Simulation and Analysis of PMSM Based on Space Vector Control Strategy

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) vector control strategy is studied deeply in the paper based on the analysis of the operation principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed-current double closed loop control system was built by Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results showed that the system had fast response speed, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability and so on. It also proved that Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) vector control system had good dynamic and static performances.

Modeling and Simulation of Vector Control System for Asynchronous Motor

Alternating current (AC) machine speed-adjusting system plays a very important role in our daily life. Firstly, this paper studies the basic principle of vector control system for three-phase asynchronous motor based on the MT coordinate system, and this paper especially gives the calculation principle diagram of the current model for rotor flux. Then this paper establishes the double closed-loop vector control system based on the Matlab/Simulink detail, and gives the simulation results. The simulation results of the double closed-loop vector control system verify the correctness of the simulation models and the principle of vector controlling.

The Design and Simulation of Three-Phase PWM Converter

Three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier generally adopts double closed loop control system. According to the high frequency characteristic of three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier, this paper put forward the setting method of current inner ring regulator and voltage outer ring regulator PI parameter. Finally, it is verified by simulation.

A Regulator Parameter Setting Simulation Research on Double Closed Loop Speed Control System

For the good performance of Double closed-loop DC speed control system, it is widely used . When the motor are selected, the parameters of the system can not be changed. Then,the system performance can only be improved by changing the parameters of the inner ring current regulator and outer ring speed regulator of the double-loop DC converter system. This paper studies mathematical modeling and system simulation of Direct Current Governor System on Matlab simulink platform. The simulation method, can adjust the system controller parameters flexibly, so as to achieve the ideal design results, and the design of the system are analyzed, the optimal "parameter range" is found, It can save the time of system development,and improve the standardization degree of system design.And the simulation results of the system can provide primary plannings and guidances for the actual system design,thereby lower the design cost of hardware largely, enhance the accuracy of hardware installation.

Application of Immune Genetic Algorithm Based Fuzzy RBF Neural Network in High-speed Motorized Spindles

To satisfy the control requirements of fast, stable, accurate in the high speed and high performance motorized spindle system, a global optimization control strategy of high-speed motorized spindle which is the organic combination of fuzzy logic control, radial basis function(RBF) neural network and immune genetic algorithm is proposed. The control strategy combines the advantages of fast searching optimization of immune genetic algorithm and independence on spindle system model of fuzzy neural network, and this intelligent control strategy is successfully applied to the speed controller of double closed-loop vector control system for high-speed motorized spindle. The simultaneous optimization of the three types parameters of the intelligent controller can achieve optimal control effect through using IGA, and successfully implement the accurate speed control process. This strategy can accurately control spindle speed and perform quite good anti-interference ability and strong robustness when spindle bears instant impact load, which is verified through experimental and simulation results, and both dynamic and steady performance are improved evidently. The spindle system can achieve high-quality drive finally.

Modeling and Simulation of Brushless DC Motor Adaptive Fuzzy PID Control System for Pure Electric Vehicle

Pure Electric Vehicles (PEV) is an important research direction to solve the problems of auto environment and energy sources. Research double close-loop control system of PEV driven by Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDCM) has the practical value. Traditional PID controllers have some advantages of being simple, reliable and effective for linear systems, but not for time-varying systems or highly non-linear systems. In order to improve the performances in both steady state and transient state of control system, an Adaptive Fuzzy PID Controller (AFPIDC) can be employed. The dynamic model of PEV and the mathematic model of BLDCM can be analyzed and established. Simulation model of Speed and Current Double Close-Loop Control System are implemented by Matlab7.0/simulink. The simulation results show that the system has rapid response, without static error and overshoot, good performance and strong robustness, high capacity of resisting disturbance.

Dynamic Modeling and Acceleration Control of Electric Vehicles

This paper constructs a dynamic model of a four-wheel drive electric vehicle, which contains a vehicle model and a brushless DC motor model. In order to improve the starting and acceleration performance of the electric vehicle, we design a speed and current double closed-loop speed control system based on the constructed dynamic electric vehicle model. The starting and acceleration process of the electric vehicle is simulated and analyzed by CarSim-Matlab/Simulink co-simulation. The effectiveness of the speed control system is evaluated by the co-simulation results. In addition, the robustness of the speed control system is also analyzed for different vehicle masses.

Velocity-Current Double Closed-Loop Control Model and Simulation of BLDCM in Pure Electric Vehicle Applications

Traditional control models of BLDCM, in which only the internal parameters of motors are considered, have some shortcoming in smoothing the vehicle velocity. To achieve a better controlling capability, a velocity-current double closed-loop control system model for BLDCM of PEV is constructed on Matlab, in which the inner current loop is for quickly adjusting BLDCM’s actions, the outer velocity loop is for an optimized control of PEV’s speed. The results of a simulating experiment show that the new model has a good performance and a strong anti-interfere ability. Therefore, this model is applicable for designing and debugging of BLDCM in PEV applications.

Design of Double Closed Loop Control System of Automatic Clutch

The control system of automatic clutch is based on the manual gearbox instead of the clutch pedal. It realizes automated clutch and manual shifting. The essence of automatic clutch is how to control the motor drive unit to achieve the implementation of the automatic clutch separation and bonding, and thus automatic speed technology of motor is the key. In this paper, combining the characteristics of micro-car, a double-loop automatic motor speed control system is designed. The design is proved reasonable and feasible through simulation based on MATLAB.

Double Closed-Loop Control System of Bi-Direction Current Source Inverter

The double closed-loop control system of current source SPWM inverter (CSI) is designed to meet the need of battery pack testing system. The battery pack has tiny inner resistance, back electromotive force and it acted as a comparative load which made the control system hard to design. The control system aimed at the specialty of the battery pack load and put forward a loop-locked control method based on dq coordinate conversion of CSI. Typical I and II control system is adopted to get a better performance. It increases the transform efficiency by SPWM and gets high power factor and high dynamic response quality by dq coordinate conversion. Simulations and tests proved the correctness and feasibility of the control system.

According to the soft-switching pulsed SAW (Submerged arc weld) weld power supply based on the double closed-loop constant current control mode, a small signal mathematic model of main circuit of soft-switching SAW inverter was established by applying the method of three-terminal switching device modeling method, and the mathematic model of double closed-loop phase-shift control system circuit was established by applying the method of state-space averaging method. Dynamic performance of the inverter was analyzed on base of the established mathematic model, and the tested wave of dynamic performance was shown by experimentation. Research and experimentation show that relation between structure of the power source circuit and dynamic performance of the controlling system can be announced by the established mathematic model, which provides development of power supply and optimized design of controlling parameter with theoretical guidance.
