Today, for some enterprises of Ukraine, there is a threat to their activities associated with active hostilities on a large territory, as well as constant cyber attacks from the Russian Federation. Also, the main factor in ensuring the company's competitiveness is the digital transformation of business processes, which ensures an increase in productivity and efficiency. The use of digital technologies in business requires more and more protection to minimize future threats from information leakage through cyber-attacks or rogue employees. Increasingly, there are cases where personnel are not responsible for disclosing information that poses a threat to the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. That is why there is a need to improve the use of HP technology in management personnel as a component of the financial and economic security of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation. The method of writing the article is the study of HP technologies in personnel management as a component of the financial and economic security of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation. The study of HP technologies in management personnel as a component of the financial and economic security of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation was carried out. The advantages of HP technologies in management personnel are characterized and the importance of increased protection is emphasized. External and internal threats and risks affecting the financial and economic security of the enterprise are considered. It was determined that external threats have an unregulated nature and systematically affect the company's activities. Internal ones, in their situation, are more regulated and have local influence. It is proposed to develop the mechanism of financial and economic security of the enterprise taking into account the methods and tools of personnel management based on HR technologies. It is emphasized that for modern conditions it is important to pay considerable attention to the formation of the personnel management subsystem on the basis of HR technologies as a component of the financial and economic security of the enterprise, which ensures its strengthening. It was determined to increase the protection of information systems used by management personnel to ensure the reduction of leakage of corporate and personal information, which strengthens the financial and economic security of the enterprise.

Agricultural enterprise economic security systems modelling

The research relevance was determined by the current conditions of economic instability and the growing influence of external factors on the economic activities of enterprises, understanding and effective management of economic security issues is becoming extremely important for ensuring the sustainability of agricultural enterprises. The study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the economic security of an agricultural enterprise, focusing on identifying key aspects and their impact on the sustainability and viability of the enterprise. The study employed an analytical method, statistical method, functional method, system analysis method, deduction method, synthesis method and comparison method. This study focuses on the economic security of agricultural enterprises, considering the complex aspects of efficiency, risk protection and the ability to adapt to changes in the economic environment. The study defines economic security as a systematic approach to risk management and sustainability. Particular attention is devoted to responding to changes in the external environment, such as price fluctuations, climate anomalies and global market trends. Theoretical models, such as the risk system model, effective resource management, innovative development, and global competitiveness, which determine various aspects of economic security, were considered. The study focuses on the financial condition of the agricultural company Kernel, which proved to be dynamic and ambiguous in 2020-2023. The analysis includes factors such as the impact of geopolitical events and economic instability due to the war. The company implements strategies for global competitiveness, demonstrating flexibility, innovation, and diversification to ensure sustainability. Strategies are proposed to expand production diversification, improve risk management, and use innovative technologies to adapt to climate change. The practical application of this study lies in the possibility of using the results and recommendations developed on their basis to improve the economic security systems of agricultural enterprises

The article highlights the relevance of ensuring the economic security of enterprises in modern conditions arising from marketing activities. It is analyzed how inefficient marketing management can negatively affect the sustainability and profitability of the enterprise. The influence of marketing on the economic security of the enterprise is characterized, emphasizing its importance as a strategic resource for ensuring the stability and development of business in modern market conditions. The key areas through which marketing affects economic security are highlighted. In particular, these areas include the development and implementation of marketing strategies, customer attraction and retention, innovation and product development, reputation management, as well as marketing analysis and market research. The article provides examples of successful application of marketing strategies by well-known companies, which illustrate how innovative approaches and adaptation to local conditions help to strengthen their positions in the market. Considered the importance of effective marketing strategies for strengthening the economic security of enterprises. It demonstrates how such strategies can improve a company's stability and its ability to withstand market fluctuations, thus providing overall economic security. Key marketing strategies that have been covered include product differentiation, niche focus, market penetration strategies, developing customer loyalty, and using digital channels for marketing and sales. Each strategy is detailed with examples from well-known companies such as Apple, Tesla, Amazon, and Nike, illustrating how these approaches affect sales, reputation, market expansion, and innovation. The article analyzes the relationship between marketing strategies and the economic stability of the enterprise, and also highlights how marketing affects the increase in income through the effective promotion of products or services. The main marketing strategies and their characteristics, which contribute to the strengthening of economic security, are systematized. The conclusions indicate that marketing activity is a key element of the functional structure of the enterprise's economic security. The article emphasizes that the adequate application of marketing strategies helps the enterprise not only to respond to modern market challenges, but also to minimize internal and external threats, ensuring long-term economic stability.

Digitalization of Economic Security Management in Investment Security of Ukraine

Introduction. The study of economic security is relevant due to strengthening competition in the world market and military conflicts, which are becoming critical tasks for the state. Studying economic security makes it possible to identify the problematic aspects of a country's economy, find solutions, and develop strategies to ensure a sustainable investment policy. The specifics of changes in organizational models associated with digitalization also transform investment management systems. The most significant digital changes affect economic security, as the high openness of companies contributes to the emergence of various threats and risks to their activities. Therefore, it is essential to study the problems related to the risks of digital transformation within the framework of economic security management in the investment provision of Ukraine.
 Aim and tasks. The purpose of the study is to analyse problems and develop a recommendation for assessing the level of economic security when developing investment projects, taking into account the risks of digital transformation, for better preparation for future projects of post-war reconstruction in Ukraine.
 The results. This study developed a conceptual model for assessing the level of economic security, which includes the systematization of critical indicators of economic security and the organization of ensuring end-to-end transparency of information during the implementation of investment projects for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine based on intelligent technologies. Software for assessing economic security using machine learning methods is proposed, which will allow forecasting the state of the enterprise's economic security for the entire implementation period of the investment project.
 Conclusions. This research proved that an enterprise's economic security is a complex and integral economic concept that requires studying the influence of several external and internal factors. Therefore, the established approach to assessing the state of economic security should cover all current investment processes and risks that arise in the context of the digitalization of enterprises, influencing the choice of critical indicators. Post-war reconstruction should be based on the modernization of the economy by improving the security of the business environment (reducing corruption, ensuring private property rights and strengthening the security of business activities) and the transition to a digital society.

PRINCIPLE APPROACH TO FORMING AND IMPLEMENTING AN EFFECTIVE SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISE'S ECONOMIC SECURITY UNDER CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC RECOVERY

The methodological and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of an effective system of economic security at enterprises under conditions of the post-war recovery of the national economy are substantiated. The author's interpretation of the category «enterprise security» is proposed as a set of organizational, technical, managerial, and personnel measures that ensure the enterprise's stable functioning within the defined tasks of its development under the influence of destabilizing factors of the external environment. This made it possible to determine the content of the scientific categories «financial security of the enterprise» and «personnel security of the enterprise». At the conceptual level, the components of the mechanism for managing the financial security of the enterprise are substantiated, which, together with the process of its management, form the basis of the general system for managing the financial security of the business entity. It is recommended to consider the personnel security subsystem as an essential component in the structure of a modern enterprise's human resources management system, which combines it with the economic security system. A principled approach to understanding the role and place of the subsystem of financial and personnel security in the general system of the enterprise's economic security was formed, which made it possible to reveal in more detail the functional purpose of these subsystems and generalize the main elements (subjects and objects of management). The main areas of operation of the enterprise's economic security system under conditions of risks of economic activity and threats of the external environment are specified. The stages of evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise's economic security system based on the resource and functional approach were considered. The practical implementation of the proposed author's approach will contribute to a proper mechanism for monitoring the enterprise's economic security system and a clear division of work between functional executors. The tasks of forming the enterprise's financial and personnel security subsystems are summarized.

Introduction: This research uses mathematical tools of reliability theory in an industrial enterprise's economic security system. The authors argue that a highly effective risk management system is essential for ensuring the necessary level of economic security for any business entity. The study aims to substantiate the necessity and expediency of using the characteristics and indicators of reliability theory in an industrial enterprise's economic security system. Theoretical framework: The study is based on the theoretical framework of reliability theory, which provides mathematical tools for analyzing and managing risks. The authors discuss the most critical indicators of reliability theory, including the value of reliability, the failure rate of risk events, the time to failure, the time-to-failure density, and reliability. Methodology: The study employs a qualitative research methodology, which involves a comprehensive review of the literature on the use of reliability theory in an industrial enterprise's economic security system. The authors analyze the literature to identify the key components of an industrial enterprise's highly effective risk management system. Results and Discussion: The study finds that using mathematical tools of reliability theory can significantly enhance the effectiveness of risk management systems in ensuring economic security for industrial enterprises. The authors identify several key components of a highly effective risk management system, including systematic monitoring of the competitive environment, continuous assessment of the place of the enterprise in the market and its respective segments, and the use of reliability theory to analyze and manage risks. Conclusion: The study concludes that using mathematical tools of reliability theory can provide valuable insights for developing effective risk management systems in an industrial enterprise's economic security system. The authors recommend that industrial enterprises adopt a proactive approach to risk management, which involves continuous monitoring and analysis of risks, and use reliability theory to manage risks effectively.

Implementation of Modern Management Technologies in Enterprise Economic Security

The article examines the realm of management technologies, focusing on 25 key tools and their current trends of application. The specific factors influencing the enterprises of the construction industry are distinguished and the main risks affecting their activities are determined. In addition, a model of introducing modern management technologies into the economic security system of the enterprise is proposed. The proposed model was tested at the enterprise Supplementary Liability Company (SLC) "Khmelnitskhezelezobeton". During the approbation, 35 experts from among management and production personnel were involved at the enterprise, which allows us to draw conclusions about the representativeness of the sample and the reliability of the obtained data at the enterprise. The proposed model allows to choose the most effective modern management technologies (out of the 25 listed), which will contribute to the stable functioning of the enterprise's economic security system by neutralizing risks. Five tools and technologies have been identified for SLC "Khmelnitskhezelezobeton": benchmarking, complexity reduction, customer segmentation, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions.

Ensuring the financial and economic security of enterprises of priority industries in the system of economic security of the state

Ensuring the financial and economic security of enterprises in priority sectors of the economy must be a clearly institutionalized process that takes place on an ongoing basis in accordance with the planned phasing of measures and their results on the way to achieving the defined general goal of state regulation. In order to achieve the expected results, an important place is taken by the selection of general scientific and specialized methodological tools, and preference is given to the methods of logical generalization, grouping, structural-functional analysis, and monographic description. A phasing scheme of shifts in the process of implementation by enterprises is proposed, as well as tools and institutional guidelines of the state policy of strengthening the financial security of priority sectors of the national economy of Ukraine. Staged changes in ensuring the financial and economic security of enterprises in priority sectors of the economy of Ukraine are divided into the context of economic (economic and legal regulation, detinization and modernization of capacities, investment and capitalization, development of the market environment, financial support and credit policy) and organizational (institutional support, business qualification – processes, financial and economic integration and cooperation, strategic management, infrastructural support) tools. Institutional guidelines for ensuring the financial and economic security of enterprises in the priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy are formed based directly on the financial (investment, monetary, fiscal, debt, banking, currency, fund, insurance) and economic (normative-legal, institutional-organizational, information-communication) tools , educational and educational, anticyclical, structural, regulatory, competitive) directions. In the perspective of research, it is appropriate to concentrate on improving institutional and legal provisions, identifying tools for the development of organizational and institutional infrastructure, implementing institutional and economic incentives, improving the regulatory and methodological base of financial and economic security of enterprises, priority industries and the state.

Environmental approach to ensuring the security of modern enterprises

The development of integration processes and globalization requires an increase in enterprises' level of security. It becomes a necessary condition for their functioning. Issues related to the environmental and economic security of enterprises become relevant in modern conditions of rapid development of production and foreign economic relations and require further research not only at the level of the country but also at the level of regions and enterprises. Therefore, for enterprises, an essential point in their work is ensuring environmental safety without negatively impacting economic safety. Ensuring the enterprise's economic security is always important because it determines its ability to be stable on the market and flexible. Suppose the enterprise needs to pay attention to measures to counter environmental threats. In that case, it may lead to significant financial losses and even stop work. It is emphasized that the ecological component of the enterprise's economic security must guarantee the society's safety from business entities carrying out industrial and commercial activities. For this purpose, the manufacturer must carefully comply with the national norms of the minimum permissible content of harmful substances entering the environment and the ecological parameters of the manufactured products. It has been proven that enterprises' effective use of natural resources will contribute to producing quality products, increase competitiveness, and, most importantly, be environmentally safe for people's health. It is noted that an essential problem in ensuring control over the management system of the ecological component of safety is the reliability of the reported data of the enterprises' users of natural resources. It emphasized the need to introduce stricter requirements for environmental reporting by enterprises, which should lead to strict compliance with the norms and requirements of legislation in the field of ecology and, therefore, increase the environmental and economic security of the enterprise. Enterprise management is built on a balanced solution to environmental and economic problems, finding the optimal relationship between ensuring environmental safety and the expediency of enterprise activity. Strengthening economic security through the zero waste concept in sustainable business

Global economic security initiatives are aimed at the survival of humanity by increasing the requirements for life cycle quality, the assessment of investment projects, and their environmental efficiency. An urgent task is forming a strategy for the post-war economic development of Ukraine, focused on sustainability, environmental friendliness, deregulation, and demonopolization of industries. It is substantiated that the circular economy is a system of long-term growth of the organization's value that aims to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency by developing products and processes that can be reused, repaired, recycled, or regenerated. It is a critical component of corporate social responsibility (CSR). It can help businesses reduce their environmental impact, save costs, improve their reputation, and create new opportunities for innovation and collaboration. Applying the cyclical economy approach is possible on condition of awareness of its global role, determination of feasibility components in modern conditions, prediction, and management of associated risks. Even in difficult times, Ukraine demonstrates growth indicators, offers enterprises the availability of energy resources, developed energy infrastructure, and programs for the use of the latest energy-saving technologies, which allows many enterprises to maintain the role of the leader of the national economy, increase the pace of economic development, and be in demand and competitive in the global economic space. The economic catastrophe caused by military aggression reduced energy consumption and increased population migration, which led to a decrease in anthropogenic impact on the environment, which, on the one hand, contributes to the transition to a circular economy, but military actions, increasing other risks, are one of the most significant factors of pollution environment, show a prolonged and long-term adverse effect. With the annual increase in production and life waste and considering the consequences of military conflicts, the need to dispose of the consequences of pollution is an urgent problem of the present and future decades. The risks and priorities of the strategic management of the enterprise's economic security by ensuring sustainable economic development and reducing the ecological burden on the environment in the current state of Ukraine's economy are considered. Economic and socio-political factors are analyzed, and the basic principles that lead to a negative impact are singled out. Awareness of the impact on the economy and society of climate change and the consequence of environmental pollution proves the need to ensure the sustainable use of natural resources, motivates the introduction of "green" technologies, renewable energy sources, and the creation of sustainable partnerships and infrastructure. In today's conditions of instability, the enterprise is offered to develop a set of strategic measures to implement the principles of sustainability and environmental friendliness, which must be followed for production and economic activity to be effective. The economic security strategy should focus on building ESG's reputation for overcoming the risks caused by military aggression and equalizing economic advantages, finding growth opportunities, and investment-oriented access to global markets with the help of "green" partners. It has been proven that ignoring the principles of sustainable development leads to significant reputational risks for organizations and the loss of opportunities for effective communications focused on sustainable development. The studies created the basis for further improvement of the methodology for assessing enterprises' economic security risks. CONCEPT, CONTENT AND FUNCTIONAL COMPONENTS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The article examines and summarizes the theoretical foundations of the economic security of an industrial enterprise. It was found that the term "security" has a complex character, as it is used in various sciences, and that in economic theory, several types of security are distinguished by content, that is, depending on the spheres of public life and directions of human activity. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, five approaches to determining the essence of the "economic security of the enterprise" have been identified. The first approach to determining the economic security of an enterprise is based on the concept of security against threats. The second approach, which consists in the fact that the economic security of the enterprise is considered as a state of efficient use of resources, which is closely related to the first approach. According to the third approach, the economic security of the enterprise is determined from the position of the ability to stable functioning and development. According to the following approach, economic security is defined as the presence of competitive advantages. According to the last view, economic security is considered as an opportunity to achieve goals. It is noted that a number of authors follow several approaches at the same time. On the basis of the conducted research, it was concluded that economic security is such a state of an industrial enterprise, in which it, using its resources, is able to ensure effective functioning and development. An industrial enterprise with a high level of economic security is able to respond in a timely manner and resist the negative impact of internal and external factors. Since this study examines the security of an industrial enterprise from an economic point of view, for an objective assessment of economic security, it is proposed to distinguish four functional components: financial, production-sales, technical-technological, and personnel, which are the basis of the economic activity of any industrial enterprise.

Development of an enterprise economic security strategy

The issues of ensuring economic security of an enterprise are considered. The article presents the proposals for the development of a strategy for the economic security of an enterprise, which will become the basis for its prospective development program. The directions for the development of programs for ensuring the safety of crucial components of the elements of the economic security of the enterprise are proposed.

Оценка рисков погодных деривативов для экономической безопасности предприятия: кейс модели Weather-Security VAR

Currently weather derivatives have become especially relevant due to climate change and weather disasters. In-experience and lack of practice can lead to such threats as economic security risks that affect all areas of enterprise. This article discusses the problem that weather derivatives, despite their ability to minimize risks, become themselves sources of other risks. There is a theoretical justification of this effect, defined as «risk focus shift». Study purpose is to confirm «derivative’s effect» and justify developed theoretical model using VAR method to assess emerging threats and consequences on enterprise's economic security – Weather-Security VAR. In particu-lar, this model is focused on enterprises in the Far East region, which are currently the most affected by the cli-mate change. The obtained results of study can be used for formation and development of derivative theoretical block. From a practical point of view, the presented model can be used by heads of companies and regional investment operators for assessing the likelihood of weather risks and consequences of threats to economic security.

STRENGTHENING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES THROUGH STRATEGIC RISK MANAGEMENT IN UNCERTAINSY

The priorities of the strategic management of the enterprise's economic security by ensuring sustainable economic development and reducing the ecological burden on the environment in the context of the current state of Ukraine's economy are considered. Economic and socio-political factors are analyzed, highlighting the basic principles that lead to crisis situations. It is proposed to constantly monitor and analyse risks, which is an essential and timely mechanism of anti-crisis management. The complex and protracted nature of the enterprise's risk system requires appropriate tools for their identification and assessment, which considers the need to review the strategic directions of diagnosis and analysis of relevant information for management decision-making. Particularly relevant in our publication is the development of approaches to the comprehensive assessment of the risks of the existence and effective operation of enterprises that are adequate to modern socio-economic requirements.
 A wide range of economic risks arising in the process of economic activity was analyzed, and measures were developed to reduce their impact on the performance indicators of the enterprise. An analysis of the existing risks was carried out, among which the following were highlighted: market risks, risks of an unstable situation in the country, a change in the competitive environment, force majeure situations at the enterprise, reputational and environmental risks, and an increase in resource prices. Methods of enterprise risk management to minimize or neutralize their negative impact, actions, and measures that make it possible to prevent the impact of risks on enterprise activity are proposed. In today's conditions of instability, the company is offered to develop a set of strategic measures and principles that must be followed for production and economic activity to be effective. Economic security strategy should be focused on overcoming the risks caused by military aggression and equalizing economic advantages, namely, finding centres of growth and managing access to global markets with the help of responsible investments in Ukraine's economy. The above measures are recommended for implementation in the company's strategy, which will optimize the structure and management process and contribute to the growth of the value of organizations. Ignoring IDE principles entails significant reputational risks for organizations and lost opportunities to engage partners and team members focused on sustainable development. The conducted research creates the basis for further improvement of the enterprise risk assessment methodology and its implementation in the management system of actual risks when enterprises carry out their economic activities within the framework of a preventive approach.

Marketing strategy as a tool for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise

It has been proven that the creation of a system of economic security and its effective management is necessary to counteract and fight against various threats and dangers. The place of the marketing component in the economic security of the enterprise is defined. The importance of an effective marketing strategy for ensuring economic security and successful functioning of the enterprise is considered. Marketing is defined as a management function that seeks to increase the target market, build long-term relationships, satisfy customers, ensure desired profitability and strengthen competitive advantage.
 Theoretical approaches to the implementation of anti-crisis management were studied, specific features of supporting the economic security of construction enterprises in the short-, medium- and long-term periods were determined. The main functional goals of economic security of the enterprise are highlighted. A brief description of individual stages of management of the enterprise's economic security system is provided. It is proposed to divide the process of managing the economic security of the enterprise into the following stages: setting and justifying goals for ensuring the financial security of the enterprise, identifying the problem, establishing restrictions to minimize the financial losses of the enterprise, developing a set of measures aimed at eliminating the identified problem, making the optimal decision regarding ensuring financial and economic security of the enterprise, coordination of the adopted decision with the management of the enterprise, ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the adopted strategy.
 Trends in the development of construction enterprises were studied, and their features were identified: phasing of construction works; diversity of industrial relations; duration of the production cycle; stationarity of the construction object; high manufacturability of modern construction production. It has been analyzed that any construction project can be divided into three stages: construction preparation, execution of construction works and commissioning of the finished construction object. The most important reasons for the bankruptcy of construction enterprises are given, which are as follows: ineffective marketing, ineffective policy of providing the opportunity to buy apartments in installments, increased production costs due to the use of outdated technologies.

This article describes that financial security is an important component of the enterprise economic security system. The general scheme of the process of organizing financial security in business entities is presented. This schema describes how to include the implementation of functional components to prevent and minimize potential damage. Based on the results of the analysis, it is shown that a systematic approach is needed to create a financial support system in the implementation of small businesses and private entrepreneurship.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE DEBT OF A CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE ENTERPRISE IN TERMS OF STRENGTHENING FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY

The article is devoted to the issues of strengthening the financial and economic security of critical infrastructure enterprises of Ukraine under martial law. It is proved that the optimality of the volumes of receivables and payables, their balance, and timeliness of repayment are the basis for ensuring liquidity, solvency, financial independence, and safe functioning of the business entity as a whole. The article analyzes the dynamics, structure, ratio and indicators of turnover of accounts receivable and accounts payable of the critical infrastructure object of JSC “POLTAVAOBLENERGO”. The influence of accounts receivable on the liquidity of the enterprise, its profitability and financial stability is determined. The influence of accounts payable on the financial independence of an enterprise and its solvency is substantiated. The indirect impact of accounts payable on the profitability of an enterprise is proved. It is established that the uncertainty and variability of the business environment, especially under martial law, complicates the process of making management decisions. The level of their validity and effectiveness depends on the ability of management to foresee possible scenarios. Therefore, forecasting is rightly recognized as an integral part of determining the directions of debt optimization. On the basis of forecasting, the risk of debt growth of the researched enterprise is identified and directions for optimizing the amount of receivables and payables are proposed, which will not only improve financial stability but also strengthen the financial and economic security of the enterprise as a whole. The priority measures to optimize the accounts payable of JSC “POLTAVAOBLENERGO” are as follows: introduction of a system of control over accounts receivable and accounts payable at the enterprise; introduction of control over the quality of services provided to consumers; monitoring of settlements with creditors for deferred or overdue debts and identifying reasons for non-compliance with the terms of the contract; obtaining state support under martial law.

ЕТІОЛОГІЯ ЕФЕКТІВ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ЗАСАД ЕКОНОМІКО-МАТЕМАТИЧНИХ МЕТОДІВ І МОДЕЛЕЙ В ПАРАДИГМІ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article examines the cause-and-effect principles of economic and mathematical methods and models in the target organization of studying the economic security of an enterprise. It is noted that threats can be indirect in nature. Depending on the source of occurrence, they are divided intoobjective and subjective. Objective ones arise without the participation and without the will of the enterprise or its employees and do not depend on the management decisions made. At this stage of the research, economic and mathematical expert methods should be applied, which will allow to find out the most influential factors at a qualitative level. The second level concerns the determination of the quantitative assessment of threats to economic security. Appropriate evaluation should be carried out on the basis of multifactorial economic and mathematical modeling. Such a synthesis of qualitative and quantitative assessment of the economic security of the enterprise will allow, based on a systematic approach, to ensure the complexity of the study. Identification of threats involves the application of appropriate management. One of the main indicators of the effectiveness of management of the enterprise's economic security system is sustainability. It is noted that if the parameters of a complex system change within certain limits, the system is able to adapt. If the change exceeds the possibilities of its adaptive development, the stability of the system is lost. The adaptability of the enterprise's economic security system is not only its internal property, but also depends on the nature of disturbances in the external environment. Features of the management tasks of the enterprise's economic security system are highlighted, namely, as large-scale, weakly structured, weakly formalized, with high uncertainty both in the formulation and in the choice of initial data, criteria and the purpose of the decision; multi-linkage of system components and processes of its vital activity. In critical situations of violation of the management stability of the enterprise's economic security system, the principle of adaptation is applied. In case of crises (mild loss of stability), the situation may still lead to the collapse of the system for some time, but its functioning becomes extremely complicated. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the result of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is considered to be the stability of its functioning, the profitability of the activity, and the personal safety of the staff.
