The research was aimed: 1) To To analyze the students motivation in e-learninng troughgoogle classroom on writting skill at eight grade SMP N 1 Kaliwungu, Semarang and, 2) Toanalyze the problem on students of motivation intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in e-learning atstudent’s eight grade of SMP N 1 Kaliwungu, Semarang. This research was conducted on August2021, . The researcher took 33 students 8A grade of SMP N 1 Kaliwungu as the subject. A casestudy qualitative research was used in this study. To collect the data, the researcher usedquestionnaire and interview. The questionnaire above used the document and share to the studentsafter interview with the teacher face-to-face. To validity data, the researcher used datatriangulation. To analyzed data used qualitative interactive: data reduction, data, display,conclucion drawing/verification. The result of the research show that: 1) the students’ motivationintrinsic in E-learning English used Google Classroom was the students easily understood thematerial and it was not too difficult. The article provides an overview of the main characteristics of distance learning, discusses its main features and forms (synchronous, asynchronous, mixed), advantages and disadvantages, the roles of the student and teacher in it, possible technical difficulties in its implementation. The approach to the application of distance learning at the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University is described. The RNIMU distance learning system, its tasks, the types of virtual objects used in teaching students physics and mathematics, and ways to monitor their knowledge are examined in detail. It is concluded that the use of distance learning using professionally developed additional educational materials available to students remotely can be useful as part of students’ independent work when studying physics and mathematics and increasing their motivation to learn.

Application of Online Education and Distance Learning in the Teaching of Traffic Engineering Specialty

The application of online education and distance learning in the teaching of traffic engineering provides flexible learning methods and rich educational resources for traffic engineering students. Through online courses and distance learning platforms, students can study fl exibly according to their own schedule and location. Teachers can help students understand and apply traffic engineering knowledge and skills through online lectures and interactive discussions. At the same time, online education can also provide real-time case studies, simulation experiments and virtual learning environments to help students better understand and apply theoretical knowledge. In short, online education and distance learning bring convenience and innovation to the teaching of traffic engineering, improve the learning effect and students learning experience.

Possibilities and methods of using distance learning applications in school practice

The article presents the possibilities and methods of using applications supporting distance learning. The issues focus on the main others in addition to ICT in the field of didactics of early childhood and preschool education. Part one is a market overview of the children’s ICT development market. Based on parts of the study, solutions were developed which, in the opinion of experts (taking into account age and developmental possibilities), can mostly be used in the first educational age. The last of the main parts of the article, conclusions and recommendations for teachers in the field of comprehensive use of ICT in the educational process.

Community pharmacists’ perception and role in early diagnosis and health promotion of celiac disease

Abstract Objectives The study aims to measure pharmacists’ knowledge and perception of celiac disease. Methods A Google form was used to collect data randomly from 283 pharmacists. The effects of each of the following hypotheses towards early diagnosis of celiac disease and patient compliance were studied: pharmacist’s experience in community pharmacies (H1), pharmacist’s knowledge (H2), pharmacist’s participation in continuing learning programmes (H3), and pharmacist’s attitude and practice (H4). Key findings A robust relationship between the variables was confirmed and was expressed by the moderate mean effect of H1, H2, H3, and H4 (2.3332, 2.3386, 2.1731, and 2.5717, respectively, and the correlation coefficient [r] of 0.797). Findings suggest that H1 is moderately correlated with H2 and H3 but weakly correlated with H4 (0.568 and 0.518, 0.183, respectively). Around a third of the participants (33.9%) admit their lack of knowledge regarding the symptoms. A third of the participants would refer the patients with recurrent symptoms to the physician. Three-quarters of the participants (78.4%) have not attended any educational programme, but they show a high desire (84.1%) to participate in such events either in person (50.2%) or through distance learning applications (36.4%). Conclusion Pharmacists have crucial roles in early diagnosis, monitoring patient compliance, and providing counselling regarding celiac disease. Updating their knowledge should contribute to improving the overall health status of the patients and cutting off the expenses for the health sector.

A Phenomenological Analysis of Challenges and Benefits of Online Learning Transformation in the Masters of Health Professions Education

Learning that challenges preconceived notions and inspires the development of fresh perspectives on the world has been referred to as transformative learning. This study offers a thorough analysis of how changes in learning have been reflected, including how they have an impact on curricula, in order to guide the master of health professions education’s potential field applications. Through purposive sampling, 15 students of MHPE from Islamic International Medical College, Rawalpindi, Pakistan have been chosen. The study design is phenomenological in nature. A semi-structured interview has been used. All the interviews were audio-recorded and separately transcribed. The transcribed interviews were then imported into NVivo software version 11 for analysis. A thematic analysis has been done and six themes are generated. The applications of distance learning positively related to teaching and learning practices and students identified a change in their attitudes toward distance learning. Major factors recognized were student-centered learning, small group discussions, peer-assisted learning, technology awareness, personal grooming, and motivation. About three-fourths of the sample population experienced a transformation in their distance learning after going through a Master’s in Health Professionals Education. The impact of hands-on activities and small group discussions turned out to be the strongest factors that caused the transformation in distance learning.

Utilization of Media Technologies and Web 2.0 Tools in Teaching Science among DOST-STAR Teachers

Twenty-first century education defines instruction in the context of technologies utilization. This study was conducted to explore the scope of utilization of media technologies and Web2.0 tools using a pre-validated and pilot-tested three-part questionnaire as the main instrument to 69 purposive and conveniently selected teacher-recipients in schools of Region-implementers of the Department of Science and Technology Project Science Teacher Academy for the Regions (DOST-STAR): I, III, IVA, NCR, V, VI,VII, IX, and X to determine the demographic profiles of the respondents, identify the media technologies and Web 2.0 tools utilized in science instruction, determine the media utilization of Web 2.0 tools in teaching science and make intervention design to enhance utilization of media technologies and Web 2.0 tools in teaching Science. Findings show that most of the DOST-STAR teacher-respondents have been teaching at the Junior High School level for less than 10 years, with preservice Science specialization and are master’s degree holders. Media technologies of personal computer or laptop for science instructions have been widely utilized with the Web 2.0 tools as mirroring devices, Office tools, Messenger micro blogging, and portable data file (PDF) for media utilization on learning management, online assessment, and open resources with application of structure, media richness and transactional distance learning. In conclusion, media utilization with application of web 2.0 tools capacitates science teachers in their practice. Intervention designs integrating media utilization of Web 2.0 tools in science instruction could further enhance capacity-building facilitation.

Implementation of the Learner Centered Design method and the personality approach (Case Study: Redesigning The Interface mobile LMS Tel-U)

The Mobile LMS Tel-U is an e-learning platform developed by Telkom University to support the learning process. However, it still requires more demand from Telkom University students. Usability evaluation was conducted on twelve students using the System Usability Scale (SUS), resulting in a score of 46.5. Interviews and observations revealed interface problems on the dashboard, material, grades, and quizzes. This study aims to redesign the mobile LMS Tel-U interface using the Learner-Centered Design method and incorporating a personality approach by categorizing students into introverts and extroverts. Designing based on personality groups acknowledges the differences in interface design preferences and the relationship between personality and e-learning interface design. This approach yields two different interface designs, one for introverted students and one for extroverted students. The LCD method determines student needs in supporting the learning process. The redesigned interface's usability was evaluated using SUS to assess its appropriateness for students' learning needs. The study shows an average increase in usability scores of 80.4. The introverted student group achieved a usability score of 81, while the extroverted student group obtained a score of 80. Thus, the LCD method and personality approach effectively enhance the usability of distance learning applications (e-learning).

Study of Curriculum 13 in Learning Systems during a Pandemic

Studying the Kurikulum 2013 in the Learning System in the Pandemic. The curriculum is the most important thing in the educational process, where the curriculum is used as a reference for educators and students in carrying out learning. The educational curriculum must follow situations and conditions, such as during this pandemic, educational activities are limited, thus requiring teachers and parents to work together in the process of learning activities. Therefore, in this case we need to examine the Kurikulum 2013 in the learning system during this pandemic. Through this paper, we want to know how the learning system in the Kurikulum 2013 works during a pandemic and the challenges and solutions for implementing the curriculum during a pandemic The purpose of writing this article is that we want to examine the problems of learning in dealing with the current pandemic situation. The method used in this article is a qualitative method, where this method is carried out by collecting data from reviewing books, articles, and laws that are collected. The results obtained are that learning activities have been disrupted due to this pandemic, but learning must continue to run by utilizing technology or distance learning applications. The Kurikulum 2013 can still run well with the online learning system, although there are some advantages and disadvantages, but the Kurikulum 2013 can keep up with the times.

How do university students perceive the educational transition in the COVID-19 era: A cross-sectional study from 15 Arab countries.

The viral agent of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to spread worldwide, leading to a global pandemic. this may negatively affect students' mental health who have to maintain their learning efforts. Therefore, we aimed to assess students' perceptions of the online learning programs designed for university students in Arab countries during the COVID-19 pandemic. This cross-sectional study was conducted on university students using a self-administered online questionnaire in 15 Arab countries, including 6779 participants. The actual sample size was calculated using the EpiInfo program calculator. The validated, piloted questionnaire assessed the effectiveness of internet-based distance learning applications used in these countries during the pandemic. The SPSS version 22 was used. Among the 6779 participants, 26.2% believed that their teachers diversify learning methods, 22.0% thought that their teachers were able to treat the weakness the students have, and 30.7% agreed that their teachers efficiently communicate with them through COVID-19 internet-based learning process. Around 33% of students participated in lectures effectively, 47.4% submitted their homework within accepted deadlines, and 28.6% thought that their colleagues did not cheat during exams and homework. Around 31.3% of students believed that online-based learning had a role in directing them towards research, and 29.9% and 28.9%, respectively, believed that online learning had a role in developing analytical thinking and synthesis skills. Participants reported many suggestions to enhance the process of internet-based distance learning in the future. Our study suggests that online-based distance learning in Arab countries still needs more improvement as students still are more inclined toward face-to-face teaching. However, exploring the factors that influence students' perceptions of e-learning is vital for improving the quality of online-based distance learning. We recommend exploring the perceptions of educators regarding their experience towards online-based distance learning during COVID-19 lockdown.

Penerapan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Samarinda

The implementation of the education policy during the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19 requires that students are prohibited from congregating at school, while the learning process must continue with distance learning. Learning can be done online as well as offline for students who cannot access the internet. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Ar-Rahmah Samarinda and the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing distance learning faced by teachers and students at MI Ar-Rahmah Samarinda. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study were teachers, students, parents, and lesson plans. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity with source and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of distance learning at MI Ar-Rahmah Samarinda is carried out online by sending learning videos in WhatsApp class groups and offline learning by visiting students' homes but only for Arabic and Mathematics subjects because it is difficult to understand when done offline. on line. The teacher uses a 1 sheet RPP in the implementation of learning using learning video media with the method of delivering material by lecture and question and answer, and evaluation by giving an assessment of the assignments in the LKS after learning. Supporting factors in implementing a distance learning at MI Ar-Rahmah Samarinda are textbooks/LKS, internet data packages, and collaboration between teachers and parents. Then the inhibiting factors in the application of learning are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, difficulties in understanding the subject matter, lack of understanding of children's character, lack of parental cooperation in children's assignments, and children who are less enthusiastic about learning at home.

Distance Learning in Nursing Education during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Psychosocial Impact for the Greek Nursing Students-A Qualitative Approach.

(1) Background: The COVID-19 pandemic posed a major threat to global health and on the educational field. The purpose of this study is to identify and illustrate the psychosocial adaptation of nursing students to the sudden and exclusive application of distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic; (2) Methods: A qualitative interview research has been designed. Two focus groups of seven members each and six individual interviews were conducted in a sample of undergraduate nursing students in Greece from 3 March 2021, to 9 April 2021.; (3) Results: A qualitative thematic analysis of the data identified six themes: 1. Challenges; 2. Concerns; 3. Social changes; 4. Negative Emotions; 5. Evaluation; and 6. Teaching strategies.; (4) Conclusions: During its implementation, it identified gaps and weaknesses in the entire academic community. The study of the psychosocial adaptation of the academic community is considered crucial, as it can highlight the individual difficulties in distance learning and contribute to the improvement of the methods of its the improvement of its methods.

EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPLEMENTING DISTANCE LEARNING FOR ISLAMIC BOARDING HOUSE STUDENTS

Since 2020 all educational institutions have implemented distance learning. Distance learning is implemented in order to inhibit the spread of the Covid-19 virus so that it does not spread more widely. The purpose of this research is find out the effectiveness of distance learning implementation at the Al Badrul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This study used qualitative research with the snowball method. Data collection techniques used interviews with teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that distance learning is effective to be carried out using e-learning media and social media. In addition, the application of effective distance learning is a solution for continuity of learning when face-to-face learning cannot be held.

Online teaching practice experience: An evaluation from the perspectives of newly graduated preschool teachers

Courses in teaching practice, crucial in the teaching profession, were taught through distance learning when face-to-face education was suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This case study analyzed newly graduated preschool teachers’ thoughts on teaching practice courses through distance education due to Covid-19. Thus, the study group comprised 24 preschool teachers who had taken the teaching practice course online and had just graduated from university. The research data were collected with the “Distance Education Interview Form,” which contained open-ended questions and was developed by the researchers. The data were put to content analysis. The findings obtained in this study showed that the participants considered distance-learning applications rather negatively despite their several positive aspects, that they had challenges in many respects in the teaching practice course that they had been taught online during the pandemic, that they had various problems, and that the course had made limited contributions to their academic development.

Attitudes of Karak University College students towards distance learning during the Corona pandemic

Objectives: The study aimed at identifying the level of students' attitudes towards distance learning in light of the Corona pandemic and detecting differences in students' attitudes towards the application of distance learning in light of the Corona pandemic.
 Methods: An intentional sample of students from Karak University College made up of 124 male and female students was chosen randomly. The study instrument was divided into two sections: a portion with personal information (gender, program, and level) and a section with paragraphs measuring the many aspects of distant learning. These 26 paragraphs were grouped into three categories: student, faculty member, and university. It was given to the study sample after the validity and reliability of the study tool had been established.
 Results: Students at Karak University College had average attitudes toward distance learning during the Corona epidemic, with faculty members having the best attitudes, universities coming in second with average attitudes, and students having the worst attitudes. Also, there are no gender-specific variations in how students feel about remote learning during the Corona pandemic. Also, due to the program in support of the academic diploma, there are disparities in how the students feel about remote learning during the Corona pandemic. There are distinctions based on level, favoring the second year.
 Conclusion: According to the study's findings, attitudes among students were ordinary. The study made the case that distant learning should remain an accepted educational pattern in universities and not be used as a fallback or emergency replacement for in-person instruction.

Preparing Future Teachers to Implement Distance Learning for Schoolchildren

The purpose of the study. The article deals with the issue of graduates’ (future teachers) preparation for the solution of professional tasks related to the organization of distance learning for schoolchildren. The analysis of current approaches to the organization of professional training of students of pedagogical universities for the implementation of distance learning is carried out. The results of students’ survey in order to identify professional deficits of graduates in the context of the implementation of distance learning technologies are presented. The main directions of improving the graduates’ professional skills in the framework of the discipline “Distance learning technologies” and work program structure are given.Materials and methods. Analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the preparation of graduates of pedagogical universities for the implementation of distance learning. The students’ survey to identify competencies and professional deficiencies in the field of application of distance learning technologies.Research results. The main competencies based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature are identified and characterized. The formation of these competencies is aimed at further successful, effective and safe implementation by future teachers of activities in the field of schoolchildren’s distance learning. A number of competencies such as personal, professional and pedagogical, psychological, technical and extreme (ability and readiness to work in sudden complicated conditions) that are particularly in demand from the perspective problem under this study are highlighted. The students’ survey revealed professional deficits in the field of application of distance learning technologies. Methodological aspects of the organization of the distance learning process prevailed. Meanwhile, a significant number of students noted the lack of the formation of specific digital skills, which are necessary for the implementation of distance learning. It is important to highlight such professional deficits as a group work organization in a remote format (both in methodological and technical aspects); the organization of work with parents; the teacher’s time management.All these aspects determine the importance of purposeful work on the formation of appropriate skills of future teachers within the discipline “Distance learning technologies”. The content of this discipline is formed according to the results of the study.The results of the study can be used to improve the system of training of future teachers and the adjustments to the content of academic discipline programs.

In times of a pandemic like this, all learning activities are carried out online via the internet with the help of learning applications that can support one's education. In the current era, there is a great need for interactive distance learning applications. An interactive English learning application in web form will be easily accessed and used by anyone. Therefore, on this occasion we created a website-based learning application, especially for English subjects because that language is an international language. In this research, an English learning application will be built that can be run on a web-based basis. The material displayed in this application is tenses, listening, speaking, idioms, expressions, regular and irregular verbs, and slang. This application is designed with UML modeling, developed using HTML programming language. We also use the waterfall software process model in designing the BeBI (Learning English) application system. The purpose of making this application is to make it easier to learn English with material that is easy to understand and this application has an easily accessible interface. The waterfall model that we use is the Sommerville waterfall with the consideration that the system design steps will be organized, focused, and easy to follow. Where the result of designing this application is an educational application system for users which is expected to help the community in learning English and make it easier for someone to prepare themselves to take English tests such as TOEFL and TOEIC. For further development, it is hoped that this application can be accessed on various platforms.

Emotion Classification and Achievement of Students in Distance Learning Based on the Knowledge State Model

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, remote teaching methods have been widely adopted by schools. However, distance education can frequently lead to low student emotional engagement, which can not only cause learning burnout, but also weaken students’ interest in online learning. In view of the above problems, this study first proposed a learner knowledge state model that integrates learning emotions under the background of digital teaching to accurately describe the current learning state of students. Then, on the basis of the public face dataset lapa, we built an online multi-dimensional emotion classification model for students based on ResNet 18 neural network. Experiments showed that the method has an average recognition accuracy of 88.76% for the four cognitive emotions of joy, concentration, confusion, and boredom, among which the accuracy of joy and boredom is the highest, reaching 96.3% and 97.0% respectively. Finally, we analyzed the correlation between students’ emotional classification and grades in distance learning, and verified the effectiveness of the student’s emotional classification model in distance learning applications. In the context of digital teaching, this study provides technical support for distance learning emotion classification and learning early warning, and is of great significance to help teachers understand students’ emotional states in distance learning and promote students’ deep participation in the distance learning process.
