Problems of integration processes between Ukraine and the EU

The paper examines the problems of integration processes between Ukraine and the EU. The purpose of the paper is to generalize the theoretical aspects of economic integration, to highlight the existing problems of economic integration of Ukraine in the EU. Changes in the economic and political vector of Ukraine's development have significantly affected internal processes in the country, economic integration means compliance by Ukraine with certain requirements that should help it integrate into the EU economic space in various directions. Economic integration has always been one of the key issues in foreign countries. Some states are constantly trying to create economic associations for the development of foreign economic activity. This is primarily related to issues of economic security of states. Implementation of the Association Agreement is associated with certain problems. Undoubtedly, the state of war makes adjustments to this process, but even before that, the business side expressed certain comments regarding the implementation of the Agreement. The results of expert surveys on the impact of the Association Agreement, assessments of the future impact of the Association Agreement, the main obstacles to export and import have been synthesized. The main problems in the implementation of sectors of the Association Agreement are highlighted: corruption and shadow economy, insufficient protection of intellectual property rights, violations in the field of public procurement, lack of real and effective measures to increase energy efficiency, lack of real ways to stimulate environmentally safe production, low social security of the population, incomplete use of regulatory mechanisms for stimulating innovative development.

KEY ASPECTS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE RUSSIAN REGION (CASE OF LIPETSK REGION)

The article is devoted to the issues of economic security of the Russian region using the example of the Lipetsk region. The study updates the role of regional economic security based on an in-depth analysis of the theoretical concepts of scientists over the past 20 years. Based on the works of the Russian economist S. Y. Glazyev, in which he uses his author’s, integral approaches to indicators of reproduction of human and economic potential, researchers assess the state of economic security in the Lipetsk region. The authors conclude that the main trend at the moment is the “forced” growth of production, not provided with sufficient labor resources for the future, accompanied by low socio-­economic indicators of reproduction. Having sufficiently advantageous geographical, climatic and natural resources, the Lipetsk region does not have a high development potential at this point in time due to the low level of self-awareness of the population. The level of crime, alcoholism or fertility is often not related to the economic standard of living of the population, but rather depends on the level of development of the individual and society. The lack of capital investments in fixed assets for the future shows the lack of strategic goals of producers and the desire to obtain short-term benefits. The authors see the development of patriotic, spiritual and moral education as one of the directions for improving the indicators of reproduction of human and economic potential in the region.

The article examines topical issues of economic security of the Rostov region. The main threats and challenges facing the region are analyzed. Measures to strengthen the economic security of the region and increase its resilience to crisis phenomena are proposed.

Tax control as a tool to curb the shadow economy

Subject. Numerous scientific works in the field of tax administration are devoted to the problems of tax regulation, the imperfections of current tax legislation, as well as the identification of the causes of the functioning of the shadow economy and ways of tax evasion. However, the issues of economic security of the state and tax control in its provision have been little studied today, despite the entry into force in the legal field more than six years ago of the Decree of the President of Russia dated May 13, 2017 No. 208 "On the Strategy of Economic Security of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030". Thus, the object of the study is tax control, the subject is the effectiveness of on–site tax control as a factor in identifying and suppressing shadow activities in order to ensure the economic security of the country and its public legal entities. Purposes. To summarize approaches to the definition of the term "shadow economy", to distinguish methods for identifying factors of business fragmentation and optimizing the tax burden. Based on the data obtained, we propose an approach to the tax administration process that allows us to quickly respond to "risk signals" in the process of selecting candidates for tax control measures and further conducting tax audits, with a high probability of their effectiveness.Relevance. Tax control is an important regulator of the economic security of the state. The issues of its improvement in order to increase its efficiency and effectiveness have been important at all times. Currently, issues related to the shadow economy are one of the urgent problems affecting the economic development of the country and the functioning of tax systems. Understanding the term "shadow economy" and developing effective counteraction methods are important for tax authorities and society as a whole.Methodology. In the existing conditions of the study, the analysis of the database of tax authorities is carried out (without providing information about taxpayers), the analysis of judicial practice, and methods of logical and statistical analysis are also used. Thus, in the course of the study, the works of foreign and domestic authors were analyzed in order to study the terms "shadow economy" and "business fragmentation". The data of statistical reporting of tax authorities are analyzed, the dynamics of efficiency and effectiveness of on-site tax control are analyzed. The arbitration practice of court cases on the application of business fragmentation schemes by taxpayers has been studied and analyzed, which made it possible to identify a number of distinctive features of business fragmentation from its optimization in order to ensure the sustainable development of organizations (taxpayers) and, based on these indicators, propose a methodology for identifying tax evasion schemes in order to select candidates for on-site tax control.Conclusions. The conducted research allows us to develop the theoretical aspects of such concepts as "shadow economy" and "business fragmentation". Having analyzed the works of domestic and foreign researchers, the author substantiates his definition of the concept of "business fragmentation". The author provides a system of the most significant indicators that can be fully taken as the basis for risk benchmarks signaling the use of fictitious tax optimization schemes by the taxpayer.

ВОСТОЧНО-СИБИРСКИЙ МАКРОРЕГИОН В XXI ВЕКЕ С ПОЗИЦИЙ ВОСТОЧНОГО ВЕКТОРА РАЗВИТИЯ: ВЫЗОВЫ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ

In light of changing socioeconomic and geopolitical conditions, identifying the characteristics of changes in the economic environment of a large domestic resource-producing macroregion – Eastern Siberia – is an extremely important topic. The territory of the macroregion, taking into account the historical and geographical factors and the peculiarities of economic development, is considered part of seven subjects in the central part of Siberia, including the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Trends and problems in the development of the territory are presented using the example of model subjects and the demographic behavior of the population over the past two decades. A number of primary reasons for the ongoing multidirectional socio-economic changes in the context of the «turn to the east» are identified, and issues of economic security in border regions are considered. The following trends have been identified: the industrial structure is being simplified, the demographic potential continues to decline, a steady western drift of the demographic mass is observed, and the population is concentrated in the administrative centers of the macroregion’s constituent entities.

Экономическая аналитика и экономическая безопасность

The article discusses contribution by Russian economic think tanks to the analysis of economic security issues. It is shown that the achievements in this field are important but not systematic. On the one hand, much was done to address challenges associated with unprecedented sanction pressure on Russian economy. On the other hand, issues related to preventing illegal economic practices are rarely studied by the economists. In this context, deliberate efforts should be made to develop productive dialogue between specialists in economic and security studies with the perspective of producing high quality research and policy advice on economic security issues.

Economic Security Threats. Determinants of State Functioning and Economic Policy

Threats to economic security affect national security. The aim of the article is to present the economic security threats taking into account selected determinants of state functioning and economic policy. In shaping economic security, it is important to properly consider threats to this security. Various research methods were used in the work, including the method of critical analysis of the literature as well as the method of analysis and synthesis. Considering the issues of economic security, it is also worth analyzing the threat to this security. In theory and practice, different aspects and types of threats to economic security can be taken into account. Many economic and social indicators should be used in the identification and assessment process of economic security threats. Poland’s security is affected by various economic threats, including those related to the international situation.

Agricultural enterprise economic security systems modelling

The research relevance was determined by the current conditions of economic instability and the growing influence of external factors on the economic activities of enterprises, understanding and effective management of economic security issues is becoming extremely important for ensuring the sustainability of agricultural enterprises. The study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the economic security of an agricultural enterprise, focusing on identifying key aspects and their impact on the sustainability and viability of the enterprise. The study employed an analytical method, statistical method, functional method, system analysis method, deduction method, synthesis method and comparison method. This study focuses on the economic security of agricultural enterprises, considering the complex aspects of efficiency, risk protection and the ability to adapt to changes in the economic environment. The study defines economic security as a systematic approach to risk management and sustainability. Particular attention is devoted to responding to changes in the external environment, such as price fluctuations, climate anomalies and global market trends. Theoretical models, such as the risk system model, effective resource management, innovative development, and global competitiveness, which determine various aspects of economic security, were considered. The study focuses on the financial condition of the agricultural company Kernel, which proved to be dynamic and ambiguous in 2020-2023. The analysis includes factors such as the impact of geopolitical events and economic instability due to the war. The company implements strategies for global competitiveness, demonstrating flexibility, innovation, and diversification to ensure sustainability. Strategies are proposed to expand production diversification, improve risk management, and use innovative technologies to adapt to climate change. The practical application of this study lies in the possibility of using the results and recommendations developed on their basis to improve the economic security systems of agricultural enterprises

ДИАГНОСТИКА ПРОБЛЕМ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ РЕГИОНОВ В ПЕРИОД КРИЗИСА

The article aims to study issues of regional development in Russia during a crisis, as well as to design and test a method for examining issues of economic security in a region. A theory on evaluating the social and economic development of Russian regions based on the assessment of the economic security level was reviewed, and the most outstanding methods proposed by the Russian academics were considered. The authors introduced their own method for conducting such evaluation based on the index approach. Three groups of indicators were identified and included economic, social, and indicators of the population’s life quality. These indicators were assessed as individual indexes and grouped into a consolidated index of the economic security level. In addition, the authors suggested combining regions in clusters according to the obtained index values. The method was tested in the Russian regions from 2016 to 2021. As a result, 11 regions were recognized as having low economic indexes. It is recommended to focus mainly on increasing the level of economic security in these regions. The target group of regions with the highest values of indexes was determined.

Антикорупційний аудит: визначення, інваріантність підходів та форсайт розвитку

The aim of the article is to define the concept of anti-corruption audit, taking into account the invariance of the approaches of different scholars, and to present a forecast for its further development. Ukraine is confidently moving in the European integration direction, so the issue of economic security of our country is crucial, and it is the anti-corruption audit that contributes to the identification, prevention and elimination of corruption risks and practices, verification of compliance with the requirements of national and international legislation in the field of prevention of corruption, and the formation of a culture of rejection of corruption. The article substantiates the need to introduce a single, generally accepted definition of this concept and the introduction of anti-corruption audit in all areas of business and at all levels in government agencies, which will create obstacles to bribery and fraudulent actions of business or government representatives and will help significantly reduce the level of corruption in our country. Thus, it will contribute to the improvement of the investment climate, increase the confidence of foreign investors and the level of economic security of the country. The necessity of introducing additional opportunities to combat corruption, a system of control measures to counter corruption, and the implementation of audit procedures to assess the corruption risks of business processes is also substantiated. The authors emphasize that, despite the fairly wide application of this concept in the business environment and in the public sector, there is no single definition of the concept of «anti-corruption audit», as well as an understanding of the peculiarities of the methodology of its implementation. As a result of the study, an analysis of the existing definitions, their comparison and generalization has been carried out, and the introduction of an improved unified definition of the concept of «anti-corruption audit» has been proposed. It is proved that a systematic increase in the level of public consciousness, ensuring transparency and simplification of business procedures, increasing the efficiency of economic mechanisms of State supervision, control over entrepreneurial activity and the introduction of mandatory anti-corruption audit of companies will allow the country to significantly reduce corruption and minimize the shadow economy in our country.

Problems of ensuring the economic security of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the legal regime of the martial law

Purpose. Consideration of the problems of ensuring economic security and stability of the functioning of economic entities of the agrarian sector in Ukraine in the conditions of martial law, as well as determining the prospects for the development of their activities in the post-war period. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is scientific concepts, theoretical developments of leading scientists on the issues of economic security of economic entities. General scientific and special research methods were used to achieve the set goal: observation, analysis and synthesis, a comprehensive approach – in the generalization and improvement of the main theoretical provisions and methodical principles of economic security; system approach – when studying the features of the system of development of management measures that ensure reduction of the negative impact of risks caused by threats to economic security. Findings. The importance of ensuring the economic security and stability of the economic activity of agricultural enterprises has been actualized during crisis situations in the economy of Ukraine, in particular, the conditions of their activity under the legal regime of martial law. Under the existing situation, it is important to ensure the stability of the agricultural sector and its ability to develop and increase the volume of agricultural production, regardless of changes in external or internal factors that may negatively affect the country's economy. Originality. The main problems of ensuring the economic security and stability of the functioning of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of martial law are substantiated, and the prerogatives of the development of their activities in the post-war period are determined. Practical value. The developed recommendations on the identification of threats to the economic security of economic entities will allow creating conditions for identifying real and forecasting potential economic threats in the activities of agricultural enterprises, finding ways to level their consequences, developing and implementing management measures that ensure the sustainable development of agricultural formations.

ПОДХОДЫ К ФОРМИРОВАНИЮ КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬЮ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ

The article outlines issues of economic security at enterprises in the context of global digital business transformation, which are associated with the active use of modern information and communication tools containing various digital risks,. It is noted that modern approaches to the formation of a comprehensive system of economic security should take into account various external and internal factors of influence on the economic entity. The key elements of the management structure are considered, as well as priority directions for the formation of an effective system of economic security of the enterprise, contributing to the maximum reduction of threats and risks of macro and microenvironment. Authors highlight the main stages of operational assessment of the current level of economic security of the organization, which are necessary to maintain the effective functioning of the entire management system, The guidelines for economic security management are defined for. enterprises of various spheres of business, which allows achieving the security of all the departments functioning, as well as their implementation contributes to improving the business activities efficiency.

FOREIGN ECONOMY SECURITY IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS / ԱՐՏԱՔԻՆ ՏՆՏԵՍՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՆՎՏԱՆԳՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ ՄԻՋԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԻՆՏԵԳՐԱՑԻՈՆ ԵՎ ՊԱՅՄԱՆԱԳՐԱՅԻՆ ՀԱՐԱԲԵՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ ՀԱՄԱՏԵՔՍՏՈՒՄ

Economic security is the most important component of national security, the importance of which is key in protecting the interests of society and the state. Economic security, depending on economic, social, political, military, scientific and technical and other factors, characterizes the degree of effectiveness of state security. It is particularly relevant to study the security of the foreign economy as a continuous development and effective cooperation of Armenia's bilateral and multilateral relations with all states and organizations. The purpose of the article is to study the security and unpredictable changes that, along with the existing threats, create new challenges for Armenia. The objective of the research was to study the security issues of the foreign economy, international documents related to economic cooperation and mutual security, and to identify the means of ensuring the security of foreign economic relations. In the framework of the article, using logical, analytical, systemic-structural, interpretive methods, the problems related to the security of the foreign economy were studied and the measures to ensure the security of the foreign economic relations were proposed. As a result of studies and analyses, it is recommended to ensure organizationally the practical implementation of the provisions laid down by the regulatory legal acts and to differentiate the rules related to different types and forms of foreign economic activity. As a result of the analysis, the following scientific novelty was obtained: the mandatory component of the long-term national security strategy in the field of ensuring external economic security is the regulatory framework, but the multidimensional nature of economic security issues determines their interdisciplinary nature. The obtained results can be useful to the managers of the sector, researchers interested in the sector and civil society to form correct ideas about the provision of economic security, to review their actions related to the sector.

ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF CUSTOMERS AND CONTRACTORS DURING THE ELIMINATION OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF ARMED AGGRESSION

Ukraine is trying with all its might not to sink under the weight of the war. In the event of hostilities, the construction industry, like other sectors of the economy, found itself in a difficult situation, on the verge of collapse. Nevertheless, the Ukrainians could not be defeated, and most of the Developers resumed construction on the spot. The article is devoted to the topic of ensuring the economic security of Customers and Contractors of the construction industry of Ukraine while eliminating the consequences of armed aggression, which reveals the global problem of restoring the wartime housing stock. The article presents the mechanism of movement of financial flows, which should also be taken into account during the post-war recovery. Previously existing methods were analyzed. Examples of current documents regarding the determination of issues of economic security of construction enterprises are given, in which various methods and tasks are applied. An approach for improving methodical support for economic security monitoring is proposed. Economic security in Ukraine is one of the most prioritized functional areas of security. This is the state of protection of the country's national economy from external and internal threats, which ensures the country's economic sovereignty, the unity of its economic space, and the conditions for the implementation of Ukraine's strategic national priorities. The construction sector occupies one of the leading places in the country's economy. It is a multifaceted and multifunctional structure. Any changes that occur in any of the interrelated sectors of the economy lead to a reaction from the market, which undoubtedly affects the construction sector. One of the main features of the modern industrial and construction sector is the ability to work in the face of threats to economic security. One of the main tasks facing the economy of Ukraine and requiring serious consideration is the implementation of measures aimed at stabilizing the work of construction enterprises, including design enterprises. A competently built system of ensuring economic security with the use of existing or built corporate resources is able to create the necessary conditions for achieving business goals and maximizing profits. It is not yet known how all the processes will proceed in the conditions of military and post-war conditions. Economic factors in the construction industry are regularly reviewed. And these questions remain unresolved and relevant to this day.

THE FORMATION OF A CONCEPTUAL AND CATEGORICAL APPARATUS FOR RESEARCH ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Initial conceptualization of economic security issues, its systematization, and logicization with the help of basic conceptual structures creates prerequisites for understanding the principles and methods of analysis of manifestations, resource base, and trends of economic security development. Within the framework of various economic paradigms, they are developing their approaches to the content and technology of the cognitive process, its capabilities, and reliability. Taking into account the geostrategic tasks of Ukraine, the experience of implementing the state food security strategy, it is essential to rethink the concept of Ukraine’s national interests in the economic sphere, assess new challenges and threats to economic security and, on this basis, prepare a new state strategy, as well as a mechanism for its implementation. The systems of economic activity, management, and compliance with the economic security of subjects of economic relations differ functionally and spatially. A significant part of economic phenomena, processes, several business entities, and economic relations are beyond the influence of the elements of the economic security system. All this actualizes the problem of analyzing information at the “output”, primarily indicators of the effectiveness of the functioning of enterprises, organizations, individual industries, the quality and standard of living of employees, and the population as a whole, since these indicators act not only as indicators of social and economic well-being but also as criteria, by which it is possible to judge the level of internal threats to ensure sustainable and safe economic development. In the conditions of free market relations, the process of decentralizing the state management system in ensuring economic security, the role of economic managers of agro-industrial complex enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership, vast and medium, is increasing. The content of this type of management, its functional, technological, and other features, is primarily determined by the state of the country’s economy and its industries as an object of management. Ensuring the economic security of enterprises in the agrarian sector of Ukraine depends on the constituent structures of the agricultural sector since the agrarian sector is closely connected with the entire agrarian complex of the country.

ФАКТОРИ ВПЛИВУ НА ПРОЦЕС УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЮ БЕЗПЕКОЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ

In the conditions of martial law, ensuring economic security is highly relevant for domestic enterprises. The issue of economic security is defined by the fact that a significant number of companies located in the Eastern part of the country are forced to relocate to areas where active combat operations are not taking place. Issues related to economic security are the subject of extensive research. At the same time, it is important to assess the factors influencing the process of managing economic security in the context of martial law.
 The purpose of this work is to develop a model that will enable the evaluation of factors influencing the management of economic security in conditions of martial law. Economic security of an enterprise is a comprehensive characteristic that encompasses the level of protection of all types of the enterprise's potential from internal and external threats, ensuring its stable functioning and effective development, and requires management by the enterprise's leadership. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the process of managing economic security of enterprises in conditions of martial law.
 Given that economic security significantly depends on sources of funding for the enterprise, the intellectual component, the availability of an adequate workforce, and the volume of information, these factors are taken into account in the research. The distribution of factors influencing the evaluation of the efficiency indicator of economic security management is presented. The paper proposes hierarchical relationships of factors influencing the system of economic security management of an enterprise, which, unlike existing approaches, allows for a more comprehensive consideration of the factors determining the effectiveness of economic security management and the development of a mathematical model for intelligent decision support in managing economic security.

PHILOSOPHY OF SECURITY UNDER MARTIAL LAW

The article is devoted to the problems of security philosophy and the peculiarities of its implementation in the conditions of martial law and real challenges to the existence of the Ukrainian state and its citizens. The philosophy of security considers the latter as a phenomenon of an objective order that exists in an uncivilized space, functions independently of a certain historically formed society, but is always ensured by the active participation of a person in security processes. Under martial law, security philosophy is a conceptual approach that combines two important components. On the one hand, it is based on the organization of the state and society, which pays the most attention to economic security issues, because it is in this area that conditions are created for the maximum mobilization of material resources in order to resist hostile actions. But, on the other hand, it keeps in focus the person who is the main value of a democratic state, his life and security. Its financial, social, and information components continue to be important aspects of security philosophy. Special emphasis in the security philosophy is placed on the factor of information warfare imposed by the aggressor state with the aim of value deformation of the consciousness of Ukrainian citizens, undermining the national-patriotic spirit of Ukrainian citizens, depersonalization of individual responsibility before the threat of loss of statehood and national identity. This is precisely why we highlight another aspect of the security philosophy – the valuable one. The problems of the implementation of state security in the conditions of the introduction of martial law are considered in the article as particularly important and vitally necessary, as they concern both the very existence of the state and its citizens, taking into account the actions of the enemy, which carry a kind of genocide of the Ukrainian people.

ТЕОРЕТИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

The issue of economic security is quite relevant, and therefore this article is intended to consider both the theoretical aspects of economic security and this term as a whole. The work considers the terminological meaning of economic security, the conditions for its application and the mechanisms for its provision. The dependence of the enterprise on the state, and vice versa, is revealed and demonstrated. It is concluded that the national security of the state is formed from this connection as a whole. It is proved that the level of economic security depends on the effective work of the management team and its staff.

Work-Related Pull Factors and Mechanisms for Attracting Internal Migrants to the Kaliningrad Region

Introduction. The importance of economic security issues for migration-attractive regions, especially the exclave Kaliningrad region, is growing. Increasing migration gain from Russia’s regions both brings obvious benefits and poses additional challenges. These include those related to the influx of workers whose professional qualifications do not suit the needs of the regional labour market. Thus, the article aims to analyze the compliance of the mechanisms for regulating internal migration with the work-related pull factors to ensure the Kaliningrad region’s economic security. Materials and Methods. The study relies on Kaliningradstat’s regional migration data for 2014–2021 and the interviews with representatives of various sectors of the regional economy, including migrants, conducted by the authors in the summer of 2022. The paper provides systematized and structured results of the content analysis of various sources on the implementation of labour policy and, in particular, the policy of attracting workforce (information and reference portals and websites of international, national and regional institutions, official statistical data by IOM and Rosstat). Results. Drawing on the example of the Kaliningrad region, the study considers several understaffed fields of occupation, including medicine, research and education, ICT, and small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on international and Russian research it analyses work-related mobility factors for each of them. It also classifies the practice of using external and internal migration selection mechanisms. Discussion and Conclusion. Based on the survey of migrants and employers in the Kaliningrad region, the study develops and discusses a list of pull factors and mechanisms for each considered workforce group that can be used to design policies for attracting workforce to the Kaliningrad region. The study results can be used in Russian regions willing to attract in-demand specialists.

Possibilities of applying the Due Diligence procedure in an economic entity

This article discusses the possibility of practical application of the Due Diligence procedure on the example of one of the Russian companies. The company "Packaging Solutions" LLC was chosen as an economic entity. At the beginning of the article, the author provides the basic data of the organization, its staff, main activities, property. Further, more detailed information about the type of activity of the organization is disclosed, as well as the fact of the company's special attitude to issues of economic security. The author reveals the concept of economic security, and also considers factors that may affect the economic security of an individual economic entity or the country as a whole. The author considers the coefficient of financial independence of the organization, which positively characterizes the economic security of the organization, also mentions the presence of a patented trademark, which is an advantage in the modern market, since its own trademark provides recognition of the company and gives it legal protection. The article also pays attention to ensuring economic security in the field of contractual relations, building relationships with customers, information security of the company, and the personnel policy of the organization. After considering the positive aspects of the economic security of this company, the author proceeds to highlight the shortcomings of economic security. To establish the shortcomings of the organization's activities, the author analyzes its indicators.
