The issue of ensuring effective training of civil servants and civil service reforms is the subject of scientific research by such domestic scientists as: N. Alyushina, T. Vasylevska, M. Golovan, G. Yermolayeva, N. Lasna, V. Kozakov, N. Korchak, O. Melnikov, O. Parkhomenko-Kutsevil, B. Panchenko, M. Rudakevich, I. Chaplai, etc. The research objective. To determine the professional abilities and competencies of public servants in order to ensure effective and responsible public service in modern conditions. The statement of basic materials. The formation of professional ethics and integrity of civil servants is analyzed as an important prerequisite for ensuring effective and responsible civil service. Emphasis is placed on the rapidity and dynamism of today's realities, which requires civil servants to improve their professional qualities constantly. Zoonotic Diseases: A Changing Landscape Demands Global Action

During recent years, the globe-wide zoonotic disease landscape has evolved drastically posing significant challenges to the health of the individual and environmental sustainability. Zoonotic illnesses, which occur in animals and are transmission-capable to people, have been an ever-present risk throughout history. According to the “World Health Organization (WHO)”, an estimated 60% of known infectious diseases and around 75% of new or emerging infectious diseases are zoonotic in origin. These illnesses have the potential to inflict widespread morbidity and mortality, along with severe economic losses. However, today's dynamics of our changing environment, which include urbanization, climate change, and growing human-animal interaction, are increasing the probability of zoonotic spillover occurrences. (1) The worldwide spread of the consequences of zoonotic illnesses underscores the critical need for collective effort through international leadership frameworks integrating government, private industry, and civil society. “The Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA)” and the WHO are collaborating on projects to address these concerns and improve global health security. The WHO launched the "One Health Joint Plan of Action," which intends to inscribe health hazards to humans, animals, plants, and the environment. It emphasizes the interconnection of human, animal, and environmental health. (2)

The Role of Motivation in Work Teams

This article aims to establish the state of the art of motivation in work teams in the scientific literature. The research was of a descriptive type in which a bibliometric review scheme was adapted that includes the stages of recovery, migration, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of information. As a result, 59 research articles were obtained from which it stands out that the United States and China are the main scientific producers on the subject. Likewise, production has been constant and balanced in the 2018-2022 period, with research that mainly addressed aspects such as motivation, leadership, work teams, performance, and human talent, among others. Finally, research that addressed the consequences of motivation on the performance of work teams stands out, as well as the effect of leadership and other moderating variables on the motivation of people in work teams. It is expected that studies related to work teams will continue to grow, especially when work dynamics in today's organizations are strongly oriented towards the creation of competitive, high performance, autonomous, and self-regulated work teams.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Proposal Hibah Kompetitif Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Publikasi Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur

One indicator of the quality of Indonesian education is the increase in student publications. Through various competitive grant programs, students are expected to be able to compete for funding from the government and the private sector. Therefore, it is necessary to have training in making proposals that are able to compete in grant competitions that aim to: 1) increase student publications; 2) encourage students to produce quality proposals; 3) produce scientific work that is interesting, innovative so that it can be recognized at the national or international level. The method used is training and assistance in making proposals. The presenters of the resource person training were lecturers with training participants at the Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. The output of this activity is so that students can compete and get research funding and community service. The outcome obtained is to bring student participation closer to society and the role of students as agents of change in the dynamics of today's rapidly developing society.

KESETARAAN GENDER DALAM FIKIH PEREMPUAN PERSPEKTIF MAQASID SYARIAH JASSER AUDA

The dynamics of today's civilization are growing, it continues to drive changes significantly, both in the technological and other spheres. Existing social construction has shifted, and even needs to be updated to keep up with developments. This includes the role and position of women. In the past, women in the discussion of jurisprudence were only about worship, the treatment of worship that there were differences with men. For example, if the congregation, men are encouraged to read Subhanallah while women pat both palms. But now the discussion of women is getting wider to their roles, positions and relationships with men. This research focused on the gender equality thinking of Husein Muhammad and Musdah Mulia. This research is a normative research (library research) with research sources including several books by Husein Muhammad, Musdah Mulia and Jasser Auda. The thinking of gender equality (women's jurisprudence) of the two figures was then analyzed with Jasser Auda's system (maslahah) approach. The gender equality of women's jurisprudence in the perspective of the Jasser Auda system has conformity with Islamic law. The gender equality of women's jurisprudence has fulfilled all six systems of features (benefits). In the cognitive system, equality has a cognitive conformity capable of uncovering the meaning or practical implications of Islamic law. The argumentation of women's jurisprudence was also adopted from the powerful nash texts, this corresponded to the system of wholeness. Thus with the system of openness and interrelationship, which demands to open wide the thinking of equality to respond to the development of the times. Gender equality view Women's jurisprudence provides answers to these changes in a measured and directed manner, so that Islamic law is always contextual based on the multidimensional system and the meaning of Jasser Auda.

TO THE QUESTION OF GEOMETRIC MODELING OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLUSTER STRUCTURES IN ORTHODOXY

The current stage of development of our state is characterized by a return to the Christian worldview after many years of forced atheism. Therefore, in many cities and villages of Ukraine, temples and monasteries are being revived, religious buildings and monuments are being intensively repaired, reconstructed and built, and places of pilgrimage are being arranged, and so on. At the same time, there are significant socio-economic changes, in particular, new market conditions, land, medical and educational reforms, decentralization of public administration, etc. These facts emphasize the high spiritual and material dynamism of today's life. Its complexity is increasing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the armed conflict with Russia and other common points. In addition, everyone usually has personal problems.
 The Orthodox Christian religion has always proclaimed love for one's neighbor as a great moral value. Various human activities, including the above, are characterized by the widespread use of information technologies. In many cases, one of the foundations of which is computer graphics. The advantage of geometric models compared to analytical ones is their simplicity, clarity, ease of use. The development of new mathematical tools, which are aimed at the effective practical implementation of spiritual activities among the population, is a godly task. On this basis, the selected topic can be considered quite relevant.
 The main purpose of this publication is to highlight the proposed methodology for the automated reproduction of organizational cluster structures in Orthodoxy. The obtained scientific applied achievements represent a developed approach to modeling church management and related religious territorial Christian communities in the form of dioceses and parishes. On the basis of the given strategy new complex geometrical models for optimization of activity of orthodox churches are constructed. This concerns the more rational placement of temples and chapels, the definition of the proper boundaries of parishes and dioceses, the determination of the need for their unification or liquidation, the establishment of new ones, and so on. The paper outlines the prospects for the necessary further research.

ИНВЕСТИЦИИ В ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-КОММУНИКАЦИОННУЮ ОТРАСЛЬ РЕСПУБЛИКИ КОРЕЯ КАК КЛЮЧЕВОЙ ФАКТОР РОСТА ЭКОНОМИКИ

The dynamics of today's South Korean economy have been studied and the key factors that have a significant impact on its growth have been identified. The object of the study is the volume of investment in the information and communication industry in the Republic of Korea. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of investment activity in the Republic of Korea in the information and communication industry and the relationship with the economic growth of the country. Thus, the purpose of the study is to investigate the existence of a causal relationship between the volume of investment in ICT and economic growth of the national economy of the Republic of Korea, considering also foreign direct investment and the number of companies in the information and communication industry in the country. One of the main challenges at this stage of economic development is to increase investment activity from internal and external actors for sustainable economic growth. Research methodology and methods. The study proposes an integral indicator of the volume of investment in ICT, GDP, foreign direct investment and the number of organizations in the ICT industry used in international research in the analysis of the growth factor of the economy of the country. Econometric models have been built to analyze the effectiveness of investment in ICT to stimulate economic growth as a whole. Based on the correlation analysis of seasonally adjusted quarterly time series for the period from 2005 to 2021, available from the Korean Statistical Information Service (KOSIS), an econometric model has been developed to determine the degree of influence of repressors on the country's GDP. It means that investments in information and communication technologies (ICT) are interconnected with the growth of the GDP of the Republic of Korea. With an increase in investment in ICT by one thousand US dollars, GDP increases by an average of 9.9 billion won (7.7 million US dollars). Is is also found out that foreign investments (FDI) in the telecommunications industry are not so effective and with their growth, GDP increases by 0.04 billion won (32 thousand US dollars). The ICT investment strategy disclosed in this study is particularly useful for policy makers planning economic growth in South Korea and other ICT-rich countries because promoting the use of ICT across all sectors requires the creation of legal and policy frameworks

Making Theatre during COVID-19

ABSTRACT Social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic prevents audiences and actors from interacting in what used to be the normal way of making and sharing productions. Actors, directors, and designers faced numerous challenges throughout rehearsals while creating “something-that-isn't-exactly-theatre” to livestream Athol Fugard's Statements after an Arrest under the Immorality Act. Focused on an interracial affair obliterated by South Africa's apartheid laws, Fugard's drama eerily evokes dynamics in today's America: structural racism; government regulation of private behavior; the chasms of understanding—even those we love—across lines of race; all of which occurred against the backdrop of Breonna Taylor's killing in Louisville, the city where the actors and directors had first met and worked together. While most of these dynamics were familiar to us, the novel challenges of virtual work were not. However, by the end of rehearsals, tech, and two virtual performances we had learned to appreciate intrinsic attributes of this new form.

Female-biased sex ratios in urban centers create a "fertility trap" in post-war Finland.

Because sex ratios are a key factor regulating mating success and subsequent fitness both across and within species, there is widespread interest in how population-wide sex ratio imbalances affect marriage markets and the formation of families in human societies. Although most modern cities have more women than men and suffer from low fertility rates, the effects of female-biased sex ratios have garnered less attention than male-biased ratios. Here, we analyze how sex ratios are linked to marriages, reproductive histories, dispersal, and urbanization by taking advantage of a natural experiment in which an entire population was forcibly displaced during World War II to other local Finnish populations of varying sizes and sex ratios. Using a discrete time-event generalized linear mixed-effects model, and including factors that change across time, such as annual sex ratio, we show how sex ratios, reproduction, and migration are connected in a female-dominated environment. Young childless women migrated toward urban centers where work was available to women, and away from male-biased rural areas. In such areas where there were more females, women were less likely to start reproduction. Despite this constraint, women showed little flexibility in mate choice, with no evidence for an increase in partner age difference in female-biased areas. We propose that together these behaviors and conditions combine to generate an “urban fertility trap” which may have important consequences for our understanding of the fertility dynamics of today including the current fertility decline across the developed world.

The Neo-Colonial Political Economy of Scholarly Publishing: Its UK-US Origins, Maxwell's Role, and Implications for Sub-Saharan Africa

The prevailing dynamics of today's global scholarly publishing ecosystem were largely established by UK and US publishing interests in the years immediately after the Second World War. With a central role played by publisher Robert Maxwell, the two nations that emerged victorious from the war were able to dilute the power of German-language academic publishing-dominant before the war-and bring English-language scholarship, and in particular English-language journals, to the fore. Driven by intertwined nationalist, commercial, and technological ambitions, English-language academic journals and impact metrics gained preeminence through narratives grounded in ideas of "global" reach and values of "excellence"-while "local" scholarly publishing in sub-Saharan Africa, as in much of the developing world, was marginalised. These dynamics established in the post-war era still largely hold true today, and need to be dismantled in the interests of more equitable global scholarship and socio-economic development.

Esta pesquisa, associada à demanda contida na Política Nacional de Defesa – 2012,trata de esforços que contribuam com o incremento do nível de Segurança Nacional,integrando as instâncias estatais em prol da prevenção e do gerenciamento decrises. Desse modo, esta breve análise estabeleceu o objetivo de examinar osprincipais desafios e respostas que têm transpassado o espectro da Segurançae Defesa (S&D) no Brasil, para, a seguir, sugerir uma perspectiva que contribuapara uma gestão integral da Segurança Nacional. A metodologia contemplou umaperspectiva qualitativa, operacionalizada por um método de abordagem indutivo,combinando esforços descritivos e analíticos, coletando impressões acerca da S&Dno mundo e, em especial, aprofundando o estudo no espaço brasileiro. Na discussão,verificou-se que há demanda e ambiente para a concepção de uma política públicapermanente com a finalidade de otimizar a gestão integral da Segurança Nacional,particularmente, em face das ameaças hodiernas, as quais, muitas vezes, excedem as esferas da Segurança Pública, da Defesa Nacional, da Segurança Nacional,alcançando até a Segurança Internacional. Ademais, o estudo propôs um modeloempírico para a gestão integral da Segurança Nacional, considerando a necessidadede uma abordagem sistêmica e da harmonização dos esforços interagências, tendoem vista que a dinâmica das ameaças atuais não é linear e, portanto, respostasmecanicistas são insuficientes para responder desafios complexos.

<p>В статье рассматривается социологический анализ Э. Гидденса проблемы самоидентичности личности в контексте современности. Социолог обосновал ряд важных теоретических положений, усиливших способности теоретической социологии рефлексивно концептуализировать объективные социальные процессы. Он сформулировал логические основания для осмысления сущности взаимосвязей современного общества, сокращая концептуальный водораздел между социальным субъектом и социальным объектом.</p>К основным факторам динамизма современности отнесены разделение пространства и времени, действие «высвобождающих механизмов» и институциональная рефлексивность. Гидденс определил саамоидентичность как рефлексивный проект индивида в категориях биографии и сформулировал экзистенциальные и нравственные дилеммы «Я» позднего модерна (унификация и фрагментация, бессилие и контроль, авторитет и неопределенность, индивидуальные и товарно-потребительские формы опыта).

The Imprint of the Spanish Tobacco Industry on the Urban Landscape: Permanences and Absences of an Industrial Memory

ABSTRACTThe preservation of old industrial buildings implies their treatment as reused elements for the development of the dynamics of today's society, in a second life where their recovery for citizenship implies a social value added to their historical-cultural importance. But this narrative is not complete without considering those intangible aspects that, unfortunately, have been lost over time and shape a memory of absences. This article proposes a reflection on the specific imprint left by the presence of Spanish tobacco factories in the urban landscape. It examines their different dimensions as industrial heritage in relation to the territory, the city, their architectural formalisation and the dynamics of the cigarette-makers as key workers. In this way, the importance of the activity of these factories in the cities in which they were located established a series of tangible and intangible relationships, both in their immediate surroundings and in the whole city.

Dayah Strategy of Aceh in Preparing For Professional Advisory in Bireuen District

Muhadharah activities that have existed and become part of beut in these three dayahs, enabled the birth of teungku dayah who were ready to appear in society as competent dā‘is. In fact, not all teungku dayah are able to appear as dā‘i figures that are referred to by society. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which obtained data by conducting interviews, observations and document review of social conditions at the study site. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed and came to a conclusion that the implementation of muhadharah on the salafi dayah in Bireuen Regency was generally carried out by following the old tradition and still accommodating and adopting the development and dynamics of today's muhadharah, such as language, tools and material mastery. In order to realize the effectiveness of the implementation of muhadharah on the salafi dayah the ulama and the dayah leaders argued that the muhadharah should receive serious attention in the form of its vision and mission.

La importancia del círculo. Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la conformación del clan de las mujeres

Faced with the dynamics of today's life, which encourages competition instead of empathy and collaboration, as well as the patriarchal tendency that has historically underestimated female support and knowledge circles, groups have emerged that promote the formation of new circles inspired by a mythical ancestral past, where the clan of women can become agents of cultural change. This paper analyzes the reflectivity of the coordinators of these groups and how communication technologies are integrated into their projects and practices, which play the role of medium and mediator in this contemporary redefinition of women's circles.

Operating room PathTrac analysis of current intraoperative Staphylococcus aureus transmission dynamics

Operating room (OR) reservoir Staphylococcus aureus isolates have been linked to 50% of surgical site infections. We aimed to assess S aureus transmission dynamics in today's ORs to further guide health care-associated infection prevention. Forty OR case-pairs were randomly selected for observation in a 5-month prospective cohort study. Case-pair S aureus transmission dynamics were mapped using OR PathTrac. S aureus pathogens were isolated from ≥1 OR reservoirs in 45.7% (37 of 81) of surgical cases, and epidemiologically related transmission events were confirmed in 22.5% (9 of 40) of case-pairs. Patient skin sites and provider hands provided comparable risk of OR S aureus exposure (19 of 481 patient vs 35 of 1,173 provider hands, relative risk [RR], 1.32; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.77-2.29; P = .32). Environmental contamination at case 2 start was higher than at case 1 start (case 2 start 32 of 152 sites with >20 colony-forming units vs case 1 start 7 of 163 sites with >20 colony-forming units; RR, 4.90; 95% CI, 2.23-10.77; P < .0001). The stopcock contamination rate was not significantly different than our prior study in 2008 (19 of 164 2008 vs 8 of 77 2018; RR, 1.12; 95% CI, 0.51-2.43; P = .78). All epidemiologically related transmission events involved the between-case mode of transmission and phenotype H. Current OR S aureus exposure threats reliably include patient skin sites and provider hands. Perioperative S aureus preventive measures should extend from patient decolonization to include improved hand decontamination efforts.

It is impossible to imagine a modern business without the presence of banks and the banking market. As the number of transactions and participants progressively increases, competition between banks is increasing as well. In order to ensure that the bank, in the crude conditions of the fight for the client, has won its market share and participated with other banks, it is necessary to follow the trends that appear in the field of providing banking services. The dynamics of today's business puts extraordinary demands on business entities, as well as banks as their backbone. One of the main conditions to keep pace with modern business trends is the introduction of new banking products as a result of continuous work and monitoring the current needs of service users in terms of a priority task for maintaining and improving the bank's operations. In this way, the old ones are retained, but new clients are also attracted.

CONTINUING EDUCATION OF NURSES IN BULGARIA ORGANIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT

The dynamics of today's world requires every one of us to maintain, upgrade and refine our knowledge and skills lifelong. For the nurses whose profession is regulated in the EU member states, as well in Bulgaria, continuing education is a key element of their professional development. One of the main objectives of the continuing professional education (CPE) is to contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge and skills in a way, appropriate to meet the needs of а present-day medical practice. The institution that organizes, coordinates, provides and registers continuing professional education of the health care professionals is Bulgarian Association of health professionals in nursing (BAHPN). There are different forms of professional educations – courses, congresses, conferences, seminars, ets. For estimation of the various forms of the continuing education in 2006 have been applied United Credit System (UCS), according to which for participation in each provided form credit points were given. The instrument for registration was the National Electronic Professional Register (NEPR).The aim of this study was to analyze retrospectively the trends in the development of continuing education of nurses in Bulgaria for a period from 2006 until the end of 2017. A database from NEPR with 86866 registered participations was used. Inclusion criterion included that health professionals were nurses, with or without registered CPE participations. The study employed retrospective analysis, documentary and statistical methods.The system of continuing professional education of the nurses in our country is an actively developing system that provides equal access and variety of forms of CPE, credited by BAHPN’s United Credit System. The most preferred form of CPE for the nurses was a traditional course. Participation in other forms of continuing education was under the expected levels and occupied a share of only 14.35% in the total structure of continuing education.The registered number of CPE participations for the observed period is a reason to designate nurses as "learning professionals". Despite the existence of some barriers to participation in continuing education, nurses accomplish their professional ethical commitment by actively building their knowledge and skills. The results of the survey revealed the need of measures to motivate nurses to participate more actively in the different forms of continuing education. Motivation could be achieved through interventions to provide support from the employer and colleagues as well as providing opportunities for sponsoring training and regulating a financial incentive to achieve higher competency.
