view of this the present article compiled a sample of 36 Russian universities by ‘Bio-technology and bio-engineering’ and ‘Ecology’ ratings. In addition 10 more universities were included by ‘Economics’ rating. The entry of each university was fixed for subsequent visualization by cartography in order to find regions of prospective development of inter-disciplinary and convergent education programs. Later on a broader sample of leading home universities research was conducted on education programs aimed at training qualified personnel for developing ecologic bio-technologies based on new knowledge. Findings of the research demonstrate that Russia has got prospects for effective development of bioeconomics based on ecologic bio-technologies.

The influence of volleyball training classes on the psychological health of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of martial law in the country

This scientific article examines the impact of volleyball training sessions on the psychological state of students in collective teams of higher educational institutions during the martial law in Ukraine. The study focuses on the study of aspects of psychological well- being and stress resistance of the participants. The research methodology includes the analysis of psychological indicators of students before and after participation in volleyball training sessions in the collective teams of higher education institutions. The obtained monitoring results allow us to understand how sports activity affects the psychological health of student youth in the stressful conditions of military service, in particular. The results of the study also indicate possible practical applications in the field of psychological support of students during the military conflict through the implementation of volleyball training programs. This can become the basis for the development of physical education programs aimed at increasing psychological stability and balancing the psychological well- being of the student community during the period of crises in the country. In addition, the article analyzes the relationship between participation in volleyball training sessions and the level of social interaction among the student community under martial law. Evidence of the beneficial effect of such classes on the psychological state of students can serve as an increase in their level of self-esteem and general well-being, contributes to the formation of a positive psychological climate in the university environment during difficult historical periods. The study offers new opportunities for studying the impact of sports activities on the mental health and social adaptation of students in countries with a difficult political situation.

Features of development of body balance of schoolchildren with sensory deprivation compared to their relatively healthy peers

The article presents data on the differences in balance indicators of 11-year-old schoolchildren with visual impairment compared to their relatively healthy peers. Scientists note that sensory deprivation in the form of visual impairment leads to coordination disorders and motor disorders of various degrees of manifestation. The purpose of the article is to analyze the balance development of 11-year-old schoolchildren with visual impairment in comparison with their relatively healthy peers. Schoolchildren with visual impairment lose their balance in the "Flamingo" position 16 times more per minute than their peers without this pathology, and therefore their ability to maintain balance is less developed, which is confirmed by statistical analysis for reliability (p<0.01). In the same way, boys with visual impairment committed 14.4 more "fouls" than their peers, in whom visual impairment was not detected. This difference is statistically significant at the p<0.01 level. The difference in girls' performance on this task averaged 18 errors per minute, and had the same direction and was significant at the 1% level. The comparison made it possible to reveal significant differences, schoolchildren with visual impairment (boys and girls) have a lower ability to maintain balance than their peers without visual impairment. Prospects for further research. Further scientific research will be devoted to the development and implementation of a modern physical education program for 11-year-old schoolchildren with visual impairment.

The principal as a leader is responsible for the achievement of the expected educational goals. This research uses the research method of literature study. This approach is a research method by collecting and analyzing existing literature on a particular topic or field of study. The result of this study is that school principals play an important role in managing education finances and implementing effective leadership strategies can significantly improve resource management and utilization. One key aspect of effective leadership is the ability to communicate financial information clearly and transparently to all stakeholders involved, including teachers, parents, and the wider community. This can be achieved through regular financial reports and meetings that provide an overview of the school's financial situation and how funds are allocated

Improving malignant fungating wound management among oncology nurses: a best practice implementation project.

Appropriate malignant fungating wound (MFW) care is challenging for oncology nurses, leading to increased stress, compromised care quality, and poor patient outcomes. This study aimed to address best practice barriers and develop evidence-based guidelines for MFW care. This project was guided by the JBI Evidence Implementation Framework, which follows a seven-phase process. Both nurses' skills and patient charts were audited to determine compliance with best practices for comprehensive MFW assessment, wound photo records, use of validated wound assessment tools, appropriate wound care, and patient pain and satisfaction. Bandura's social learning theory was used to guide the development of an online education program and an objective structured clinical examination for skill improvement to prompt behavior change in nurses. A follow-up audit was conducted to measure improvements in knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy among nurses to validate the effectiveness of the intervention. The project resulted in improvements in all four evidence-based practice criteria: (1) comprehensive MFW assessments increased from 27% to 98%; (2) the inclusion of wound photos in medical records increased from 50% to 100%; (3) use of a validated wound assessment tool increased from 0% to 100%; and (4) appropriate interventions to manage wounds and maintain patients' quality of life increased from 50% to 90%. The project integrated a flexible education program, multidisciplinary collaboration, and leadership support to empower nurses to effectively manage MFWs. Determinants of Weight Status and Body, Health and Life Satisfaction in Young Adults.

Health behaviors include behavioral patterns and habits that relate to health maintenance, restoration and improvement. They do not only affect the physical condition; they are also associated with life satisfaction. In our study, we focused on young adulthood, a specific lifespan period for establishing long-term health behavior patterns. The aim of the present study was to investigate depressive symptoms, lifestyle and eating behaviors and delineate their associations with overweight/obesity and body, health and life satisfaction in young adults in Poland. We enrolled 800 students (81.4% females and 18.6% males). Diet, physical activity, depressive symptoms, eating behaviors and body, health and life satisfaction were assessed. Multivariate logistic regression models were employed. Almost half of the participants in our study had at least mild symptoms of depression. Symptoms of depression significantly reduced the odds of satisfaction with body, health and life, whereas physical activity increased them. Overweight/obesity significantly reduced the odds of body and health satisfaction. In women, a history of depression and emotional eating increased the odds of being overweight/obese. The results of our study may contribute to the development of educational programs and intervention strategies for young adults.

Teachers' Efforts to Overcome Bullying Cases in the School Environment: Effective Steps to Curb Bullying Behavior

The role of teachers is very important in stemming bullying cases in the school environment. This study aims to investigate the efforts made by teachers in overcoming bullying cases in the school environment. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and in-depth interviews via Whatsapp, this research was conducted at Fathona Pakjo Integrated Islamic School Palembang. The research findings show that teachers who successfully address bullying cases have taken effective steps, such as identification of bullying cases using clear indicators, implementation of anti-bullying programs involving students and school staff, and collaboration with other parties such as parents and authorities. The results of this study have important implications in fostering an understanding of teachers' efforts in addressing bullying cases in the school environment, and can serve as a reference for schools and teachers in developing effective strategies to prevent and address bullying, with the aim of creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Important implications include more targeted teacher training and the development of student education programs on empathy and inclusiveness for more effective anti-bullying policies. This conclusion is expected to encourage further research and assist schools in formulating more comprehensive strategies in addressing bullying issues.

Leadership as service: developing a character education program for university students in Spain

AbstractThis paper describes the development and implementation of a character education program at the University of Navarra. The Leadership as Service Program has been developed in collaboration with the Oxford Character Project, and has adapted its Global Leadership Initiative to the Spanish context. The purpose of the Leadership as Service Program is to help students develop a sense of personal purpose, and virtues that are specific to leadership, such as prudence, humility, gratitude, resilience, and service. The methodology of the program follows the seven strategies of character education and includes a mentoring program. In order to adapt the Global Leadership Initiative to the Spanish context, the Leadership as Service Program was integrated as much as possible into the fabric of the University of Navarra by means of (1) facilitating a new initiative to develop workshops on purpose; (2) incorporating an existing mentoring program; (3) positioning local actors as experts, and (4) dialogue with stakeholders within the university. First results indicate that the Leadership as Service Program makes a valuable contribution to the ethical and professional development of students, which corroborates with the findings of the Oxford Global Leadership Initiative.

Approaches and methodologies for the development of education programmes for natural science subjects teachers

Relevance. This study addresses the need for a new methodological system to meet the current demands of natural science teacher training in schools in Kazakhstan. The effectiveness of this system should align educational objectives with outcomes. Purpose. The aim is to equip future teachers with skills to convey scientific information to pupils of various age groups, introduce methods and teaching configurations to enhance educational activities and apply development methods. Methodology. The study involved theoretical analysis and synthesis of philosophical and educational psychology literature, modelling, observation, and analysis of future teachers' activities. Results. The research investigated and systematised approaches to methodological design in educational programmes, identifying key professional competencies. It established factors of professionalism to form mental models of professional activity and self-concept in individuals. Conclusions. The study highlights the necessity for a revised methodological system to enhance natural science teacher training in Kazakhstan. It emphasises aligning educational objectives with outcomes and equipping future teachers with the skills to communicate scientific information to students effectively. The research has established the importance of integrating modern methods and teaching configurations to foster educational activities. Additionally, it underscores the relevance of developing professional competencies and mental models for professional activity. The findings support the development of educational programmes that address current educational reforms and the interdisciplinary nature of modern science, promoting a comprehensive approach to teacher training in natural sciences. Psychological and pedagogical features of students� perfectionist relationships in the educational process

Relevance. The relevance of the study is due to the need to solve the problem of the influence of perfectionism on the academic results of students in the increasingly busy environment of the latter in the modern world. Purpose. In this regard, this article is aimed at revealing the factors influencing the negative aspects of perfectionism on the psychological state of students. Methodology. To solve this problem, system analysis, logical analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison method, classification, as well as a survey were used, which made it possible to reveal both the theoretical and empirical components of the study. Results. A survey was conducted to reveal the average level for the four subscales of perfectionism in the sample, the correlation of these indicators with the academic performance of students was calculated, the results of three surveys were compared and the influence of perfectionism on the psychological state of students was described and their academic successes, detailed recommendations are given to reduce the influence of destructive perfectionism on the psychological state of students, the significance of the described activities is substantiated, and recommendations are given for the implementation of these activities in educational practice. Conclusions. The article reveals the concept of perfectionism, presents internal, external and sociocultural factors in the development of perfectionist relationships, examines two main theories of perfectionism: the theory of Multidimensional and social perfectionism, collects and presents data on the academic performance of students. Thus, the study of this topic has practical significance for the development of educational programs that will contribute to the healthy and successful educational process of students, as well as promote their psychological well-being and personal development. Development and Application of Elementary School AI Education Program Using the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) Approach

The objective of this study is to enhance elementary school students' foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and to foster their Computational thinking. This goal was realized through the creation of an AI education program integrating the ADDIE model and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) teaching methodology. Before developing the educational program, we conducted a preliminary needs analysis with 60 fifth-grade students from IB World School P Elementary and 36 staff members, aligning with the stages of the ADDIE model. Drawing from the outcomes of this preliminary needs analysis, we opted for the transdisciplinary theme 'How the world works,' as it resonated most aptly with AI-related content, as determined by participating educators. Real-life AI-based concepts were seamlessly woven into the educational material. Throughout the program, students actively engaged in exploratory activities centered on the chosen transdisciplinary theme and central concept. Collaborating on team projects, they collectively tackled problem-solving processes, completing activities and assignments aimed at fostering self-directed learning. To assess the effectiveness of the developed educational program on students' computational thinking, pre- and post-tests were administered. Validation results underscored that the program made a significant contribution to the enhancement of Computational Thinking among the participating students.

Effect of telehealth education on women’s knowledge regarding risk factors and early detection of breast cancer

Background The most frequent cancer that affects women worldwide is breast cancer (BC). Through comprehension of risk factors and early detection approaches, women can become more adept at managing their journey toward breast health. Aim The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of telehealth education on women’s knowledge regarding risk factors and early detection of BC. Design A quasi-experimental (pre- and post test) design was used to achieve the current study aim. Setting The current study was carried out at family health centers in Cairo City, Egypt. Sample A purposive sample of 300 women was recruited for the current study. Tools Two tools were used for data collection. Tool (I): Demographic and medical-related data form and Tool (II) BC Knowledge Questionnaire. Results The current findings disclosed that there were statistically significant differences between all knowledge dimensions’ mean scores of BC risk factors related to knowledge pre-, post-, and follow-up telehealth sessions (P value= 0.0001). Also, the study finding indicated that 73% of participants got a satisfactory knowledge level regarding BC risk factors and early detection after sessions, which increased to 86.7% after 3 months. Conclusion The implementation of telehealth education has a significant effect on improving women’s knowledge regarding BC risk factors and early detection. The role of generation Z media literacy in confronting the destructive value messages of digital media

Introduction. Today, the Internet environment has become a usual place of living and working for Generation Z. Digital media have created a unique digital environment adapted to the most diverse requests and needs of the new generation. However, in addition to its constructive capacity and boundless opportunities for education, the digital environment has a negative impact on the value orientations and priorities of the younger generation. The aim of this article is to review the studies on the role of media literacy in countering the negative effects and destructive value messages in digital media, as well as to summarize current trends and educational solutions in teaching media literacy. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the research includes general scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, description, philosophical methods (hermeneutics, dialectics), social and pedagogical methods. Materials of the research are articles from Russian and foreign periodicals published mainly for the last 5 years. The main source of data was the analysis of publications in the search engine for world scientific publications Google Scholar. The search for publications was additionally carried out through electronic scientific libraries Elibrary. ru, CyberLeninka, and ResearchGate. Research results. The increasing complexity and growth of the destructive influence of digital media on the young generation determines the principles of developing and shaping the content and focus of modern media education. The development of media literacy should be carried out according to the age, value, and motivational features of personal development at all levels of education, combining technological, cognitive, social, and ethical components of media competence. Conclusion. The development and execution of media literacy projects and educational programs aimed at developing media literacy and increasing resistance to manipulative and destructive content of digital media is an urgent research and practical task, especially in the context of the experimental-evidence-based paradigm. Today, under conditions of increasing complexity and improvement of digital media, literacy and information culture become the key to the safe psychological and physical growth of a person in the digital world, including in the context of increasing civil involvement of young people. Media literacy is a sophisticated set of abilities, including the ability to think critically about a diverse range of digital content (news, entertainment, commercial, educational, viral) and to understand its consequences. It also includes the ability to use digital tools and technologies to create content, the ability to reflect on one's state and behavior and to manage emotional reactions, and the ability to build socially acceptable and ethically correct communication and interaction with other users. There is a shortage of Russian studies aimed at investigating the educational effects related to literacy education of different age groups in accordance with the user's goals and motivations for digital content consumption.

조선족 학교 학생들의 이중 언어 태도 조사 연구

By examining the complex aspects of language use and attitudes among Korean-Chinese students living in Heilongjiang Province in China, this study aims to analyze the bilingual patterns of Korean-Chinese students from various angles and provide an in-depth understanding of their language usage patterns, attitudes toward language, and how bilingual skills are formed and developed in socio-cultural contexts. In this paper, based on the national public language supply policy at Heilongjiang Korean-Chinese School, a field survey and survey were conducted on students from Heilongjiang Province Korean-Chinese School to accurately grasp the status and attitude of bilingualism in Chinese and Korean. For the conduct of the study, first of all, the survey method and the subject of the survey were confirmed as students of 32 Korean-Chinese schools in Heilongjiang Province. Next, the pattern of bilingualism in Korean and Chinese was analyzed through a survey on language attitude, language status cause, language and character use, and language relationship. Next, the problems of bilingualism were confronted, and a strategy for optimizing bilingualism according to the cause was devised. The results of the survey showed that Korean-Chinese school students were deeply interested in Chinese and Chinese culture. In other words, it was premised that they should be able to accurately recognize the superiority of China's bilingual policy and speak both Korean and standard Chinese, which are the native languages of the Korean people, but it showed the reality that the Korean language ability was weakening day by day compared to Chinese. Therefore, in this paper, the optimization strategies for bilingualism were divided into five categories: language dissemination and education programs, socio-cultural environment encouraging language use, the development of bilingual education programs, home and community support for language use, and policy support for language preservation. Therefore, the Heilongjiang provincial government, schools, and parents should set up an environment where Korean language education can develop soundly through policies and measures to promote full promotion and distribution by developing Korean and Chinese in a balanced manner.

학생의 융합교육 인식 분석을 통한 융합교육과정 개발 및 운영에의 함의 탐색

This study aimed to explore how university students perceive the meaning and methods of convergence, in order to derive implications for the development and operation of university convergence curriculum. The analysis targeted responses from 142 undergraduate students at A University. The research questions addressed: first, what is the perception and experience of students regarding the need for convergence education, how students perceive convergence and what convergence methods they consider appropriate; and third, what obstacles to convergence education students perceive. These were analyzed using SPSS 27 through frequency analysis, mean comparison analysis, and cross-tabulation. The results showed that A University students recognized the need for convergence education but lacked experience in it. They perceived a convergentism meaning as appropriate and considered education that integrates similar academic disciplines and various departmental curricula as suitable. Many students perceived the traditional university structure divided by departments as a major obstacle to convergence education. there were generally no significant differences based on major or year of study. Based on these findings, the study proposed implications for the development and operation of convergence education programs at A University.
