A dynamical quark model for hadrons

Assuming I-independence for triplet forces, mass formulae are found for 1 -, 2 + mesons and meson-decuplet. The Gell-Mann Okubo formula is abandoned. A new classification of states is proposed. A simple, unified picture of linear hadron masses is obtained.
