Foreign experience of future veterinarians’ preparation for professional communication

The article analyzes foreign experience in preparing future veterinarians for professional communication. It has been established that the preparation of future veterinarians for professional communication is considered by foreign scientists to be on the same level of importance as a wide range of professional disciplines. The process of communication of specialists in the agricultural sector consists in the formation of skills and professional communication skills, in the exchange of information, in the content of the information itself, which is the main factor in the acquisition and formation of knowledge and skills of students. The work examines the achievements of some European, American, and Australian universities that pay significant attention to the communicative training of students of veterinary medicine. It is noted that this issue requires a more detailed study in view of insufficient dissemination of positive experience, existing practices and effective models of training veterinarians for professional communication that already exist. It was determined that the most attention is paid to communication between colleagues and management of conflict situations. It was found that communication regarding the treatment plan, work conversations, communication in stressful situations, business and professional communication are included in communicative actions in the work process. It has been studied that foreign institutions of higher education pay equal attention to the development of oral and written communication, which allows future specialists to avoid difficulties when communicating with colleagues and clients. It has been established that role-playing games are considered one of the effective means of forming communication skills of specialists, in particular, communication situations with clients. Scientists will pay much less attention to communication with colleagues and other potential interlocutors. The results of the study will contribute to the discussion of ways to improve the organization and conduct of classes in professional disciplines in domestic institutions of higher education.

The article emphasises the relevance of introduction and didactic potential of the dual form of higher education.The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the main conditions that will ensure the productive use of the dual form of higher education in domestic higher education institutions. The study uses the methods of comparison, analysis, synthesis, generalisation, formalisation, induction, and deduction.In substantiating the conditions for introducing dual learning, the tasks of the dual form of professional undergraduate and graduate education, formulated in the Regulation on the dual form of professional undergraduate and graduate education, served as a guide.The study describes the main conditions for the application of the dual form of higher education: publicity of training in the dual form of higher education, availability of modern material and technical base and qualified human resources of the employer, modernisation of the content and methods of teaching higher education students, organisational and managerial regulation of the subjects` activities of the dual educational process, constructive communication of the subjects of dual education. They relate to such components of the dual form of higher education as a two-component educational environment, training content, three-subjectivity of dual learning, teaching and learning with the use of the dual form of higher education.The multivectorality of the main conditions for the implementation of the dual form of higher education is focused on the content and organization of the educational process, on the functional responsibilities of each subject of the partnership triangle, and on the communication of the subjects of dual education.It is concluded that adherence to the set of conditions substantiated in the study modernizes the educational process and also meets the needs of the labor market for qualified specialists with higher education.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of non-formal education in the training of Spanish language teachers in the higher education system of Ukraine and Spain. It has been focused on the importance of non-formal education for the quality of learning Spanish and its importance for the professional development of teachers in domestic higher education institutions. For this purpose, the essence of non-formal education, its advantages and tools that can be used for Spanish language teachers’ training have been considered. The research has stated that non-formal education in training of foreign language teachers, notably Spanish, is undoubtedly important, as it forms the individual educational trajectory of students, helps to adapt to constant changes in society, stimulates the cognitive level of world perception, forms language competence, etc. It has been emphasised that the teacher training system in higher education institutions should take into account the importance of non-formal education due to the growing need for Spanish language teachers and the expansion of intercultural communication. Higher education institutions should offer opportunities for students to participate in language clubs, cultural events, exchanges, and other forms of non-formal education to prepare students for the real challenges they will face in their professional lives.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARITAL STATE IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the study of the introduction of blended learning of students of higher education institutions (HEIs) into the educational process. The problems of using information and communication technologies as a means of organizing and implementing the educational process in the conditions of military operations were analyzed, and the experience of introducing mixed learning technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions was investigated. Both positive and negative experiences of the organization of mixed education are revealed, and the attitude of students and teachers to the implemented organization of mixed and classroom education in higher education institutions of Ukraine is revealed. It has been proven that the most important task of domestic institutions of higher education in the conditions of war is to ensure access to the educational process for all its participants ‒ both students and teachers in the form of distance learning or, if possible, mixed learning using the Internet, learning management systems, adaptive learning systems, mass open online courses, etc. Blended learning is a fairly common form of student learning. Students of higher education among traditional, mixed and distance forms of education prefer mixed education, while noting its positive aspects: accessibility, productivity, independence, taking into account individual capabilities and others. Mixed training in physical education is a flexible and diverse form of conducting classes that allows you to use the advantages of traditional face-to-face and distance learning and, on the contrary, avoid or minimize their disadvantages. The use of recreational fitness in physical education classes will increase the effectiveness of the educational process. Blended learning can encompass a wide range of approaches to teaching. ICT technologies expand the possibilities of effective learning. A high-quality combination of classroom and remote forms of education creates conditions for expanding access to education, flexibility of teaching, improvement of pedagogical methods, technologies and methods. In addition, “blended learning can include synchronous and asynchronous online learning and a wide selection of modern technologies and various Internet learning tools”.

TOOLKIT FOR MANAGING JOINT COOPERATIVE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN WARTIME SETTINGS

The article presents the research finding in the area of building an integration framework for managing cooperative institutions of higher education in wartime settings. It is emphasized that such transformation has been underpinned in the first place by the demand for innovations by the national economy and active financing of innovative projects. Given that attaining the above objectives in developed economies is of paramount significance, no wonder the institutions from such countries as the USA, Great Britain, Switzerland, China and Singapore are among the top most ranked universities in the world. However, the QS World University Rankings for 2021 features eleven Ukrainian universities. And although their positions range from 401 to 700 among the 959 top world universities, currently, this sample can be considered a tremendous success of domestic institutions of higher education. It is observed that in recent years, higher education institutions all over the world trying to increase their own competitiveness has been quite active in building and supporting cooperative links to develop global competitiveness and ensure their entry into the international market. It is argued that among the benefits of cooperation of higher education institutions in wartime is its strong focus on the recipient of educational services, that is, shifting the emphasis from supply to demand, primarily to meet the real customers’ needs. It is emphasized that the integrated cooperation of higher education institutions greatly contributes to attaining a wide range of various educational goals, in particular, the pursuit of personal training, professional and cultural development, gaining new knowledge, achieving economic goals along with attaining social and the overall synergistic effects.

Distance learning using software in local budget management

The development of information technologies and full-scale military actions on the territory of Ukraine led to a more active use of methods and forms of distance learning during the training of applicants by domestic institutions of higher education. The use of modern distance learning technologies allows to qualitatively improve the educational process, opens up new opportunities for training competitive specialists who will meet the modern demands of employers.
 The article is devoted to the issue of improving the quality of distance learning on the example of the use of software in the management of local budgets in the educational process to strengthen professional practical skills of higher education students.
 The article reveals the experience and specifics of using distance learning elements at the State Tax University. In particular, the use of software in the management of local budgets during the study by students of higher education of the second (master's) level of training in the specialty 072 «Finance, banking and insurance» of the academic discipline «Financial resources of local self-government» is considered in detail. The study of the specified discipline will serve to form the skills of a confident user of the IPC «Local Budget» in students of higher education.
 The content of each of the six modules of the University's student training program with the use of software in the management of local budgets is disclosed. A list of knowledge and skills acquired by students as a result of studying each module of the program has been formulated. The advantages of using the software in managing local budgets based on the IPC «Local Budget» and the IAS «LOGICA» for higher education applicants are substantiated. The existing disadvantages of distance learning for higher education applicants are outlined.

IMPLEMENTATION OF TUTOR’S SUPPORT MODEL IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article under discussion describes tutor’s support models which can be used in implementing tutor’s support process in domestic higher educational institutions. The author of the article considers that introducing the practice of student tutoring is an important and necessary measure because the tutor helps the student to build a subjective position in education. It contributes to the development of young specialist's awareness of his place in the educational space.

FORMATION OF STUDENT CONTINGENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: MAIN ASPECTS

The future of our country depends on the efficiently developed higher education system that meets the needs of the country's development, the demands of modern life, and the interests of the individual. In their activities, higher education institutions pay considerable attention to the problems of forming a contingent of higher education applicants, since the presence of students is a key factor in the functioning of the university as a business entity. Therefore, today the competition of higher education institutions for the flow of applicants is quite relevant. The authors studied the system of attracting a contingent of students in foreign universities and identified the features of its formation in domestic higher education institutions. The main components of the process of forming a contingent of students in domestic higher education institutions are identified and a comparative analysis is made of the system of selection among applicants, which differs significantly from the European one. In Ukraine, the state order in higher education institutions is differentiated by competitive offers: "fixed", which provides for a certain number of state-funded places and can be used by applicants with the highest scores; "open", available to all applicants across all higher education institutions. The "open" competition proposal is considered "targeted placement of the state order": state-funded places go to the best applicants, and are not distributed among higher education institutions. According to the study results, the majority of researchers and teaching staff support the formation of a contingent of higher education students on the following principle: the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine creates budget places, while higher education institutions create contract places. Today, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine uses the principle of formulaic distribution of the state order. This means that state places are allocated to the best applicants, and the number of higher education students is determined by the licensed volume for a certain level of higher education or a certain educational program.

Modern methods of ensuring the quality of educational services in high schools: Analytical review

The article analyzes the concept of the quality of higher education and approaches to its provision. The essence of the understanding of high-quality professional training by domestic and foreign scientific and pedagogical workers is considered. Attention is focused on the multifaceted phenomenon of the quality of higher education and the variety of ways and methods of its provision. The results of a theoretical analysis of the features of the educational process at the leading universities in the QS World University Rankings: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Oxford, Stanford, Harvard and Cambridge are highlighted. A conclusion was made about the importance of introducing or intensifying the use in domestic institutions of higher education of the following methods of improving the quality of education of applicants: research projects, lectures of a dialogic nature with the analysis of actual cases, writing creative essays during independent work based on the study of given scientific sources, seminars-discussions with encouragement students to ask a large number of questions and find answers to them, preparing students for the lecture by studying the scientific literature on its topic, individual interviews on the subject of the classes, invitations to separate lectures by well-known narrow-profile specialists in the relevant field.

ОСНОВНІ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО МОРЯКА В КОНТЕКСТІ СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ ПРІОРИТЕТІВ РОЗВИТКУ ГАЛУЗІ

The article outlines the formation of competencies that a future officer acquires in the educational environment: 1) command, leadership competencies to allow the post-graduate to effectively perform official duties, carry out organizational and managerial activities and exercise the command over the unit using his own authority and demonstrating high results; 2) socio-psychological, moral, ethical, linguistic competencies to ensure the achievement of high results in the process of professional activity based on effective communication with colleagues and subordinates as well as on the skills of self-controlled professional behavior; 3) general practical competencies to contribute to the effective performance of professional duties, the formation of which is recognized as a strategic direction of the development of the national Navy; 4) scientific-analytical and project competencies which are to be professionally oriented to solving the problems of developing the scientific basis for the further development of the Armed Forces and the Navy, as well as to train highly qualified officers capable of solving military management problems of increased complexity. The process of acquiring these competencies is gradual and influenced by the factors of subjective and objective nature, in particular, the need to adapt the freshmen and graduates to the new conditions and requirements in the shortest possible time along with the stressful saturation of the educational process which is likely to cause negative personality transformations. The purpose of the article lain down to outline the future officer’s main competencies to be formed by the documents focused on the implementation of NATO standards has been achieved. This makes it possible to conclude the educational process of the future officers in domestic higher education institutions is a phased, purposeful, organized, and systematic activity on forming and developing the competencies necessary for the successful performance of assigned duties.

Internal system for ensuring academic integrity in higher education institutions

The integration of the domestic higher education system into the European Higher Education Area has led to the implementation of a system for upholding academic integrity standards in the practices of higher education institutions. At the legislative level, the new edition of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" was adopted in 2017. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education played a significant role in introducing the system of ethical norms compliance in domestic higher education institutions. Since 2019, the agency has been accrediting educational programs, during which participants in the educational process are required to disclose their practices and procedures for adhering to academic integrity. In October 2019, the National Agency approved "Recommendations for Higher Education Institutions on the Development and Implementation of a University System for Ensuring Academic Integrity" based on the best European and domestic practices. A content analysis of the recommendations indicates that the university system for ensuring academic integrity consists of the following components: 1) normative framework (codes, regulations); 2) structural units and authorized commissions (commissions, support groups); 3) informational base (websites, sections, informational and methodological materials); 4) tools for implementing the principles of academic integrity in the educational and research activities of the university (professional development, online courses, lectures and training, informational-consultative support); 5) tools for monitoring compliance with academic integrity in educational and research activities (surveys of participants in the educational and research process, checking works for signs of academic plagiarism).

MODERNIZATION OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPLEMENTING AUTONOMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The essence of autonomy of higher education institutions has been considered, and an overview and analysis of the problems that have accumulated in the domestic higher education system have been conducted. Overcoming these problems has shown positive results, and certain recommendations have been provided regarding the formation of university autonomy as a means of addressing systemic issues in domestic higher education. It is noted that these problems can be overcome through the modernization of higher education in the direction of autonomy. It is empha- sized that positive results can be achieved by ensuring greater freedom in university governance, implementing principles of transpar- ency, openness, and social responsibility. The purpose of the article is to investigate the state of implementing autonomy in domestic higher education institutions in the pro- cess of modernizing the higher education system in Ukraine. Building a modern higher education system that can compete with global systems requires the introduction of innovative approaches, flexible training programs, and the promotion of students' creativity and self-realization. In addition, it is important to provide adequate support and funding for higher education to ensure quality infrastructure development, modern technologies, research, and support for talented scientists. So, here's the deal, modernization of higher education in Ukraine towards autonomy is a complex and long-term process that requires careful analysis, planning, and involvement of all stakeholders. It is important to create effective governance mechanisms, ensure openness and transparency of processes, and engage the general public in dialogue and decision-making.

THE PERSONAL AND COMPETENCE ASPECT OF FUTURE MASTERS’ OF PHARMACY ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT CULTURE FORMATION IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

The article describes the personal and competence aspect of future pharmacists’ organizational and management culture formation in the unity of the leading provisions of the personal and competence-based scientific approaches. The lkey ideas of future masters’ of pharmacy organizational and management culture formation are defined as the following: personal (implementation of the humanistic methodological aspect of future pharmacists’ organizational and management culture formation; emphasis on future pharmacists’ psychological, physical, age, gender, social characteristics, their individual inclinations, talents, abilities, opportunities as higher education students of pharmaceutical faculties; future specialists’ self-awareness formation; taking into account the subjective experience of each individual, including the individual value attitude towards oneself and the environment; ability and skills to comply with norms of humane behavior; independence of future pharmacists’ moral beliefs and their harmonious personal development; involvement in active self-improvement, a sense of self-worth, self-determination, self-realization, which makes it possible to orient the formation of a future master of pharmacy to the development of personal and professional achievements, qualities of organizational and management culture throughout life); competence (ensuring pharmacists’ professional competence as managers (professional knowledge, skills, abilities, professional abilities and experience); finding effective ways to increase the level of competences due to their formation and development, the accumulation of new professional knowledge and their use; guaranteeing the successful achievement of the quality of significant managerial and organizational signs of future specialists’ professional culture).Prospects for further research of the outlined issue are determined in the adaptation of ideas, provisions, and technological mechanisms of the personal-competence aspect of future pharmacists’ organizational and management culture formation in the process of professional training in domestic institutions of higher education that train future masters for the field of pharmacy.

USE OF DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Distance learning is currently a common practice in the organization of the educational process. For this, various software products tested during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020-2021 and martial law in Ukraine in 2022 are used. At the same time, studies of the use of modern distance technologies in the educational process are devoted to conceptual aspects of the organization of education or are based on various software products. All of the above requires the definition of effective remote technologies for solving various tasks of educational activities in domestic higher educational institutions. The purpose of the work is to study the software products used in the educational process of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University, from the point of view of optimization of scientific and educational activities. The article summarizes the practice of using IT technologies at Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University since its relocation in 2014. This made it possible to determine the advantages and disadvantages of modern use for the organization of the educational process, joint activities, including scientific and educational, platform Moodle, IT services Microsoft Office-365, as well as highlight the most popular services in the academic space. It is noted that Google services today are a strong competitor to Microsoft’s IT services, in particular, due to their quality, variety and free of charge. It was established that the availability of practical skills for working in Google Classroom among students requires mastery of this tool for teachers of higher educational institutions in order to make a further decision regarding the effectiveness of solving educational tasks. According to the results of the research, the necessity of combining various IT services, as well as constant training of the participants of the educational process in the skills of their use, was established. The direction of further research is the problem of developing training courses using various distance learning IT services.

СУЧАСНІ АСПЕКТИ ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ І ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ В ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ЗАКЛАДІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ УКРАЇНИ

Some aspects and technologies of knowledge delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, which led to the occupation of certain regions and the destruction of many educational institutions in the areas of active hostilities, are considered. Many children who left the territory of Ukraine with their parents have significant problems with online education. University applicants who stay in the temporarily occupied territories are forced to avoid the enemy’s common practice to Russify the educational process and impose their methodological narratives. Part of the teaching staff ceased their professional activities in domestic higher education institutions. Such difficulties in the educational process in Ukraine are related, in particular, to the inadequate access of potential users to the online environment, to the problems that have arisen in the activities of higher education institutions. In view of this, directions to address those issues in the process of educational activities digitalization are proposed, the dynamics of Ukraine population’s access to electronic and digital resources is analyzed, and a model of knowledge delivery to pupils and students during the pandemic and war is developed. The future requirements for education in the process of digitalization are detailed, and the challenges that the higher education institutions will face in the future are structured. The directions of development and application of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational sphere are substantiated. A three-component flowchart of the "road map" for progressive actions aimed at the implementation of artificial intelligence in the system of staff training by higher education institutions is proposed. The need for institutional improvement of higher education institutions activities, modernization of their technological resources is proved, the vectors of artificial intelligence development are proposed. The areas of neurotechnologies application and the ethical limits of their use are defined. The need to synchronize the actions of higher education institutions, stakeholders and users to achieve a synergistic effect of digitalization and the implementation of artificial intelligence in educational activities has been emphasized.

PROSPECTS OF CHANGES IN THE VECTOR OF HIGHER EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT: RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

In the paper the changes in the development vector of higher education under the influence of negative factors of the external environment are analyzed. It was established, on the example of the activities of the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, that in recent years the number of students in regional higher education institutions has significantly decreased and there has been a problem of employment of scientific and pedagogical personnel who have scientific degrees, titles and publications, the leading place among which is publications in publications, that are indexed by the Scopus database. The problem is that recently there is no connection between such important participants of the educational process as the school-higher educational institutions-stakeholders. In today’s conditions of rapid development of information technologies, this connection should be very close, since there is strong competition not only among domestic higher education institutions, but also among foreign ones in the market of educational services. In such a competitive environment, not all higher education institutions have the opportunity to demonstrate their strengths. It is proposed to coordinate the activities of the participants of the educational process within the framework of the project “International educational and scientific park “school- higher educational institutions-stakeholders”. The hierarchy of the structure of works related to the creation of the international educational and scientific park “school-university-university-stakeholders” has been defined and a grid model of the distribution of the complex of works into separate parts and their fixation by performers has been built. The implementation of this project provides an opportunity to create a multi-functional and multi-format scientific environment, which will contribute to the solution of tasks related to the formation of an educational environment through the functioning of scientific and educational hubs and online courses; introduction of mobile applications into the scientific and educational process as part of asynchronous learning; creation of electronic sociological laboratories, in particular with the use of crown funding tools; wide implementation of dual education as a tool for increasing the rating of regional universities.

Students' Rating of the Activities of Scientific and Pedagogical Workers as a Tool of Student-Centered Learning

The article emphasizes that in the context of Ukraine's entry into the European Higher Education Area, the spectrum of didactic principles is expanding, among which the principle of student-centered learning is becoming more important. Based on the principles of student-centered learning, the students are responsible not only for their learning results but also for the components that influence the results, one of which is the evaluation of the activities carried out by academic and pedagogical workers. From now students of domestic institutions of higher education are involved not only in the development, improvement and evaluation of educational programs but also in the assessment of the professional active ties of teachers. To this end, higher education institutions are developing relevant normative documents and conducting surveys like “Teachers through the eyes of students”.
 It is noted that the world's leading education systems have significant achievements in student evaluation of the professionalism and personal qualities of teachers, and student evaluations of teaching (SET) serve as a basis for career growth, salary increases, etc. The domestic experience of student evaluations of scientific and pedagogical workers is not so long and successful; the evaluation is being formed. As a result, some problems arise, the effective solution of which depends on the internal normative provision of the procedure for conducting student evaluation of the activities of academic and pedagogical workers, obtaining reliable results and their further impartial use.
 Attention is focused on the fact that the psychological aspects of the subject-subject relationship of the teacher and students affect the evaluation of scientific and pedagogical workers, therefore, its results should not be absolute, but reinforced and checked with the help of other types of evaluations. With the help of a questionnaire survey of teachers of domestic institutions of higher education, their generally trusting attitude to the results of student evaluations was found out.
 The need for a balanced use of foreign experience in student evaluations is emphasized. For quite a long time of using the student rating (more than 50 years), foreign universities managed to avoid a number of risks and provide student ratings with leadership positions in the evaluation of the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers. Despite this, foreign researchers disagree about the effectiveness and objectivity of student ratings due to the influence on their results of the gender bias of some students, the physical attractiveness of scientific and pedagogical workers, different motivations of students to study, etc.
 A conclusion was made about the importance for the students to evaluate the activities carried out by scientific and pedagogical workers as a factor in the introduction of student-centered learning, the need to study the foreign experience of student evaluations of teaching (SET) and its dissemination, but taking into account and avoiding the risks revealed in the article regarding the completeness of the reliability of student evaluations.

MODERN METHODS OF PREPARATION OF FUTURE PHILOLOGISTS-TRANSLATORS: EXPERIENCE OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article considers the experience of higher education institutions on modern methods of training future philologists-translators. In the context of Ukraine’s integration into the European and world community, the activity of a philologist-translator, focused on strengthening economic, social, cultural and scientific ties between countries, ethnic groups, professional associations and individuals, becomes especially important. It is determined that translation is a communicative mediation between people who use different sign systems. Given the importance of its role in the modern multicultural environment, the problem of training qualified philologists-translators in the higher education system is relevant. It has been proved that recently the requirements for the level of training of a philologist-translator, his professional competencies and personal qualities have increased, thus orienting teachers of higher education institutions to apply innovative approaches to the organization of the educational process. The role of interactive teaching methods in the process of training future philologists-translators is substantiated. It is determined that the following types of interactive learning are used in domestic higher education institutions: case study method, training conferences, translation quests, simulation of real translation situations, project method, game technologies, interpretation competitions. It is proved that the key task of higher education is the formation of professional competencies of future philologists-translators, which include personal characteristics that ensure the effective performance of professional functions.

ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЕЛЕКТРОННОЇ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ПЛАТФОРМИ MOODLE ЯК ЕФЕКТИВНИЙ СПОСІБ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОЇ ФОРМИ НАВЧАННЯ У ПРОЦЕСІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ

Анотація. Висвітлено проблему впровадження електронної навчальної платформи Moodle як способу реалізації дистанційної форми навчання у процесі професійної підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти за ОП «Менеджмент». Здійснений огляд наукових джерел показав, що проблема застосування платформи Moodle активно і різнопланово досліджується. Зокрема, ґрунтовними є напрацювання щодо її ефективності під час роботи з майбутніми фахівцями соціономічних професій: філологами, педагогами, проте про застосування такого методу роботи з менеджерами з’ясовано небагато, що й робить наше дослідження актуальним. На першому етапі дослідження, окрім огляду тематичної наукової літератури, здійснили моніторинг використання навчальної платформи Moodle у світі. Одержані дані показали, що Україна не входить у топ країн-лідерів у використанні згаданої навчальної платформи. На перших позиціях країни Європи, Північної та Південної Америки. Це пояснюється тим, що донедавна використання Moodle у вітчизняних закладах вищої освіти було скоріше поодинокою практикою, ніж буденним явищем. Каталізатором апробації Moodle в Україні став вимушений локдаун, що спонукав навчальні установи переформатовувати навчальний процес, адаптовувати його до реалій дистанційної освіти. За таких обставин використання нових можливостей електронних навчальних платформ стало крайньою потребою. Відносна простота інтерфейсу, достатній набір опцій і відкритий доступ зробили Moodle ресурсом, що трансформував навчальний процес у віртуальне освітнє середовище. Емпірична частина — другий етап нашого дослідження. Ми ознайомились з особливостями підготовки фахівців за спеціальністю «Менеджмент організацій і адміністрування» у Державному закладі «Луганський національний університет імені Тараса Шевченка». Провели педагогічний експеримент, залучивши 103 респонденти, яким пропонували дати відповіді на запропоновані нами в опитувальнику «Ефективність Moodle: погляд студента» запитання, а також висловити свою думку під час бесід. Мета полягала в тому, щоб з’ясувати ставлення до дистанційного навчання загалом і навчальної платформи Moodle, зокрема; виявити рівень задоволення / незадоволення; знайти шляхи поліпшення наявної ситуації. Одержані дані показали, що, загалом, студентство оцінює переваги дистанційного навчання через Moodle, проте наявність скептично налаштованих респондентів свідчить, що така форма навчання все ж потребує доопрацювання.
